Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) saying, the best place on earth where caravans travel to and from is the Masjid of Ibrahim (the Sacred Mosque in Makkah), and my Masjid (in Madinah).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے وہ بہترین جگہ جہاں سواریاں سفر کر کے آئیں سیدنا ابراہیم کی مسجد (مسجدحرام) ہے اور میری مسجد ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai woh behtarin jagah jahan sawariyan safar kar ke ayen Sayyidna Ibrahim ki masjid (Masjid-ul-Haram) hai aur meri masjid hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade cleaning oneself with dung or bone.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے مینگنی یا ہڈی سے استنجاء کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mengingni ya haddi se istinja karne se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade keeping pictures in the house. And at the time of the conquest of Makkah, when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in Batha, he ordered Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) to go to the Ka'bah and erase all the pictures in it. And he (the Prophet) did not enter the Ka'bah until all the pictures in it were erased.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے گھر میں تصویریں رکھنے سے منع فرمایا ہے اور فتح مکہ کے زمانے میں جب نبی ﷺ مقام بطحا میں تھے تو سیدنا عمر کو حکم دیا کہ خانہ کعبہ پہنچ کر اس میں موجود تمام تصویریں مٹا ڈالیں اور اس وقت تک آپ خانہ کعبہ میں داخل نہیں ہوئے جب تک اس میں موجود تمام تصویروں کو مٹا نہیں دیا گیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghar mein tasveerein rakhne se mana farmaya hai aur Fateh Makkah ke zamane mein jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) maqam Batha mein the to Sayyidna Umar ko hukm diya ki Khana Kaaba pahunch kar us mein mojood tamam tasveerein mita dalen aur us waqt tak aap Khana Kaaba mein dakhil nahin huye jab tak us mein mojood tamam tasviron ko mita nahin diya gaya.
Narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that I heard Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) saying that the Meeqat of the people of Madinah is Dhul-Hulaifah and another way is Juhfah. The Meeqat of the people of Iraq is Dhat Irq, the Meeqat of the people of Najd is Qarn and the Meeqat of the people of Yemen is Yalamlam.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اہل مدینہ کی میقات ذوالحلیفہ ہے اور دوسرا راستہ حجفہ ہے جبکہ اہل عراق کی میقات ذات عرق ہے اہل نجد کی میقات قرن ہے اور اہل یمن کی میقات یلملم ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke Ahl Madina ki miqat Zulhulayfah hai aur dusra rasta Hajfah hai jabke Ahl Iraq ki miqat Zat-e-Arq hai Ahl Najd ki miqat Qarn hai aur Ahl Yemen ki miqat Yalamlam hai.
It is narrated on the authority of our leader Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) declared the area between the two lava flows of Medina as a sanctuary, where no tree can be cut except by a person who wants to feed his camel.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے مدینہ منورہ کے دونوں کونوں کا درمیانی حصہ حرم قرار دیا ہے جس کا کوئی درخت نہیں کاٹا جاسکتا الاّ یہ کہ کوئی شخص اپنے اونٹ کو چارہ کھلائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Madina Munawwara ke donon konon ka darmiyani hissa haram qarar diya hai jis ka koi darakht nahin kata ja sakta illa ye ki koi shakhs apne unt ko chara khilaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Offer the funeral prayer for your dead with four Takbirs, whether during the day or night.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اپنے مردوں پر " خواہ دن ہو یا رات " چارتکبیرات پڑھا کر و۔

Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) set out with tranquility, but upon reaching the valley of Muhassir, he hastened the pace of his ride. Then, pointing to pebbles resembling Tikri, he instructed to proceed with calmness and dignity, saying, "My Ummah should learn the rites of Hajj, for it is possible that I may not be with them next year."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ روانہ تو سکون کے ساتھ ہوئے لیکن وادی محسر میں اپنی سواری کی رفتار کو تیز کر دیا اور انہیں ٹھیکر ی جیسی کنکر یاں دکھا کر سکون وقار سے چلنے کا حکم دیا اور میری امت کو مناسک حج سیکھ لینے چاہئیں کیونکہ ہو سکتا ہے میں آئندہ سال ان سے نہ مل سکوں۔
Sayidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) rawana to sukoon ke sath huye lekin wadi muhsir mein apni swari ki raftar ko tez kar diya aur unhen thiker si jesi kankarian dikha kar sukoon o qarar se chalne ka hukum diya aur meri ummat ko manasik e hajj sikh lene chahiye kyunki ho sakta hai main aayinda saal unse na mil sakun.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever, upon hearing the call to prayer (adhan), supplicates, ‘O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, send blessings upon Muhammad, and grant him such acceptance that there remains not even the slightest displeasure after it,’ Allah will surely accept his prayer.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص مؤذن کے اذان دینے کے بعد یہ دعاء کر ے کہ اے اللہ اے اس کامل دعوت اور نافع نماز کے رب محمد پر درود نازل فرما ان سے اس طرح راضی ہو جا کہ اس کے بعد ناراضگی کا شائبہ بھی نہ رہے اللہ اس کی دعاء ضرور قبول کر ے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs muazzin ke azan dene ke bad ye dua kare ki aye Allah aye is kamil dawat aur nafez namaz ke Rab Muhammad par darood nazil farma un se is tarah razi ho ja ki us ke bad narazgi ka shaiba bhi na rahe Allah us ki dua zaroor qubool kare ga.
