Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The best people of the pre-lslamic period are the best in Islam provided they comprehend the religious knowledge."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: لوگوں میں سے جو زمانہ جاہلیت میں بہترین تھے وہ زمانہ اسلام میں بھی بہترین ہیں جب کہ علم دین کی سمجھ بوجھ پیدا کر لیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Logon mein se jo zamana jahiliyat mein behtarin the wo zamana Islam mein bhi behtarin hain jab ke ilm deen ki samajh boojh paida kar len.
Narrated by Jabir bin 'Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, "May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghafar and grant peace to the tribe of Aslam."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اللہ قبیلہ غفار کی بخشش فرمائے اور قبیلہ اسلم کو سلامتی عطاء فرمائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki Allah qabeela Ghafar ki bakhshish farmaye aur qabeela Aslam ko salamati ata farmaye.
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "I hope that my followers (Ummah) will be one-fourth of the people of Paradise on the Day of Resurrection." We glorified and praised Allah saying, "Allahu Akbar." He then said, "I hope that you will be one-third of the people of Paradise." We again glorified and praised Allah. He then said, "I hope that you will be one-half of the people of Paradise.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ مجھے امید ہے کہ قیامت کے دن میری پیروی کرنے والے میری امتی تمام اہل جنت کا ایک ربع ہوں گے اس پر ہم نے نعرہ تکبیر بلند کیا پھر فرمایا: مجھے امید ہے کہ وہ تمام لوگوں کا ایک ثلث ہوں گے اس پر ہم نے دوبارہ نعرہ تکبیر بلند کیا پھر فرمایا کہ مجھے امید ہے کہ وہ تمام لوگوں کا ایک نصف ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki mujhe umeed hai ki qayamat ke din meri pairvi karne wale meri ummati tamam ahl jannat ka ek rub honge is par humne nara takbeer buland kiya phir farmaya: mujhe umeed hai ki wo tamam logon ka ek suls honge is par humne dobara nara takbeer buland kiya phir farmaya ki mujhe umeed hai ki wo tamam logon ka ek nisf ho ga.
Abu Zubair asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the arrival (in the Hereafter). He said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: On the Day of Resurrection, we will be on a mound above all people, level by level. All nations and their idols will be summoned. Then our Lord will come to us and ask: Whom are you waiting for? People will reply: We are waiting for our Lord. He will say: I am your Lord. People will say: We are here until we see Him. So, Allah will manifest Himself in a way that He will be smiling and every person, whether a hypocrite or a true believer, will be given a light. Then darkness will fall. Then, the hypocrites will follow the Muslims onto the Bridge of Sirat, which will have thorns and hooks that will snatch people away. Then the light of the hypocrites will be extinguished and the Muslims will be saved from it. The faces of the first Muslims to be saved will be like the full moon on the fourteenth night. These will be seventy thousand and they will not be held accountable. The second group to be saved will be like the brightest star in the sky. Then, gradually, permission to intercede will be granted, and people will intercede, on account of which every person in whose heart there is even an atom's weight of faith will be taken out of Hell and brought into Paradise. And the people of Paradise will sprinkle water on him until he grows like plants grow in a flood, and the burns on his body will be healed. Then Allah will ask them about their needs and grant them more than what they had in the world and ten times more.

ابوزبیر نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے ورود کے متعلق سوال کیا انہوں نے فرمایا: میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے قیامت کے دن ہم تمام لوگوں سے اوپر ایک ٹیلے پر ہوں گے درجہ بدرجہ تمام امتوں اور ان کے بتوں کو بلایا جائے گا پھر ہمارا پروردگار ہمارے پاس آ کر پوچھے گا کہ تم کس کا انتظار کر رہے ہو لوگ جواب دیں گے کہ ہم اپنے پروردگار کا انتظار کر رہے ہیں وہ کہے گا کہ میں ہی تمہارا رب ہوں لوگ کہیں گے کہ ہم اسے دیکھنے تک یہیں ہیں چنانچہ پروردگار ان کے سامنے اپنی ایک تجلی ظاہر فرمائے گا جس میں وہ مسکرا رہا ہو گا اور ہر انسان کو خواہ منافق ہو یا پکا مومن ایک نور دیا جائے گا پھر اس پر اندھیرا چھا جائے گا پھر مسلمانوں کے ساتھ منافق بھی پیچھے پیچھے پل صراط پر چڑھیں گے جس میں کانٹے اور چبھنے والی چیزیں ہوں گی جو لوگوں کو اچک لیں گی اس کے بعد منافقین کا نور بجھ جائے گا اور مسلمان اس پر پل صراط سے نجات پاجائیں گے نجات پانے والے مسلمانوں کا پہل اگر وہ اپنے چہروں میں چودہو یں رات کے چاند کی طرح ہو گا یہ لوگ ستر ہزار ہوں گے اور ان کا کوئی حساب نہ ہو گا دوسرے نمبر پر نجات پانے والے اس ستارے کی مانند ہوں گے جو آسمان میں سب سے زیادہ روشن ہوں پھر درجہ بدرجہ یہاں تک کہ شفاعت کی اجازت دیدی جائے گی اور لوگ سفارش کر یں گے جس کی بناء پر ہر وہ شخص جہنم سے نکال لیا جائے گا جس کے دل میں جو کے دانے کے برابر بھی ایمان ہو گا اور اسے صحن جنت میں لے جایا جائے گا اور اہل جنت اس پر پانی بہانے لگیں گے حتی کہ وہ اس طرح اگ آئیں گے جیسے سیلاب میں خودرو پودے اگ آتے ہیں اور ان کے جسم کی جلن دور ہو جائے گی پھر اللہ ان سے پوچھے گا کہ اور انہیں دنیا اور اس سے دس گنا زیادہ عطا فرمائے گا۔
