Abu Zubair said: I asked Jabir ibn Abdullah about the solar eclipse. He said: I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: "When you see an eclipse of the sun or the moon, then pray until it is over."

ابوزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے سورج گرہن کے متعلق پوچھا: انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ چاند اور سورج گرہن کو گہن لگ جاتا ہے جب تم ایسی چیز دیکھا کر و تو اس وقت تک نماز پڑھتے رہا کر و جب تک گہن ختم نہ ہو جائے۔
Abuzubair kehte hain keh maine Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se Suraj Grahan ke mutaliq poocha: Unhon ne farmaya keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai keh Chand aur Suraj Grahan ko Grahan lag jata hai jab tum aisi cheez dekha karo to us waqt tak Namaz padhte raha karo jab tak Grahan khatam na ho jaye.
Abu Zubair said: I asked Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, about the murdered person after whose murder Suhaim announced. He said that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, commanded Suhaim to announce among the people that only a believer will enter Paradise.

ابوزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اس مقتول کے متعلق پوچھا: جس کے قتل ہو نے کے بعد سحیم نے منادی کی تھی انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ نے سحیم کو حکم دیا ہے کہ لوگوں میں منادی کر دیں کہ جنت میں صرف وہی شخص داخل ہو گا جو مؤمن ہو۔

Narrated Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu: I heard the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) saying: The bird (record of deeds) of everyone will be hung around his neck.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے ہر بندے کا پرندہ (نامہ اعمال) اس کی گردن میں لٹکا ہوا ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai har bande ka parinda (nama amal) uski gardan mein latka hua ho ga.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When any one of you gives a shroud to his (Muslim) brother, he should shroud him well, and he should say four Takbirs over his dead, whether it is day or night.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کو کفن دے تو اچھے طریقے سے اسے کفنائے اور یہ کہ اپنے مردوں پر خواہ دن ہو یا رات چار تکبیرات پڑھا کر و۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki jab tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ko kafan de to achhe tarike se use kafnaye aur ye ki apne murdon par chahe din ho ya raat chaar takbeerat padh kar.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade using the price of a cat.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بلی کی قیمت استعمال کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne billi ki qeemat istemaal karne se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said while the funeral of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) was laid down, that even the Throne of the Most Merciful shook for him.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن معاذ کا جنازہ رکھا ہوا تھا اور نبی ﷺ فرما رہے تھے کہ اس پر رحمن کا عرش بھی ہل گیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Saad bin Muaz ka janaza rakha hua tha aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farma rahe the ki is par Rehman ka arsh bhi hil gaya.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The people of Paradise will eat and drink in Paradise, but they will not defecate, urinate, blow their noses, or spit. Their food will be digested with a burp, and their sweat will be like the fragrance of musk. And they will glorify and praise Allah (Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala) just as involuntarily as they breathe.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جنت میں اہل جنت کھائیں پئیں گے لیکن پاخانہ پیشاب کر یں گے اور نہ ہی ناک صاف کر یں گے یا تھوک پھینکیں گے ان کا کھانا ایک ڈکار سے ہضم ہو جائے گا اور ان کا پسینہ مشک کی خوشبو کی طرح ہو گا اور وہ اس طرح تسبیح وتحمید کرتے ہوں گے جیسے بےاختیار سانس لیتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jannat mein ahl-e-jannat khaen peeyen ge lekin pakhana peshab karenge aur na hi nak saaf karenge ya thook phenkenge. Un ka khana ek dakar se hazam ho jaega aur un ka paseena mushk ki khushbu ki tarah hoga aur wo is tarah tasbeeh-o-tahmeed karte honge jaise bay ikhtiyar saans lete hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade a man from wrapping himself in a single garment and from sitting with his knees drawn up to his chest (goat-like posture).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ کوئی آدمی ایک کپڑے میں اپنا جسم لپیٹے اور نہ ہی گوٹ مار کر بیٹھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is baat se mana farmaya hai ki koi aadmi ek kapre mein apna jism lapete aur na hi got maar kar baithe.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), a slave of Sayyiduna Hatib bin Abi Balta'a came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) complaining about his master. He said, "O Messenger of Allah! Hatib will surely enter Hellfire." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No, you are wrong. He will not enter Hellfire because he participated in the battles of Badr and Uhud."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا حاطب بن ابی بلتعہ کا ایک غلام اپنے آقا کی شکایت لے کر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ یا رسول اللہ! حاطب ضرور جہنم میں داخل ہو گا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: نہیں تم غلط کہتے ہو وہ جہنم میں نہیں جائے کیونکہ وہ غزوہ بدر و حدیبیہ میں شریک تھے۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Syedna Hatib bin Abi Balta'a ka aik ghulam apne aqa ki shikayat lekar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga ke ya Rasulullah! Hatib zaroor jahannam mein dakhil ho ga Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: nahi tum ghalat kehte ho wo jahannam mein nahi jaye kyonki wo ghazwa Badr o Hunain mein sharik the.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a slave came and pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for Hijrah (migration). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not know that he was a slave. Meanwhile, his master came searching for him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Sell him to me." So he bought him by giving two black slaves in exchange. After this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not take allegiance from anyone until he had asked them if they were a slave.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک غلام آیا اور نبی ﷺ سے ہجرت پر بیعت کر لی نبی ﷺ کو پتہ نہیں تھا کہ یہ غلام ہے اتنے میں اس کا آقا اسے تلاش کرتا ہوا آگیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اسے میرے ہاتھ بیچ دو اور دو سیاہ فام غلام دے کر اسے خرید لیا اس کے بعد نبی ﷺ کسی شخص سے اس وقت تک بیعت نہ لیتے تھے جب تک یہ نہ پوچھ لیتے کہ وہ غلام تو نہیں ہے۔
