It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that a man from the tribe of Aslam came and confessed to the Prophet (PBUH) about an act of fornication he had committed. The Prophet (PBUH) turned his face away from him. When he had testified against himself four times, the Prophet (PBUH) asked him, "Are you mad?" He said, "No." The Prophet (PBUH) asked, "Are you married?" He said, "Yes." The Prophet (PBUH) passed judgment, and he was stoned to death at the Eid prayer ground. When the stones hit him, he ran away. The people caught him and stoned him until he died. The Prophet (PBUH) spoke well of him but did not offer his funeral prayer.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ قبیلہ اسلم کا ایک آدمی آیا اور اس نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے سامنے اپنے متعلق بدکاری کا اعتراف کیا نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کی طرف سے منہ پھیرلیا، جب اس طرح چار مرتبہ وہ اپنے متعلق گواہی دے چکا تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا: تم مجنوں تو نہیں ہو؟ اس نے کہا نہیں نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے پوچھا:شادی شدہ ہو؟ اس نے کہا جی ہاں! نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے حکم دیا اور اسے عید گاہ میں سنگسار کر دیا گیا، جب اسے پتھر لگے تو وہ بھاگ کھڑا ہوا لوگوں نے اسے پکڑ کر اتنے پتھر مارے کہ وہ مر گیا، نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس کے متعلق اچھے جملے کہے اور اس کی نماز جنازہ نہ پڑھائی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki qabeela Aslam ka aik aadmi aaya aur usne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne apne mutalliq badkari ka ikraar kiya. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne uski taraf se munh pher liya, jab is tarah chaar martaba woh apne mutalliq gawahi de chuka to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum majnoon to nahin ho? Usne kaha nahin. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne poocha: Shadi shuda ho? Usne kaha ji haan! Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hukm diya aur use Eidgah mein sangsar kar diya gaya, jab use pathar lage to woh bhaag khara hua logon ne use pakar kar itne pathar maare ki woh mar gaya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne uske mutalliq achchhe jumle kahe aur uski namaz-e-janaza na parhayi.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: During the Battle of Khaybar, people became very hungry. They caught and slaughtered their domesticated donkeys and filled their pots (to cook). When the Prophet (peace be upon him) found out, he ordered us and we overturned our pots. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Soon Allah will grant you such provision which will be lawful and more pure." So, that day we lifted our overturned pots. And on that occasion, the Prophet (peace be upon him) prohibited the meat of domesticated donkeys and mules, every predatory beast with fangs, every bird with talons, an animal that is hunted and killed by tying it up, an animal that dies by another animal's mouth, and an animal taken away by a predator.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ غزوہ خیبر کے موقع پر لوگ بھوک کا شکار ہو گئے، انہوں نے پالتوں گدھوں کو پکڑ کر ذبح کیا اور ہانڈیاں بھر کر چڑھا دیں، نبی ﷺ کو پتہ چلا تو انہوں نے ہمیں حکم دیا اور ہم نے اپنی ہانڈیاں الٹا دیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: عنقریب اللہ تمہیں ایسا رزق عطاء فرمائے گا جو اس حلال اور زیادہ پاکیزہ ہو گا، چنانچہ اس دن ہم نے ابلتی ہوئی ہانڈیاں اٹھا دی تھیں، اور اسی موقع پر نبی ﷺ نے پالتوں گدھوں اور خچروں کا گوشت، کچلی والے ہر درندے اور پنجے والے ہر پرندے، باندھ کر نشانہ بنائے جانے والے جانور اور جانور کے منہ سے چھڑائے ہوئے مرنے والے جانور اور جانور سے چھین کر مر جانے والے جانور کو حرام قرار دے دیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Ghazwa Khyber ke mauqe par log bhuk ka shikar ho gaye, unhon ne paltu gadhon ko pakar kar zibah kya aur handiyan bhar kar chadha din, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko pata chala to unhon ne humain hukm diya aur hum ne apni handiyan ulta din, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Anqarib Allah tumhen aisa rizq ata farmaye ga jo is halal aur zyada pakeeza ho ga, chunancha us din hum ne ubalti hui handiyan utha din thin, aur isi mauqe par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne paltu gadhon aur kachron ka gosht, kachli wale har darinde aur panje wale har parinde, bandh kar nishana banaye jane wale janwar aur janwar ke munh se chhurae jane wale marne wale janwar aur janwar se chhin kar mar jane wale janwar ko haram qarar de diya.
It was narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The one who loots has nothing to do with us.”

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص لوٹ مار کرتا ہے اس کا ہم سے کوئی تعلق نہیں۔“
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs loot maar karta hai us ka hum se koi ta'alluq nahin.“.
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever cannot find sandals, let him wear socks, and whoever cannot find a lower garment, let him wear trousers."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جسے جوتیاں نہ ملیں وہ موزے پہن لے اور جسے تہبند نہ ملے وہ شلوار پہن لے۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Jise jootiyan na milen wo moze pehen le aur jise tehband na mile wo shalwar pehen le.”
