It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “If an iron rod were to be struck upon the mountains, they would turn to dust, and if a bucketful of “ghassaq” (the water of Hell) were to be poured out onto the earth, it would stink the entire world.”

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ اگر پہاڑوں پر لوہے کا ایک گرز مار دیا جائے تو وہ ریزہ ریزہ ہوجائیں اور اگر " غساق " (جہنم کے پانی) کا ایک ڈول زمین پر بہا دیا جائے تو ساری دنیا میں بدبو پھیل جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki agar paharon par lohe ka ek gurz maar diya jaye to woh reza reza hojaen aur agar "ghasaq" (jahannam ke pani) ka ek dol zameen par baha diya jaye to sari dunia mein badbu phel jaye.
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri: We alighted at a place and a woman came and said: Our chief has been stung by a poisonous creature, is there anyone amongst you who can treat with Ruqya? A man went with her though we did not think that he knew Ruqya. He treated the chief with Ruqya and he recovered. Those people then brought a flock of thirty sheep and gave us milk to drink. When he (the man who treated) returned, we said: Did you know Ruqya? He said: No, I just treated him by reciting Surat-al-Fatiha. I said: Do not do anything until we reach the Prophet (ﷺ). So we reached the Prophet (ﷺ) and mentioned that to him. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: How did he come to know that it was Ruqya? Then he said: Take these sheep (as a reward) and include a share for me in it.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم نے ایک جگہ پڑاؤ کیا، ہمارے پاس ایک عورت آئی اور کہنے لگی کہ ہمارے سردار کو کسی زہریلی چیز نے ڈس لیا، کیا آپ میں سے کوئی جھاڑ پھونک کرنا جانتا ہے؟ اس کے ساتھ ایک آدمی چل پڑا، ہم نہیں سمجھتے تھے کہ یہ اچھی طرح جھاڑ پھونک کرسکتا ہے، اس نے اس آدمی کے پاس جا کر اسے دم کردیا، وہ تندرست ہوگیا، ان لوگوں نے انہیں تیس بکریوں کا ایک ریوڑ پیش کیا اور ہمیں دودھ پلایا، جب وہ واپس آیا تو ہم نے ان سے کہا کہ کیا تم جھاڑ پھونک کرنا جانتے ہو؟ اس نے کہا نہیں، میں نے تو اسے صرف سورت فاتحہ پڑھ کر دم کیا ہے۔ میں نے اس سے کہا نبی ﷺ کے پاس پہنچنے سے پہلے کوئی نیا کام نہ کرو، چنانچہ ہم نے نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہو کر سارا واقعہ ذکر کیا اس پر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے کیسے پتہ چلا کہ وہ منتر ہے؟ پھر فرمایا کہ بکریوں کو وہ ریوڑ لے لو اور اپنے ساتھ اس میں میرا حصہ بھی شامل کرو۔
Hazrat Abusaeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh hum ne aik jaga pardaao kya, hamare paas aik aurat aai aur kehne lagi keh hamare sardar ko kisi zehreli cheez ne dus liya, kya aap mein se koi jhaar phoonk karna janta hai? Uske sath aik aadmi chal pada, hum nahi samajhte the keh yeh achi tarah jhaar phoonk kar sakta hai, usne us aadmi ke paas ja kar use dum diya, woh tandarust hogaya, un logon ne unhen tees bakriyon ka aik rewar pesh kya aur humain doodh pilaya, jab woh wapas aaya to hum ne unse kaha keh kya tum jhaar phoonk karna jante ho? Usne kaha nahi, maine to use sirf Surah Fatiha padh kar dum kya hai. Maine usse kaha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas pahunchne se pehle koi naya kaam na karo, chunancha hum ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir ho kar sara waqea zikar kya us par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya use kaise pata chala keh woh mantr hai? Phir farmaya keh bakriyon ko woh rewar le lo aur apne sath us mein mera hissa bhi shamil karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The whole earth is a place of prayer and a means of purification, except for graveyards and bathrooms."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ساری زمین مسجد اور طہارت کا ذریعہ، سوائے قبرستان اور حمام کے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya sari zameen masjid aur tahaarath ka zariya siwae qabristan aur hammam ke.
Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever fasts one day for the sake of Allah, Allah will keep him away from the Fire because of (his reward for) this day, a distance of seventy years."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص راہ اللہ میں ایک دن کا روزہ رکھے، اللہ اس دن کی برکت سے اسے جہنم سے ستر سال کی مسافت پر دور کر دے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne farmaya jo shakhs rah Allah mein ek din ka roza rakhe, Allah uss din ki barkat se use jahannam se sattar saal ki musafat par door kar de ga.
