It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that when the news of Najashi's death arrived, the Prophet (PBUH) said, "A pious man of Abyssinia (King Najashi of Abyssinia) has passed away today. Come, let us offer the funeral prayer in rows." So, we stood in rows and offered his funeral prayer in absentia, led by the Prophet (PBUH). Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) said, "I was in the second or third row, and his name was Ashama."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب نجاشی کی موت کی اطلاع ملی تو فرمایا کہ آج حبشہ کے نیک آدمی (شاہ حبشہ نجاشی) کا انتقال ہو گیا ہے آؤ صفیں باندھو چنانچہ ہم نے صفیں باندھ لیں اور نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ ہم نے ان کی نماز جنازہ پڑھ لی سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں دوسری یا تیسری صف میں تھا اور اس کا نام اصحمہ تھا۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki jab Najashi ki mout ki ittila mili to farmaya ki aaj Habsha ke nek aadmi (Shah Habsha Najashi) ka inteqal ho gaya hai aao safin bandho chunancha hum ne safin bandh len aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath hum ne un ki namaz janaza parh li Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kahte hain ki main dusri ya teesri saf mein tha aur us ka naam Ashama tha.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): A child was born to an Ansar man. He wanted to name him Muhammad. So we went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him about it. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Name him after my name, but do not give him my Kunya (nickname), for I have been sent as a distributor (of blessings) among you."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک انصار کے یہاں ایک بچہ پیدا ہوا اس نے اس کا نام محمد رکھنا چاہا چنانچہ ہم نے نبی ﷺ سے آ کر دریافت کیا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ میرے نام پر اپنا نام رکھ لیا کر و لیکن میری کنیت پر اپنی کنیت مت رکھا کر و کیونکہ میں تمہارے درمیان تقسیم کرنے والا بنا کر بھیجا گیا ہوں۔
Saina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik Ansar ke yahan aik bachcha paida hua usne uska naam Muhammad rakhna chaha chunancha hum ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se aa kar daryaft kiya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki mere naam par apna naam rakh liya karo lekin meri kunniyat par apni kunniyat mat rakha karo kyunki main tumhare darmiyan taqseem karne wala bana kar bheja gaya hun.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a child was born to an Ansari man. He wanted to name him Muhammad. We said to him, "We will not allow you to do so until you ask the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." So he carried his son on his shoulder and came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "You may name him after me, but do not give him my Kunniyat."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک انصاری کے یہاں ایک بچہ پیدا ہوا انہوں نے اس کا نام محمد رکھنا چاہا ہم نے ان سے کہا کہ ہم تمہیں یہ کیفیت نہیں دیں گے تاآنکہ نبی ﷺ سے پوچھ لیں چنانچہ اس نے اپنے بیٹے کو کندھے پر بٹھایا اور نبی ﷺ سے آ کر دریافت کیا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ میرے نام پر اپنا نام تو رکھ لو لیکن میری کنیت پر اپنی کنیت نہ رکھا کر و۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek Ansaari ke yahan ek baccha paida hua unhon ne is ka naam Muhammad rakhna chaha hum ne un se kaha ki hum tumhen ye kefiyat nahin denge ta'ankih Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se puchh len chunanchih us ne apne bete ko kandhe par bithaya aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se aa kar daryaft kiya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki mere naam par apna naam to rakh lo lekin meri kunniyat par apni kunniyat na rakha karo.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: There is destruction for the heels from the fire of Hell.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ایڑیوں کے لئے جہنم کی آگ سے ہلاکت ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye irshad farmate hue suna hai ki aidiyon ke liye jahannum ki aag se halakat hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delivering a sermon when a man came and sat down. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him, "Have you prayed?" He said, "No." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded him to pray two rak'ahs.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ خطبہ ارشاد فرما رہے تھے کہ ایک صاحب آئے اور بیٹھ گئے نبی ﷺ نے ان سے پوچھا: کیا تم نے نماز پڑھی ہے؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ نہیں نبی ﷺ نے انہیں دو رکعتیں پڑھنے کا حکم دیا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) khutba irshad farma rahe the ki ek sahib aaye aur baith gaye. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unse pucha: kya tumne namaz parhi hai? Unhon ne kaha ki nahin. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen do rakat parhne ka hukum diya.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it himself, or if he is unable to do so, then let him give it as a gift to his brother, but do not let him rent it out to him."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس شخص کے پاس کوئی زمین ہواسے چاہئے کہ وہ خود اس میں کھیتی باڑی کر ے اگر خود نہیں کر سکتا یا اس سے عاجز ہو تو اپنے بھائی کو ہدیہ کے طور پردے دے کرایہ پر نہ دے۔
Saina Jabir Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ke Nabi Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne irshad farmaya: Jis shaks ke pass koi zameen ho usay chahiye ke wo khud us mein kheti bari kare agar khud nahi kar sakta ya us se aajiz ho to apne bhai ko hadiya ke tor par de kiraye par na de.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade making nabidh by mixing fresh dates, dry dates, raisins and (ordinary) dates.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے کچی اور پکی کھجوریں کشمش اور کھجور کو ملا کر نبیذ بنانے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyida Jaabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kachi aur pakki khajoorein kishmish aur khajoor ko mila kar nabiz banane se mana farmaya hai.
Muhammad bin 'Amr said: Once some pilgrims came to Madinah. We asked Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) about the times of prayer. He said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would pray Zuhr (noon prayer) in the afternoon, Asr (afternoon prayer) when the sun was still bright, Maghrib (sunset prayer) when the sun had set, and Isha (night prayer) sometimes early and sometimes late. If he saw that the people had gathered, he would pray early, and if he saw that they were late, he would delay it. And he would pray Fajr (dawn prayer) when there was still some darkness in the morning.

محمد بن عمرو کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ مدینہ منورہ میں حجاج کرام آئے ہم نے سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اوقات نماز کے متعلق پوچھا: انہوں نے بتایا کہ نبی ﷺ نماز ظہر دوپہر کو پڑھتے تھے عصر اس وقت پڑھتے تھے جب سورج چمک رہا ہوتا مغرب اس وقت پڑھتے تھے جب سورج غروب ہو جاتا نماز عشاء کبھی جلدی اور کبھی تاخیر سے پڑھتے تھے جب دیکھتے کہ لوگ جمع ہو گئے ہیں تو جلد پڑھ لیتے اور جب دیکھتے کہ لوگ اب تک نہیں آئے تو مؤخر کر دیتے اور صبح کی نماز منہ اندھیرے ہی پڑھ لیتے تھے۔
Muhammad bin Amro kehte hain ke ek martaba Madina Munawara mein Hajjij Kiram aye hum ne Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se auqat e namaz ke mutaliq poocha: unhon ne bataya ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) namaz Zuhr dophar ko parhte thay Asr us waqt parhte thay jab Suraj chamak raha hota Maghrib us waqt parhte thay jab Suraj ghuroob ho jata namaz Isha kabhi jaldi aur kabhi takheer se parhte thay jab dekhte ke log jama ho gaye hain to jaldi parh lete aur jab dekhte ke log ab tak nahin aye to moakhir kar dete aur subah ki namaz munh andhere hi parh lete thay.