Abuzubair ne Sayyiduna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se wurud ke mutalliq sawal kya unhon ne farmaya: mein ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai qayamat ke din hum tamam logon se upar ek teele par hon ge darja badarja tamam ummaton aur un ke buton ko bulaya jaye ga phir hamara parwardigaar hamare pass aa kar pooche ga ke tum kis ka intezar kar rahe ho log jawab den ge ke hum apne parwardigaar ka intezar kar rahe hain wo kahe ga ke mein hi tumhara rabb hun log kahen ge ke hum ise dekhne tak yahin hain chunanche parwardigaar un ke samne apni ek tajalli zahir farmaye ga jis mein wo muskura raha ho ga aur har insan ko chahe munafiq ho ya pakka musalman ek noor diya jaye ga phir us par andhera cha jaye ga phir musalmanon ke sath munafiq bhi peeche peeche pul sirat par chadhen ge jis mein kante aur chubhne wali cheezen hon gi jo logon ko uchak len gi us ke bad munafiqin ka noor bujh jaye ga aur musalman us par pul sirat se nijaat pa jayen ge nijaat pane wale musalmanon ka pehla agar wo apne chehron mein chaudhwein raat ke chand ki tarah ho ga ye log sattar hazar hon ge aur un ka koi hisab na ho ga dusre number par nijaat pane wale us sitare ki manind hon ge jo aasman mein sab se zyada roshan hon phir darja badarja yahan tak ke shafa'at ki ijazat di di jaye gi aur log sifarish karen ge jis ki bina par har wo shakhs jahannam se nikal liya jaye ga jis ke dil mein jo ke dane ke barabar bhi imaan ho ga aur use sahn jannat mein le جایا jaye ga aur ahl jannat us par pani bahane lagen ge hatta ke wo is tarah ug aaen ge jaise selab mein khudru pode ug aate hain aur un ke jism ki jalan door ho jaye gi phir Allah un se pooche ga ke aur unhen duniya aur us se das guna zyada ata farmaye ga.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet ﷺ said: "Every Prophet had a supplication which he offered for his nation, and I have saved my supplication for my nation for the Day of Resurrection, that is, intercession."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ہر نبی ﷺ کی ایک دعاء تھی جو انہوں نے اپنی امت کے لئے مانگی تھی جبکہ میں نے اپنی امت کے لئے اپنی دعاء شفاعت کی صورت میں قیامت کے دن کے لئے اٹھا رکھی ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Har Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki ek duaa thi jo unhon ne apni ummat ke liye maangi thi jabki maine apni ummat ke liye apni duaa shafa'at ki surat mein qayamat ke din ke liye utha rakhi hai.
Narrated by Jabir (RA), that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: "The people of Paradise will eat and drink in Paradise, but they will not defecate, urinate, blow their noses, or spit. Their food will be digested with a burp, and their sweat will smell like musk. And they will glorify and praise Allah (SWT) just as involuntarily as they breathe."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جنت میں اہل جنت کھائیں پئیں گے لیکن پاخانہ پیشاب نہ کر یں گے اور نہ ہی ناک صاف کر یں گے یا تھوک پھینکیں گے ان کا کھانا ایک ڈکار سے ہضم ہو جائے گا اور ان کا پسینہ مشک کی مہک کی طرح ہو گا اور وہ اس طرح تسبیح وتحمید کرتے ہوں گے جیسے بےاختیار سانس لیتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jannat mein ehle Jannat khaen peen ge lekin pakhana peshab na karenge aur na hi naak saaf karenge ya thook phenkenge un ka khana ek dakar se hazam ho jaega aur un ka paseena mushk ki mahak ki tarah ho ga aur wo is tarah tasbeeh o tahmeed karte honge jaise bay ikhtiyar saans lete hain.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Satan has lost hope that he will ever be worshipped by those who pray, but he is hopeful of causing disagreements among them.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: اس بات سے شیطان مایوس ہو گیا کہ اب دوبارہ نمازی اس کی پوجا کر سکیں گے البتہ وہ ان کے درمیان اختلافات پیدا کرنے سے درپے ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Is baat se shaitan mayus ho gaya ki ab dobara namaazi uski puja kar sakenge albatta woh unke darmiyaan ikhtilaf paida karne se darpe hai.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said: Iblis places his throne upon water; he then sends detachments (for creating dissension between people); the nearest and dearest to him in rank are those who are most active in creating mischief.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ابلیس پانی پر اپنا تخت بچھاتا ہے پھر اپنے لشکر روانہ کرتا ہے ان میں سب سے زیادہ قرب شیطانی وہ پاتا ہے جو سب سے بڑا فتنہ ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Iblis pani par apna takht bichhata hai phir apne lashkar rawana karta hai in mein sab se zyada qurb shaitani wo pata hai jo sab se bada fitna ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Jabir (RA) that he heard the Prophet (PBUH) saying: I shall wait for you ahead of you (near the Hawdh). If you fail to recognize me, then (know that) I shall be there at the Hawdh-i-Kawthar, (a cistern) the distance between which and Ailah (a place in Syria) is the (same as the distance between Ailah) and Mecca, and soon men and women with water-skins and vessels will come to it (for drinking water) but they will not be able to drink from it.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ میں تمہارے آگے تمہارا انتظار کروں گا اگر تم مجھے نہ دیکھ سکو تو میں حوض کوثر پر ہوں گا جو کہ ایلہ سے مکہ مکرمہ تک کی درمیانی مسافت کا حوض ہوگا اور عنقریب کئی مرد و عورت مشکیزے اور برتن لے کر آئیں گے لیکن اس میں سے کچھ بھی نہ پی سکیں گے۔
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki main tumhare aage tumhara intezar karun ga agar tum mujhe nah dekh sako to main howz e kosar par hun ga jo ki aayla se makkah e mukarma tak ki darmiyani musafat ka howz hoga aur anqareeb kai mard o aurat mashkize aur bartan le kar aayen ge lekin is mein se kuchh bhi nah pi saken ge.