It is narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a monk gifted a silk robe to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wore it at that time but took it off when he came home. Then, when he learned of the arrival of a delegation, Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) requested him to wear the robe. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Silk clothes are not suitable for us in this world, they will be suitable for us in the Hereafter. However, Umar, you take it." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "You dislike it and I should take it?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I am not giving you permission to wear it, rather I am giving it to you so that you may send it towards the land of Persia and acquire wealth through it." Then, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) himself sent that robe to Negus, the king of Abyssinia, who had given refuge to the migrant companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک راہب نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں ایک ریشمی جبہ ہدیہ کے طور پر بھیجا نبی ﷺ نے اس وقت تو اسے پہن لیا لیکن گھر آ کر اتار دیا پھر کسی وفد کی آمد کا علم ہوا تو سیدنا عمر نے درخواست کی کہ وہ جبہ زیب تن فرما لیں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ دنیا میں ہمارے لئے ریشمی لباس مناسب نہیں ہے یہ آخرت میں ہمارے لئے مناسب ہو گا البتہ عمر تم اسے لے لو سیدنا عمر کہنے لگے کہ آپ تو اسے ناپسند کر یں اور میں اسے لے لوں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں تمہیں اسے پہننے کا حکم نہیں دے رہا بلکہ اس لئے دے رہاہوں کہ تم اسے سر زمین ایران کی طرف بھیج دو اور اس کے ذریعے مال حاصل کر لو پھر نبی ﷺ نے خود ہی وہ جبہ شاہ حبشہ نجاشی کو بھجوادیا جس نے نبی ﷺ کے مہاجر صحابہ کو پناہ دے رکھی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek rahib ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein ek reshmi jubba hadiya ke taur par bheja Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us waqt to use pehen liya lekin ghar aa kar utar diya phir kisi wafd ki aamad ka ilm hua to Sayyidna Umar ne darkhwast ki ke wo jubba zeb tan farma lein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ke duniya mein humare liye reshmi libas munasib nahi hai ye aakhirat mein humare liye munasib ho ga albatta Umar tum ise le lo Sayyidna Umar kehne lage ke aap to use napasand karein aur mein use le loon Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: mein tumhein use pehenne ka hukm nahi de raha balkay is liye de raha hun ke tum use sar zameen Iran ki taraf bhej do aur uske zariye maal hasil kar lo phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne khud hi wo jubba Shah Habsha Najashi ko bhejwdiya jisne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke muhajir sahaba ko panah de rakhi thi.
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), once a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asking for grain. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave him one Wasq (a unit of measurement). After that, the man, his wife, and their child continued to eat from it until one day they measured it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If you had not measured it, you would have continued to take from it and eat, and it would have remained with you."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ایک شخص نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں غلہ طلب کرنے کے لئے حاضر ہوا نبی ﷺ نے اسے ایک وسق عطا فرما دیا اس کے بعد وہ آدمی اس کی بیوی اور ان کا ایک بچہ اس میں سے مستقل کھاتے رہے حتی کہ ایک دن انہوں نے اسے ناپ لیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اگر تم اسے نہ ماپتے تو تم اس میں سے نکال نکال کر کھاتے رہتے اور یہ تمہارے ساتھ رہتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba ek shaks Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein ghila talab karne ke liye hazir hua Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use ek wasq ata farma diya uske baad wo aadmi uski biwi aur unka ek baccha ismein se mustaqil khate rahe hatta ki ek din unhon ne use naap liya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki agar tum use na napte to tum ismein se nikal nikal kar khate rahte aur ye tumhare sath rehta.
Abu Zubair said that I asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) whether he had seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offering prayer while riding. He said yes. He added that a man who had purchased a she-camel came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and wanted him to invoke Allah for blessings. He wanted to talk to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) but he kept quiet till he finished the prayer and then invoked Allah for him.

ابوزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ نے نبی ﷺ کو سوار ہو کر نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے انہوں نے جواب دیا ہاں اس کے بعد نبی ﷺ کے پاس ایک آدمی آیا جس نے ایک اونٹنی خریدی تھی اور وہ نبی ﷺ سے اس سلسلے میں دعا کر وانا چاہتا تھا اس نے نبی ﷺ سے بات کرنا چاہی لیکن نبی ﷺ خاموش رہے حتی کہ جب سلام پھیر دیا تو اس کے لئے دعا کر دی۔
Abuzubair kahte hain ke maine Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se pucha ke kya aap ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko sawar ho kar namaz parhte huye dekha hai unhon ne jawab diya haan is ke baad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass ek aadmi aaya jis ne ek untni kharidi thi aur wo Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se is silsile mein dua karwana chahta tha us ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se baat karna chahi lekin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) khamosh rahe hatta ke jab salam phir diya to us ke liye dua kar di.