It is narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), an Ansar man, whose name is mentioned, set his slave Yaqoob free, saying, "You will be free after my death." He had no other possession besides him. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to know about his plight, he said, "Who will buy this slave from me?" Naim bin Abdullah bought him for eight hundred dirhams. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave him the money and said, "When any of you is in need, then he should start charity from himself. If something is left, then (spend it) on his children, then on his close relatives, and then spend it right and left."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ایک انصاری آدمی جس کا نام مذکور تھا اپنا غلام جس کا نام یعقوب تھا یہ کہہ کر آزاد کر دیا جس کے علاوہ اس کے پاس کسی قسم کا مال نہ تھا کہ میرے مرنے کے بعد تم آزاد ہو نبی ﷺ کو اس کی حالت زار کا پتہ چلا تو فرمایا کہ یہ غلام مجھ سے کون خریدے گا؟ نعیم بن عبداللہ نے اسے آٹھ سو درہم کے عوض خرید لیا نبی ﷺ نے وہ پیسے اسے دے دئیے اور فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص تنگدست ہو تو وہ اپنی ذات سے صدقے کا آغاز کر ے اگر بچ جائے تو اپنے بچوں پر پھر اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں پر اور پھر دائیں بائیں خرچ کر ے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur ba saadat mein ek Ansaari aadmi jis ka naam mazkur tha apna ghulam jis ka naam Yaqub tha yeh keh kar azad kar diya jis ke ilawa us ke paas kisi qisam ka maal na tha ki mere marne ke baad tum azad ho Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko us ki halat zaar ka pata chala to farmaya ki yeh ghulam mujh se kaun kharede ga? Naeem bin Abdullah ne use aath sau dirham ke awaz khareed liya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne woh paise use de diye aur farmaya ki jab tum mein se koi shakhs tangdast ho to woh apni zaat se sadqay ka aghaz kare agar bach jaye to apne bachchon par phir apne qareebi rishtedaron par aur phir dayen baayen kharch kare.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: We used to return from the prayer of Maghrib with the Prophet (ﷺ) and we could see the place where our arrows fell.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ نماز مغرب پڑھ کر ایک میل کے فاصلے پر اپنے گھروں کو واپس لوٹتے تھے تو ہمیں تیر گرنے کی جگہ بھی دکھائی دے رہی ہو تی تھی۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath namaz Maghrib padh kar ek meel ke fasle par apne gharon ko wapas laut te the to humein teer girne ki jaga bhi dikhayi de rahi hoti thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) found out that one of his Companions had freed his slave who was in charge of his affairs, and he had no other wealth. So, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) purchased that slave for eight hundred dirhams and returned him to his master.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کو پتہ چلا کہ ان کے کسی صحابی نے اپنے مدبر غلام کو آزاد کر دیا ہے اس کے علاوہ ان کے پاس کوئی بھی مال نہ تھا تو نبی ﷺ نے اس غلام کو آٹھ سو درہم کے بدلے بیچ دیا اور اسے اس کے آقا کے حوالے کر دیا۔
Sayyida Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko pata chala ki un ke kisi sahabi ne apne mudabbir ghulam ko azad kar diya hai is ke ilawa un ke pass koi bhi maal na tha to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is ghulam ko aath sau dirham ke badle bech diya aur usay us ke aqa ke hawale kar diya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a child was born to an Ansari man. He wanted to name him Qasim. The Ansar said, "By Allah, we will not call you by this nickname." When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to know about it, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The Ansar have done well by naming their children after me, but do not use my nickname as your own."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک انصاری کے یہاں ایک بچہ پیدا ہوا انہوں نے اس کا نام قاسم رکھنا چاہا تو انصار نے کہا کہ واللہ ہم تو تمہیں اس نام کی کنیت سے نہیں پکاریں گے نبی ﷺ کو بات پتہ چلی تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ انصار نے خوب کیا میرے نام پر اپنانام رکھ لیا لیکن میری کنیت پر اپنی کنیت مت رکھا کر و۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek Ansaari ke yahan ek baccha paida hua unhon ne us ka naam Qasim rakhna chaha to Ansaar ne kaha ki Wallahi hum to tumhen is naam ki kunniyat se nahin pukarenge Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko baat pata chali to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki Ansaar ne khoob kiya mere naam par apna naam rakh liya lekin meri kunniyat par apni kunniyat mat rakha karo.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (RA), that once in the early morning, Abu Humayd (RA) brought a vessel of milk to the Prophet (PBUH). The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Why didn't you cover it, even if it was just with a piece of wood?"

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ ابوحمید صبح سویرے ایک برتن میں دودھ لے کر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے آپ نے فرمایا کہ تم اسے ڈھک کر کیوں نہیں لائے اگرچہ لکڑی سے ہی ڈھک کر لے آتے۔
Sayyda Jaabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Abu Hamid subah sawere ek bartan mein doodh lekar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aap ne farmaya ki tum ise dhak kar kyon nahi laaye agarche lakdi se hi dhak kar le aate.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that he was asked how the Prophet (PBUH) used to perform Ghusl. He replied, the Prophet (PBUH) used to pour water over his head three times. A person from the Banu Hashim said, "But my hair is very long." Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) replied, "The hair of the Prophet (PBUH) was more numerous and fragrant than yours."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کس طرح غسل فرماتے تھے انہوں نے جواب دیا نبی ﷺ تین مرتبہ اپنے سر سے پانی بہاتے تھے بنوہاشم کے ایک صاحب کہنے لگے کہ میرے توبال بہت لمبے ہیں سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ نبی ﷺ کے سر مبارک میں تعداد کے اعتبار سے بھی تم سے زیادہ بال تھے اور مہک کے اعتبار سے بھی سب سے زیادہ تھے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kis tarah ghusl farmate thy unhon ne jawab diya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) teen martaba apne sar se pani bahaty thy Banu Hashim ke ek sahib kehne lagy ke mere to bal bohat lambay hain Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sar mubarak mein tadaad ke aitbaar se bhi tum se ziada bal thy aur mahak ke aitbaar se bhi sab se ziada thy.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A Mudd (of water) is sufficient for ablution and a Sa' (of water) is sufficient for the bath." A man said, "This amount is not sufficient for me." Jabir said, "This amount used to be sufficient for Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) who was better than you and whose hair were more (than yours).

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: وضو کے لئے ایک مد پانی اور غسل ت کے لئے ایک صاع پانی کافی ہو جاتا ہے ایک آدمی نے کہا کہ مجھے تو کافی نہیں ہوتا سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: اتنی مقدار تو اس ذات کو کفایت کر جاتی تھی جو تجھ سے بہتر تھی اور ان کے بال بھی مجھ سے زیادہ تھے یعنی نبی ﷺ ۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Wuzu ke liye ek mud pani aur ghusl ke liye ek sa'a pani kafi ho jata hai. Ek aadmi ne kaha ki mujhe to kafi nahi hota. Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya: Itni miqdar to us zaat ko kafiyat kar jati thi jo tujh se behtar thi aur un ke baal bhi mujh se ziada the yani Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم).