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: I will be waiting for you ahead of you, if you do not see me, then I will be at the Hawdh (Cistern) of Kawthar, which will be a cistern between Aylah and Makkah al-Mukarramah, and soon many men and women will come with cups and utensils, but they will not be able to drink from it. Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I will be waiting for those who come to the Hawdh (Cistern) of Kawthar. Some people will be pulled away before they reach me. I will say: O Lord, these are my people and my Ummah. The reply will be: You do not know what they did after you. They turned back on their heels after you. Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also said that the Hawdh (Cistern) of Kawthar is spread over a month's journey. Its two corners are equal, meaning its width is equal to its length. Its glasses are equal to the stars of the sky. Its water will be whiter than milk and cooler than musk. Whoever drinks its water once will never be thirsty again.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ میں تمہارے آگے تمہارا انتظار کر وں گا اگر تم مجھے نہ دیکھ سکو تو میں حوض کوثر پر ہوں گا جو کہ ایلہ سے مکہ مکرمہ تک کی درمیانی مسافت کا حوض ہو گا اور عنقریب کئی مرد و عورت مشکیزے اور برتن لے کر آئیں گے لیکن اس میں سے کچھ بھی نہ پی سکیں گے۔ سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں حوض کوثر پر آنے والوں کا انتظار کر وں گا کچھ لوگوں کو میرے پاس پہنچے سے پہلے ہی اچک لیا جائے گا میں عرض کر وں گا کہ پروردگار یہ میرے ہیں اور میرے امتی ہیں جواب آئے گا کہ آپ کو کیا خبر انہوں نے آپ کے پیچھے کیا کیا یہ تو آپ کے بعد اپنی ایڑیوں کے بل واپس لوٹ گئے تھے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں نبی ﷺ نے یہ بھی فرمایا: تھا کہ حوض کوثر ایک ماہ کی مسافت پر پھیلا ہوا ہے اس کے دونوں کونے برابر ہیں یعنی اس کی چوڑائی بھی لمبائی جتنی ہے اس کے گلاس آسمان کے ستاروں کے برابر ہیں اس کا پانی مشک سے زیادہ مہکنے والا اور دودھ سے زیادہ سفید ہو گا جو ایک مرتبہ اس کا پانی پی لے گا وہ کبھی پیاسا نہ ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki mein tumhare aage tumhara intezar karun ga agar tum mujhe nah dekh sako to mein hauz e kausar par hun ga jo ki Aela se Makkah Mukarramah tak ki darmiyani misafat ka hauz ho ga aur anqareeb kai mard o aurat mashkize aur bartan le kar aayen ge lekin is mein se kuchh bhi nah pi saken ge. Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: mein hauz e kausar par aane walon ka intezar karun ga kuchh logon ko mere pas pahunche se pehle hi uchak liya jaye ga mein arz karun ga ki Parvardigaar ye mere hain aur mere ummati hain jawab aaye ga ki aap ko kya khabar inhon ne aap ke piche kya kya ye to aap ke baad apni airiyon ke bal wapas laut gaye the Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye bhi farmaya: tha ki hauz e kausar ek mah ki misafat par phela hua hai is ke donon kone barabar hain yani is ki choriyi bhi lambai jitni hai is ke glass aasman ke sitaron ke barabar hain is ka pani mushk se zyada mahakne wala aur doodh se zyada safaid ho ga jo ek martaba is ka pani pi le ga woh kabhi pyasa nah ho ga.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (SAW) forbade from Ad-Dubba, An-Naqir and Al-Muzzaffat (specific types of vessels). And Nabidh used to be prepared for the Prophet (SAW) in a leather container, and if a leather container was not available, then in a stone pot.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دبا، نقیر اور مزفت تمام برتنوں سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ اور نبی ﷺ کے لئے مشکیزے میں نبیذ بنائی جاتی تھی اور اگر مشکیزہ نہ ہوتا تو پتھر کی ہنڈیا میں بنالی جاتی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne daba, naqir aur muzfat tamam bartan se mana farmaya hai. Aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke liye mashkize mein nabiz banai jati thi aur agar mashkiza nah hota to pathar ki handiya mein banali jati thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade us from performing Istija with manure or bones.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں مینگنی یا ہڈی سے اسنتجا کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamen maingni ya haddi se istinja karne se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is better for one of you to restrain his hand from striking another, even if it is just a stone, than to own a hundred camels, all with dark eyes. If one of you is overcome by Satan, then let him just retaliate once."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی آدمی کنکر یوں کو چھیڑنے سے اپنا ہاتھ روک کر رکھے یہ اس کے حق میں ایسی سو اونٹیوں سے بہتر ہے جن سب کی آنکھوں کی پتلیاں سیاہ ہوں اگر تم میں سے کسی پر شیطان غالب آہی جائے تو صرف ایک مرتبہ برابر کر لے۔
Sayidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi aadmi kankar yun ko chherne se apna hath rok kar rakhe yeh uske haq mein aisi sau unton se behtar hai jin sab ki aankhon ki patliyan siyah hon agar tum mein se kisi par shaitan ghalib aahi jaye to sirf ek martaba barabar kar le.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade keeping and making pictures/images in the house.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے گھر میں تصویریں رکھنے اور بنانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghar mein tasvirein rakhne aur banane se mana farmaya hai.
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "I am only a human being and I have asked my Lord for something, and He has promised me that any Muslim about whom I speak harshly, it will be a purification for him."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں بھی ایک انسان ہوں اور میں نے اپنے پروردگار سے یہ وعدہ لے رکھا ہے کہ میرے منہ سے جس مسلمان کے متعلق سخت کلمات نکل جائیں وہ اس کے لئے باعث تذکیہ ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: mein bhi ek insan hun aur mein ne apne parvardigaar se ye wada le rakha hai ki mere munh se jis musalman ke mutalliq sakht kalmat nikal jayen wo uske liye baais tazkiya hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "A group from my Ummah will continue to fight for the truth and remain dominant until the Day of Judgment, even until Isa (Jesus), son of Mary (peace be upon him) descends. Their leader will request him, 'Come lead us in prayer,' but he will reply, 'No, verily, among you some are commanders over others. This is an honor that Allah has bestowed upon this Ummah.'"