Sayyida Jaabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik ghulam aaya aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se hijrat per bai't kar li Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko pata nahi tha ki yah ghulam hai itne me iska aqa ise talaash karta hua aagaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ise mere hath bech do aur do siyah faam ghulam de kar ise kharid liya iske baad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kisi shakhs se is waqt tak bai't nahi lete the jab tak yah na puch lete ki woh ghulam to nahi hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the Battle of the Trench, Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) was struck by an arrow in the vein of his arm. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it with a broad-headed arrow using his blessed hand. It swelled up, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it again. This happened three times, and his blood started flowing. Seeing this, he prayed, "O Allah, do not seize my soul until my eyes are cooled by the matter of Banu Qurayzah." So, his blood stopped, and not a single drop flowed until the people of Banu Qurayzah came down to accept the decision of Sayyiduna Sa'd. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) summoned them, and they agreed that their men would be killed, and their women and children would be spared so that the Muslims could benefit from them. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "You have judged among them according to the judgment of Allah." They numbered four hundred individuals. When they were finished killing them, the vein of Sayyiduna Sa'd started bleeding again, and he passed away.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ غزوہ احزاب میں سیدنا سعد بن معاذ کے بازو کی رگ میں ایک تیر لگ گیا نبی ﷺ نے انہیں اپنے دست مبارک سے چوڑے پھل کے تیرے سے اسے داغا وہ سوج گیا تو نبی ﷺ نے دوبارہ داغ دیاتین مرتبہ ایسے ہی ہوا اور ان کا خون بہنے لگا یہ دیکھ کر انہوں نے دعا کی اے اللہ میری روح اس وقت تک قبض نہ فرمانا جب تک بنوقریظہ کے حوالے سے میری آنکھیں ٹھنڈی نہ ہو جائیں چنانچہ ان کا خون رک گیا اور ایک قطرہ بھی نہ ٹپکا حتی کہ بنوقریظہ کے لوگ سیدنا سعد کے فیصلے پر نیچے اتر آئے نبی ﷺ نے انہیں بلا بھیجا انہوں نے یہ فیصلہ کیا کہ ان کے مردوں کو قتل اور عورتوں کو اور بچوں کو زندہ رہنے دیا جائے تاکہ مسلمان ان سے کام لے سکیں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم ان کے متعلق اللہ کے فیصلے کے مطابق فیصلہ کیا ہے ان لوگوں کی تعداد چار سو افراد تھی جب ان کے قتل سے فراغت ہوئی تو ان کی رگ سے خون بہہ پڑا اور وہ فوت ہو گئے۔
Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Ghazwa Ahzab mein Sayyidina Saad bin Muaz ke bazu ki rag mein ek teer lag gaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen apne dast mubarak se chaure phal ke tere se use daagha woh suj gaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dobara daagh diya teen martaba aise hi hua aur unka khoon behne laga yeh dekh kar unhon ne dua ki aye Allah meri rooh is waqt tak qabz na farmana jab tak Banu Qurayzah ke hawale se meri aankhen thandi na ho jayen chunancha unka khoon ruk gaya aur ek qatra bhi na tapka hatta ki Banu Qurayzah ke log Sayyidina Saad ke faisle par neeche utar aye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen bula bheja unhon ne yeh faisla kiya ki unke mardon ko qatal aur auraton ko aur bachon ko zinda rehne diya jaye taaki Musalman unse kaam le saken Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: tum unke mutalliq Allah ke faisle ke mutabiq faisla kiya hai in logon ki tadad chaar sau afrad thi jab unke qatl se faraghat hui to unki rag se khoon beh pada aur woh fout ho gaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Sayyiduna Hatib bin Abi Balta'ah wrote a letter warning the people of Makkah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to wage Jihad against them. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed his companions about a woman who had the letter, and sent his companions after her. They retrieved the letter from her braid. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked, “Hatib, did you do this?” He replied, “Yes, but I did not do it to deceive the Messenger of Allah. I have no doubt that Allah will grant victory to His Messenger and fulfill His decree. However, I am a stranger in Madinah, and my mother lives in Makkah. I wanted to do them a favor so that they would take care of my mother.” Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, “Let me strike off his head!” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Do you want to kill a man who was present at Badr? Don't you know that Allah looked at the people of Badr from the sky and said, ‘Do whatever you wish, for I have forgiven you.’”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا حاطب بن ابی بلتعہ نے ایک خط لکھ کر اہل مکہ کو متنبہ کیا کہ نبی ﷺ ان سے جہاد کا ارادہ فرما رہے ہیں نبی ﷺ نے صحابہ کو ایک عورت کا پتہ بتایا جس کے پاس وہ خط تھا اور اس کے پیچھے اپنے صحابہ کو بھیجا جنہوں نے وہ خط اس کے سر میں سے حاصل کر لیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: حاطب کیا تم نے ہی یہ کام کیا ہے انہوں نے عرض کی جی ہاں لیکن میں نے یہ کام اس لئے نہیں کیا کہ اللہ کے پیغمبر کو دھوکہ دے سکوں مجھے یقین ہے کہ اللہ اپنے پیغمبر کو غالب کر کے اور اپنے حکم کو پورا کر کے رہے گا البتہ بات یہ ہے کہ میں قریش میں ایک اجنبی تھا میری والدہ وہاں تھی میں چاہتا ہوں کہ ان پر یہ احسان کر دوں تاکہ وہ میری والدہ کا خیال رکھیں سیدنا عمر کہنے لگے کہ میں اس کی گردن نہ اڑا دوں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کیا تم اہل بدر میں سے ایک آدمی کو قتل کرنا چاہتے ہو تمہیں معلوم نہیں کہ اللہ نے اہل بدر کو آسمان سے جھانک کر دیکھا اور فرمایا: تم جو چاہو کرتے رہو۔
Sayyedaana Jaabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyedaana Haatib bin Abi Balta'ah ne ek khat likh kar Ahle Makkah ko mutanabbah kiya ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) unse jihad ka iraada farma rahe hain Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sahaba ko ek aurat ka pata bataya jis ke pass wo khat tha aur uske peeche apne Sahaba ko bhi bheja jinhone wo khat uske sar mein se hasil kar liya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Haatib kya tumne hi ye kaam kiya hai Unhone arz ki ji haan lekin maine ye kaam isliye nahi kiya ki Allah ke paighambar ko dhoka de sako mujhe yakin hai ki Allah apne paighambar ko ghalib kar ke aur apne hukm ko poora kar ke rahega albata baat ye hai ki main Quresh mein ek ajnabi tha meri walida wahan thi main chahta hun ki un par ye ehsan kar dun taki wo meri walida ka khayal rakhen Sayyedaana Umar kehne lage ki main iski gardan na uda dun Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: kya tum Ahle Badr mein se ek aadmi ko qatl karna chahte ho tumhen maloom nahi ki Allah ne Ahle Badr ko aasman se jhank kar dekha aur farmaya: tum jo chaho karte raho.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) sought permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to breastfeed her. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed Abu Taibah (may Allah be pleased with him) to go and breastfeed her. Apparently, he was the foster brother of Sayyida Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) and he was a young boy who had not yet reached puberty.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ام المومنین سیدنا ام سلمہ نے نبی ﷺ سے سینگی لگوانے کی اجازت چاہی نبی ﷺ نے ابوطیبہ کو حکم دیا کہ جا کر انہیں سینگی لگادیں غالباً وہ سیدنا ام سلمہ کا رضاعی بھائی تھا اور وہ چھوٹا لڑکا تھا جواب تک بالغ نہ ہوا تھا۔
Sayidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Ummalmomineen Sayidna Umm Salma ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se seeng lagane ki ijazat chahi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Abu Talha ko hukum diya ke ja kar unhen seeng laga den galiban wo Sayidna Umm Salma ka razayi bhai tha aur wo chhota ladka tha jawab tak baligh na hua tha.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: When we set out with the Prophet (ﷺ) from Medina, he took along with him his Hadi (animal for sacrifice). Some of us assumed Ihram and some did not.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ وہ لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ مدینہ منورہ جب نکلے تو نبی ﷺ نے ہدی کا جانور بھی ساتھ لیا تھا سو ہم میں سے جس نے چاہا احرام باندھ لیا اور جس نے چاہا ترک کر دیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki woh log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath Madina Munawwara jab nikle to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hadi ka janwar bhi sath liya tha so hum mein se jisne chaha ehram bandh liya aur jisne chaha tark kar diya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade urinating in stagnant water.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے کھڑے پانی میں پیشاب کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kharay pani mein peshab karne se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No person who gave the pledge of allegiance under the tree (Bay'ah ar-Ridwan) will enter Hellfire."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: درخت کے نیچے بیعت رضوان کرنے والا کوئی شخص جہنم میں داخل نہ ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: darakht ke neeche bai'at ridwan karne wala koi shakhs jahannam mein dakhil na ho ga.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever sees me in a dream, then he has surely seen me, for Satan cannot appear in my image." He also said, "Do not tell about the vain desires which Satan may present to you in your dreams."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس شخص کو خواب میں میری زیارت ہواس نے میری ہی کی زیارت کی کیونکہ میری صورت اختیار کرنا شیطان کے بس میں نہیں ہے۔ اور فرمایا: تم شیطان کے کھیل تماشوں کو جو وہ تمہارے ساتھ خواب میں کھیلتا ہے دوسروں کے سامنے بیان مت کیا کرو۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jis shakhs ko khwab mein meri ziyarat ho us ne meri hi ki ziyarat ki kyunkeh meri surat ikhtiyar karna shaitan ke bas mein nahi hai. Aur farmaya: Tum shaitan ke khel tamashon ko jo woh tumhare sath khwab mein khelta hai dusron ke samne bayan mat kiya karo.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "If anyone of you sees a dream that he dislikes, he should spit thrice to his left and seek refuge with Allah from its evil thrice, and then turn to the other side (of the bed)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص ایساخواب دیکھے جو اسے اچھا نہ لگے تو اسے چاہیے کہ بائیں جانب تین مرتبہ تھتکار دے اور تین مرتبہ اعوذ با اللہ پڑھ لیا کر ے اور پہلو بدل لیآ کر ے۔
Syedna Jaber Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum mein se koi shakhs aisa khwab dekhe jo usay acha na lage to usay chahiye ke bayein janib teen martaba thtkar de aur teen martaba Audhu billah parh liya kare aur pehlu badal liya kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) instructed a man who used to give charity, "Do not bring arrows into the mosque unless you are holding it by its fruit."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک آدمی کو جو صدقہ دیا کرتا تھا حکم دیا کہ مسجد میں تیر نہ لایا کر ے الاّ یہ کہ اس کے پھل سے اسے پکڑ رکھا ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek aadmi ko jo sadqa diya karta tha hukm diya ki masjid mein teer na laya kare illa yeh ki uske phal se use pakad rakha ho.
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: "The best journey is to travel to this Mosque (in Makkah) and to my Mosque (in Madinah)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے وہ بہترین جگہ جہاں سواریاں سفر کر کے آئیں بیت اللہ شریف ہے اور میری مسجد ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna hai woh behtarin jagah jahan sawariyan safar kar ke aayein Baitullah Sharif hai aur meri masjid hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: Once the Prophet (ﷺ) sent me on an errand. When I returned after completing the task, I greeted the Prophet (ﷺ), but he did not respond. Allah knows best what went through my heart. I thought maybe the Prophet (ﷺ) was upset due to my delay. I greeted him again, but still received no response, and my grief intensified. However, on the third attempt, the Prophet (ﷺ) responded and said, "Nothing prevented me from responding to you, but I was praying." At that time, the Prophet (ﷺ) was riding his mount and was not facing the Qibla.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے مجھے اپنے کسی کام سے بھیجا میں چلا گیا جب وہ کام کر کے واپس آیا تو نبی ﷺ کو سلام کیا لیکن انہوں نے جواب نہ دیا میرے دل پر جو گزری وہ اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے میں نے سوچا شاید نبی ﷺ میری تاخیر کی وجہ سے ناراض ہو گئے ہیں میں نے دوبارہ سلام کیا لیکن اب بھی جواب نہ ملا اور مجھے پہلے سے زیادہ صدمہ ہوا لیکن تیسری مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے جواب دیا اور فرمایا کہ مجھے جواب دینے سے کوئی چیز مانع نہ تھی البتہ میں نماز پڑھ رہا تھا اس وقت نبی ﷺ اپنی سواری پر تھے اور چہرہ قبلہ رخ نہ تھا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe apne kisi kaam se bheja mein chala gaya jab woh kaam kar ke wapas aaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko salam kiya lekin unhon ne jawab na diya mere dil par jo guzri woh Allah hi behtar janta hai maine socha shayad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri takheer ki wajah se naraz ho gaye hain maine dobara salam kiya lekin ab bhi jawab na mila aur mujhe pehle se zyada sadma hua lekin teesri martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jawab diya aur farmaya ki mujhe jawab dene se koi cheez mane na thi albatta mein namaz parh raha tha us waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apni sawari par the aur chehra qibla rukh na tha.