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the selling of fruits before they are ripe and good.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے پھل کے خوب پک کر عمدہ ہو جانے سے قبل اس کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phal ke khoob pak kar umda ho jaane se pahle us ki bay se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that once two slaves fought with each other, one of whom belonged to a Muhajir (emigrant) and the other to an Ansari (resident of Medina). The Muhajir called out to the Muhajirs and the Ansari to the Ansar. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) heard the noise and came out and said: "What are these calls of the era of ignorance?" The people said: "By Allah! There is no such thing, except that the two slaves abused each other." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no harm in it, one should help his brother, whether he is an oppressor or oppressed. If he is an oppressor, stop him from oppression, this is his help, and if he is oppressed, then help him."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ دو غلام آپس میں لڑ پڑے جن میں سے ایک کسی مہاجر کا اور دوسرا کسی انصاری کا تھا، مہاجر نے مہاجرین کو اور انصاری نے انصار کو آوازیں دے کر بلانا شروع کر دیا، نبی ﷺ یہ آواز سن کر باہر تشریف لائے اور فرمایا: یہ جاہلیت کی کیسی آوازیں ہیں؟ لوگوں نے بتایا: بخدا! ایسی کوئی بات نہیں ہے، البتہ دونوں غلاموں نے ایک دوسرے کو دھتکار دیا تھا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے، انسان کو چاہئیے کہ اپنے بھائی کی مدد کرے خواہ وہ ظالم ہو یا مظلوم، اگر ظالم ہو تو اسے ظلم سے روکے یہی اس کی مدد ہے اگر مظلوم ہو تو اس کی مدد کر ے۔
Sayyiduna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba do ghulam aapas mein lar pare jin mein se ek kisi muhajir ka aur dusra kisi ansari ka tha, muhajir ne muhajirin ko aur ansari ne ansar ko aawazain dekar bulana shuru kar diya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) yeh aawaz sun kar bahar tashrif laaye aur farmaya: yeh jahiliyat ki kaisi aawazain hain? Logon ne bataya: Khuda! Aisi koi baat nahin hai, albatta donon ghulamon ne ek dusre ko dhatkar diya tha, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: is mein koi harj nahin hai, insan ko chahiye ki apne bhai ki madad kare chahe woh zalim ho ya mazloom, agar zalim ho to use zulm se roke yahi uski madad hai agar mazloom ho to uski madad kare.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to deliver sermons leaning on the trunk of a tree. When the pulpit was made and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sat on it, that trunk started to cry like a she-camel cries for her young one, and all the people present in the mosque heard its voice. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came near it and embraced it, then it became quiet.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ ایک درخت کے تنے پر سہارا لگا کر خطبہ ارشاد فرمایا کرتے تھے، جب منبر بن گیا اور نبی ﷺ اس پر بیٹھے تو لکڑی کا وہ تنا اس طرح رونے لگا جیسے اونٹنی اپنے بچے کے لئے روتی ہے اور مسجد میں موجود تمام لوگوں نے اس کی آواز سنی، نبی ﷺ اس کے پاس چل کر آئے اور اسے گلے لگایا تو وہ خاموش ہو گیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ek darakht ke tane par sahara laga kar khutba irshad farmaya karte the, jab mimbar ban gaya aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is par baithe to lakdi ka woh tana is tarah rone laga jaise untni apne bache ke liye roti hai aur masjid mein mojood tamam logon ne is ki aawaz suni, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is ke paas chal kar aaye aur isay gale lagaya to woh khamosh ho gaya.
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever prays in a single garment, let him wrap it around himself properly."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص ایک کپڑے میں نماز پڑھے، اسے وہ اپنے اوپر اچھی طرح لپیٹ لینا چاہیے۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs ek kapre mein namaz parhe, use wo apne upar acchi tarah lapet lena chahie.“
It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “When any one of you prays, he should not spit in front of him, or to his right, but to his left, or beneath his foot.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص نماز پڑھ رہا ہو تو اپنےسامنے یا دائیں جانب نہ تھوکے بلکہ بائیں جانب یا پاؤں کے نیچے تھوکے۔
Sayyidna Jabir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum mein se koi shakhs namaz parh raha ho to apne samne ya dayen janib na thooke balki baen janib ya paon ke neeche thooke.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: Once the Prophet (ﷺ) led us in the prayer on the 10th of Dhul-Hijjah in Medina. Some people had already slaughtered their sacrifices, thinking perhaps the Prophet (ﷺ) had done so. When the Prophet (ﷺ) came to know about it, he ordered that whoever had slaughtered his sacrifice before the Prophet's sacrifice, should offer another sacrifice, and that (from then on) they should not slaughter their sacrifices before the Prophet (ﷺ) had slaughtered his.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے مدینہ منورہ میں ہمیں دس ذی الحجہ کو نماز پڑھائی، کچھ لوگوں نے پہلے ہی قربانی کر لی، اور وہ یہ سمجھے کہ شاید نبی ﷺ قربانی کر چکے ہیں، نبی ﷺ کو معلوم ہوا تو آپ ﷺ نے حکم دیا کہ جس نے پہلے قربانی کر لی ہے، وہ دوبارہ قربانی کر ے اور یہ کہ نبی ﷺ کے قربانی کرنے سے پہلے قربانی نہ کیا کر یں۔
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Madina Munawara mein hamein Dus ذی الحجہ ko namaz parhayi, kuch logon ne pehle hi qurbani kar li, aur wo ye samjhe ki shayad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) qurbani kar chuke hain, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko maloom hua to Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hukm diya ki jis ne pehle qurbani kar li hai, wo dobara qurbani kare aur ye ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke qurbani karne se pehle qurbani na kiya karen.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), in the year of the conquest of Makkah, said: "Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of alcohol, carrion, swine, and idols." Someone asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Tell us about the fat of carrion, for it is used to grease ships, soften animal hides, and people burn it in lamps?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No, it is also forbidden," Then he said: "May Allah's wrath be upon the Jews, when Allah made the fat unlawful for them, they melted it, sold it, and consumed its price."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فتح مکہ کے سال فرمایا: اللہ اور اس کے رسول شراب، مردار، خنزیر اور بتوں کی بیع کو حرام قرار دیتے ہیں۔ کسی شخص نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! یہ بتائیے کہ مردار کی چربی کا کیا حکم ہے؟ کیونکہ اس سے کشتیوں میں تیل ڈالا جاتا ہے، جسم کی کھالوں پر ملا جاتا ہے اور لوگ اس سے چراغ جلاتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: نہیں، یہ بھی حرام ہے، پھر فرمایا کہ یہو دیوں پر اللہ کی مار ہو، اللہ نے جب ان پر چربی کو حرام کر دیا تو انہوں نے اسے پگھلا کر بیچنا اور اس کی قیمت کھانا شروع کر دی۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Fath Makkah ke saal farmaya: Allah aur uske rasool sharaab, murdar, khaziraur buton ki bayah ko haram qarar dete hain. Kisi shakhs ne poocha: Ya Rasulullah! Yah bataiye ki murdar ki charbi ka kya hukum hai? Kyunki is se kashtiyon mein tail dala jata hai, jism ki khalon per mila jata hai aur log is se chirag jalate hain? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Nahin, yah bhi haram hai, phir farmaya ki yahudiyon per Allah ki maar ho, Allah ne jab un per charbi ko haram kar diya to unhon ne ise pighla kar bechna aur is ki qeemat khana shuru kar di.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that someone asked about the sacrificial animal. He said: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) say: "If you are forced (to ride it), then ride it in a decent manner until you find another mount."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کسی نے ہدی کے جانور کے متعلق پوچھا: تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اگر تم مجبور ہو جاؤ تو اس پر اچھے طریقے سے سوار ہو سکتے ہو، تا آنکہ تمہیں کوئی دوسری سواری مل جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki kisi ne hadi ke janwar ke mutalliq poocha: to unhon ne farmaya ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki agar tum majboor ho jao to is par achhe tarike se sawar ho sakte ho, taaankih tumhen koi doosri sawari mil jaye.