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے میری امت کا ایک گروہ قیامت تک ہمیشہ حق پر قتال کرتا رہے گا اور غالب رہے گا یہاں تک کہ سیدنا عیسیٰ نازل ہو جائیں گے تو ان کا امیر عرض کر ے گا کہ آپ آگے بڑھ کر نماز پڑھائیے لیکن وہ جواب دیں گے نہیں تم میں سے بعض بعض پر امیر ہیں تاکہ اللہ اس امت کا اعزاز فرماسکے۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai meri ummat ka ek goroh qayamat tak hamesha haq par qatal karta rahe ga aur ghalib rahe ga yahan tak ki Syedna Isa nazil ho jayen ge to un ka ameer arz kare ga ki aap aage barh kar namaz parhaiye lekin wo jawab den ge nahi tum mein se baz baz par ameer hain taake Allah is ummat ka aazar farmasake.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say a month before his death: People ask me about the Day of Judgment, while its true knowledge is only with Allah. However, I swear by Allah that no one alive today will live to see a hundred years pass.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو اپنے وصال سے ایک ماہ قبل یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ لوگ مجھ سے قیامت کے متعلق پوچھتے ہیں حالانکہ اس کا حقیقی علم تو اللہ ہی کے پاس ہے البتہ میں اللہ کی قسم کھا کر کہتا ہوں کہ آج جو شخص زندہ ہے سو سال نہیں گزرنے پائیں گے کہ وہ زندہ رہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko apne wisal se ek mah pahle ye farmate huye suna hai ki log mujhse qayamat ke mutalliq poochte hain halanki iska haqiqi ilm to Allah hi ke pass hai albatta main Allah ki kasam kha kar kahta hun ki aaj jo shakhs zinda hai so sal nahin guzarne payenge ki wo zinda rahe.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once two slaves fought with each other, one of whom belonged to a Muhajir (emigrant) and the other to an Ansari (resident of Medina). The Muhajir started calling out to the Muhajireen, and the Ansari started calling out to the Ansar. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), hearing this noise, came out and said: "Leave these foul slogans." Then he said: "What kind of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance) slogans are these? What an era of Jahiliyyah slogans is this!"

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ دو غلام آپس میں لڑ پڑے جن میں سے ایک مہاجر کا دوسرا کسی انصاری کا تھا مہاجر نے مہاجرین کو اور انصاری نے انصار کو آوازیں دے کر بلانا شروع کر دیا نبی ﷺ یہ آواز سن کر باہر تشریف لائے اور فرمایا: ان بدبودار نعروں کو چھوڑ دو پھر فرمایا: یہ جاہلیت کی کیسی آوازیں ہیں یہ زمانہ جاہلیت کی کیسی آوازیں ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh ek martaba do ghulam aapas mein lar pare jin mein se ek muhajir ka dusra kisi ansari ka tha muhajir ne muhajireen ko aur ansari ne ansar ko aawazen dekar bulana shuru kar diya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) yeh aawaz sun kar bahar tashreef laaye aur farmaya: In badbudar naaron ko chhor do phir farmaya: Yeh jahiliyat ki कैसी aawazen hain yeh zamana jahiliyat ki कैसी aawazen hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a child was born to an Ansari man. They named him Muhammad. We said to them, “We will not let you do this until we ask the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).” So we came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Name (your children) with my name, but do not give them my Kunyah (nickname, Abu'l Qasim) for I have been sent to distribute among you like a father (who distributes equally among his children)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک انصاری کے یہاں ایک بچہ پیدا ہوا انہوں نے اس کا نام محمد رکھ دیا ہم نے ان سے کہا کہ ہم تمہیں یہ کیفیت نہیں دیں گے تاآنکہ نبی ﷺ سے پوچھ لیں چنانچہ ہم نے نبی ﷺ سے آ کر دریافت کیا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میرے نام پر نام رکھ لیا کر و لیکن میری کنیت پر اپنی کنیت نہ رکھا کر و کیونکہ میں تمہارے درمیان تقسیم کرنے والابنا کر بھیجا گیا ہوں۔
Sayidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik Ansaari ke yahan aik baccha paida hua unhon ne us ka naam Muhammad rakh diya hum ne un se kaha ki hum tumhen yeh kefiyat nahin den ge taanke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se puchh len chunancha hum ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se aa kar دریافت kia to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mere naam par naam rakh liya karo lekin meri kunniyat par apni kunniyat na rakha karo kyunki main tumhare darmiyan taqsim karne wala bana kar bheja gaya hun
Asim bin 'Ubaidullah said: One time I went to visit Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him). When the time for prayer came, he prayed wrapped in a single garment, even though other clothes were lying nearby on a bed. When he finished the prayer, he said, "I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in this very manner."

عاصم بن عبیداللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کے یہاں گیا نماز کا وقت ہوا تو وہ ایک کپڑے میں لپٹ کر نماز پڑھ رہے تھے حالانکہ دوسرے کپڑے ان کے قریب ہی چار پائی پر پڑے تھے جب انہوں نے سلام پھیرا تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو بھی اسی طرح نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Asim bin Ubaidullah kahte hain ki aik martaba main Sayyidna Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke yahan gaya namaz ka waqt hua to wo aik kapre mein lipat kar namaz parh rahe the halanki dusre kapre unke qareeb hi charpai par pare the jab unhon ne salam phera to unhon ne farmaya ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko bhi isi tarah namaz parhte huye dekha hai