Narrated Jabir (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allah's curse be upon the Jews. When Allah made the fat (of the animals they slaughtered) unlawful for them, they melted it (extracted the fat) and sold it, and consumed its price."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ یہو دیوں پر اللہ کی لعنت ہواللہ نے جب ان پر چربی کو حرام قرار دیا تو انہوں نے اسے پگھلا کر بیچنا اور اس کی قیمت کھانا شروع کر دی۔
Syedna Jaber Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai keh Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya keh Yahodion par Allah ki laanat ho Allah ne jab un par charbi ko haram qarar diya to unhon ne use pigla kar bechna aur us ki qeemat khana shuru kar di.
Narrated by Jabir (RA), once on Friday a caravan came to Madina while Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was delivering the sermon. Everyone left to see the caravan except for twelve people who remained seated in the mosque. Upon this incident, the verse was revealed: "And when they see some merchandise or entertainment..." and so forth.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ جمعہ کے دن مدینہ منورہ میں ایک قافلہ آیا اس وقت نبی ﷺ خطبہ فرما رہے تھے سب لوگ قافلے کے پیچھے نکل گئے اور صرف بارہ آدمی مسجد میں بیٹھے رہے اس پر یہ آیت نازل ہوئی، واذاراو تجارۃ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ الخ۔۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Juma ke din Madina Munawwara mein ek qafila aaya us waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) khutba farma rahe the sab log qafila ke peeche nikal gaye aur sirf barah aadmi masjid mein baithe rahe is par ye aayat nazil hui wa izarao tijarata
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: "Between a man and shirk and kufr there is the abandonment of prayer."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ بندے اور کفر و شرک کے درمیان حد فاصل نماز کو چھوڑنا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki bande aur kufr o shirk ke darmiyaan had fasil namaz ko chhorna hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a group of people in the mosque who had unsheathed their swords and were exchanging them with one another without putting them in their scabbards. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Did I not strictly forbid you from doing this? When you hand over unsheathed swords, do so by putting them in their scabbards first."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کا مسجد میں ایک جماعت پر گزر ہوا جنہوں نے تلواریں سونت رکھی تھیں اور ایک دوسرے سے انہیں نیام میں ڈالے بغیر ہی تبادلہ کر رہے تھے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: کیا میں تمہیں ایسا کرنے سے سختی سے منع نہیں کیا تھا جب تم تلواریں سونتے ہوئے تو نیام میں ڈال کر ایک دوسرے کو دیا کر و۔
Syedna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka masjid mein aik jamaat par guzar hua jin hon ne talwaren sont rakhi thin aur aik dusre se unhen niyam mein dale baghair hi tabadala kar rahe thay Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya main tumhen aisa karne se sakhti se mana nahi kiya tha jab tum talwaren sonte hue to niyam mein dal kar aik dusre ko diya karo
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Tufail bin Amr Dausi came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! Do you need a strong fort and refuge? In the pre-Islamic era, the tribe of Daus had a fort." But the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) refused, saying that Allah had reserved this virtue for the Ansar. So when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) migrated to Madinah, Tufail bin Amr also migrated there. Another man migrated with him. The climate of Madinah did not suit him, and he fell ill. In his delirium, he grabbed a pair of scissors and cut his fingers, filling his hands with blood. He bled so much that he died. Amr bin Tufail saw him in a dream. He appeared to be in good condition, except his hands were covered. Tufail asked him, "What did your Lord do with you?" He replied, "Allah has forgiven me by the blessing of migration towards the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." They asked, "Why do your hands appear covered?" He replied, "I have been told that we cannot rectify what you have destroyed yourself." The next day, Tufail narrated this dream to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed, "O Allah, forgive him for the sin of his hands."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ طفیل بن عمرو دوسی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور کہنے لگے کہ یا رسول اللہ! کیا آپ کو کسی مضبوط قلعے اور پناہ کی ضرورت ہے زمانہ جاہلیت میں قبیلہ دوس کا ایک قلعہ تھا لیکن نبی ﷺ نے انکار کر دیا کہ یہ فضیلت اللہ نے انصار کے لئے چھوڑ رکھی ہے چنانچہ جب نبی ﷺ ہجرت کر کے مدینہ منورہ تشریف لے گئے تو طفیل بن عمرو بھی ہجرت کر کے آ گئے ان کے ساتھ ان کا ایک اور آدمی بھی ہجرت کر کے آگیا وہاں ان کو مدینہ کی آب وہوا موافق نہ آئی اور وہ شخص بیمار ہو گیا اور گھبراہٹ کے عالم میں قینچی پکڑ کر اپنی انگلیاں کاٹ لیں جس اسے اس کے ہاتھ خون سے بھر گئے اور اتناخون بہا کہ وہ مرگیا۔ خواب میں اسے عمرو بن طفیل نے دیکھا وہ بڑی اچھی حالت میں دکھائی دیا البتہ اس کے ہاتھ ڈھکے ہوئے تھے طفیل نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تمہارے رب نے تمہارے ساتھ کیا معاملہ کیا؟ اس نے جواب دیا کہ نبی ﷺ کی طرف سے ہجرت کی برکت سے اللہ نے مجھے معاف کر دیا انہوں نے پوچھا کہ کیا بات ہے تمہارے ہاتھ ڈھکے ہوئے نظر آرہے ہیں اس نے جواب دیا کہ مجھ سے کہا گیا ہے کہ تم نے جس چیز کو خود خراب کیا ہے ہم اسے صحیح نہیں کر سکتے اگلے دن طفیل نے یہ خواب نبی ﷺ کو سنایا تو نبی ﷺ نے دعاء فرمائی کہ اے اللہ اس کے ہاتھوں کا گناہ معاف فرمادے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Tufail bin Amr Dausi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hue aur kehne lage ki Ya Rasul Allah! kya aap ko kisi mazboot qile aur panah ki zaroorat hai? Zamanah jahiliyat mein qabila Daus ka ek qila tha lekin Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne inkar kar diya ki yeh fazilat Allah ne Ansar ke liye chhod rakhi hai. Chunancha jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hijrat kar ke Madinah Munawwarah tashreef le gaye to Tufail bin Amr bhi hijrat kar ke aa gaye. Un ke sath un ka ek aur aadmi bhi hijrat kar ke aa gaya. Wahan un ko Madinah ki aab o hawa muwafiq na aai aur woh shakhs bimar ho gaya aur ghabarahat ke aalam mein qainchi pakad kar apni ungliyan kaat len jinse uske hath khoon se bhar gaye aur itna khoon baha ki woh mar gaya. Khwab mein use Amr bin Tufail ne dekha woh badi achhi halat mein dikhayi diya albatta uske hath dhke hue the. Tufail ne us se puchha ki tumhare Rab ne tumhare sath kya mamla kiya? Usne jawab diya ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki taraf se hijrat ki barkat se Allah ne mujhe maaf kar diya. Unhon ne puchha ki kya baat hai tumhare hath dhke hue nazar aa rahe hain? Usne jawab diya ki mujhse kaha gaya hai ki tumne jis cheez ko khud kharab kiya hai hum use sahih nahin kar sakte. Agale din Tufail ne yeh khwab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko sunaya to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne dua farmai ki Aye Allah uske hathon ka gunah maaf farma de.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the Companions to throw pebbles at the Jamarat, which were originally made of stones.