It has been narrated on the authority of Hadrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When a person narrates something in a gathering, and he looks to his right and left while speaking, then that matter is a trust (that should not be disclosed).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص کسی مجلس میں کوئی بات بیان کر ے اور بات کرتے وقت دائیں بائیں دیکھے تو وہ بات امانت ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs kisi majlis mein koi baat bayan kare aur baat karte waqt dayen baayen dekhe to wo baat amanat hai.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One bed is for a man, one bed is for his wife, one bed is for a guest, and the fourth one is for Satan."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ایک بستر مرد کا ہوتا ہے اور ایک بستر عورت کا ہوتا ہے اور ایک بستر مہمان کا ہوتا ہے اور چوتھا بستر شیطان کا ہوتا ہے۔“
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Ek bistar mard ka hota hai aur ek bistar aurat ka hota hai aur ek bistar mehman ka hota hai aur chautha bistar shaitan ka hota hai.“
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The poor Muslims will enter Paradise forty years before the rich."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مسلمان فقراء مالداروں سے چالیس سال قبل جنت میں داخل ہوں گے۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Musalman fuqara maldaron se chalis saal pehle jannat mein dakhil honge."
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "Whoever fasts Ramadan and follows it with six days of Shawwal will be (rewarded) as if he had fasted the whole year."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص ماہ رمضان کے روزے رکھنے کے بعد ماہ شوال کے چھ روزے رکھ لے تو یہ ایسے ہے جیسے اس نے پورا سال روزے رکھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki jo shakhs mah Ramzan ke roze rakhne ke bad mah Shawwal ke chhe roze rakh le to ye aise hai jaise usne poora saal roze rakhe.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Fleeing from a plague is like fleeing from the battlefield, and whoever remains patient and steadfast during a plague is like one who remains patient and steadfast on the battlefield."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: طاعون سے بھاگنے ولا شخص میدان جنگ سے بھاگنے والے شخص کی طرح ہے اور اس میں ڈٹ جانے والا شخص میدان جنگ میں ڈٹ جانے والے شخص کی طرح ہوتا ہے۔
Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: taoon se bhaagne wala shakhs maidan e jang se bhaagne wale shakhs ki tarah hai aur is mein dat jaane wala shakhs maidan e jang mein dat jaane wale shakhs ki tarah hota hai.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: During the lifetime of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), we used to practise two kinds of Mut'a (temporary marriage). Umar bin Al-Khattab forbade us to do them both, and we gave them up.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں دو طرح کا متعہ ہوتا تھا۔ سیدنا عمر رضی اللّٰہ عنہ نے ہمیں ان دونوں سے روک دیا اور ہم رک گئے۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basadat mein do tarah ka mutah hota tha. Syedna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne hamein in dono se rok diya aur hum ruk gaye.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that he bought a camel for thirteen dinars. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him, "For how much did you buy it?" He said, "For thirteen dinars." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Sell it to me for the same amount you bought it for, and you can ride it to Madinah."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے تیرہ دینار میں ایک اونٹ خریدا نبی ﷺ نے ان سے پوچھا کہ کتنے کا لیا؟ انہوں نے بتایا تیرہ دینار کا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جتنے کا تم نے لیا ہے یہ مجھے اتنے ہی کا بیچ دو اور مدینہ منورہ تک تم اس پر سواری کر سکتے ہو۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne terah dinar mein ek unt khareeda Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se pucha ki kitne ka liya? Unhon ne bataya terah dinar ka, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jitne ka tum ne liya hai ye mujhe itne hi ka bech do aur Madina Munawwara tak tum is par sawari kar sakte ho.“
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say three days before his death, "When death comes to any of you, let him die with good thoughts of Allah.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو وصال سے تین دن پہلے یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ تم میں سے جس شخص کو بھی موت آ جائے وہ اس حال میں ہو کہ اللہ کے ساتھ حسن ظن رکھتا ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko wisal se teen din pehle ye farmate huye suna ki tum mein se jis shakhs ko bhi maut aa jaye wo us haal mein ho ki Allah ke sath husn-e-zann rakhta ho.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The reward for an accepted Hajj is nothing but Paradise.” The Companions asked: “O Messenger of Allah! What is an accepted Hajj?” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: “Providing food and spreading peace.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”حج مبرور کی جزاء جنت کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہے۔“ صحابہ نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! حج مبرور کیا ہے؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کھانا کھلانا اور سلام پھیلانا۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Hajj mabroor ki jaza jannat ke siwa kuchh nahin hai.“ Sahaba ne arz kiya: Ya Rasulullah! Hajj mabroor kya hai? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Khana khilana aur salam phailana.“
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah (RA): I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "While I was walking, all of a sudden I heard a voice from the sky. I looked up and saw the same angel who had visited me at the cave of Hira. He was sitting on a chair between the sky and the earth. I was so frightened by the sight that I fell on the ground and came to Khadija (RA) and said, 'Wrap me in blankets.' So they wrapped me, and then Allah revealed the Verses: 'O you (Muhammad) enveloped (in garments)! Arise and warn…' (74:1-2). After that, revelation came to me frequently."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ انقطاع وحی کا زمانہ گزرنے کے بعد ایک دن میں جارہا تھا تو آسمان سے ایک آواز سنی، میں نے سر اٹھا کر دیکھا، "تو وہی فرشتہ جو غار حراء میں میرے پاس آیا تھا آسمان و زمین کے درمیان فضاء میں اپنے تخت پر نظر آیا"، یہ دیکھ کر مجھ پر شدید کپکپی طاری ہو گئی، اور میں نے خدیجہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے پاس آ کر کہا کہ مجھے کوئی موٹا کمبل اوڑھا دو، چنانچہ انہوں نے مجھے کمبل اوڑھا دیا، اس موقع پر اللہ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی: «يَا أَيُّهَا الْمُدَّثِّرُ ٭ قُمْ فَأَنذِرْ ٭» الی آخرہ۔ اس کے بعد وحی کا سلسلہ تسلسل کے ساتھ شروع ہو گیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki intiqae wahi ka zamana guzarne ke bad ek din main ja raha tha to aasman se ek aawaz suni, main ne sar utha kar dekha, "wo wahi firishta jo ghar hira mein mere pass aaya tha aasman o zameen ke darmiyan faza mein apne takht par nazar aaya", ye dekh kar mujh par shadeed kapkapi tari ho gai, aur main ne Khadija ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ke pass aa kar kaha ki mujhe koi mota kambal odha do, chunancha unhon ne mujhe kambal odha diya, is mauqa par Allah ne ye ayat nazil farmai: "Ya ayyuhal muddassir, Qum fa-anzir" ila akhirah. Is ke bad wahi ka silsila tasalsul ke sath shuru ho gaya.