It is narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the shortest prayer (in duration) used to be of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کہ سب سے ہلکی نماز نبی ﷺ کی ہو تی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki sab se halki namaz Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki hoti thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever among you strongly thinks that he will not be able to wake up in the last part of the night, then he should pray Witr in the first part of the night. And whoever strongly thinks that he will be able to wake up in the last part of the night, then he should pray Witr at the end of it, for the prayer in the last part of the night is witnessed (by the angels) and that is more virtuous."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: تم میں سے جس شخص کا غالب گمان یہ ہو کر وہ رات کے آخری حصے میں بیدار نہ ہو سکے گا تو اسے رات کے اول حصے میں ہی وتر پڑھ لینے چاہیں اور جسے آخر رات میں جاگنے کا غالب گمان ہو تو اسے آخر میں ہی وتر پڑھنے چاہیں کیونکہ رات کے آخری حصے میں نماز کے وقت فرشتے حاضر ہوتے ہیں اور یہ افضل طریقہ ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Tum mein se jis shakhs ka ghalib guman ye ho ki woh raat ke aakhri hisse mein bedaar na ho sakega to use raat ke awwal hisse mein hi witr parh lene chahiyen aur jise aakhir raat mein jaagne ka ghalib guman ho to use aakhir mein hi witr parhne chahiyen kyunki raat ke aakhri hisse mein namaz ke waqt farishte hazir hote hain aur ye afzal tarika hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) came to us and said: "When anyone of you is praying, he should not spit in front of him to his right, but spit on his left or under his foot."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ آ کر م نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص نماز پڑھ رہا ہو تو اپنے دائیں جانب نہ تھوکے بلکہ بائیں جانب یا پاؤں کے نیچے تھوکے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aa kar ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum mein se koi shakhs namaz parh raha ho to apne dayen janib na thooke balki bayen janib ya paon ke neeche thooke.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Wear shoes frequently, for as long as a person wears shoes, it is as if he is riding."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جوتی کثرت سے پہنا کر و کیونکہ جب تک آدمی جوتی پہنے رہتا ہے گویا سواری پر سوار رہتا ہے۔

Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Stay close to what is right and speak the truth, because none of you has deeds that will save him." The Companions asked: "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Not even me, except that Allah covers me with His mercy."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: قریب قریب رہا کر و اور صحیح بات کیا کر و کیونکہ تم میں سے کوئی شخص ایسا نہیں ہے جسے اس کے اعمال بچاسکیں صحابہ نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! آپ کو بھی نہیں فرمایا: مجھے بھی نہیں الاّ یہ کہ اللہ مجھے اپنی رحمت سے ڈھانپ لے۔
Sayyidna Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: qareeb qareeb raha kar o aur sahih baat kiya kar o kyunki tum mein se koi shakhs aisa nahin hai jise us ke aamal bacha sakin Sahaba ne puchha: Ya Rasulullah! Aap ko bhi nahin Farmaya: mujhe bhi nahin illa yeh ki Allah mujhe apni rehmat se dhaanp le.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When the morsel of any one of you falls down, he should remove any dirt or harmful thing from it and eat it, and should not leave it for Satan. And he should not wipe his hand with a cloth until he has sucked his fingers, for he does not know in what portion of his food the blessing lies.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کسی کا لقمہ گر جائے تو اسے چاہیے کہ اس پر لگنے والی تکلیف دہ چیز کو ہٹا کر اسے کھالے اور اسے شیطان کے لئے نہ چھوڑے اور اپنا ہاتھ تو لیے سے نہ پونچھے اور انگلیاں چاٹ لے کیونکہ اسے معلوم نہیں ہے اس کے کھانے کے کس حصے میں برکت ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum mein se kisi ka luqma gir jaye to use chahiye ki us par lagne wali takleef deh cheez ko hata kar use kha le aur use shaitan ke liye na chhore aur apna hath to liye se na ponchhe aur ungliyan chat le kyunki use maloom nahi hai us ke khane ke kis hisse mein barkat hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that as the Prophet (peace be upon him) would mention the Day of Judgement, his voice would rise, his blessed face would redden, his passion would increase, and it seemed as if he was warning of an army.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جوں جوں آپ قیامت کا تذکر ہ فرماتے جاتے آپ کی آواز بلند ہو تی جاتی چہرہ مبارک سرخ ہوتا جاتا اور جوش میں اضافہ ہوتا جاتا اور ایسا محسوس ہوتا کہ جیسے آپ کسی لشکر سے ڈرا رہے ہوں
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki joon joon aap qayamat ka zikr farmaate jaate aap ki aawaz buland hoti jaati chehra mubarak surkh hota jata aur josh mein izafa hota jata aur aisa mehsoos hota jaise aap kisi lashkar se dara rahe hon.
Then he said, "I have more rights over the Muslims than their own selves. Whoever leaves behind wealth, it belongs to his family. And whoever leaves behind a debt or children, then I am responsible for them."

پھر فرمایا کہ میں مسلمانوں پر ان کی جان سے زیادہ حق رکھتا ہوں جو شخص مال دولت چھوڑ جائے وہ اس کے اہل خانہ کا ہے اور جو شخص قرض یا بچے چھوڑ جائے وہ میرے ذمے ہے۔
Phir farmaya keh mein musalmanon per un ki jaan se zyada haq rakhta hun jo shakhs maal daulat chhor jaye woh us ke ahl khana ka hai aur jo shakhs qarz ya bachay chhor jaye woh mere zimme hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Do not ask the people of the scripture about anything, for they will not guide you to the right path after having gone astray. They will either confirm you in what is false, or deny you what is true. Even if Moses were alive today, he would have no choice but to follow me."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اہل کتاب سے کسی چیز کے متعلق مت پوچھا: کر و اس لئے کہ وہ تمہیں صحیح راستہ کبھی نہیں دکھائیں گے کیونکہ وہ تو خود گمراہ ہیں اب یا تو تم کسی غلط بات کی تصدیق کر بیٹھو گے یا کسی حق بات کی تکذیب کر جاؤ گے اور یوں بھی اگر تمہارے درمیان سیدنا موسیٰ بھی زندہ ہوتے تو میری اتباع کے علاوہ انہیں کوئی چارہ نہ ہوتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Ahl e kitab se kisi cheez ke mutalliq mat pucha: karo is liye ki woh tumhen sahi rasta kabhi nahin dikhayen ge kyunki woh to khud gumrah hain ab ya to tum kisi galat baat ki tasdeeq kar baitho ge ya kisi haq baat ki takzeeb kar jao ge aur yun bhi agar tumhare darmiyan Sayyidna Musa bhi zinda hote to meri ittaba ke ilawa unhen koi chara na hota.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that once, two slaves got into a fight. One of them belonged to a Muhajir (emigrant from Mecca) and the other to an Ansari (resident of Medina). The Muhajir called out to the Muhajireen and the Ansari to the Ansar. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) heard these calls and came out and said: "Leave these foul calls!." Then he said: "What are these calls of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic times of ignorance)? Are these the calls of Jahiliyyah in this era?".