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے صحابہ کو حکم دیا کہ شیطان کو کنکر یاں ٹھیکر ی کی بنی ہوئی مارا کر و۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sahaba ko hukm diya ki shaitan ko kankar ya mitti ki bani hui mara karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) delivered a sermon to us and after praising and glorifying Allah, he said: "Whomsoever Allah guides, none can misguide him, and whomsoever He misguides, none can guide him. The truest of speech is the Book of Allah, and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad. The most evil things are those that are newly invented in religion, for every newly invented thing is an innovation and every innovation is misguidance." Then, as you continued to mention the Day of Judgment, your voice grew louder, your blessed face became redder, and your passion intensified, making it seem as if you were warning us of an approaching army. You then said, "The Day of Judgment will come upon you as suddenly as this morning or this evening. Whoever leaves behind wealth, it belongs to his heirs. Whoever leaves behind debt or children, they are my responsibility, and I have more right over the Muslims than their own selves."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں خطبہ دیا اور اللہ کی حمد وثناء بیان کرنے کے بعد فرمایا: اللہ جس شخص کو ہدایت دے دے اسے کوئی گمراہ نہیں کر سکتا اور جسے وہ گمراہ کر دے اسے کوئی ہدایت نہیں کر سکتا سب سے سچی بات کتاب اللہ ہے سب سے افضل طریقہ محمد کا طریقہ ہے بدترین چیزیں نو چیزیں ہیں اور ہر نو ایجاد چیز بدعت ہے پھر جوں جوں آپ قیامت کا تذکر ہ فرماتے جاتے آپ کی آواز بلند ہو تی جاتی چہرہ مبارک سرخ ہوتا جاتا اور جوش میں اضافہ ہوتا جاتا اور ایسا محسوس ہوتا کہ جیسے آپ کسی لشکر سے ڈرا رہے ہیں اور پھر فرمایا کہ تم پر صبح کو قیامت آگئی یا شام کو جو شخص مال و دولت چھوڑ جائے وہ اس کے اہل خانہ کا ہے اور جو شخص قرض یا بچے چھوڑ جائے وہ میرے ذمے ہے اور میں مسلمانوں پر ان کی جان سے زیادہ حق رکھتا ہوں۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein khutba diya aur Allah ki hamd o sana bayan karne ke bad farmaya: Allah jis shakhs ko hidayat de de use koi gumrah nahin kar sakta aur jise woh gumrah kar de use koi hidayat nahin kar sakta sab se sachi baat kitab Allah hai sab se afzal tareeqa Muhammad ka tareeqa hai badtareen cheezen nau cheezen hain aur har nau ijad cheez bidat hai phir jaun jaun aap qayamat ka tazkara farmaate jaate aap ki aawaz bulandi hoti jati chehra mubarak surkh hota jata aur josh mein izafa hota jata aur aisa mehsoos hota jaise aap kisi lashkar se dara rahe hain aur phir farmaya ki tum par subah ko qayamat aa gayi ya sham ko jo shakhs maal o daulat chhod jaye woh uske ahl e khana ka hai aur jo shakhs qarz ya bache chhod jaye woh mere zimme hai aur mein musalmanon par unki jaan se zyada haq rakhta hun.
Abdullah bin Ubayyid narrated that once some companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, visited Jabir, may Allah be pleased with him. He offered them dates and vinegar and said, "Eat, I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say that vinegar is the best gravy." It is the destruction of a man that his brothers come to him and he considers it degrading to present before them what he has in his house, and it is the destruction of people that they consider whatever is presented before them as insignificant.

عبداللہ بن عبید کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس نبی ﷺ کے کچھ صحابہ تشریف لائے انہوں نے اس کے سامنے روئی اور سرکہ پیش کیا اور کہا کہ کھائیے میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ سرکہ بہترین سالن ہے یہ بات انسان کے لئے باعث ہلاکت ہے کہ اس کے پاس اس کے بھائی آئیں اور اس کے پاس جو کچھ گھر میں موجود ہو وہ اسے ان کے سامنے پیش کرنے میں اپنی تحقیر سمجھے اور لوگوں کے لئے بھی یہ بات باعث ہلاکت ہے کہ ان کے سامنے جو کچھ پیش کیا جائے وہ اسے حقیر سمجھے۔
Abdullah bin Ubaid kehte hain ki ek martaba Sayyidina Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke paas Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke kuch sahaba tashreef laaye unhon ne uske samne rui aur sirka pesh kiya aur kaha ki khaiye maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki sirka behtarin salan hai yeh baat insan ke liye baais halakat hai ki uske paas uske bhai aayen aur uske paas jo kuchh ghar mein maujood ho wo use unke samne pesh karne mein apni tahqir samjhe aur logon ke liye bhi yeh baat baais halakat hai ki unke samne jo kuchh pesh kiya jaye wo use haqir samjhe.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah (RA): When Abdullah bin Ubay, the head of the hypocrites, died, his son, who was a sincere Muslim, came to the Prophet (PBUH) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! If you do not offer the funeral prayer for him, people will always taunt us." So, the Prophet (PBUH) went to him and found that he had already been lowered into the grave. The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Why didn't you inform me before burying him?" Then, he had him taken out of the grave, applied his saliva from his forehead to his feet, and covered him with his own shirt.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب رئیس المنافقین عبداللہ بن ابی مرگیا تو اس کے صاحبزادے جو مخلص مسلمان تھے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئے اور کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ! اگر آپ نے اس کی نماز جنازہ میں شرکت نہیں کی تو لوگ ہمیں ہمیشہ عار دلاتے رہیں گے چنانچہ نبی ﷺ اس کے پاس تشریف لے گئے دیکھا تو اسے قبر میں اتارا جا چکا تھا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اسے قبر میں اتارنے سے پہلے مجھے کیوں نہ بتایا پھر اسے قبر سے نکلوایا اس کی پیشانی سے پاؤں تک اپنا لعاب دہن ملا اسے اپنی قمیض پہنا دی۔
Seyedna Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki jab raees ul munafiqeen Abdullah bin Ubay mar gaya to uske sahibzaade jo mukhlis musalman thay Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir huye aur kehne lage Ya Rasulullah! Agar aap ne uski namaz janaza mein shirkat nahi ki to log hamein hamesha aar dilatay rahenge chunancha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) uske pass tashreef le gaye dekha to use qabar mein utara ja chuka tha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Use qabar mein utarne se pehle mujhe kyun nahi bataya phir use qabar se nikalwaya uski peshani se paon tak apna lahab dehen mila use apni qameez pehna di.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), an Ansar man, whose name is mentioned, freed his slave named Yaqoob, saying, "You will be free after my death," even though he had no other possessions. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) learned of his plight, he said, "Who will buy this slave from me?" Naim bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) bought him for eight hundred Dirhams. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave those Dirhams to the Ansar man and said, "When one of you is in need, then let him start by giving charity from his own wealth. If anything is left, then (give) to his children, then to his close relatives, and then spend on those to his right and left."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ایک انصاری آدمی جس کا نام مذکور تھا اپنا غلام جس کا نام یعقوب تھا یہ کہہ کر آزاد کر دیا جس کے علاوہ اس کے پاس کسی قسم کا مال نہ تھا کہ میرے مرنے کے بعد تم آزاد ہو نبی ﷺ کو اس کی حالت زار کا پتہ چلا تو فرمایا کہ یہ غلام مجھ سے کون خریدے گا؟ نعیم بن عبداللہ نے اسے آٹھ سو درہم کے عوض خرید لیا نبی ﷺ نے وہ پیسے اسے دے دئیے اور فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص تنگدست ہو تو وہ اپنی ذات سے صدقے کا آغاز کر ے اگر بچ جائے تو اپنے بچوں پر پھر اپنے قریبی رشتہ داروں پر اور پھر دائیں بائیں خرچ کر ے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basadat mein ek Ansaari aadmi jis ka naam mazkur tha apna ghulam jis ka naam Yaqoob tha yeh keh kar azad kar diya jis ke ilawa uske paas kisi qism ka maal na tha ki mere marne ke baad tum azad ho Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko uski halat e zar ka pata chala to farmaya ki yeh ghulam mujhse kaun khareeday ga? Naeem bin Abdullah ne use aath sau dirham ke awaz khareed liya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne woh paise use de diye aur farmaya ki jab tum mein se koi shakhs tangdast ho to woh apni zaat se sadqay ka aghaz kare agar bach jaye to apne bachchon par phir apne qareebi rishtedaron par aur phir dayen baayen kharch kare.