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: A slave of Hatib ibn Abi Balta'ah came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, complaining about his master, and he said, “O Messenger of Allah, surely Hatib will enter Hellfire!” The Prophet said, “You are mistaken. He will not enter Hellfire, for he was present at the Battle of Badr and Uhud.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا حاطب بن ابی بلتعہ کا ایک غلام اپنے آقا کی شکایت لے کر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا کہ یا رسول اللہ! حاطب ضرور جہنم میں داخل ہو گا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تم غلط کہتے ہو وہ جہنم میں نہیں جائیں گے کیونکہ وہ غزوہ بدر و حدیبیہ میں شریک تھے۔
Syedna Jaber Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Syedna Hatib bin Abi Balta ka aik ghulam apne aqa ki shikayat lekar Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur kehne laga ki Ya Rasulullah! Hatib zaroor jahannum mein dakhil ho ga Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki tum ghalat kehte ho wo jahannum mein nahi jayenge kyunki wo ghazwa Badr o Hunain mein shareek the.
Someone asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) whether the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had taken the pledge of allegiance at Dhu'l-Hulayfah. He said: "No. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) only prayed there. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not take the pledge of allegiance under any tree except the tree of Hudaybiyah." Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) himself used to pray at the well of Hudaybiyah.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے کسی نے سوال پوچھا کہ کیا نبی ﷺ نے ذوالحلیفہ میں بیعت لی تھی؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: نہیں۔ وہاں تو آپ ﷺ نے صرف نماز پڑھی تھی اور نبی ﷺ نے سوائے حدیبیہ کے درخت کے کسی اور درخت کے نیچے بھی بیعت نہ لی تھی، خود سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ حدیبیہ کے کنویں پر دعاء کیا کرتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا يُسْأَلُ هَلْ بَايَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ؟ قَالَ: لَا، وَلَكِنْ صَلَّى بِهَا، وَلَمْ يُبَايِعْ عِنْدَ الشَّجَرَةِ إِلَّا الشَّجَرَةَ الَّتِي باِلْحُدَيْبِيَةِ وأَخْبَرَنَا، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرًا دَعَا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم عَلَى بِئْرِ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ.
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 14486
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that once a young man from Banu Salma came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said: I saw a hare, and I threw stones and pebbles at it, I did not have anything sharp made of iron with me at that time, with which I could slaughter it, so I slaughtered it with a sharp-edged stone. The Prophet (PBUH) said: You can eat it.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کے پاس بنوسلمہ کا ایک نوجوان آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ میں نے ایک خرگوش دیکھا، اسے پتھر اور کنکریاں ماریں، میرے پاس اس وقت لوہے کی دھاری دار کوئی چیز نہیں تھی جس سے میں اسے ذبح کرتا اس لئے میں نے اسے تیز دھاری دار پتھر سے ذبح کر لیا؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم اسے کھا سکتے ہو۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass Banu Sulaim ka aik naujawan aaya aur kehne laga keh maine aik khargosh dekha, usay pathar aur kankriyan mari, mere pass us waqt lohe ki dhari daar koi cheez nahi thi jis se main usay zibah karta is liye maine usay tez dhari daar pathar se zibah kar liya? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum usay kha sakte ho.
Jabir ibn Abdullah reported: A man asked him about riding a sacrificial animal. So he said, “I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say, ‘If you are forced to, then ride it gently until you find another mount.’”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سےکسی نے ہدی کے جانور پر سوار ہو نے کے متعلق پوچھا: تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اگر تم مجبور ہو جاؤ تواس پر اچھے طریقے سے سوار ہو سکتے ہو، تاآنکہ تمہیں کوئی دوسری سواری مل جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se kisi ne hadi ke janwar par sawar hone ke mutaliq poocha to unhon ne farmaya keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai keh agar tum majboor ho jao to us par achhe tareeqe se sawar ho sakte ho taake tumhen koi doosri sawari mil jaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever meets Allah not associating anything with Him will enter Paradise, and whoever meets Him associating anything with Him will enter Hellfire."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص اللہ سے اس حال میں ملے کہ اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراتا ہو , وہ جنت میں داخل ہو گا جو اس حال میں مرے میں کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک ٹھہراتا ہو, وہ جہنم میں داخل ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs Allah se is hal mein mile ki uske sath kisi ko sharik na thahrata ho, woh jannat mein dakhil ho ga jo is hal mein mare mein ki Allah ke sath kisi ko sharik thahrata ho, woh jahannum mein dakhil ho ga.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade that a person walk wearing only one shoe.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے اس بات سے منع فرمایا ہے کہ انسان صرف ایک جوتی پہن کر چلے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is baat se mana farmaya hai ki insan sirf ek jooti pehen kar chale.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): A man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: Tell me, if I fight in the way of Allah with my life and wealth, and remain steadfast, intending reward and advancing without turning back, and am martyred, will I enter Paradise? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Yes! He repeated this two or three times. The third time the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Yes, unless you die while you are in debt and have nothing with which to repay it.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ یہ بتائیے کہ اگر میں اپنی جان مال کے ساتھ اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کر وں اور ثابت قدم رہتے ہوئے ثواب کی نیت رکھتے ہوئے آگے بڑھتے ہوئے اور پشت پھیرے بغیر شہید ہو جاؤں تو کیا میں جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤں گا؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ہاں! اس نے دو تین مرتبہ یہ بات دہرائی، تیسری مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ہاں، جبکہ تم اس حال میں مرو کہ تم پر کچھ قرض ہواور اسے ادا کرنے کے لئے تمہارے پاس کچھ نہ ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaya aur kahne laga ki yeh bataiye ki agar main apni jaan maal ke sath Allah ke raste mein jihad karun aur sabit qadam rahte hue sawab ki niyat rakhte hue aage badhte hue aur pusht phire baghair shaheed ho jaun to kya main Jannat mein dakhil ho jaun ga? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Haan! Usne do teen martaba yeh baat dohrai, teesri martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Haan, jabke tum is hal mein maro ki tum par kuch qarz ho aur use ada karne ke liye tumhare pass kuch na ho.