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ دو غلام آپس میں لڑپرے جن میں سے ایک کسی مہاجر کا اور دوسرا کسی انصاری کا تھا مہاجر نے مہاجرین کو اور انصاری نے انصار کو آوازیں دے کر بلانا شروع کر دیا نبی ﷺ یہ آوازیں سن کا باہر تشریف لائے اور فرمایا: ان بدبودار نعروں کو چھوڑ دو پھر فرمایا: یہ جاہلیت کی کیسی آوازیں ہیں یہ زمانہ جاہلیت کی کیسی آوازیں ہیں؟۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba do ghulam aapas mein lar pare jin mein se ek kisi muhajir ka aur dusra kisi ansari ka tha muhajir ne muhajireen ko aur ansari ne ansar ko awazen dekar bulana shuru kar diya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ye awazen sun kar bahar tashreef laye aur farmaya in badbudar naarron ko chhod do phir farmaya ye jahiliyat ki kaisi awazen hain ye zamana jahiliyat ki kaisi awazen hain
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: One should not marry a woman in the presence of her paternal aunt or maternal aunt, nor should one marry a woman in the presence of her niece (brother's daughter) or niece (sister's daughter).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: پھوپھی یاخالہ کی موجودگی میں کسی عورت سے نکاح نہ کیا جائے اور نہ کسی بھتیجی یا بھانجی کی موجودگی میں کسی عورت سے نکاح کیا جائے۔
Syedna Jaber Razi Allaho Anho se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne irshad farmaya phoophi ya khala ki mojoodgi mein kisi aurat se nikah na kia jaye aur na kisi bhateeji ya bhanji ki mojoodgi mein kisi aurat se nikah kia jaye.
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Every Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a companion (Hawari) and my companion is Zubair. Sufyan bin `Uyainah said that Hawari means helper and supporter.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ہر نبی ﷺ کا ایک حواری ہوتا تھا اور میرے حواری زبیر ہیں۔ سفیان بن عیینہ کہتے ہیں کہ حواری کا معنی ہے ناصر و مددگار۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki har Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka ek hawari hota tha aur mere hawari Zubair hain. Sufyan bin Uyaina kahte hain ki hawari ka mani hai Nasir o madadgar.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the leasing of land.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے زمین کے کرائے سے منع کیا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne zameen ke kiraye se mana kiya hai.
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever cultivates a barren land, for him is its reward, and whatever any animal eats (from it) is considered charity for him."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص کسی ویران بنجر زمین کو آباد کر ے اسے اس کا اجر ملے گا اور جتنے جانور اس سے کھائیں گے اسے ان سب پر صدقے کا ثواب ملے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi veeran banjar zameen ko abad kare use uska ajr milega aur jitne janwar us se khaen ge use un sab par sadqe ka sawab milega.
It is narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to my house with Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both). I presented dates to eat and water to drink. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “These are the blessings about which you will be questioned on the Day of Judgement.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ حضرات شیخین کے ہمراہ میرے یہاں تشریف لائے میں نے کھانے کے لئے ترکجھوریں اور پینے کے لئے پانی پیش کیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: یہ وہ نعمتیں ہیں جن کے متعلق قیامت کے دن تم سے پوچھا: جائے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hazrat Sheikhain ke hamrah mere yahan tashrif laaye main ne khane ke liye tarkhuriyan aur pine ke liye pani pesh kiya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Yeh woh naimaten hain jin ke mutalliq qayamat ke din tum se poocha jaye ga.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to leave Sayyiduna Ali behind, he [Ali] said, "What will the people say about me if you leave me behind?". The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Are you not pleased that you are to me as Haroon was to Musa (Moses), except that there will be no prophet after me?".

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب نبی ﷺ نے سیدنا علی کو اپنے پیچھے چھوڑنے کا ارادہ کیا تو وہ کہنے لگے کہ اگر آپ مجھے چھوڑ کر چلے گئے تو لوگ میرے متعلق کیا کہیں گے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کیا تم اس بات پر راضی نہیں ہو کہ تمہیں مجھ سے وہی نسبت ہو جو سیدنا ہارون کو سیدنا موسیٰ سے تھی البتہ یہ ضرور ہے کہ میرے بعد کوئی نبی نہیں ہو گا۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Saina Ali ko apne peeche chhorne ka irada kya to woh kehne lage ke agar aap mujhe chhor kar chale gaye to log mere mutalliq kya kahenge Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya tum is baat par razi nahi ho ke tumhen mujh se wohi nisbat ho jo Saina Haroon ko Saina Musa se thi albatta ye zaroor hai ke mere baad koi Nabi nahi hoga
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade selling surplus water.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ضرورت سے زائد پانی کو بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne zarurat se zaid pani ko bechne se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the forward sale of fruits for two or three years.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دو تین سالوں کے لئے پھلوں کی پیشگی بیع سے منع کیا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne do teen saalon ke liye phalon ki peshgi baye se mana kiya hai.