Abdullah ibn Ubayd reported: Some Companions of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, visited Jabir ibn Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him. They presented him with vinegar and dates and said, "Eat! We heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: 'Vinegar is an excellent condiment.'"

عبداللہ بن عبید کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس نبی ﷺ کے کچھ صحابہ تشریف لائے انہوں نے اس کے سامنے روئی اور سرکہ پیش کیا اور کہا کہ کھائیے میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ سرکہ بہترین سالن ہے۔
Abdullah bin Ubaid kehte hain ki ek martaba Sayyiduna Jabir razi Allah anhu ke pass Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke kuch sahaba tashreef laaye unhon ne uske samne rui aur sirka pesh kiya aur kaha ki khaiye maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki sirka behtarin salan hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent a physician to Sayyiduna Abi bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him). He cut a vein in his arm and then cauterized it.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک طبیب سیدنا ابی بن کعب کے پاس بھیجا اس نے ان کے بازو کی رگ کو کاٹا پھر اس کو داغ دیا۔
Sayyidana Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek tabib Sayyidana Abi bin Kab ke pas bheja usne unke bazu ki rag ko kata phir usko daagh diya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (RA) that on the 10th of Dhul Hijjah, during the Farewell Pilgrimage sermon, the Prophet (PBUH) asked his companions: “Which day is the most sacred?”. They replied: “This day.” He (PBUH) asked: “Which month is the most sacred?”. They replied: “This month of ours”. The Prophet (PBUH) said: “Verily, your blood, your property, are as sacred to one another as the sanctity of this day, in this month, in this city. Have I conveyed the message of Allah?”. They replied: “Yes”. The Prophet (PBUH) then said: “O Allah, bear witness.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے خطبہ حجۃ الوداع میں دس ذی الحجہ کو صحابہ سے پوچھا کہ سب سے زیادہ حرمت والا دن کونسا ہے صحابہ نے عرض کیا: آج کا دن نبی ﷺ نے پوچھا: سب سے زیادہ حرمت والا مہینہ کونسا ہے صحابہ نے عرض کیا: ہمارا یہی شہر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: پھر یاد رکھو تمہاری جان مال ایک دوسرے کے لئے اسی طرح قابل احترام ہیں جیسے اس دن کی حرمت اس مہینے اور اس شہر میں ہے کیا میں نے پیغام الٰہی پہنچادیا؟ انہوں نے کہا جی ہاں نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: اے اللہ تو گواہ رہ۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Khutba Hajjatul Wida mein 10 Zil Hajj ko Sahaba se pucha ki sab se zyada hurmat wala din konsa hai Sahaba ne arz kiya aaj ka din Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne pucha sab se zyada hurmat wala mahina konsa hai Sahaba ne arz kiya hamara yahi shahar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya phir yaad rakho tumhari jaan maal ek dusre ke liye isi tarah qabil ehtram hain jaise is din ki hurmat is mahine aur is shahar mein hai kya maine paigham ilahi pahuncha diya unhon ne kaha ji haan Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aye Allah tu gawa reh.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the people of Banu Salimah intended to sell their houses and move near the mosque. When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to know about it, he said to them: "Stay in your houses; even the reward for your footsteps will be written."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ بنوسلمہ کے لوگوں کا یہ ارادہ ہوا کہ وہ اپنا گھر بیچ کر مسجد کے قریب منتقل ہو جائیں نبی ﷺ کو جب یہ بات معلوم ہوئی تو آپ نے ان سے فرمایا: اپنے گھروں میں ہی رہو تمہارے نشانات قدم کا ثواب بھی لکھا جائے گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Banu Salima ke logon ka yeh irada hua ki woh apna ghar bech kar masjid ke kareeb muntaqil ho jayen Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko jab yeh baat maloom hui to aap ne un se farmaya apne gharon mein hi raho tumhare nishanat qadam ka sawab bhi likha jayega.
It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When any one of you shrouds his brother, let him shroud him well."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کو کفن دے تو اچھے طریقے سے اسے کفنائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki jab tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ko kafan de to achchhe tarike se use kafnaye.
Sayyiduna Jabir, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar and Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) narrate that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before they are ripe and of good quality.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ اور سیدنا ابن عمر اور ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی ﷺ نے پھل کے خوب پک کر عمدہ ہو جانے سے قبل اس کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Sayyidna Ibn Umar aur Ibn Abbas farmate hain ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phal ke khoob pak kar umda ho jane se pahle us ki bay se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him), that a person asked in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Which Islam is the best?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "That other Muslims are safe from your tongue and hand."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے بارگاہ نبوت میں عرض کیا: کہ کون سا اسلام افضل ہے؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ دوسرے مسلمان تمہاری زبان اور ہاتھ سے محفوظ رہیں
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik shakhs ne bargah e nabuwat mein arz kiya: ki kaun sa Islam afzal hai? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki dusre musalman tumhari zaban aur hath se mahfooz rahen.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and said: "The water of Zamzam is for whatever it is drunk for."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: زمزم کا پانی جس نیت سے بھی پیا جائے وہ پوری ہو تی ہے۔
Sayyidinna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Zamzam ka pani jis niyat se bhi piya jaye woh poori hoti hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the sale of fruits before they are ripe and of good quality.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے پھل خوب پک کر عمدہ ہو جانے سے قبل اس کی بیع سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyiduna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phal khoob pak kar umda ho jane se pehle us ki bay se mana farmaya hai.
Narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): Once I was sick and I had seven sisters. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to visit me. I regained consciousness and said: "O Messenger of Allah! Shall I make a will of two-thirds of my property for my sisters?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Adopt a better way." I asked for half, he said the same. After a while, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left and then came back and said: "Jabir, I don't think you will die from this illness. However, Allah has revealed a verse that has determined the share of your sisters, which is two-thirds." Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the verse of Kalalah (Quran 4:176) was revealed about me.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں بیمار ہو گیا میرے پاس میری سات بہنیں تھیں نبی ﷺ میرے یہاں عیادت کے لئے تشریف لائے مجھے ہو ش آگیا اور میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میں اپنی بہنوں کے لئے دو تہائی کی وصیت کر دوں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ بہتر طریقہ اختیار کر و میں نے نصف کے لئے پوچھا: تو پھر یہی فرمایا: تھوڑی دیر بعد نبی ﷺ یہاں سے چلے گئے پھر واپس آ کر فرمایا: جابر رضی اللہ عنہ میں نہیں سمجھتا کہ تم اس بیماری میں مرجاؤگے تاہم اللہ تعالیٰ نے ایک حکم نازل فرما دیا ہے جس نے تمہاری بہنوں کا حصہ متعین کر دیا ہے یعنی دوتہائی سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ آیت کلالہ میرے ہی بارے میں نازل ہوئی ہے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba mein bimar ho gaya mere paas meri saat bahen thi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mere yahan aiyadat ke liye tashreef laaye mujhe hosh aagaya aur maine arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah mein apni baheno ke liye do tihai ki wasiyat kar dun Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki behtar tareeqa ikhtiyar karo maine nisf ke liye pucha to phir yahi farmaya thodi der baad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) yahan se chale gaye phir wapas aakar farmaya Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) mein nahi samjhta ki tum is bimari mein mar jaoge taham Allah Ta'ala ne ek hukm nazil farma diya hai jisne tumhari baheno ka hissa mutayyan kar diya hai yani do tihai Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki ayat kalalah mere hi bare mein nazil hui hai
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has validated the right of pre-emption in every joint property as long as it has not been divided or demarcated.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ہر اس مال میں حق شفعہ کو ثابت قرار دیا ہے جب تک تقسیم نہ ہوا ہو یا حدبندی نہ کی جائے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne har uss maal mein haq shafa ko sabit qarar diya hai jab tak taqsim na hua ho ya hadbandi na ki jaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a slave came and pledged allegiance to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for Hijrah. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not know that he was a slave. In the meantime, his master came there looking for him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) bought him and set him free. From then onwards, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not accept the pledge of allegiance from anyone until he had asked him whether he was a slave or a free man.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک غلام آیا اور نبی ﷺ سے ہجرت پر بیعت کر لی نبی ﷺ کو پتہ نہیں چلا تھا کہ یہ غلام ہے اتنے میں اس کا آقا اس کو تلاش کرتے ہوئے یہاں پر آگیا نبی ﷺ نے اسے خرید کر آزاد کر دیا اس وقت نبی ﷺ اس وقت سے لے کر تب تک بیعت نہیں لیتے تھے جب تک یہ نہ پوچھ لیں کہ وہ غلام ہے یا آزاد؟
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek ghulam aaya aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se hijrat par bai't kar li Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko pata nahin chala tha ki yah ghulam hai itne mein iska aqa isko talash karte huye yahan par aagaya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ise kharid kar azad kar diya us waqt Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) us waqt se le kar tab tak bai't nahin lete the jab tak yah na puchh len ki woh ghulam hai ya azad?.
Narrated by Jabir ibn Abdullah: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I saw myself in a dream entering Paradise and I saw there Rumaysa, the wife of Abu Talha. Then I heard the sound of footsteps in front of me. I asked Gabriel, “Who is this?” He said, "This is Bilal.” Then I saw a white palace with a courtyard where a young woman was walking. I asked, “Whose palace is this?” He said, “This is the palace of Umar ibn al-Khattab.” At first, I thought to enter and see him, but then I remembered your sense of honor (Ghayrah). Sayyiduna Umar said: O Messenger of Allah! May my mother and father be sacrificed for you! How could I feel jealous of you?

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: میں نے خواب میں اپنے آپ کو دیکھا کہ میں جنت میں داخل ہوا تو وہاں مجھے ابوطلحہ کی بیوی رمیصاء نظر آئی پھر میں نے اپنے آگے کسی کے جوتوں کی آہٹ سنی میں نے جبرائیل سے پوچھا کہ یہ کون ہے؟ تو انہوں نے بتایا کہ یہ بلال ہیں پھر میں نے ایک سفید رنگ کا محل دیکھا جس کے صحن میں ایک لونڈی پھر رہی تھی میں نے پوچھا کہ یہ محل کس کا ہے؟ انہوں نے بتایا کہ یہ محل عمربن خطاب کا ہے پہلے میں نے سوچا کہ اس میں داخل ہو کر اسے دیکھوں لیکن پھر مجھے تمہاری غیرت یاد آگئی سیدنا عمر کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ! میرے ماں باپ آپ پر قربان ہوں کیا میں آپ پر غیرت کھاؤں گا۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: mein ne khwab mein apne aap ko dekha ki mein Jannat mein dakhil hua to wahan mujhe Abu Talha ki biwi Rumaysa nazar aayi phir mein ne apne aage kisi ke juton ki ahat suni mein ne Jibraeel se pucha ki yeh kaun hai? to unhon ne bataya ki yeh Bilal hain phir mein ne ek safaid rang ka mahal dekha jis ke sahn mein ek laundi phir rahi thi mein ne pucha ki yeh mahal kis ka hai? unhon ne bataya ki yeh mahal Umar bin Khattab ka hai pehle mein ne socha ki is mein dakhil ho kar ise dekhon lekin phir mujhe tumhari ghairat yaad aa gayi Sayyidna Umar kehne lage ya Rasulullah! mere maan baap aap par qurban hon kya mein aap par ghairat khaunga.