Narrated Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "When the people of Paradise and the people of Hell have been separated, and the people of Paradise have entered Paradise, and the people of Hell have entered Hell, the noble Prophets will stand up and intercede. It will be said to them, 'Go and bring out whomever you recognize from Hell.' So they will bring them out, their faces will be scorched. Then they will be immersed in the River of Life. When they come out of it, all their blackness will have fallen off at the edge of the River, and they will emerge shining like pearls. Then the noble Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, will intercede again. It will be said, 'Go and bring out whoever has even a mustard seed's weight of faith in his heart.' So they will bring out many people. Then they will intercede again. It will be said, 'Go and bring out whoever has even an atom's weight of faith in his heart.' So they will bring out many people. Then Allah will say, 'Now I will bring out people from Hell by My Knowledge and Grace.' Then, twice or three times as many people will be brought out of Hell as before, and it will be written on their foreheads, 'These are the freed slaves of Allah.' Then when they enter Paradise, they will be called out to as 'the people of Hell'."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب اہل جنت اور اہل جہنم میں امتیاز ہو جائے گا اور جنتی جنت میں اور جہنمی جہنم میں داخل ہو جائیں گے تو پیغمبران گرامی کھڑے ہو کر سفارش کر یں گے ان سے کہا جائے گا جاؤ اور جس جس کو پہنچانتے ہواسے جہنم سے نکال لاؤ چنانچہ وہ انہیں نکال لائیں گے اس وقت ان لوگوں کے چہرے جھلس چکے ہوں گے پھر انہیں نہر حیات میں غوطہ دیا جائے گا جب وہ وہاں سے نکلیں گے تو ان کی ساری کی ساری سیاہی نہر کے کنارے ہی گر جائے گی اور وہ ککڑیوں کی طرح چمکتے ہوئے نکلیں گے۔ اس کے بعد نبی ﷺ کرام دوبارہ سفارش کر یں گے ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ جاؤ جس کے دل میں قیراط کے برابر بھی ایمان پاؤ اسے جہنم سے نکال لاؤ چنانچہ وہ بہت سے انسانوں کو نکال لائیں گے پھر سفارش کر یں گے ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ جاؤ جس کے دل میں ایک رائی کے برابر بھی ایمان ہواسے جہنم سے نکال لاؤ چنانچہ وہ بہت سے انسانوں کو نکال لائیں گے اس کے بعد اللہ فرمائے گا اب میں اپنے علم و فضل سے لوگوں کو جہنم سے نکالتا ہوں چنانچہ پہلے سے دگنی تگنی تعداد میں لوگوں کو جہنم سے نکال لایا جائے گا اور ان کی گردن پر لکھ دیا جائے گا کہ یہ اللہ کے آزاد کر دہ غلام ہیں پھر جب وہ جنت میں داخل ہوں گے تو انہیں جہنمی کہہ کر پکارا جائے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab ahle Jannat aur ahle Jahannam mein imtiyaz ho jayega aur Jannati Jannat mein aur Jahannami Jahannam mein dakhil ho jayenge to paigambaran girami khade ho kar sifarish karenge unse kaha jayega jao aur jis jis ko pahchante ho use Jahannam se nikal lao chunancha wo unhen nikal layenge us waqt un logon ke chehre jhulas chuke honge phir unhen nahar e hayat mein ghota diya jayega jab wo wahan se niklenge to unki sari ki sari siyahi nahar ke kinare hi gir jayegi aur wo kakdiyon ki tarah chamakte huye niklenge. Iske bad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) karam dobara sifarish karenge unse kaha jayega ki jao jiske dil mein qirat ke barabar bhi iman pao use Jahannam se nikal lao chunancha wo bahut se insano ko nikal layenge phir sifarish karenge unse kaha jayega ki jao jiske dil mein ek rai ke barabar bhi iman ho use Jahannam se nikal lao chunancha wo bahut se insano ko nikal layenge iske bad Allah Farmayega ab mein apne ilm o fazl se logon ko Jahannam se nikalta hun chunancha pehle se dugni tagni tadad mein logon ko Jahannam se nikala laya jayega aur unki gardan par likh diya jayega ki ye Allah ke azad karde gulam hain phir jab wo Jannat mein dakhil honge to unhen Jahannami kah kar pukara jayega.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the wife of Sayyidina Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him: "Gift your slave to my son and make the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) a witness to it." Bashir went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "The daughter of so-and-so (my wife) has asked me to gift my slave to her son and to make you a witness to it." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Does this boy have any brothers?" He said: "Yes." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Will you give them all the same as you are giving him?" He said: "No." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Then this is not appropriate, and I cannot bear witness to any injustice."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ سیدنا بشیر رضی اللہ عنہ کی بیوی نے ان سے کہا کہ اپنا غلام میرے بیٹے کو ہبہ کر دو اور اس پر نبی ﷺ کو گواہ بنا لو بشیر وہاں سے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور عرض کیا: فلاں کی بیٹی (میری بیوی) نے مجھ سے یہ درخواست کی ہے کہ میں اپنا غلام اس کے بیٹے کو ہبہ کر دوں اور اس پر آپ کو گواہ بناؤں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس لڑکے کے کچھ اور بھائی ہیں انہوں نے کہا جی ہاں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کیا تم ان سب کو بھی وہی کچھ دو گے جو اسے دے رہے ہو۔انہوں نے کہا ”نہیں۔“ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: پھر تو یہ مناسب نہیں ہے اور میں کسی ناحق پر گواہ نہیں بن سکتا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Sayyidna Bashir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki biwi ne un se kaha ki apna ghulam mere bete ko hiba kar do aur is par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko gawah bana lo Bashir wahan se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur arz kiya: Fulan ki beti (meri biwi) ne mujh se ye darkhwast ki hai ki mein apna ghulam is ke bete ko hiba kar dun aur is par aap ko gawah banaun, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Is ladke ke kuchh aur bhai hain unhon ne kaha ji han Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: kya tum un sab ko bhi wohi kuchh do ge jo ise de rahe ho. Unhon ne kaha "nahi." Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: phir to ye munasib nahi hai aur mein kisi nahaq par gawah nahi ban sakta.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that one month before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed away, a person asked him about the Day of Judgment. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "You ask me about the Hour (Day of Judgment), its knowledge is with Allah only. By Him in Whose Hand is my soul, I do not know even about the person who is breathing today, whether he will live a hundred years."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے وصال کے ایک ماہ قبل کسی شخص نے قیامت کے متعلق پوچھا، تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم مجھ سے قیامت کے متعلق پوچھ رہے ہو، اس کا حقیقی علم اللہ کے پاس ہے، اس ذات کی قسم جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے میں تو آج یہ بھی نہیں جانتا جو شخص آج سانس لے رہا ہے، اس پر سو سال بھی گز رسکیں گے۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke wisal ke ek mah pahle kisi shakhs ne qayamat ke mutalliq poocha, tou Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: tum mujh se qayamat ke mutalliq pooch rahe ho, is ka haqeeqi ilm Allah ke pass hai, is zaat ki qasam jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai main tou aaj ye bhi nahi janta jo shakhs aaj saans le raha hai, is par sou sal bhi guzar sakenge.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that all the dogs in Madinah Munawwarah should be killed. Upon this, Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Umm Maktum (may Allah be pleased with him) came and said, "My house is far away and I have a dog." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted him permission for a few days and then ordered him to kill his dog as well.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حکم دیا کہ مدینہ منورہ میں جتنے کتے ہیں، سب مار دیئے جائیں، اس پر سیدنا عبداللہ ابن ام مکتوم آئے اور کہنے لگے کہ میرا گھر دور ہے اور میرے پاس ایک کتا ہے، نبی ﷺ نے انہیں چند دن تک کے لئے رخصت دی اور پھر انہیں بھی اپنا کتا مار دینے کا حکم دیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hukum diya ki Madina Munawwara mein jitne kutte hain, sab maar diye jayen, is par Sayyidna Abdullah Ibn Umm Maktum aaye aur kahne lage ki mera ghar door hai aur mere paas ek kutta hai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen chand din tak ke liye rukhsat di aur phir unhen bhi apna kutta maar dene ka hukum diya.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the year of the conquest of Makkah, I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, "Allah, the Exalted, and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have forbidden the trade of alcohol, dead animals, pigs, and idols." Someone asked, "O Messenger of Allah, tell us about the fat of dead animals, for it is used to grease ships, soften animal hides, and people burn it for light." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "(No,) it is also forbidden." Then he said, "May Allah's wrath be upon the Jews! When Allah prohibited them from using animal fat, they melted it and sold it, and consumed its price."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو فتح مکہ کے سال یہ فرماتے ہوئے سن کہ اللہ تعالی اور اس کے رسول اللہ ﷺ شراب، مردار، خنزیر اور بتوں کی بیع کو حرام قرار دیتے ہیں، کسی شخص نے پوچھا: یا رسول اللہ! یہ بتائیے کہ مردار کی چربی کا کیا حکم ہے؟ کیونکہ اس سے کشتیوں میں تیل ڈالا جاتا ہے، اور جسم کی کھالوں پر ملا جاتا ہے اور لوگ اس سے چراغ جلاتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: (نہیں یہ بھی حرام ہے، پھر فرمایا کہ) یہودیوں پر اللہ کی مار ہو، اللہ نے جب ان پر چربی کو حرام کر دیا تو انہوں نے اسے پگھلا کر بیچنا اور اس کی قیمت کھانا شروع کر دی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko Fath Makkah ke saal ye farmate huye suna ke Allah Ta'ala aur uske Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) sharaab, murdar, khunzir aur buton ki bai ko haram qarar dete hain, kisi shakhs ne pucha: Ya Rasul Allah! Ye bataiye ke murdar ki charbi ka kya hukum hai? Kyunki us se kashtiyon mein tel dala jata hai, aur jism ki khalon par mala jata hai aur log us se chirag jalate hain? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: (nahin ye bhi haram hai, phir farmaya ke) Yahudiyon par Allah ki maar ho, Allah ne jab un par charbi ko haram kar diya to unhon ne use pigla kar bechna aur us ki qeemat khana shuru kar di.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: Once the Prophet (ﷺ) stood up to offer the Maghrib prayer and I came and stood on his left side. The Prophet (ﷺ) made me move and made me stand on his right side. Then another man came and both of us stood behind the Prophet (ﷺ) in a row. The Prophet (ﷺ) led us in prayer in a cloth and turned its ends from one side to the other.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ ایک مرتبہ نماز مغرب پڑھنے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے، میں آ کر نبی ﷺ کے بائیں جانب کھڑا ہو گیا، نبی ﷺ نے مجھے منع فرمایا: اور اپنی دائیں جانب کھڑا کر لیا، پھر ایک اور صاحب آگئے اور ہم دونوں نے نبی ﷺ کے پیچھے صف بنالی اور نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں ایک کپڑے میں نماز پڑھائی اور اس کے دونوں کنارے جانب مخالف سے بدل لئے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ek martaba namaz maghrib padhne ke liye khde hue, mai aa kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke bayein janib khda ho gaya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe mana farmaya: aur apni dayein janib khda kar liya, phir ek aur sahib agye aur hum donon ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke peeche saf banali aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamen ek kapde me namaz padhai aur iske donon kinare janib mukhalif se badal liye.