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Some people came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and pledged allegiance to his blessed hand. At that time, there was an epidemic in Medina, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade them from leaving Medina without permission. But they left Medina without taking permission. Upon this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that Medina is like a furnace, which removes its impurities.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کچھ لوگوں نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر آپ کے دست حق پرست پر بیعت کر لی اس وقت مدینہ میں وباپھیلی ہوئی تھی اس لئے نبی ﷺ نے انہیں بلا اجازت مدینہ منورہ سے نکلنے سے منع کر دیا لیکن وہ بغیر اجازت لینے مدینہ سے چلے گئے اس پر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ مدینہ منورہ بھٹی کی طرح ہے جو اپنے میل کچیل کو دور کر دیتی ہے۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki kuch logon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hokar aap ke dast haq parast par bai't kar li us waqt Madina mein waabai phaili hui thi is liye Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen bila ijazat Madina Munawwara se nikalne se mana kar diya lekin woh baghair ijazat liye Madina se chale gaye is par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki Madina Munawwara bhatti ki tarah hai jo apne mail kacheel ko door kar deti hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that a man came and said: I have shaved my head before offering the sacrifice. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Now offer the sacrifice, there is no harm. Then another came and said: O Messenger of Allah! I have had my hair cut short before performing Rami. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) again said: Now perform Rami, there is no harm.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی آیا اور اس نے کہا کہ میں نے قربانی کرنے سے پہلے بال منڈوا لئے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اب قربانی کر لو، کوئی حرج نہیں، پھر دوسرا آیا اور کہنے لگا یا رسول اللہ!! میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے حلق کر وا لیا، نبی ﷺ نے پھر فرمایا: اب رمی کر لو کوئی حرج نہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik aadmi aaya aur usne kaha ki maine qurbani karne se pehle baal mundwa liye, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ab qurbani kar lo, koi harj nahi, phir dusra aaya aur kehne laga Ya Rasulullah!! maine rami karne se pehle halq karwa liya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phir farmaya: ab rami kar lo koi harj nahi.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: Marhab, a giant warrior, came out of his fortress wearing armor and reciting these verses: "All of Khaybar knows that I am Marhab, the armor-clad, brave, and experienced. Sometimes I fight with a spear, and sometimes I strike with a sword. When lions advance like flames, it's as if my territory is the real sanctuary, where no one can approach." And he shouted, "Is there anyone to duel me?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Who will duel him?" Muhammad ibn Maslama stepped forward and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I will duel him, and by Allah, I am his match. He killed my brother yesterday." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Go ahead," and prayed, "O Allah, help him." When the two came close to each other, a tree came between them, and each one of them sought to take its cover to avoid the other. Whenever one of them took cover behind it, the other would strike him with his sword. This went on until they came face to face with no barrier between them. Then, Marhab struck Muhammad ibn Maslama with his sword. He blocked it with his shield, but the sword cut through it. However, Muhammad ibn Maslama remained safe. Muhammad ibn Maslama then struck him with his sword, killing him instantly.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مرحب یہو دی اپنے قلعے سے نکلا اس نے اسلحہ زیب تن رکھا تھا اور وہ یہ رجز اشعار پڑھ رہا تھا کہ پورا خیبر جانتا ہے کہ میں مرحب ہوں اسلحہ پوش، بہادر اور تجربہ کار ہوں کبھی نیزے سے لڑتاہوں اور کبھی تلوار کی ضرب لگاتاہوں جب شیر شعلہ بن کر آگے بڑھتے ہیں گویا کہ میرا حریم ہی اصل حریم ہے جس کے قریب کوئی نہیں آسکتا اور وہ یہ نعرہ لگارہا تھا کہ ہے کوئی میرا مقابلہ کرنے والا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس کا مقابلہ کون کر ے گا سیدنا محمد بن مسلمہ نے آگے بڑھ کر عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میں اس کا مقابلہ کر وں گا اور واللہ میں اس کے جوڑ کا ہوں انہوں نے کل میرے بھائی کو بھی قتل کیا تھا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ آگے بڑھو اور دعا کی کہ اے اللہ اس کی مدد فرما۔ جب دونوں ایک دوسرے کے قریب ہوئے تو درمیان میں ایک درخت حائل ہو گیا اور ان میں سے ایک اپنے مد مقابل سے بچنے کے لئے اس کی آڑ لینے لگا وہ جب بھی اس کی آڑ لیتا تو دوسرا اس پر تلوار سے وار کرتا ہوں یہاں تک کہ دونوں ایک دوسرے کے آمنے سامنے آ گئے اور اب ان کے درمیان کوئی رکاوٹ نہیں رہی اس کے بعد مرحب نے محمد بن مسلمہ پر تلوار سے حملہ کیا اور اس کا وار کیا انہوں نے اسے ڈھال پر روکا تلوار اس پر پڑی اور اسے کاٹتی ہوئی نکل گئی لیکن محمد بن مسلمہ بچ گئے پھر محمد بن مسلمہ نے اپنی تلوار سے اس پر حملہ کیا تو اسے قتل کر کے ہی دم لیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Marhab Yahoodi apne qile se nikla usne aslaha zeb tan rakha tha aur wo ye rajz ashaar parh raha tha ki poora Khaibar janta hai ki main Marhab hun asleha posh, bahadur aur tajurba kar hun kabhi neze se ladta hun aur kabhi talwar ki zarb lagata hun jab sher shola ban kar aage badhte hain goya ki mera haram hi asl haram hai jis ke qareeb koi nahin aa sakta aur wo ye nara laga raha tha ki hai koi mera muqabala karne wala Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Iska muqabala kaun karega Sayyidna Muhammad bin Muslimah ne aage badh kar arz kiya: Ya Rasulullah! main iska muqabala karunga aur wallahi main iske jor ka hun inho ne kal mere bhai ko bhi qatl kiya tha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki aage badho aur dua ki ke aye Allah iski madad farma. Jab dono ek dusre ke qareeb hue to darmiyan mein ek darakht hail ho gaya aur in mein se ek apne mud muqabil se bachne ke liye iski aad lene laga wo jab bhi iski aad leta to dusra is par talwar se waar karta hun yahan tak ki dono ek dusre ke aamne samne aa gaye aur ab in ke darmiyan koi rukawat nahin rahi iske baad Marhab ne Muhammad bin Muslimah par talwar se hamla kiya aur iska waar kiya inho ne ise dhaal par roka talwar is par padi aur ise kaatti hui nikal gayi lekin Muhammad bin Muslimah bach gaye phir Muhammad bin Muslimah ne apni talwar se is par hamla kiya to ise qatl kar ke hi dum liya.