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (RA), that once he was accompanying the Prophet (PBUH) on a journey of Jihad. On the way back, the Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever wants to go quickly, let him go." I was riding a fast camel; there was no camel like it in the whole army. I raced it, and I left everyone behind. Suddenly, while walking, my camel stopped in one place, and now it was not even moving. I heard the voice of the Prophet (PBUH), "Jabir (RA), what happened to your camel?" I submitted: "O Messenger of Allah! I don't understand what happened to it." The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Hold it and give me the whip." And the Prophet (PBUH) struck it once, and it took me ahead of everyone. On this occasion, the Prophet (PBUH) said to me, "Jabir (RA), will you sell your camel to me?" I said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Upon reaching Madinah." Upon reaching Madinah, the Prophet (PBUH), along with his companions, entered Masjid Nabawi. I tied my camel and submitted: "O Messenger of Allah! Here is your camel." The Prophet (PBUH) came out and started circling around it, saying, "How beautiful is my camel." Then he said, "O so-and-so, go and bring a few ounces of gold and give it to Jabir (RA)." When I received the price, the Prophet (PBUH) said, "Did you receive the full price?" I said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet (PBUH) said twice, "This price is also yours, and the camel is also yours."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ کسی سفر جہاد میں شریک تھا واپسی پر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص جلدی جانا چاہتا ہے وہ چلا جائے میں ایک تیز رفتار اونٹ پر سوار تھا پورے لشکر میں اس جیسا اونٹ نہیں تھا میں نے اسے دوڑایا تو سب لوگ مجھ سے پیچھے رہ گئے اچانک چلتے چلتے میر اونٹ ایک جگہ کھڑا ہو گیا اب وہ حرکت بھی نہیں کر رہا تھا مجھے نبی ﷺ کی آواز آئی کہ جابر رضی اللہ عنہ تمہارے اونٹ کو کیا ہوا میں نے عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! مجھے سمجھ نہیں آ رہا کہ اسے کیا ہوا ہے نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اسے پکڑ کر رکھو اور مجھے کوڑا دو اور نبی ﷺ نے اسے ایک ضرب لگائی وہ مجھے سب سے آگے لے گیا اس موقع پر نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا: جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کیا تم اپنا اونٹ مجھے بیچتے ہو؟ میں نے عرض کیا: جی یا رسول اللہ! نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: مدینہ پہنچ کر۔ مدینہ پہنچ کر نبی ﷺ اپنے صحابہ کے ساتھ مسجد نبوی میں داخل ہوئے میں نے اپنے اونٹ کو باندھا اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! یہ رہا آپ کا اونٹ نبی ﷺ باہر نکل کر اس کے گرد چکر لگانے اور فرمانے لگے میر اونٹ کتناخوبصورت ہے پھر فرمایا: اے فلاں جا کر چند اوقیہ سونا لے آؤ اور جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کو دیدو جب میں نے قیمت وصول کر لی تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تمہیں قیمت پوری پوری مل گئی۔ میں نے عرض کیا: جی یا رسول اللہ! نبی ﷺ نے دو مرتبہ یہ قیمت بھی تمہاری ہوئی اور اونٹ بھی تمہارا ہوا۔
Sayyida Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik martaba mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath kisi safar jihad mein sharik tha wapsi per Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs jaldi jana chahta hai wo chala jaye mein ek tez raftar oont per sawar tha pure lashkar mein is jaisa oont nahi tha maine use dodaya to sab log mujhse piche reh gaye achanak chalte chalte mera oont ek jagah khade ho gaya ab wo harkat bhi nahi kar raha tha mujhe Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki awaz aai ki Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) tumhare oont ko kya hua maine arz kiya: Ya Rasul Allah! mujhe samajh nahi aa raha ki ise kya hua hai Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki ise pakad kar rakho aur mujhe koda do aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne use ek zarb lagai wo mujhe sab se aage le gaya is mauqe per Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhse farmaya: Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kya tum apna oont mujhe bechte ho? maine arz kiya: Ji Ya Rasul Allah! Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Madina pahunch kar. Madina pahunch kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne sahaba ke sath Masjid Nabvi mein dakhil huye maine apne oont ko bandha aur arz kiya: Ya Rasul Allah! yah raha aap ka oont Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bahar nikal kar is ke gird chakkar lagane aur farmane lage mera oont kitna khoobsurat hai phir farmaya: Aye falan ja kar chand auqiya sona le aao aur Jaber (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko dedo jab maine qeemat wasool kar li to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: tumhein qeemat puri puri mil gayi. maine arz kiya: Ji Ya Rasul Allah! Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne do martaba yeh qeemat bhi tumhari hui aur oont bhi tumhara hua.
Abu Muqtal said that once I was in the company of Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) and requested him to narrate a Hadith which he had witnessed personally. He said: When my father passed away, he was indebted with a few Wasqs (a measure of weight) of dates. We only had a few different types of dates and some Ajwa dates, which were insufficient to clear our debt. Therefore, I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and mentioned this matter. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent me to the lender, but he refused to accept any dates except for Ajwa. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Go and give him Ajwa dates."
So, I went to my tent and began cutting the date palms. We also had a goat that we used to feed with fodder, and it had become quite healthy. Suddenly, we saw two men approaching. As they came closer, we realized it was the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). I welcomed them both. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Jabir, come with us. We want to take a walk in your garden." I replied, "Very well."
So, we took a walk in the garden. Meanwhile, I instructed my wife, and she slaughtered the young goat. Then, we brought a cushion made of hair and filled with date palm fiber for the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to lean on, but we couldn't find another cushion for Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). After a while, I laid out a cloth and placed two types of dates and the meat on it, and presented it before the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). Both of them ate.
Naturally, I felt shy. As the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) got up to leave, my wife requested him to pray for us. So, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prayed for our blessings. After that, I summoned my lenders, and they came with their sickles and baskets. By the One in whose hand is my soul, I swear that I paid them twenty Wasqs of Ajwa dates from that garden, and a significant amount was still left over.
I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to share this good news and how Allah had bestowed His mercy upon me. When I told the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) this news, he said twice, "Alhamdulillah (All praise is for Allah)." Then, he said to Sayyidina Umar, "Jabir has paid off all the debts of his lenders." Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also started thanking Allah.