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once we were with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when the stench of a carcass began to rise. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do you know what this stench is? This is the stench of those who backbite the believers."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ تھے کہ ایک مردار کی بدبو اٹھنے لگی نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ کیا تم جانتے ہو کہ یہ کیسی بدبو ہے یہ ان لوگوں کی بدبو ہے جو مومنین کی غیبت کرتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath the ki ek murdar ki badbu uthne lagi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki kya tum jante ho ki yeh कैसी badbu hai yeh un logon ki badbu hai jo mominon ki ghaibat karte hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was passing by a woman with his companions. She had slaughtered a goat and prepared food for them. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by on his way back, she said, "O Messenger of Allah! I have prepared food for you, so please come in and eat." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went inside her house with his companions. The Companions had a habit of not reaching for food before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took a morsel but could not swallow it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "This goat was slaughtered without the permission of its owner." The woman said, "O Messenger of Allah! We are not formal with the family of Sa'd bin Mu'adh and they are not formal with us. We take their things and they take ours.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کا اپنے صحابہ کے ساتھ ایک عورت پر گزر ہوا اس نے ان کے لئے بکری ذبح کر کے کھانا تیار کیا جب نبی ﷺ واپسی پر وہاں سے گزرے تو وہ کہنے لگی کہ یا رسول اللہ! ہم نے آپ کے لئے کھانا تیار کیا ہے اس لئے اندر آجائیے اور کھانا تناول فرمائیے نبی ﷺ اپنے صحابہ کے ساتھ اس کے گھر چلے گئے صحابہ کی عادت تھی کہ نبی ﷺ کے شروع کرنے سے پہلے ہاتھ نہ بڑھاتے نبی ﷺ نے ایک لقمہ لیا لیکن اسے نگل نہ سکے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: یہ بکری اپنے مالک کی اجازت کے بغیر ذبح کی گئی ہے وہ عورت کہنے لگی یا رسول اللہ! ہم لوگ سعد بن معاذ کے گھر والوں سے کوئی تکلف نہیں کرتے اور وہ بھی ہم سے کوئی تکلف نہیں کرتے ہم ان کی چیز لے لیتے ہیں اور وہ ہماری چیز لے لیتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka apne sahaba ke sath ek aurat par guzar hua usne un ke liye bakri zibah kar ke khana taiyar kiya jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) wapsi par wahan se guzare to wo kehne lagi ki Ya Rasulullah! humne aap ke liye khana taiyar kiya hai isliye andar aajaiye aur khana tanaavul farmaiye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne sahaba ke sath uske ghar chale gaye sahaba ki aadat thi ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke shuru karne se pehle hath na badhate Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek luqma liya lekin use nigal na sake Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: yeh bakri apne malik ki ijazat ke baghair zibah ki gayi hai wo aurat kehne lagi Ya Rasulullah! hum log Saad bin Muaz ke ghar walon se koi takalluf nahi karte aur wo bhi humse koi takalluf nahi karte hum un ki cheez le lete hain aur wo hamari cheez le lete hain.
Narrated Jabir (RA): Once, the Prophet (ﷺ), Abu Bakr (RA) and Umar (RA) ate unripe dates and drank water. Then, the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "These are the blessings about which you will be questioned on the Day of Resurrection."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ اور حضرات شیخین نے تر کھجوریں اور پانی تناول فرمایا: پھر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: یہی وہ نعمتیں ہیں جن کے متعلق قیامت کے دن تم سے پوچھا: جائے گا۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur hazrat shekhan ne tar khajoorein aur pani tanavul farmaya phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya yahi wo naimatein hain jin ke mutalliq qayamat ke din tum se pucha jaye ga.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once said: Today I saw in a dream as if I am in a safe armor. I saw a cow being slaughtered. I have interpreted it that the safe armor refers to Madinah and the cow refers to goodness, by Allah. Then the Companions said that if we stay in Madinah and they come to us, we will fight them, and they began to say, "O Messenger of Allah! Our enemy in the pre-Islamic era could never enter Madinah, so how can they enter in Islam?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Your opinion (will be done)." And saying this, he put on his weapons. Seeing this, the Ansar began to say that it does not behoove a Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to put on his weapons and then take them off without fighting.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک مرتبہ فرمایا: آج میں نے خواب میں دیکھا ہے کہ گویا میں ایک محفوظ زرہ میں ہوں میں نے ایک گائے دیکھی جسے ذبح کر دیا گیا ہے میں نے اس کی تعبیر یہ لی ہے کہ محفوظ زرہ سے مراد تو مدینہ ہے اور گائے سے مراد واللہ خیر ہے پھر صحابہ نے فرمایا کہ اگر ہم مدینہ میں ہی رہیں اور وہ ہمارے پاس آئیں تو ہم ان سے قتال کر یں گے اور کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ! زمانہ جاہلیت میں ہمارا دشمن کبھی مدینہ میں داخل نہیں ہو سکا تو وہ اسلام میں کیسے داخل ہو سکتا ہے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تمہاری مرضی اور یہ کہہ کر اپنا اسلحہ زیب تن فرما لیا یہ دیکھ کر انصار سے کہنے لگے کہ کسی نبی ﷺ کو یہ زیب نہیں دیتا کہ اپنا اسلحہ زیب تن کر کے اسے یونہی اتاردے یہاں تک کہ قتال کر لے۔
Sayyidna Jabir Razi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek martaba farmaya Aaj maine khwab mein dekha hai ki goya main ek mahfooz zirah mein hun maine ek gaye dekhi jise zabah kar diya gaya hai maine is ki tabeer ye li hai ki mahfooz zirah se murad to Madina hai aur gaye se murad wallahu khair hai phir Sahaba ne farmaya ki agar hum Madina mein hi rahein aur woh humare pass aayein to hum un se qital karenge aur kehne lage Ya Rasul Allah zamana jahiliyat mein hamara dushman kabhi Madina mein dakhil nahin ho saka to woh Islam mein kaise dakhil ho sakta hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tumhari marzi aur ye keh kar apna aslaha zeb tan farma liya ye dekh kar Ansar se kehne lage ki kisi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye zeb nahin deta ki apna aslaha zeb tan kar ke use yunhi utar de yahan tak ki qital kar le.