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: Abu Quhafah, whose hair was white like the thagham flower, was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, on the Day of the Conquest of Mecca. The Prophet said, "Take him to one of the women of his family and let her change the color of his hair."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ فتح مکہ کے دن ابوقحافہ کو نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں لایا گیا اس وقت ان کے سر کے بال ثغامہ بوٹی کی طرح سفید تھے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ انہیں ان کی خاندان کی کسی عورت کے پاس لے جاؤ اور ان کے بالوں کا رنگ بدل دو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Fath Makkah ke din Abu Quhafa ko Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein laya gaya us waqt un ke sar ke baal sughammah booti ki tarah safaid thay Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki unhein un ki khandan ki kisi aurat ke paas le jao aur un ke baalon ka rang badal do.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) sent me on an errand while we were on the way to Banu Mustaliq. I returned and found him offering prayer on his camel. I intended to speak but Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) beckoned with his hand twice. I did so and heard Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) reciting and he was beckoning with his head. When he finished the prayer, he said, "What prevented you from speaking while I sent you." I said, "I was offering prayer."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بنومصطلق کی طرف جاتے ہوئے مجھے کسی کام سے بھیج دیا میں واپس آیا تو نبی ﷺ اپنے اونٹ پر نماز پڑھ رہے تھے میں نے بات کرنا چاہی تو نبی ﷺ نے ہاتھ سے اشارہ کیا دو مرتبہ اس طرح ہوا پھر میں نے نبی ﷺ کو قرأت کرتے ہوئے سنا اور نبی ﷺ اپنے سر سے اشارہ فرما رہے تھے نماز سے فراغت کے بعد نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں نے جس کام کے لئے تمہیں بھیجا تھا اس کا کیا بنا میں نے جواب اس لئے نہیں دیا تھا کہ میں نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Banu Musalliq ki taraf jate huye mujhe kisi kaam se bhej diya main wapas aaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne unt par namaz parh rahe the maine baat karna chahi to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hath se ishara kiya do martaba is tarah hua phir maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko qirat karte huye suna aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne sar se ishara farma rahe the namaz se faraghat ke baad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: maine jis kaam ke liye tumhen bheja tha us ka kya bana maine jawab is liye nahi diya tha ki main namaz parh raha tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever has an Imam, let him know that the recitation of the Imam is his recitation."
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جس شخص کا امام ہو وہ جان لے کہ امام کی قرأت ہی اس کی قرأت ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jis shakhs ka imam ho woh jaan le ke imam ki qirat hi uski qirat hai.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade selling excess water.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ضرورت سے زائد پانی بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne zaroorat se zaid pani bechne se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: Once we were on a journey with the Prophet (ﷺ). We came across a swarm of locusts and started eating them.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ کسی غزوے میں شریک تھے ہمیں اس دوران ٹڈی دل ملے جنہیں ہم نے کھالیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath kisi gazve mein shareek the humein us dauran tiddi dal mile jinhein humne kha liya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that an animal be tied up and then slaughtered.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ کسی جانور کو باندھ کر مارا جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is baat se mana farmaya hai keh kisi janwar ko bandh kar mara jaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I myself heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbidding sitting on graves, plastering them and building structures over them.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو قبر پر بیٹھنے سے منع کرتے ہوئے اسے پختہ کرنے اور اس پر عمارت تعمیر کرنے سے منع کرتے ہوئے خود سنا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko qabar par baithne se mana karte hue use pakka karne aur us par imarat taamir karne se mana karte hue khud suna hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade marriage by way of barter, where no dowry is specified, and the exchange itself is considered to be the dowry.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے وٹے سٹے کے نکاح سے منع فرمایا ہے جبکہ اس میں مہر مقرر نہ کیا گیا بلکہ تبادلے ہی کو مہر فرض کر لیا گیا۔
Syedna Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne wate sate ke nikah se mana farmaya hai jabke is mein mehr muqarrar nah kia gaya balke tabadale hi ko mehr farz kar lia gaya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: After this year, no polytheist shall enter our mosques, except for the People of the Book and their servants.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اس سال کے بعد کوئی مشرک ہماری مسجدوں میں داخل نہ ہو سوائے اہل کتاب اور ان کے خادموں کے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Is saal ke baad koi mushrik hamari masjidon mein dakhil na ho siwaye ahl-e-kitab aur un ke khadimon ke.