Narrated Jabir bin Samurah: Once we were picking up the fruit of the thorny tree along with the Prophet (ﷺ). He said: "Collect the black fruit of it for it is the best." We said: "Were you a shepherd also?" He said: "There was no prophet, but he grazed sheep."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ پیلو چن رہے تھے۔ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اس کے سیاہ دانے اکٹھے کرو کہ وہ بہت عمدہ ہوتے ہیں۔ ہم نے عرض کی کہ کیا آپ بھی بکریاں چراتے رہے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں اور ہر نبی نے بکریاں چرائیں ہیں۔“
Syedna Jaber Razi Allaho Anho se marvi hai keh aik martaba hum log Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ke sath peelu chun rahe thay. Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya: Is ke siyah daane ikhathay karo keh woh bohot umda hotay hain. Hum ne arz ki keh kya aap bhi bakriya charatay rahe hain? Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne farmaya: "Haan aur har nabi ne bakriya charai hain.".
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered the sacrifice on the day of Hajj and sat down for the people after having his head shaved. Then, whatever question was asked to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he replied, "There is no harm." Until a man came and said, "I had my head shaved before offering the sacrifice." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no harm." Then another came and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I had my sacrificial animal slaughtered before performing the stoning ritual (at Jamarat)." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) again said: "There is no harm." And he also said that the entire plain of Arafat is a place of stay (for Hajj rituals), the entire plain of Muzdalifah is a place of stay, the entire plain of Mina is a place of sacrifice, and every spacious street of Makkah is a place of sacrifice and a pathway.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے حج میں قربانی کی اور بال منڈوا کر لوگوں کے لئے بیٹھ گئے، پھر نبی ﷺ سے جو سوال بھی پوچھا گیا تو آپ نے یہی فرمایا کہ کوئی حرج نہیں، حتٰی کہ ایک آدمی آیا اور اس نے کہا کہ میں نے قربانی کرنے سے پہلے بال منڈوا لئے؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کوئی حرج نہیں پھر دوسرا آیا اور کہنے لگا، یا رسول اللہ! میں نے رمی کرنے سے پہلے حلق کروا لیا؟ نبی ﷺ نے پھر فرمایا کہ کوئی حرج نہیں، اور یہ بھی فرمایا کہ پورا میدان عرفات وقوف کی جگہ ہے، پورا میدان مزدلفہ وقوف کی جگہ ہے پورا میدان منیٰ قربان گاہ ہے اور مکہ مکرمہ کا ہر کشادہ راستہ قربان گاہ اور راستہ ہے۔
Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hajj mein qurbani ki aur baal mundwa kar logon ke liye baith gaye, phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se jo sawal bhi pucha gaya to aap ne yahi farmaya ki koi harj nahi, hatta ki ek aadmi aaya aur usne kaha ki maine qurbani karne se pehle baal mundwa liye? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: koi harj nahi phir dusra aaya aur kehne laga, ya Rasulullah! maine rami karne se pehle halq karwa liya? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phir farmaya ki koi harj nahi, aur ye bhi farmaya ki poora maidan Arafaat waqoof ki jagah hai, poora maidan muzdalifah waqoof ki jagah hai poora maidan mina qurban gah hai aur Makkah Mukarramah ka har kushada rasta qurban gah aur rasta hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that Nabidh used to be prepared for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in a waterskin, and if a waterskin was not available, then it would be prepared in a stone pot.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے لئے ایک مشکیزے میں نبیذ بنائی جاتی تھی، اور اگر مشکیزہ نہ ہوتا تو پتھر کی ہنڈیا میں بنا لی جاتی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke liye ek mashkize mein nabidh banai jati thi, aur agar mashkizah na hota to pathar ki handiya mein bana li jati thi.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Whoever cultivates a barren land, he will get its reward and whatever animals graze on it, he will get the reward of charity for all of them.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص کسی ویران بنجر زمین کو آباد کرے اسے اس کا اجر ملے گا اور جتنے جانور اس میں سے کھائیں گے اسے ان سب پر صدقے کا ثواب ملے گا۔“
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs kisi veeran banjar zameen ko abad kare use uska ajr milega aur jitne janwar usmein se khaenge use un sab par sadqe ka sawab milega۔“
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: We used to get musk-pods and containers from the war booty of the pagans along with the Prophet (ﷺ) and we used to distribute them and eat out of them, and they contained dead animals (before becoming war booty).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہمیں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ مشرکین کے مال غنیمت میں سے مشکیزے اور برتن بھی ملتے تھے ہم اسے تقسیم کر دیتے تھے اور یہ سب مردار ہوتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hamen Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath mushrikeen ke mal ghanimat mein se mashkize aur bartan bhi milte the hum ise taqseem kar dete the aur ye sab murdar hote the.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet said: "Slaughter only an animal that has reached the age of one year, but if it is difficult for you, then you may slaughter a sheep that is six months old."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: وہی جانور ذبح کیا کر و جو سال بھر کا ہو چکا ہوالبتہ اگر مشکل ہو تو بھیڑ کا چھ ماہ کا بچہ بھی ذبح کر سکتے ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Wahi janwar zibah kya karo jo saal bhar ka ho chuka ho lihaza agar mushkil ho to bher ka chhe mah ka bachcha bhi zibah kar sakte ho.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Once, we were traveling with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). It started to rain on the way, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever among you wishes to pray in his tent, let him pray there."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ سفر پر نکلے راستے میں بارش ہو نے لگی تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ جو شخص تم میں سے خیمے میں نماز پڑھنا چاہے تو وہ وہیں نماز پڑھ لے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath safar par nikle raste mein barish hone lagi to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki jo shakhs tum mein se khaime mein namaz padhna chahe to wo wahin namaz padh le.