Narrated by Jabir (RA): Once Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) sent me on an errand. When I returned after completing the task, I greeted the Prophet (PBUH) but he did not respond. Then I saw him offering prayer (bowing and prostrating), so I stepped back. After the prayer, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "Did you complete the task?" I replied, "Yes, I completed it in this way." Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said, "There was nothing preventing me from responding to you, except that I was offering prayer."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے مجھے اپنے کام سے بھیجا میں چلا گیا جب وہ کام کر کے واپس آیا تو نبی ﷺ کو سلام کیا لیکن انہوں نے جواب نہ دیا پھر میں نے انہیں رکوع و سجود کرتے ہوئے دیکھا تو پیچھے ہٹ گیا پھر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: وہ کام کر دیا؟ میں نے عرض کیا: جی ہاں اس اس طرح کر دیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: مجھے جواب دینے سے کوئی چیز مانع نہ تھی البتہ میں نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: I was on a journey with the Prophet (ﷺ). When we reached a water-place, the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Jabir, why don't you get down (for ablution) at this water-place?" I replied in the affirmative. The Prophet (ﷺ) dismounted and I too, went down to the water-place. The Prophet (ﷺ) then went aside to answer the call of nature and I kept some water ready for his ablution. The Prophet (ﷺ) returned, performed ablution and then stood up and offered a prayer in a single garment, the ends of which he had crossed (around his body). I stood behind the Prophet (ﷺ) and he took hold of my ear and made me stand on his right side.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں ایک سفر میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ تھا ہم لوگ ایک گھاٹ پر پہنچے تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جابر رضی اللہ عنہ گھاٹ پر کیوں نہیں اترتے میں نے اثبات میں جواب دیا نبی ﷺ اتر پڑے اور میں گھاٹ پر چلا گیا پھر نبی ﷺ قضاء حاجت کے لئے چلے گئے اور میں نے آپ کے لئے وضو کا پانی لا کر رکھا نبی ﷺ نے واپس آ کر وضو کیا پھر کھڑے ہو کر ایک کپڑے میں نماز پڑھی جس کے دونوں کناروں جانب مخالف سے اپنے اوپر ڈال لئے تھے میں نبی ﷺ کے پیچھے آ کر کھڑا ہو گیا نبی ﷺ نے مجھے کان سے پکڑ کر دائیں طرف کر لیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu se marvi hai ki mein ek safar mein Nabi ﷺ ke sath tha hum log ek ghat par pahunche to Nabi ﷺ ne farmaya: Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu ghat par kyon nahin utarte mein ne isbat mein jawab diya Nabi ﷺ utar pade aur mein ghat par chala gaya phir Nabi ﷺ Qaza Hajat ke liye chale gaye aur mein ne aap ke liye wuzu ka pani la kar rakha Nabi ﷺ ne wapas aa kar wuzu kiya phir khare ho kar ek kapre mein namaz parhi jis ke donon kinaron janib mukhalif se apne upar dal liye the mein Nabi ﷺ ke piche aa kar khara ho gaya Nabi ﷺ ne mujhe kaan se pakar kar dayen taraf kar liya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that once a man asked the Prophet (PBUH) about the times of prayer. So the Prophet (PBUH) said: Pray with me. So he (PBUH) prayed Fajr at dawn, then he prayed Zuhr when the sun had passed its zenith, then he prayed Asr when the shadow of everything was equal to its length, then he prayed Maghrib after sunset, then he prayed Isha after the twilight had disappeared. Then the next day, he prayed Fajr with full brightness, then he prayed Zuhr when the shadow of everything was equal to its length, then he prayed Asr when the shadow of everything was twice its length, then he prayed Maghrib before the twilight had disappeared, then he came to pray Isha when half or a third of the night had passed.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ایک آدمی نے نبی ﷺ سے اوقات نماز کے متعلق پوچھا: تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میرے ساتھ نماز پڑھنا چنانچہ آپ نے طلوع فجر کے وقت نماز ادا فرمائی زوال کے بعد نماز ظہر ادا فرمائی ہر چیز کا سایہ ایک مثل ہو نے پر نماز عصر ادا فرمائی غروب آفتاب کے بعد نماز مغرب ادا فرمائی غروب شفق کے بعد نماز عشاء ادا فرمائی پھر اگلے دن نماز فجر خوب روشنی کر کے پڑھی ہر چیز کا سایہ ایک مثل ہو نے پر نماز ظہر ادا فرمائی پھر ہر چیز کا دوسایہ مثل ہو نے پر نماز عصر ادا فرمائی پھر شفق غائب ہو نے سے پہلے نماز مغرب ادا فرمائی پھر نماز عشاء کے لئے اس وقت آئے جب نصف یا تہائی رات بیت چکی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba ek aadmi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se auqat namaz ke mutalliq poocha: to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: mere sath namaz parhna chunanche aap ne talua fajr ke waqt namaz ada farmaee zawal ke baad namaz zuhar ada farmaee har cheez ka saya ek misl ho ne par namaz asr ada farmaee ghuroob aaftab ke baad namaz maghrib ada farmaee ghuroob shafaq ke baad namaz isha ada farmaee phir agle din namaz fajr khoob roshni kar ke parhi har cheez ka saya ek misl ho ne par namaz zuhar ada farmaee phir har cheez ka doosraya misl ho ne par namaz asr ada farmaee phir shafaq ghaib ho ne se pehle namaz maghrib ada farmaee phir namaz isha ke liye us waqt aaye jab nisf ya tehrai raat beet chuki thi.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said: “Goodness and blessings are tied to the forehead of horses until the Day of Judgment, as well as help (for their owners). So stroke their foreheads and supplicate for blessings on them. Put necklaces on them but do not hang amulets around their necks.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: گھوڑوں کی پیشانی میں قیامت تک کے لئے خیر و برکت رکھ دی گئی ہے اور اس کے مالکان کی اس پر مدد کی گئی ہے اس لئے ان کی پیشانی پر ہاتھ پھیرا کر و اور ان کے لئے برکت کی دعا کیا کر و اور ان کے گلے میں ہار ڈالا کر و تانت نہ لٹکا یا کر و۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ghoron ki peshani mein qayamat tak ke liye khair o barkat rakh di gayi hai aur is ke malikan ki is par madad ki gayi hai is liye un ki peshani par hath phera kar o aur un ke liye barkat ki dua kiya kar o aur un ke gale mein haar dala kar o tant na latkaya kar o.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whatever a person says in a gathering, and looks right and left (while speaking), then that speech is a trust.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص کسی مجلس میں کوئی بات بیان کر ے اور بات کرتے وقت دائیں بائیں دیکھے تو وہ بات امانت ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi majlis mein koi baat bayan kare aur baat karte waqt dayen baen dekhe to wo baat amanat hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying regarding the plague: "The person who runs away from the plague is like the one who runs away from the battlefield. And the one who remains patient in it will get the reward like a martyr."