It has been narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “I have been commanded to fight against people until they testify that there is none worthy of worship but Allah. Once they do that, their lives and wealth are protected from me, except by right of justice, and their reckoning will be with Allah.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: مجھے حکم دیا گیا ہے کہ میں لوگوں سے اس وقت تک قتال کرتا رہوں جب تک وہ الا الہ اللہ نہ پڑھ لیں جب وہ یہ کام کر لیں تو انہوں نے اپنی جان ومال کو مجھ سے محفوظ کر لیاسوائے اس کے کلمے کے حق کے اور ان کا حساب کتاب اللہ کے ذمے ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: mujhe hukm diya gaya hai ki main logon se us waqt tak qital karta rahun jab tak wo la ilaha illallah na parh len jab wo ye kaam kar len to unhon ne apni jaan o maal ko mujh se mahfooz kar liya siwaye is ke kalme ke haq ke aur un ka hisab kitab Allah ke zimme ho ga.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “No one who believes in Allah and the Last Day should enter the bathhouse without a waist wrapper. No one who believes in Allah and the Last Day should let his wife enter the bathhouse. No one who believes in Allah and the Last Day should sit at a table where alcohol is being drunk. And no one who believes in Allah and the Last Day should sit in private with a woman who is not permissible for him, for the third one present will be Satan.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص اللہ پر اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ حمام میں بغیر تہبند کے داخل نہ ہو جو شخص اللہ پر اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہوں وہ اپنی بیوی کو حمام میں نہ جانے دے جو شخص اللہ اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ ایسے دسترخوان پر نہ بیٹھے جس پر شراب پی جائے اور جو شخص اللہ پر اور یوم آخرت پر ایمان رکھتا ہو وہ کسی ایسی عورت کے ساتھ خلوت میں نہ بیٹھے جس کے ساتھ اس کا محرم نہ ہو کیونکہ وہاں تیسرا شیطان ہوتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs Allah par aur Yaum Aakhirat par imaan rakhta ho woh hamam mein baghair tehband ke dakhil na ho jo shakhs Allah par aur Yaum Aakhirat par imaan rakhta hon woh apni biwi ko hamam mein na jaane de jo shakhs Allah aur Yaum Aakhirat par imaan rakhta ho woh aise dastarkhwan par na baithe jis par sharaab pi jaye aur jo shakhs Allah par aur Yaum Aakhirat par imaan rakhta ho woh kisi aisi aurat ke sath khalwat mein na baithe jis ke sath uska mehram na ho kyunki wahan teesra shaitan hota hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade using the price of a dog or a cat.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے کتے اور بلی کی قیمت استعمال کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kutte aur billi ki qeemat istemal karne se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) stayed for ten years in Mecca. He (ﷺ) would go to the people in their houses, in 'Ukaz, Majanna and Dhul-Majaz (during the Hajj season) and would say, "Who will give me refuge so that I may convey the message of my Lord, and he will be from the people of Paradise?" Sometimes a man from Yemen or Egypt would come, so the people of his tribe would go to him and say, "Beware of this young man of Quraysh, lest he misguides you!" The Prophet (ﷺ) would pass by their tents and point towards them with his fingers, until Allah raised for us (helpers) from Yathrib (Medina), and we gave him refuge and testified to him. One of us would go out, embrace Islam from the Prophet (ﷺ), the Prophet (ﷺ) would teach him the Quran, and when he returned to his family, the blessing of his Islam would make his family Muslim, until there was no house left among the Ansar but that there was a group of Muslims in it, and they would declare their Islam openly.
One day, they all gathered and said, "How long will we leave the Prophet (ﷺ) in this state, being expelled in the valleys of Mecca and living in fear?" So seventy men from among us set out towards the Prophet (ﷺ) and met him during the days of Hajj. We agreed on a meeting place in a valley. We went to the Prophet (ﷺ) in ones and twos until we were all gathered. We said, "O Messenger of Allah, on what condition shall we pledge allegiance to you?" He (ﷺ) said, "You will pledge allegiance to me on the condition that you will listen to and obey me in hardship and ease, in times of scarcity and plenty, and that you will spend (in the cause of Allah) in times of hardship and ease, and that you will enjoin good and forbid evil, and that you will not fear the blame of the blamer in the cause of Allah, and that you will help me and defend me as you would defend your own wives and children, and in return, you will have Paradise." So we stood up and pledged allegiance to him (ﷺ).