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: During the battle of Khaibar, the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the flesh of domesticated donkeys, and he permitted the flesh of horses.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے غزوہ خیبر کے زمانے میں پالتو گدھوں سے منع فرمایا: تھا اور گھوڑوں کے گوشت کی اجازت دی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghazwa khaibar ke zamane mein paltu gadhon se mana farmaya tha aur ghoron ke gosht ki ijazat di thi.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Keep your wealth in your possession and do not give it to anyone, and whoever gives something to someone for life, then it belongs to him, whether he is alive or dead, or dies or it goes to his children.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اپنے مال کو اپنے پاس سنبھال کر رکھو کسی کو مت دو اور جو شخص زندگی بھر کے لئے کسی کو کوئی چیز دے دیتا ہے تو وہ اسی کی ہو جاتی ہے خواہ وہ زندہ ہو یا مردہ ہو یا مر جائے یا اس کی اولاد کو مل جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki apne mal ko apne pass sambhal kar rakho kisi ko mat do aur jo shakhs zindagi bhar ke liye kisi ko koi cheez de deta hai to vah usi ki ho jati hai chahe vah zinda ho ya murda ho ya mar jaye ya uski aulad ko mil jaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When the sun sets, do not let your animals and your children out of your houses until the darkness of the night has faded away, because when the sun sets until the darkness of the night has faded away, the devils come down."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب سورج غروب ہو جائے تو رات کی سیاہی دور ہو نے تک اپنے جانوروں اور اپنے بچوں کو گھروں سے نکلنے نہ دو کیونکہ جب سورج غروب ہوتا ہے تو رات کی سیاہی دور ہو نے تک شیاطین اترتے ہیں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab suraj ghuroob ho jaye to raat ki siyahi door hone tak apne janwaron aur apne bachchon ko gharon se nikalne na do kyunki jab suraj ghuroob hota hai to raat ki siyahi door hone tak shayateen utarte hain.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed wrapped in a cloth. Someone asked Abu Zubair if this meant obligatory prayers. He replied that this includes both obligatory and non-obligatory prayers.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک کپڑے میں لپٹ کر نماز پڑھی کسی نے ابوالزبیر سے پوچھا کہ اس سے مراد فرض نماز ہے انہوں نے فرمایا کہ یہ فرض اور غیر فرض سب کو شامل ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek kapre mein lapat kar namaz parhi kisi ne Abu al Zibir se pucha ki is se murad farz namaz hai unhon ne farmaya ki yah farz aur ghair farz sab ko shamil hai.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: We ate the meat of the animals we had slaughtered as sacrifice during Hajj along with the Prophet (ﷺ) in his lifetime and we carried it with us (as food) for our return journey.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم نے حج کی قربانی کے جانور کا گوشت نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ان کے ساتھ کھایا اور اسے زاد راہ کے طور پر بھی لے آئے تھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum ne Hajj ki qurbani ke jaanwar ka gosht Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basaudat mein un ke saath khaya aur isse zad e raah ke taur par bhi le aaye thay.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: I have a slave girl who serves us and brings water, and I go around her at night, but I don't think it's good for her to become a mother. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If you want, I can make her abstain, otherwise, what is in destiny will happen. So after a while, the same man came again and said that the slave girl had become pregnant. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Didn't I tell you before that what is in destiny will happen?

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ میری ایک باندی ہے جو ہماری خدمت بھی کر تی ہے اور پانی بھر کر بھی لاتی ہے میں رات کو اس کے پاس چکر بھی لگاتاہوں لیکن اس کے ماں بننے کو بھی اچھا نہیں سمجھتا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اگر تم چاہتے ہواس سے عزل کر لیا کر وں ورنہ جو مقدر میں ہے وہ تو ہو کر رہے گا چنانچہ کچھ عرصے بعد وہی آدمی دوبارہ آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ وہ باندی بوجھل ہو گئی ہے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: میں نے تو تمہیں پہلے ہی بتادیا تھا کہ جو مقدر میں ہے وہ تو ہو کر رہے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga ki meri aik bandi hai jo hamari khidmat bhi karti hai aur pani bhar kar bhi lati hai main raat ko uske paas chakkar bhi lagata hun lekin uske maan banne ko bhi achha nahin samajhta Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Agar tum chahte ho usse azal kar liya karo warna jo muqaddar mein hai wo to ho kar rahega chunanche kuch arse baad wohi aadmi dobara aaya aur kehne laga ki wo bandi bojhal ho gayi hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Maine to tumhen pehle hi bata diya tha ki jo muqaddar mein hai wo to ho kar rahega.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "No city dweller should sell on behalf of a villager. Leave them alone so that Allah may provide for them from one another."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کوئی شہری کسی دیہاتی کے لئے بیع نہ کر ے لوگوں کو چھوڑ دو تاکہ اللہ انہیں ایک دوسرے کا رزق عطاء فرمائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Koi shahri kisi dehati ke liye bai nah kare logon ko chhor do taake Allah unhen ek dusre ka rizq ata farmaye.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the use of vessels made of gourd, bottle gourd, and all types of tanning vats.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور ابن عمر سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے دباء نقیر اور مزفت کے تمام برتنوں سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se aur Ibn Umar se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne diba niqir aur muzfat ke tamam bartan se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), an arrow struck the vein of the arm of Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Mu'adh. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it with a broad-headed arrow with his blessed hand. When it bled, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cauterized it again.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا سعد بن معاذ کے بازو کی رگ میں ایک تیر لگ گیا نبی ﷺ نے اسے اپنے دست مبارک سے چوڑے پھل کے تیر سے داغا وہ سوج گیا تو نبی ﷺ نے دوبارہ داغا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Sayyidna Saad bin Muaz ke bazu ki rag mein ek teer lag gaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use apne dast mubarak se chaure phal ke teer se daagha woh suj gaya tou Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dobara daagha.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Close your doors at night, cover your utensils, put out your lamps, and tie up your waterskins, for Satan cannot open a closed door, nor uncover a cover, nor untie a knot, and sometimes a mouse can be the cause of burning down the whole house.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ رات کو سوتے وقت دروازے بند کر لیا کر و اور برتنوں کو ڈھانپ دیا کر و اور چراغ بجھادیا کر و اور مشکیزوں کا منہ باندھ دیا کر و کیونکہ شیطان بند دروازہ کو نہیں کھول سکتا کوئی پردہ نہیں ہٹاسکتا کوئی بندھن نہیں کھول سکتا اور بعض اوقات ایک چوہا پورے گھر کو جلانے کا سبب بن جاتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki raat ko sote waqt darwaze band kar liya karo aur bartanoun ko dhaanp diya karo aur charagh bujha diya karo aur mashkizon ka munh bandh diya karo kyunki shaitan band darwaza ko nahin khol sakta koi parda nahin hata sakta koi bandhan nahin khol sakta aur baaz auqat ek chuha pure ghar ko jalane ka sabab ban jata hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When a believing man or a believing woman falls ill, Allah forgives his or her sins.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو مؤمن مرد عورت اور جو مسلمان مرد عورت بیمار ہوتا ہے اللہ اس کے گناہوں کو معاف کر دیتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo momin mard aurat aur jo musalman mard aurat bimar hota hai Allah uske gunahon ko maaf kar deta hai.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by him while he was picking dates. A man presented the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with some dates that he had picked. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If I were in a state of ablution, I would have eaten them."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ ان کے پاس سے گزرے تو وہ پیلو چن رہے تھے ایک آدمی نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں چنے ہوئے پیلو پیش کئے تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اگر میں وضو سے ہوتا تو تب بھی کھالیتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) un ke pas se guzre to wo pelu chun rahe the ek aadmi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein chune huye pelu pesh kiye to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Agar main wuzu se hota to tab bhi khalita.