حضڑت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو طاعون کے متعلق فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے طاعون سے بھاگنے والا شخص میدان جنگ سے بھاگنے والے شخص کی طرح ہے۔ اور اس میں صبر کرنے والا شخص کو شہید جیسا ثواب ملتا ہے۔
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko taun ke mutalliq farmate huye suna hai taun se bhagne wala shakhs maidan e jang se bhagne wale shakhs ki tarah hai aur is mein sabr karne wala shakhs ko shaheed jaisa sawab milta hai
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was on a journey. On the way, he saw that people had gathered around a man and were shading him. Upon inquiring, the people told him that the man was fasting. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then said: "Fasting while traveling is not virtuous."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کسی سفر میں تھے راستے میں دیکھا کہ لوگوں نے ایک آدمی کے گرد بھیڑ لگائی ہوئی ہے اور اس پر سایہ کیا جارہا ہے پوچھنے پر لوگوں نے بتایا کہ یہ روزے سے تھا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: سفر میں روزہ رکھنا کوئی نیکی نہیں ہے۔
Sayyidaana Jaabir razi Allaah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi sallal laahu alaihi wasallam kisi safar mein the raste mein dekha ki logon ne ek aadmi ke gird bheer lagai hui hai aur is par saya kiya ja raha hai puchne par logon ne bataya ki yah roze se tha to Nabi sallal laahu alaihi wasallam ne farmaya: Safar mein roza rakhna koi neki nahin hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Performing 'Umrah in Ramadan is equal (in reward) to performing Hajj.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: رمضان میں عمرہ کرنا ایک حج کے برابر ہے۔
Sayyiduna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Ramzan mein Umrah karna ek Hajj ke barabar hai.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "If I fight in the cause of Allah with my life and wealth, remain steadfast, hoping for reward, advancing and not retreating, and am martyred, will I enter Paradise?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "Yes." When the man turned to leave, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called him back and said: "Except if you die in a state where you owe a debt and you have nothing to repay it with."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ اگر میں اپنی جان مال کے ساتھ اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کر وں اور ثابت قدم رہتے ہوئے ثواب کی امید رکھتے ہوئے آگے بڑھتے ہوئے اور پشت پھیرے بغیر شہید ہو جاؤں تو کیا میں جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤں گا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ہاں۔ جب وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر جانے لگا تو نبی ﷺ نے اسے بلا کر فرمایا: جبکہ تم اس حال میں نہ مرو کہ تم پر کچھ قرض ہواور اسے ادا کرنے کے لئے تمہارے پاس کچھ نہ ہو۔
Sayyida Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaya aur kehne laga ki agar mein apni jaan maal ke saath Allah ke raaste mein jihad karun aur sabit qadam rahte huye sawab ki umeed rakhte huye aage badhte huye aur pusht phire baghair shaheed ho jaun to kya mein jannat mein dakhil ho jaunga to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Haan. Jab wo peeth phir kar jaane laga to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use bula kar farmaya: Jabke tum is haal mein na maro ki tum par kuch qarz ho aur use ada karne ke liye tumhare paas kuch na ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the wife of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Rabi' (RA) came to the Prophet (PBUH) with her two daughters, who were from Sa'd, and said: "O Messenger of Allah! These are the two daughters of Sa'd. Their father was martyred with you in the Battle of Uhud. Their uncle has taken possession of their wealth and has not left anything for them. Now their marriage can only take place if they have some wealth." The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Allah will decide in this matter." So, the verses of inheritance were revealed. And the Prophet (PBUH) summoned their uncle and said: "Give two-thirds to the two daughters of Sa'd and one-eighth to their mother. Then whatever remains will be yours."
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن ربیع کی بیوی اپنی دو بیٹیاں جو سعد سے تھیں لے کر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی اور کہنے لگی کہ یا رسول اللہ! یہ دونوں سعد کی بیٹیاں ہیں ان کے والد غزوہ احد میں آپ کے ساتھ شہید ہو گئے تھے ان کے چچا نے ان کے مال دولت پر قبضہ کر لیا ہے اور ان کے لئے کچھ بھی نہیں چھوڑا ہے اب ان کی شادی بھی اسی وقت ہو سکتی ہے جب ان کا کوئی مال ہو، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اس مسئلے میں اللہ فیصلہ کر ے گا چنانچہ آیت میراث نازل ہوئی اور نبی ﷺ نے ان بچیوں کے چچا کو بلا کر بھیجا اور فرمایا: سعد کی دونوں بیٹیوں کو دو تہائی اور ان کی والدہ کو آٹھواں حصہ دیدو۔ اس کے بعد جو باقی بچے گا وہ تمہارا ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Saad bin Rubai ki biwi apni do betiyan jo Saad se thin le kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hui aur kehne lagi ki Ya Rasulullah! Ye donon Saad ki betiyan hain in ke walid Ghazwa Uhud mein aap ke sath shaheed ho gaye the in ke chacha ne in ke maal daulat par qabza kar liya hai aur in ke liye kuchh bhi nahin chhora hai ab in ki shadi bhi usi waqt ho sakti hai jab in ka koi maal ho, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki is masle mein Allah faisla kare ga chunancha ayat mirath nazil hui aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in bachchon ke chacha ko bula kar bheja aur farmaya: Saad ki donon betion ko do tihai aur in ki walida ko athwan hissa de do. Is ke bad jo baqi bache ga woh tumhara ho ga.
Abdullah bin Muhammad said: I said to Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): "Show us how to pray as you heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying." So he led us in prayer in a single garment, tying it beneath his chest, and said: "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in this way."