Sa'd bin Zurarah, who was the youngest of them, took the hand of the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O people of Yathrib! Stop, for we have come here, having slaughtered the livers of our camels, only because we have believed that he is the Messenger of Allah. Know that taking the Prophet (ﷺ) out from here today is to choose separation from the whole of Arabia, killing your best men, and clashing swords. If you can bear this, then your reward is with Allah. And if you have even the slightest doubt about yourselves, then make it clear so that it may be an excuse for you before Allah." Upon this, all the Ansar said, "O Sa'd, go back! By Allah, we will never break our pledge, nor will we ever abandon it." And so, we pledged allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ), and he (ﷺ) took our pledge on the condition of being granted Paradise and (fulfilling) the conditions (he laid out).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ دس سال مکہ مکر مہ میں رہے اور عکاظ، مجنہ اور موسم حج میں میدان منیٰ میں لوگوں کے پاس ان کے ٹھکانوں پر جاجآ کر ملتے تھے اور فرماتے تھے کہ مجھے اپنے یہاں کون ٹھکانہ دے گا کون میری مدد کر ے گا میں اپنے رب کا پیغام پہنچا سکوں اور اسے جنت مل جائے بعض اوقات ایک آدمی یمن سے آتا یا مصر سے تو ان کی قوم کے لوگ اس کے پاس آتے اور اس سے کہتے کہ قریش کے اس نوجوان سے بچ کر رہنا کہیں یہ تمہیں گمراہ نہ کر دے نبی ﷺ جب ان کے خیموں کے پاس سے گزرتے وہ انگلیوں سے انکی طرف اشارہ کرتے حتی کہ اللہ نے ہمیں نبی ﷺ کے لئے یثرب سے اٹھادیا اور ہم نے انہیں ٹھکانہ فراہم کیا اور ان کی تصدیق کی چنانچہ ہم میں سے ایک آدمی نکلتا نبی ﷺ پر ایمان لاتا نبی ﷺ اسے قرآن پڑھاتے اور جب وہ واپس گھر پلٹ کر آتا تو اس کے اسلام کی برکت سے اس کے اہل خانہ بھی مسلمان ہو جاتے حتی کہ انصار کا کوئی گھر ایسا باقی نہ بچا جس میں مسلمانوں کا ایک گروہ نہ ہو، یہ سب لوگ علانیہ اسلام کو ظاہر کرتے تھے۔
ایک دن سب لوگ مشورہ کے لئے اکٹھے ہوئے اور کہنے لگے کہ ہم کب تک نبی ﷺ کو اس حال میں چھوڑے رکھیں گے کہ آپ کو مکہ کے پہاڑوں میں دھکے دیئے جاتے رہیں اور آپ خوف کے عالم میں رہیں چنانچہ ہم میں سے ستر آدمی نبی ﷺ کی طرف روانہ ہوئے اور ایام حج میں نبی ﷺ کے پاس پہنچ گئے ہم نے آپس میں ایک گھاٹی ملاقات کے لئے طے کی اور ایک ایک دو دو کر کے نبی ﷺ کے پاس جمع ہو گئے یہاں تک کہ جب ہم پورے ہو گئے تو ہم نے عرض کی یا رسول اللہ! ہم کس شرط پر آپ کی بیعت کر یں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم مجھ سے چستی اور سستی ہر حال میں بات سننے اور ماننے، تنگی اور آسانی اور ہر حال میں خرچ کرنے، امر بالمعروف نہی عن المنکر اور حق بات کہنے میں کسی ملامت گر کی ملامت سے نہ ڈرنے اور میری مدد کرنے اور اسی طرح میری حفاظت کرنے کی شرط پر بیعت کر و جس طرح تم اپنی بیویوں اور بچوں کی حفاظت کرتے ہواور تمہیں اس کے بدلے میں جنت ملے گی چنانچہ ہم نے کھڑے ہو کر نبی ﷺ سے بیعت کر لی۔
سیدنا اسعد بن زرارہ جو سب سے چھوٹے تھے نبی ﷺ کا دست مبارک پکڑ کر کہنے لگے کہ اے اہل یثرب ٹھہرو ہم لوگ اپنے اونٹوں کے جگر مارتے ہوئے یہاں اس لئے آئے ہیں کہ ہمیں اس بات کا یقین ہو جائے کہ یہ اللہ کے رسول ہیں یہ سمجھ لو کہ آج نبی ﷺ کو یہاں سے نکال کر لے جانا پورے عرب کی جدائیگی اختیار کرنا ہے اپنے بہترین افراد کو قتل کر وانا اور تلواریں کاٹنا ہے اگر تم اس پر صبر کر سکو تو تمہارا اجر وثواب اللہ کے ذمے ہے۔ اور اگر تمہیں اپنے متعلق ذرا سی بھی بزدلی کا اندیشہ ہو تو اسے واضح کر دو تاکہ وہ عند اللہ تمہارے لئے عذر شمار ہو جائے اس پر تمام انصار نے کہا اسعد پیچھے ہٹو واللہ ہم بیعت کو کبھی نہیں چھوڑیں گے اور کبھی ختم نہیں کر یں گے چنانچہ اسی طرح ہم نے نبی ﷺ سے بیعت کی اور نبی ﷺ نے جنت عطا فرمائے جانے کے وعدے اور شرائط پر ہم سے بیعت لے لی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) das saal Makkah Mukarramah mein rahe aur Ukaz, Mina aur musim e Hajj mein maidan Mina mein logon ke paas unke thikanon par ja ja kar milte thay aur farmate thay ki mujhe apne yahan kaun thikana dega kaun meri madad karega main apne Rab ka paigham pahuncha sakun aur use Jannat mil jaye baaz auqat ek aadmi Yemen se aata ya Misr se to unki qaum ke log uske paas aate aur us se kahte ki Quresh ke is naujawan se bach kar rahna kahin ye tumhein gumrah na kar de Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jab unke khaimon ke paas se guzarte woh ungliyon se unki taraf ishara karte hatta ki Allah ne hamein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke liye Yathrib se utha diya aur humne unhein thikana faraham kiya aur unki tasdeeq ki chunancha hum mein se ek aadmi nikalta Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par iman lata Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) use Quran padhate aur jab woh wapas ghar palat kar aata to uske Islam ki barkat se uske ahle khana bhi musalman ho jate hatta ki Ansar ka koi ghar aisa baqi na bacha jis mein musalmanon ka ek giroh na ho, ye sab log alaniya Islam ko zahir karte thay.
Ek din sab log mashware ke liye ikatthe hue aur kahne lage ki hum kab tak Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is hal mein chhore rakhenge ki aapko Makkah ke paharon mein dhakke diye jate rahen aur aap khauf ke aalam mein rahen chunancha hum mein se sattar aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki taraf rawana hue aur ayyam e Hajj mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas pahunch gaye humne aapas mein ek ghati mulaqat ke liye tay ki aur ek ek do do kar ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas jama ho gaye yahan tak ki jab hum pure ho gaye to humne arz ki Ya Rasulullah! Hum kis shart par aap ki bai'at karen Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum mujh se chasti aur susti har hal mein baat sunne aur manne, tangi aur aasani aur har hal mein kharch karne, amr bil ma'ruf nahi anil munkar aur haq baat kahne mein kisi malamat gar ki malamat se na darne aur meri madad karne aur isi tarah meri hifazat karne ki shart par bai'at karo jis tarah tum apni biwiyon aur bachchon ki hifazat karte ho aur tumhein uske badle mein Jannat milegi chunancha humne kharre ho kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bai'at kar li.