It was narrated from Jabir bin ‘Abdullah that he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying: “When the strap of one of your sandals breaks, do not walk in the other one until you have repaired it, and do not walk in one sock; do not eat with your left hand, do not wrap yourself up in a single garment, and do not sit on your heels.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جب تم میں سے کسی کے جوتے کا تسمہ ٹوٹ جائے تو وہ صرف ایک جوتی پہن کر نہ چلے جب تک دوسری کو نہ ٹھیک کر لے اور صرف ایک موزہ پہن کر بھی نہ چلے بائیں ہاتھ سے نہ کھائے ایک کپڑے میں اپناجسم نہ لپیٹے اور نہ ہی گوٹ مار کر بیٹھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki jab tum mein se kisi ke joote ka tasma toot jaye to wo sirf ek jooti pehen kar na chale jab tak dusri ko na theek kar le aur sirf ek moza pehen kar bhi na chale bayen hath se na khaye ek kapre mein apna jism na lapete aur na hi got maar kar baithe.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said about Sayyiduna Sa'd that he was a righteous man upon whose death even the Throne of Allah shook, and all the doors of heaven were opened for him. Earlier, he had been subjected to some hardships, but later Allah granted him ease.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے سیدنا سعد کے متعلق فرمایا کہ یہ نیک آدمی تھا جس کی موت سے عرش الٰہی بھی ہلنے لگا اور اس کے لئے آسمان کے سارے دروازے کھول دیئے گئے پہلے ان کے اوپر سختی کی گئی تھی اللہ نے بعد میں اس کے لئے کشادگی فرما دی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sayyidna Saad ke mutalliq farmaya ki yeh nek aadmi tha jis ki maut se Arsh Elahi bhi hilne laga aur is ke liye aasman ke sare darwaze khol diye gaye pehle in ke upar sakhti ki gayi thi Allah ne baad mein is ke liye kushadgi farma di
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that when we would pray the Zuhr prayer with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), I would take a handful of pebbles or stones in one hand and hold them in the other, and when they would cool down a bit, I would put them on the ground and prostrate on them, because the heat was very intense.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ نماز ظہر پڑھتے تو میں اپنے ہاتھ میں سے ایک مٹھی کنکر یاں اٹھاتا اور دوسرے ہاتھ میں رکھ لیتا اور جب وہ کچھ ٹھنڈی ہو جاتیں تو انہیں زمین پر رکھ کر ان پر سجدہ کر لیتا کیونکہ گرمی کی بڑی شدت ہو تی تھی۔
Syedna Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath namaz zuhar parhte to main apne hath mein se ek muthi kankar yaan uthata aur dusre hath mein rakh leta aur jab wo kuch thandi ho jati to unhen zameen par rakh kar un par sajda kar leta kyunkay garmi ki badi shiddat hoti thi.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: We used to pray the Zuhr prayer with the Prophet (ﷺ) and I would pick up a handful of pebbles in one hand and put them in the other hand, and when they would cool down, I would prostrate on them, because of the intense heat.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ نماز ظہر پڑھتے تو میں اپنے ہاتھ میں سے ایک مٹھی کنکر یاں اٹھاتا اور دوسرے ہاتھ میں رکھ لیتا اور جب وہ کچھ ٹھنڈی ہو جاتیں تو انہیں زمین پر رکھ کر ان پر سجدہ کر لیتا کیونکہ گرمی کی بڑی شدت ہو تی تھی۔
Saina Jabir Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ke hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath namaz zohar parhte to main apne hath mein se ek muthi kankar yaan uthata aur dusre hath mein rakh leta aur jab wo kuchh thandi ho jati to unhen zameen par rakh kar un par sajda kar leta kyunki garmi ki bari shiddat hoti thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a man who was rolling on his back and stomach. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) inquired about him, so the people said: "He is suffering from hunger due to fasting." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) called him and ordered him to break his fast, and said: "Isn't it enough for you that you are on the path of Allah, with the Messenger of Allah, and still you are fasting?".

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کا گزر ایک آدمی پر ہوا جو اپنی کمر اور پیٹ پر لوٹ پوٹ ہو رہا تھا نبی ﷺ نے اس کے متعلق پوچھا: تو لوگوں نے بتایا کہ یہ روزے سے ہے نبی ﷺ نے اسے بلا کر روزہ توڑنے کا حکم دیا اور فرمایا: کیا تمہارے لئے اتناہی کافی نہیں ہے کہ تم اللہ کے راستے میں نکلے ہوئے ہو رسول اللہ کے ساتھ ہو کہ پھر بھی روزہ رکھتے ہو۔
Sayidna Jabir Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka guzar ek aadmi par hua jo apni kamar aur pet par lot pot ho raha tha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne uske mutalliq pucha to logon ne bataya ki yah rozey se hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use bula kar roza todne ka hukm diya aur farmaya kya tumhare liye itna hi kafi nahi hai ki tum Allah ke raste mein nikle hue ho Rasool Allah ke sath ho ki phir bhi roza rakhte ho
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: We ate dried meat of the sacrifice with the Prophet (ﷺ) in Medina.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگوں نے مدینہ منورہ میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ قربانی کا خشک کیا ہوا گوشت کھایا تھا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum logon ne Madina Munawwara mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath qurbani ka khushk kiya hua gosht khaya tha.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you buy grain, do not sell it until you have taken possession of it."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جب تم غلہ خریدو تو اس وقت تک کسی دوسرے کو نہ بیچو جب تک اس پر قبضہ نہ کر لو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jab tum ghala khareedo to us waqt tak kisi dusre ko na becho jab tak us par qabza na kar lo.
Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "The ten days mentioned in Surah Fajr are the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, the odd (Witr) is the Day of Arafah, and the even (Shafa’) are the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah."
سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ سورت فجر میں دس دنوں سے مراد ذی الحجہ کے پہلے دس دن ہیں وتر سے مراد یوم عرفہ ہے اور شفع سے مراد دس ذی الحجہ ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya keh Surah Fajr mein das dino se murad Zul Hijjah ke pehle das din hain, witr se murad Yaum e Arafah hai aur shafa se murad Dus Zul Hijjah hai.