Abu Zubair said: I asked Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, about the ruling on the price of a dog and a cat, and he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, strictly forbade it.

ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کتے اور بلی کی قیمت کا حکم پوچھا: تو انہوں نے فرمایا: نبی ﷺ نے اس سے سختی سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Abualzbair kahte hain ki maine syedna jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se kutte aur billi ki qeemat ka hukum poocha: to unhon ne farmaya: nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is se sakhti se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman from the tribe of Banu Makhzoom committed theft. She wanted to save herself by seeking intercession through the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) beloved, Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zaid. So she was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he said: "Even if my daughter Fatima had stolen, I would have cut off her hand too." And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had her hand cut off.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ بنو مخزوم کی ایک عورت سے چوری سرزد ہو گئی اس نے نبی ﷺ کے چہیتے سیدنا اسامہ بن زید کے ذریعے سفارش کر وا کر بچنا چاہا تو اسے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں لایا گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا: اگر میری بیٹی فاطمہ بھی چوری کر تی تو میں اس کا ہاتھ بھی کاٹ دیتا اور نبی ﷺ نے اس کا ہاتھ کٹوادیا۔
Sayidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Banu Makhzoom ki ek aurat se chori sarzad ho gayi usne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke chahete Sayidna Usama bin Zaid ke zariye sefarish karwa kar bachna chaha to use Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein laya gaya to Aap ne farmaya: Agar meri beti Fatima bhi chori karti to main us ka hath bhi kaat deta aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us ka hath katwa diya.
Abu Zubair said that I asked Jabir ibn Abdullah about the ruling on a man who divorces his wife while she is menstruating. He said that Abdullah ibn Umar divorced his wife while she was menstruating. Umar went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and mentioned it to him, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “He should take her back, for she is still his wife.”

ابوزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اس شخص کا حکم دریافت کیا جو ایام کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دیدے انہوں نے فرمایا کہ سیدنا عبداللہ بن عمر نے بھی ایک مرتبہ ایام کی حالت میں اپنی بیوی کو طلاق دیدی تھی سیدنا عمر نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر اس کا تذکر ہ کیا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اسے رجوع کر لینا چاہیے کیونکہ وہ اس کی بیوی ہے۔
Abuzubair kehte hain keh maine Sayidna Jabir razi Allah anhu se iss shaks ka hukam daryaft kiya jo ayyam ki halat mein apni biwi ko talaq dede unhon ne farmaya keh Sayidna Abdullah bin Umar ne bhi ek martaba ayyam ki halat mein apni biwi ko talaq dedi thi Sayidna Umar ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar iss ka tazkara kiya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya keh usse ruju kar lena chahie kyunki woh uski biwi hai.
Abu Zubair said: I asked Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, "Did the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stone (to death)?" He said, "Yes, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stoned to death a man from Banu Aslam, a Jewish man, and a woman. And he said to the Jew, 'Today we will judge you.'"

ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ نبی ﷺ نے رجم کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ ہاں نبی ﷺ نے قبیلہ اسلم کے ایک آدمی کو ایک یہو دی مرد کو ایک عورت کو رجم فرمایا: تھا اور یہو دی سے فرمایا: تھا کہ آج ہم تم پر فیصلہ کر یں گے۔
Abu alzubair kehte hain keh maine syedna jabir razi Allah tala anhu se pucha keh nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne rajm kiya hai unhon ne farmaya keh haan nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne qabeela aslam ke ek aadmi ko ek yahodi mard ko ek aurat ko rajm farmaya tha aur yahodi se farmaya tha keh aaj hum tum par faisla karenge.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) strictly forbade women from joining their hair with other hair.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے عورت کو اپنے سر کے ساتھ دوسرے بال ملانے سے سختی سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne aurat ko apne sar ke sath dusre baal milane se sakhti se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) forbade eating with the left hand because Satan eats with his left hand.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے بائیں ہاتھ سے کھانا کھانے کی ممانعت فرمائی ہے کیونکہ بائیں ہاتھ سے شیطان کھانا کھاتا ہے۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne bayen hath se khana khanay ki mumanat farmai hai kyunki bayen hath se shetan khana khata hai.
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The example of a believer is that of a fresh plant of crop which gets blown by the wind and sometimes it straightens up and sometimes it bends down, and the example of a disbeliever is that of a cypress tree; it remains straight until it falls down (all at once)."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: مسلمان کی مثال گندم کے خوشے کی سی ہے جو کبھی گرتا ہے اور کبھی سنبھلتا ہے اور کافر کی مثال چاول کی سی ہے جو ہمیشہ تنا ہی رہتا ہے یہاں تک کہ گر جاتا ہے اور اس پر بال نہیں آتے (یا اسے پتہ نہیں چلتا)۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Musalman ki misaal gandam ke khushe ki si hai jo kabhi girta hai aur kabhi sambhalta hai aur kafir ki misaal chawal ki si hai jo hamesha tana hi rehta hai yahan tak ke gir jata hai aur is par baal nahi aate (ya ise pata nahi chalta).
Abu Zubair said: I asked Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): "Did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) perform Sa'i only once?"