ابومتوکل کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور ان سے عرض کیا: کہ مجھے کوئی ایسی حدیث سنائی جس کا آپ نے مشاہدہ کیا ہوانہوں نے فرمایا کہ میرے والد صاحب کا انتقال ہو گیا ان پر کچھ وسق کھجوروں کا قرض تھا ہمارے پاس مختلف قسم کی چند کھجوریں اور کچھ عجوہ تھی جس سے ہمارا قرض ادا نہیں ہو سکتا تھا چنانچہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر یہ بات ذکر کر دی نبی ﷺ نے مجھے قرض خواہ کے پاس بھیجا لیکن اس نے سوائے عجوہ کے کوئی دوسری کھجور لینے سے انکار کر دیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جا کر اسے عجوہ ہی دیدو چنانچہ میں اپنے خیمے میں پہنچا اور کھجوروں کو کاٹنا شروع کر دیا ہمارے پاس ایک بکری بھی تھی جسے ہم گھاس پھوس کھلایا کرتے تھے اور وہ خوب صحت مند ہو گئی تھی۔ اچانک ہم نے دیکھا کہ دو آدمی چلے آرہے ہیں قریب آئے تو دیکھا کہ وہ نبی ﷺ اور سیدنا عمر تھے میں نے ان دونوں کو خوش آمدید کہا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جابر رضی اللہ عنہ ہمارے ساتھ چلو ہم تمہارے باغ کا ایک چکر لگانا چاہتے ہیں میں نے عرض کیا: بہت بہتر چنانچہ ہم نے باغ کا ایک چکر لگایا ادھر میں نے اپنی بیوی کو حکم دیا اور اس نے بکری کا بچہ ذبح کر لیا پھر ہم ایک تکیہ لائے جس سے نبی ﷺ نے ٹیک لگائی وہ بالوں کا بنا ہوا تھا اور اس میں کھجور کی چھال بھری ہوئی تھی لیکن سیدنا عمر کے لئے دوسرا تکیہ نہ مل سکا۔ تھوڑی دیر بعد میں نے دسترخوان بچھایا اور اس پر دو طرح کھجوریں اور گوشت لا کر رکھا اور نبی ﷺ اور سیدنا عمر کے سامنے پیش کیا ان دونوں نے کھانا تناول فرمایا: مجھ پر فطری طور حیاء کا غلبہ تھا جب نبی ﷺ اٹھ کر جانے لگے تو میری بیوی نے نبی ﷺ سے دعا کی درخواست کی چنانچہ نبی ﷺ نے ہمارے لئے برکت کی دعا کی اس کے بعد میں نے اپنے قرض خواہوں کو بلا بھیجا وہ درانتیاں اور قینچیاں لے کر آ گئے لیکن اس ذات کی قسم جس کی دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے میں نے انہیں اس باغ میں بیس وسق عجوہ کھجور ادا کر دی اور اس کے باوجود بھی وہ بڑی مقدار میں بچ گئی میں نبی ﷺ کو یہ خوش خبری سنانے چلا گیا کہ اللہ نے مجھ پر کتنی مہربانی فرمائی ہے جب میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ خوش خبری سنائی تو آپ نے دو مرتبہ فرمایا: اللھم لک الحمد پھر سیدنا عمر سے فرمایا کہ جابر رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنے قرض خواہوں کا ساراقرض اتاردیا سیدنا عمر بھی اللہ کا شکر کرنے لگے۔
Abu Mutokal kehty hain keh aik martaba main syedna Jabir razi Allah tala anhu ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur un se arz kiya keh mujhe koi aisi hadees sunaien jis ka ap ne mushahida kiya ho unhon ne farmaya keh merey walid sahab ka inteqal ho gaya un par kuch wasaq khajuron ka qarz tha humare paas mukhtalif qisam ki chand khajurian aur kuch ajwa thi jis se hamara qarz ada nahin ho sakta tha chunancha main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar yeh baat zikar kar di Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhe qarz khwah ke paas bheja lekin us ne siwae ajwa ke koi dusri khajur lene se inkar kar diya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ja kar usey ajwa hi de do chunancha main apne khaime mein pahuncha aur khajuron ko kaatna shuru kar diya humare paas ek bakri bhi thi jise hum ghaas phoos khilaya karte thy aur wo khoob sehat mand ho gayi thi achanak hum ne dekha keh do aadmi chale aa rahe hain qareeb aaye to dekha keh wo Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur syedna Umar thy main ne un donon ko khush aamdeed kaha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Jabir razi Allah tala anhu humare sath chalo hum tumhare bagh ka aik chakkar lagana chahty hain main ne arz kiya bahut behtar chunancha hum ne bagh ka aik chakkar lagaya udhar main ne apni biwi ko hukum diya aur us ne bakri ka bachcha zabah kar liya phir hum aik takiya laye jis se Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne teek lagai wo balon ka bana hua tha aur is mein khajur ki chhaal bhari hui thi lekin syedna Umar ke liye dusra takiya nah mil saka thori dair baad main ne dastarkhwan bichhaya aur us par do tarah khajurian aur gosht la kar rakha aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur syedna Umar ke samne pesh kiya un donon ne khana tanawul farmaya mujh par fitri tor haya ka galba tha jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) uth kar jane lage to meri biwi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se dua ki darkhwast ki chunancha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humare liye barkat ki dua ki us ke baad main ne apne qarz khwahon ko bula bheja wo darantian aur qainchian le kar aa gaye lekin is zaat ki qasam jis ki dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai main ne unhen is bagh mein bees wasaq ajwa khajoor ada kar di aur us ke bawajood bhi wo bari miqdar mein bach gayi main Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh khush khabri sunane chala gaya keh Allah ne mujh par kitni meharbani farmai hai jab main ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh khush khabri sunai to ap ne do martaba farmaya Allahumma lakal hamd phir syedna Umar se farmaya keh Jabir razi Allah tala anhu ne apne qarz khwahon ka sara qarz utaar diya syedna Umar bhi Allah ka shukar karne lage.
It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whoever has land, let him cultivate it himself, or give it as a gift to his brother."

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جس شخص کے پاس کوئی زمین ہواسے چاہئے کہ وہ خود اس میں کھیتی باڑی کر ے یا اپنے بھائی کو ہدیہ کے طور پردے دے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jis shakhs ke paas koi zameen ho use chahiye ki wo khud us mein kheti bari kare ya apne bhai ko hadiya ke taur par de de.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Jabir (RA), the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever passes a day in the state of Ihram reciting Talbiyah until the sun sets, he will set free from his sins as if he was just born by his mother today.”

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: جو شخص ایک دن میں حالت احرام میں تلبیہ کہتا ہوا گزرے یہاں تک کہ سورج غروب ہو جائے تو وہ اس کے گناہوں کو لے کر غروب ہو گا اور وہ ایساصاف ہو جائے گا جیسے اس کی ماں نے اسے آج ہی جنم دیا ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo shakhs ek din mein halat ehram mein talbiyah kehta hua guzare yahan tak ki suraj ghuroob ho jaye to woh uske gunahon ko lekar ghuroob ho ga aur woh aisa saaf ho jaye ga jaise uski maa ne use aaj hi janam diya ho.
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: When the Prophet (ﷺ) and his companions arrived in Mecca, they performed only one Tawaf.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ اور آپ کے صحابہ جب مکہ مکر مہ آئے تو انہوں نے ایک سے زیادہ طواف نہیں کئے۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur aap ke Sahaba jab Makkah Mukarramah aaye to unhon ne ek se ziada tawaaf nahin kiye.
Narrated by Sayyidina Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: Tell me, if I fight in the cause of Allah with my life and wealth, and remain steadfast, intending reward, and advance without turning back, and die as a martyr, will I enter Paradise? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Yes! Unless you die while you are in debt and you have nothing to pay it off.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نبی ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور کہنے لگا یہ بتائیے کہ اگر میں اپنی جان مال کے ساتھ اللہ کے راستے میں جہاد کر وں اور ثابت قدم رہتے ہوئے ثواب کی نیت رکھتے ہوئے آگے بڑھتے ہوئے اور پشت پھیرے بغیر شہید ہو جاؤں تو کیا میں جنت میں داخل ہو جاؤں گا؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ہاں! جبکہ تم اس حال میں نہ مرو کہ تم پر کچھ قرض ہواور اسے ادا کرنے کے لئے تمہارے پاس کچھ نہ ہو۔
Sayyidna Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek aadmi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaya aur kahne laga ye bataiye ki agar mein apni jaan maal ke saath Allah ke raaste mein jihad karun aur sabit qadam rahte huye sawab ki niyat rakhte huye aage badhte huye aur pusht phire baghair shaheed ho jaun to kya mein jannat mein dakhil ho jaunga? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki haan! jabke tum is haal mein na maro ki tum par kuch qarz ho aur use ada karne ke liye tumhare paas kuch na ho.
Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) came to visit me while riding a donkey and not a horse.

سیدنا جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ میری عیادت کے لئے تشریف لائے اس وقت وہ خچر پر سوار تھے اور نہ ہی گھوڑے پر۔