عبداللہ بن محمد کہتے ہیں میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے عرض کیا: کہ ہمیں اس طرح نماز پڑھائیے جس طرح آپ نے نبی ﷺ کو پڑھتے ہوئے سنا ہے تو انہوں نے ہمیں ایک کپڑے میں اس طرح نماز پڑھائی کہ اسے اپنی چھاتیوں کے نیچے باندھ لیا اور فرمایا: میں نے نبی ﷺ کو اس طرح نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Abdullah bin Muhammad kehte hain maine Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se arz kiya: Ke humein is tarah namaz parhaiye jis tarah aap ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko parhte hue suna hai to unhon ne humein ek kapre mein is tarah namaz parhai ke use apni chhatiyon ke neeche bandh liya aur farmaya: Maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is tarah namaz parhte hue dekha hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), once we were standing in rows with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in the Zuhr or Asr prayer, and we felt that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was holding something. Then he started moving back, so the people also started moving back. After finishing the prayer, Sayyiduna Abi bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) asked: "What did you do today that you have never done before?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Paradise was presented before me with all its beauty. I intended to pluck a bunch of grapes to show you, but then something came in between. If I had brought it to you and all the beings of the heavens and the earth had eaten from it, there would have been no decrease in it. Then Hell was presented before me. When I felt its heat, I stepped back, and I saw that most of its inhabitants were women. If they are told a secret, they will disclose it. If they are asked for something, they will be stingy. If they ask someone for something, they will insist. If they get something, they will not be grateful. I also saw Lahyi bin 'Amr in it, dragging his intestines in Hell. And I saw the one who resembled him the most was Mab'ad bin Aktham Ka'bi." Upon this, Mab'ad said: "O Messenger of Allah! I hope I will not be harmed because of his resemblance." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No, you have become a Muslim, and he was a disbeliever."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ ہم لوگ ظہر یا عصر کی نماز میں صف بستہ کھڑے تھے اور محسوس ہوا کہ نبی ﷺ کسی چیز کو پکڑ رہے ہیں پھر وہ پیچھے ہٹنے لگے تو لوگ بھی پیچھے ہٹنے لگے نماز سے فارغ ہو کر سیدنا ابی بن کعب نے عرض کیا: آج تو آپ نے ایسے کیا ہے کہ اس سے پہلے کبھی نہیں کیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میرے سامنے جنت کو اپنی تمام تر رونقوں کے ساتھ پیش کیا گیا میں نے انگوروں کا ایک گچھا توڑنا چاہا تاکہ تمہیں دیدوں لیکن پھر کوئی چیز درمیان میں حائل ہو گئی اگر وہ میں تمہارے پاس لے آتا اور سارے آسمان و زمین والے اسے کھاتے تب بھی اس میں کوئی کمی نہ ہو تی پھر میرے سامنے جہنم کو پیش کیا گیا جب میں نے اس کی بھڑک کو محسوس کیا تو پیچھے ہٹ گیا اور میں نے اس میں اکثریت عورتوں کی دیکھی ہے جنہیں اگر کوئی راز بتایا جائے تو اسے افشاء کر دیتی ہیں کچھ مانگا جائے تو بخل سے کام لیتی ہیں خود کسی سے مانگیں تو اصرار کر تی ہیں مل جائے شکر نہیں کر تیں میں نے وہاں لحیی بن عمرو کو بھی دیکھا ہے جو جہنم میں اپنی انتریاں کھینچ رہا تھا اور میں نے اس کے سب سے زیادہ مشابہہ معبد بن اکثم کعبی کو دیکھا ہے اس پر معبد کہنے لگے کہ یا رسول اللہ! اس کی مشابہت سے مجھے کوئی نقصان پہنچنے کا اندیشہ تو نہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: نہیں تم مسلمان ہواور وہ کافر تھا۔
Seyedna Jabir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath hum log zohar ya asar ki namaz mein saf basta khade thay aur mehsoos hua ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kisi cheez ko pakad rahay hain phir woh peechay hatne lage to log bhi peechay hatne lage namaz se farigh ho kar Seyedna Abi bin Kaab ne arz kiya: Aaj to aap ne aise kiya hai ki is se pehle kabhi nahi kiya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Meray samne jannat ko apni tamam tar ronakon ke sath pesh kiya gaya main ne angooron ka ek guchha torna chaha taaki tumhen dikhon lekin phir koi cheez darmiyan mein hail ho gayi agar woh main tumharay pass le aata aur sare asmaan o zameen walay usay khate tab bhi us mein koi kami na ho ti phir meray samne jahannam ko pesh kiya gaya jab main ne us ki bhark ko mehsoos kiya to peechay hat gaya aur main ne us mein aksariyat auraton ki dekhi hai jinhen agar koi raaz bataya jaye to usay ifsha kar deti hain kuch manga jaye to bukhar se kaam leti hain khud kisi se mangen to israr kar ti hain mil jaye shukar nahi kar tin main ne wahan Lahi bin Amro ko bhi dekha hai jo jahannam mein apni antariyan khench raha tha aur main ne us ke sab se zyada mushabaha Maabad bin Aktham Kaabi ko dekha hai is par Maabad kehne lage ki Ya Rasulullah! Is ki mushabat se mujhe koi nuqsan pahunchne ka andesha to nahi? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Nahi tum musalman huaur woh kafir tha.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir Radi Allahu Anhu: There was a man from the Ansar whose name was Abu Shaybah. He had a slave who was a butcher. He said to his slave, “Cook some food one day so that I can invite the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and we will be six men in total.” So, he invited the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). A man arrived with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, arrived at his house and said, “This person came with me; do you permit him to join us?” He said, “I permit him.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انصار میں ایک آدمی تھا جس کا نام ابوشعیب تھا اس کا ایک غلام قصائی تھا اس نے اپنے غلام سے کہا کہ کسی دن کھانا پکاؤ تاکہ میں نبی ﷺ کی دعوت کر وں جو کہ چھ میں چھٹے آدمی ہوں گے چنانچہ اس نے نبی ﷺ کی دعوت کی نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ ایک آدمی زائد آگیا نبی ﷺ نے اس کے گھر پہنچ کر فرمایا: یہ شخص ہمارے ساتھ آگیا ہے تم اسے بھی اجازت دیتے ہواس نے اجازت دیدی۔
Saina Jabir Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Ansar Mein Ek Aadmi Tha Jis Ka Naam Abu Shaib Tha Us Ka Ek Ghulam Qasai Tha Usne Apne Ghulam Se Kaha Ke Kisi Din Khana Pakao Taake Main Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Dawat Karun Jo Ke Chhe Mein Chhate Aadmi Honge Chunancha Usne Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ki Dawat Ki Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ke Sath Ek Aadmi Zaid Aa Gaya Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Uske Ghar Pahunch Kar Farmaya Yeh Shakhs Humare Sath Aa Gaya Hai Tum Use Bhi Ijazat Dete Ho Usne Ijazat Dedi.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade eating the price of a dog, saying that it is a food of the era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے نبی ﷺ نے کتے کی قیمت کھانے سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ یہ زمانہ جاہلیت کا کھانا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kutte ki qeemat khane se mana farmaya hai keh yeh zamana jahiliyat ka khana hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "On the land irrigated by rain or springs, one-tenth is obligatory (as 'Ushr), and on the land irrigated by buckets, half of one-tenth is obligatory."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو زمین بارش یا چشموں سے سیراب ہواس میں عشر واجب ہو گا اور جو ڈول سے سیراب اس میں نصف عشر واجب ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo zameen baarish ya chashmon se sirab ho us mein ushr wajib ho ga aur jo dol se sirab us mein nisf ushr wajib ho ga.