ابوالزبیر کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا: ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے صرف ایک ہی مرتبہ سعی کی ہے۔
Abu alzubair kahte hain ke maine sayyidna jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se poocha hai ke nabi sal allahu alaihi wasallam ne sirf ek hi martaba saee ki hai
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with a book he had received from one of the People of the Book. He began to read it to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), which angered the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said, "O son of Khattab! Do you want to be tempted by this? By the One in whose hand is my soul, I have brought you a clear and straightforward Shari'ah (law). Do not ask these People of the Book about anything, lest they tell you the truth and you reject it, or tell you falsehood and you believe it. By the One in whose hand is my soul, if Musa (Moses) were alive, he would have no choice but to follow me."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ سیدنا عمر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں ایک کتاب لے کر حاضر ہوئے جو انہیں کسی کتابی سے ہاتھ لگی تھی اور نبی ﷺ کے سامنے اسے پڑھنا شروع کر دیا اس پر نبی ﷺ کو غصہ آگیا اور فرمایا کہ اے ابن خطاب کیا تم اس میں گھسنا چاہتے ہواس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے میں تمہارے پاس ایک ایسی شریعت لے کر آیا ہوں جو روشن اور صاف ستھری ہے تم ان اہل کتاب سے کس چیز کے متعلق سوال نہ کیا کر و اور کہیں ایسا نہ ہو کہ وہ تمہیں صحیح بات بتائیں اور تم اس کی تکذیب کر و اور غلط بتائیں تو تم اس کی تصدیق کر و اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے اگر موسیٰ بھی زندہ ہوتے تو انہیں بھی میری پیروی کے علاوہ کوئی چارہ کار نہ ہوتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Sayyidna Umar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein ek kitab le kar hazir huye jo unhen kisi kitabi se hath lagi thi aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne use padhna shuru kar diya is par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ghussa aagaya aur farmaya ki aye ibn kitab kya tum is mein ghusna chahte ho is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai mein tumhare pas ek aisi shariyat le kar aaya hun jo roshan aur saaf suthri hai tum in ahle kitab se kis cheez ke mutalliq sawal na kya karo aur kahin aisa na ho ki woh tumhen sahih baat bataen aur tum us ki takzeeb karo aur galat bataen to tum us ki tasdeeq karo is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai agar Musa bhi zinda hote to unhen bhi meri pairvi ke ilawa koi chara kar na hota.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered Makkah al-Mukarramah on the day of the conquest of Makkah, and he was wearing a black turban.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ فتح مکہ کے دن مکہ مکر مہ میں داخل ہوئے تو آپ نے سیاہ عمامہ باندھ رکھا تھا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Fath Makkah ke din Makkah Mukarramah mein dakhil hue to aap ne siyah amama bandh rakha tha.
It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “It is permissible for you to eat game that has died on land when you are in the state of Ihram, so long as you did not catch it yourself or it was not caught for you.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: حالت احرام میں تمہارے لئے خشکی کا شکار حلال ہے بشرطیکہ کہ تم خود شکار نہ کر و یا اسے تمہاری خاطر شکار نہ کیا گیا ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Halat ehraam mein tumhare liye khushki ka shikar halal hai basharte ke tum khud shikar na karo ya use tumhari khatir shikar na kiya gaya ho.
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited eating onions and garlic at the time of Khaibar. But some people ate from it. Then they came to the mosque, so the Prophet (ﷺ) said to them, "Did I not forbid you from eating from those two foul-smelling trees?" The people said, "Why not, O Messenger of Allah! But we were overcome by hunger." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever eats from this foul-smelling tree should not approach our mosque, for what harms the people also harms the angels."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے خیبر کے زمانے میں پیاز اور لہسن سے منع فرمایا: تھا لیکن کچھ لوگوں نے اسے کھالیا پھر وہ مسجد میں آئے تو نبی ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا کہ کیا میں تمہیں ان دو بدبو دار درختوں سے کھانے سے منع نہیں کیا تھا لوگوں نے کہا کیوں نہیں یا رسول اللہ!۔ لیکن ہم بھوک سے مغلوب ہو گئے تھے اس پر نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص اس بدبودار درخت سے کچھ کھائے وہ ہماری مسجد کے قریب نہ آئے کیونکہ جن چیزوں سے انسانوں کو اذیت ہو تی ہے فرشتوں کو بھی ہو تی ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Khaibar ke zamane mein pyaaz aur lahsan se mana farmaya tha lekin kuch logon ne ise kha liya phir woh masjid mein aaye to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unse farmaya ki kya main tumhen in do badbu dar darakhton se khane se mana nahi kiya tha logon ne kaha kyun nahi ya Rasulullah lekin hum bhook se maglub ho gaye the is par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jo shakhs is badbu dar darakht se kuch khaye woh hamari masjid ke qareeb na aaye kyunki jin cheezon se insanon ko aziyat hoti hai farishton ko bhi hoti hai.
Muhammad bin Munkadar said that once I went to Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) and he was praying wrapped in a single cloth, while another cloth was lying near him. When he finished his prayer, we asked him about it. He said: I did this so that fools like you may see that I am praying in a single cloth. I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) praying in this way.

محمد بن منکدر کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کے یہاں گیا وہ ایک کپڑے میں لپٹ کر نماز پڑھ رہے تھے حالانکہ دوسری چادر ان کے قریب پڑی ہوئی تھی جب انہوں نے سلام پھیرا تو ہم نے ان سے مسئلہ پوچھا: انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے یہ اس لئے کیا ہے کہ تم جیسے احمق بھی دیکھ لیں کہ میں ایک کپڑے میں نماز پڑھ رہاہوں میں نے نبی ﷺ کو اس طرح نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Muhammad bin Munkadar kehte hain ki aik martaba main Sayyidna Jabir razi Allah anhu ke yahan gaya woh aik kapre mein lapat kar namaz parh rahe the halanki dusri chadar un ke qareeb pari hui thi jab unhon ne salam phera to hum ne un se masla poocha: unhon ne farmaya ki maine ye is liye kiya hai ki tum jaise ahmaq bhi dekh len ki main aik kapre mein namaz parh raha hun maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko is tarah namaz parhte huye dekha hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best rows for men are the first rows and the worst rows for them are the last rows, while the worst rows for women are the first rows and the best rows for them are the last rows." Then he said: "O assembly of women! When the men prostrate, lower your gaze and do not look at the private parts of men through the gaps in their garments."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: مردوں کی صفوں میں سے سب سے بہترین صف پہلی ہو تی ہے اور سب سے کم ترین صف آخری صف ہو تی ہے جب کہ خواتین کی صفوں میں سب سے کم ترین صف پہلی ہو تی ہے اور سب سے بہترین صف آخری صف ہو تی ہے پھر فرمایا: اے گروہ خواتین جب مرد سجدے میں جائیں تو اپنی نگاہیں پست رکھا کر و اور تہنبدوں کے سوراخوں سے مردوں کی شرمگاہیں نہ دیکھا کر و۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Mardoun ki saffon mein se sab se behtarin saf pehli hoti hai aur sab se kamtarin saf aakhri saf hoti hai jab keh khawateen ki saffon mein sab se kamtarin saf pehli hoti hai aur sab se behtarin saf aakhri saf hoti hai phir farmaya: Aye giroh khawateen jab mard sajday mein jayen to apni nigahen past rakha karo aur tahbandon ke suraakhoun se mardon ki sharmgahen na dekha karo.