Sayyidna As'ad bin Zurarah jo sab se chhote thay Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka dast mubarak pakar kar kahne lage ki aye ahle Yathrib thahro hum log apne unton ke jigar marte hue yahan is liye aaye hain ki hamein is baat ka yaqeen ho jaye ki ye Allah ke Rasool hain ye samajh lo ki aaj Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yahan se nikal kar le jana pure Arab ki judai اختیار karna hai apne behtarin afrad ko qatal karwana aur talwariyan katna hai agar tum is par sabar kar sako to tumhara ajr o sawab Allah ke zimme hai. Aur agar tumhein apne mutalliq zara si bhi buzdilli ka andesha ho to use wazeh kar do taaki woh 'ind Allah tumhare liye uzr shumar ho jaye is par tamam Ansar ne kaha As'ad peeche hatto Wallahi hum bai'at ko kabhi nahin chhoren ge aur kabhi khatm nahin karenge chunancha isi tarah humne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bai'at ki aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Jannat ata farmaye jane ke waday aur sharait par hum se bai'at le li.
Narrated Jabir (RA): I heard the Prophet (SAW) saying, "If anyone of you forgets something in his prayer, he should perform two prostrations of Sahw (forgetfulness) and if Satan makes any of you forget something in your prayer, the men should say 'Subhan Allah' and the women should clap their hands making a slight noise."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اگر شیطان مجھے نماز کا کوئی کام بھلا دے تو مردوں کو سبحان اللہ کہنا چاہیے اور عورتوں کو ہلکی آوازیں میں تالی بجانی چاہیے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna hai keh agar shaitan mujhe namaz ka koi kaam bhula de to mardon ko Subhan Allah kehna chahie aur auraton ko halki aawazon mein taali bajani chahie.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the lightest and most complete prayer was that of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سب سے ہلکی اور مکمل نماز نبی ﷺ کی ہو تی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh sab se halki aur mukammal namaz Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki hoti thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet (PBUH) declared alcohol unlawful, broke its vessels, and prohibited its sale, as well as the sale of idols.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فتح مکہ کے دن شراب کو بہادیا اس کے مٹکوں کو توڑ دیا اور اس کی اور بتوں کی بیع سے منع فرمایا:۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Fath Makkah ke din sharaab ko baha diya uske matkon ko tod diya aur uski aur buton ki be se mana farmaaya.
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If the son of Adam were to own a valley full of wealth, he would wish for another like it, and nothing fills the belly of Adam's son but dust.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اگر ابن آدم کے پاس مال کی ایک پوری وادی ہو تو وہ دو اور دو ہو تو تین کی تمنا کر ے گا اور ابن آدم کا پیٹ قبر کی مٹی کے علاوہ کوئی چیز نہیں بھرسکتی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Agar Ibn e Aadam ke paas maal ki ek poori wadi ho to wo do aur do ho to teen ki tamanna kare ga aur Ibn e Aadam ka pet qabar ki mitti ke ilawa koi cheez nahi bharsakti.
It was narrated from our master Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah, the Exalted, will forgive a man among my Ummah (followers) simply because he was lenient in buying, selling, paying, and collecting."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ اپنی امتوں کے ایک آدمی کی بخشش صرف اس بات پر کر دی کہ وہ خریدو فروخت میں، ادائیگی اور تقاضا کرنے میں بڑا نرم خو تھا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Allah Ta'ala apni ummaton ke ek aadmi ki bakhshish sirf is baat par kar di ki woh kharid o farokht mein, adaegi aur taqada karne mein bada narm kho tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not sleep at night until he had recited Surah Sajdah and Surah Mulk.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ رات کے وقت نہیں سوتے تھے جب تک سورت سجدہ اور سورت ملک پڑھ نہ لیتے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) raat ke waqt nahi sote the jab tak Surah Sajdah aur Surah Mulk parh na lete.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (RA), he said that we came to Makkah Mukarramah with the Prophet (PBUH), so the Prophet (PBUH) performed seven rounds of the Ka'bah, the first three of which he walked briskly and the remaining four at a normal pace.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ مکہ مکر مہ میں آئے تو نبی ﷺ نے خانہ کعبہ کے سات چکر لگائے جن میں سے پہلے تین میں رمل کیا اور باقی چار معمول کی رفتار سے لگائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath Makkah Mukarramah mein aaye to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Khanah Kaaba ke saat chakkar lagaye jin mein se pehle teen mein raml kiya aur baqi chaar mamul ki raftar se lagaye.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) started Tawaf from the corner of the Black Stone, walked with Ramal until he came back to the Black Stone, performed Ramal for three rounds, and walked at a normal pace for the remaining four rounds.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حجر اسود والے کونے سے طواف شروع کیا رمل کرتے ہوئے چلے آئے یہاں تک کہ دوبارہ حجر اسود پر آ گئے اس پر تین چکر وں میں رمل کیا اور باقی چار چکر معمول کی رفتار سے لگائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hajar Aswad wale kone se tawaf shuru kiya ramal karte hue chale aaye yahan tak ki dobara Hajar Aswad par aa gaye is par teen chakaron mein ramal kiya aur baqi chaar chakkar mamuli ki raftar se lagaye.