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: In the year of Ji'ranah, I was with the Prophet (peace be upon him) when he was distributing silver among the people from the garment of Bilal. A man said, "O Messenger of Allah! Be just." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Woe to you! If I do not do justice, then who will? If I do not do justice, I will be ruined." Umar said, "O Messenger of Allah! Allow me to strike the neck of this hypocrite." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "I seek refuge in Allah that people will say I kill my companions. This companion of yours recites the Quran, but it does not go below his throat. They will leave Islam just as an arrow leaves its prey."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جعرانہ کے سال میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ تھا آپ اس وقت لوگوں میں چاندی تقسیم کر رہے تھے جو سیدنا بلال کے کپڑے میں پڑی ہوئی تھی ایک آدمی کہنے لگا کہ یا رسول اللہ! عدل کیجیے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تجھ پر افسوس، اگر میں ہی عدل نہ کر وں گا تو اور کون کر ے گا اگر میں عدل نہ کر وں تو خسارے میں پڑجاؤں سیدنا عمر کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ! مجھے اجازت دیجیے کہ اس منافق کی گردن اڑا دوں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں اللہ کی پناہ میں آتاہوں کہ لوگ باتیں کرنے لگیں کہ میں اپنے ساتھیوں کو قتل کر وا دیتا ہوں اور یہ اس کے ساتھی قرآن پڑھیں گے لیکن وہ ان کے حلق کے نیچے سے نہیں اترے گا اور یہ لوگ دین سے اس طرح نکل جائیں گے جیسے تیر شکار سے نکل جاتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Ja'arana ke saal mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath tha aap us waqt logon mein chandi taqsim kar rahe the jo Sayyidna Bilal ke kapde mein padi hui thi ek aadmi kahne laga ki ya Rasulullah adl kijiye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tujh par afsos agar mein hi adl na karoon ga to aur kaun kare ga agar mein adl na karoon to khasare mein pad jaon Sayyidna Umar kahne lage ya Rasulullah mujhe ijazat dijiye ki is munafiq ki gardan uda doon Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein Allah ki panaah mein aata hoon ki log baaten karne lagein ki mein apne sathiyon ko qatl karwa deta hoon aur ye uske sathi Quran padhenge lekin wo unke halaq ke niche se nahin utrega aur ye log deen se is tarah nikal jayenge jaise teer shikar se nikal jata hai
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Every child is born on the right nature (Fitra), until he begins to speak with his tongue, then he either becomes grateful or ungrateful.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ہر بچہ فطرت صحیحہ پر پیدا ہوتا ہے یہاں تک کہ اپنی زبان سے بولنے لگے پھر جب بولتا ہے تو یا شکر گزار ہوتا ہے یا ناشکرا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Har bachcha fitrat sahiha par paida hota hai yahan tak ke apni zuban se bolne lage phir jab bolta hai to ya shukr guzar hota hai ya nashukra.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of Hudaybiyyah, we were overcome by thirst. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had only one bowl from which he was performing ablution. People, distressed, approached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his blessed hand in the bowl and said, "Recite Bismillah and drink this water." And between the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fingers, water began to gush out like springs. We all drank from it and performed ablution.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ حدیبیہ کے موقع پر ہمیں پیاس نے ستایا نبی ﷺ کے پاس صرف ایک پیالہ تھا جس سے آپ وضو فرما رہے تھے لوگ گبھرائے ہوئے نبی ﷺ کے پاس آئے نبی ﷺ نے اس پیالے میں اپنے دست مبارک کو رکھ دیا اور فرمایا: بسم اللہ پڑھ کر یہ پانی لو اور نبی ﷺ کی انگلیوں کے درمیان چشموں کی طرح پانی ابلنے لگاہم سب نے اسے پیا اور وضو کیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Hudaibiya ke mauqe par hamen pyas ne sataya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass sirf ek pyala tha jisse aap wuzu farma rahe the log ghabraye huye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass aaye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us pyale mein apne dast mubarak ko rakh diya aur farmaya: Bismillah parh kar ye pani lo aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki ungliyon ke darmiyan chashmon ki tarah pani ubalne laga hum sab ne use piya aur wuzu kiya.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Messenger of Allah said: "Vinegar is the best condiment, and a house in which there is vinegar will never be poor."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: سرکہ بہترین سالن ہے وہ گھر تنگدست نہیں ہوتا جس میں سرکہ ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Sirka behtarin salan hai woh ghar tangdast nahi hota jis mein sirka ho.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: We slaughtered a camel for seven persons and a cow for seven persons as a sacrifice in the presence of the Prophet at Al-Hudaibiya.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم نے مقام حدیبیہ میں نبی ﷺ کی موجودگی میں سات آدمیوں کی طرف سے ایک اونٹ اور ایک گائے سات آدمیوں کی طرف ذبح کی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum ne maqam Hudaibiyah mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki mojoodgi mein saat aadmiyon ki taraf se ek oont aur ek gaaye saat aadmiyon ki taraf zibah ki thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called Abu Tayyib. He (Abu Tayyib) hugged the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him, "What tax is imposed on you?" He replied, "Three Sa's." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reduced it by one Sa'.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے ابوطیبہ کو بلایا اس نے نبی ﷺ کو سینگی لگائی نبی ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تمہارے اوپر کیا ٹیکس ہے اس نے بتایا تین صاع نبی ﷺ نے ایک صاع کم کر دیا۔
Sayyida Jaabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Abu Tayyib ko bulaya usne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko saingi lagae Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se pucha ki tumhare upar kya tax hai usne bataya teen saa Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek saa kam kar diya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "An animal that is grazed in the pasture and is taken by a predator, its blood is wasted; an animal that falls into a well and dies, its blood is wasted; an animal that dies in a burrow, its blood is wasted; and one-fifth of the treasure (goes to) the Islamic treasury (Bayt al-Mal)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: چراگاہ میں چرنے والے جانور سے ماراجانے ولا رائیگاں گیا کنویں میں گر کر مرنے والے خون رائیگاں گیا کان میں مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں گیا اور زمین کے دفینے میں بیت المال کا پانچواں حصہ ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya charagah mein charne wale janwar se mar jane wala raegan gaya kuen mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raegan gaya khan mein marne wale ka khoon raegan gaya aur zameen ke dafn mein baitul mal ka panchwan hissa hai
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "You are on a true religion today, and I will boast of your large number before the other nations. So, do not become disbelievers after me by cutting each other's throats.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: تم لوگ آج ایک صحیح دین پر ہواور میں دوسری امتوں کے سامنے تمہاری کثرت پر فخر کر وں گا اور اس لئے میرے بعد الٹے پاؤں واپس نہ لوٹ جانا۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Tum log aaj ek sahi deen par ho aur mein dusri ummaton ke samne tumhari kasrat par fakhar karunga aur isliye mere baad ulte paon wapas na laut jana.