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Allah Almighty is more pleased with the repentance of His servant than a person who loses his ride in the wilderness, searches for it but cannot find it, and then lies down covered with a cloth, ready for death. Suddenly, he hears the sound of his ride, and when he uncovers his face and looks, it is indeed his ride.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اپنے بندے کی توبہ سے اس شخص سے بھی زیادہ خوش ہوتے ہیں، جنگل میں جس کی سواری گم ہوگئی ہو، وہ اسے تلاش کرتا پھرے لیکن اسے وہ کہیں نہ مل سکے اور وہ موت کے لئے کپڑا اوڑھ کر لیٹ جائے، اچانک اس کے کان میں اپنی سواری کی آواز پہنچے اور وہ اپنا چہرہ کھول کر دیکھے تو وہ اس کی اپنی سواری ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai keh Allah Ta'ala apne bande ki tauba se us shakhs se bhi zyada khush hote hain, jungle mein jis ki sawari gum ho gayi ho, woh use talaash karta phire lekin use woh kahin na mil sake aur woh maut ke liye kapda odh kar lait jaye, achanak us ke kaan mein apni sawari ki aawaz pahunche aur woh apna chehra khol kar dekhe to woh us ki apni sawari ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a wolf attacked a goat and took it away. The shepherd went in search of it and recovered it. The wolf, sitting on its tail, said, "Don't you fear Allah that you have taken away my sustenance, which Allah had given me?" The shepherd said in surprise, "I am surprised that a wolf is sitting on its tail and talking to me like humans?" The wolf said, "Shall I not tell you something more surprising than this? Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is in Yathrib, informing people about the news of the past." When the shepherd returned to Madinah, having saved his goats, he left his goats in a corner and presented himself in the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and narrated the whole incident. On the order of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the call for "As-Salat-ul-Jami'ah" was made. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out of his house and said to the shepherd, "Narrate your incident in front of the people." He narrated the whole incident before the people. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "He has spoken the truth. By the One in whose hand is my soul, the Day of Judgment will not be established until wild beasts talk to humans, and the whip and the strap of a man's shoe talk to him, and his thigh will tell him what his family did behind his back."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک بھیڑیے نے ایک بکری پر حملہ کیا اور اس کو پکڑ کرلے گیا، چرواہا اس کی تلاش میں نکلا اور اسے بازیاب کرا لیا، وہ بھیڑیا اپنی دم کے بل بیٹھ کر کہنے لگا کہ تم اللہ سے نہیں ڈرتے کہ تم نے مجھ سے میرا رزق " جو اللہ نے مجھے دیا تھا " چھین لیا؟ وہ چرواہا کہنے لگا تعجب ہے کہ ایک بھیڑیا اپنی دم پر بیٹھ کر مجھ سے انسانوں کی طرح بات کر رہا ہے؟ وہ بھیڑیا کہنے لگا کہ میں تمہیں اس سے زیادہ تعجب کی بات نہ بتاؤں؟ محمد ﷺ یثرب میں لوگوں کو ماضی کی خبریں بتا رہے ہیں، جب وہ چرواہا اپنی بکریوں کو ہانکتا ہوا مدینہ منورہ واپس پہنچا تو اپنی بکریوں کو ایک کونے میں چھوڑ کر نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا اور سارا واقعہ گوش گذار کردیا، نبی ﷺ کے حکم پر " الصلوٰۃ جامعۃ " کی منادی کردی گئی، نبی ﷺ اپنے گھر سے نکلے اور چرواہے سے فرمایا کہ لوگوں کے سامنے اپنا واقعہ بیان کرو، اس نے لوگوں کے سامنے سارا واقعہ بیان کردیا، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اس نے سچ کہا، اس ذات کی قسم! جس کے دست قدرت میں میری جان ہے، قیامت اس وقت تک قائم نہیں ہوگی جب تک درندے انسانوں سے باتیں نہ کرنے لگیں اور انسان سے اس کے کوڑے کا دستہ اور جوتے کا تسمہ باتیں نہ کرنے لگے اور ان کی ران اسے بتائے گی کہ اس کے پیچھے اس کے اہل خانہ نے کیا کیا۔
Hazrat Abusaeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik bhediye ne aik bakri per hamla kiya aur us ko pakar kar le gaya, charwaha us ki talash mein nikla aur use baziyab kara liya, woh bhediya apni dum ke bal baith kar kahne laga ki tum Allah se nahi darte ki tum ne mujh se mera rizq " jo Allah ne mujhe diya tha " chheen liya? Woh charwaha kahne laga taajjub hai ki aik bhediya apni dum par baith kar mujh se insano ki tarah baat kar raha hai? Woh bhediya kahne laga ki main tumhen is se ziada taajjub ki baat na bataun? Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Yasrib mein logon ko mazi ki khabrain bata rahe hain, jab woh charwaha apni bakriyon ko hankta hua Madina Munawwara wapas pahuncha to apni bakriyon ko aik kone mein chhor kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hua aur sara waqea gosh guzaar kardiya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hukum par " Assalatu jamiyatun " ki munaddi kar di gai, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne ghar se nikle aur charwahe se farmaya ki logon ke samne apna waqea bayan karo, us ne logon ke samne sara waqea bayan kardiya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya us ne sach kaha, is zaat ki qasam! Jis ke dast qudrat mein meri jaan hai, qayamat us waqt tak qaim nahi hogi jab tak darinde insano se baaten na karne lagein aur insan se us ke kore ka dasta aur joote ka tasma baaten na karne lagein aur un ki raan use bataegi ki us ke peechhe us ke ahle khana ne kya kiya.
Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Let not the awe or fear of people prevent any of you from speaking the truth when he sees it or knows it.” Abu Sa’eed said, “By Allah, we saw those times but we could not stand up (for the truth). We remained quiet.”

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا لوگوں کی ہیبت اور رعب و دبدبہ تم میں سے کسی کو حق بات کہنے سے نہ روکے، جب کہ وہ اس کے علم میں آجائے، یہ کہہ کر حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ رو پڑے اور فرمایا بخدا! ہم نے یہ حالات دیکھے لیکن ہم کھڑے نہ ہوئے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Radi Allaho Anho Se Marvi Hai Ke Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam Ne Farmaya Logon Ki Haibat Aur Raab O Dabdaba Tum Mein Se Kisi Ko Haq Baat Kehne Se Na Roke, Jab Ke Wo Uske Ilm Mein Aajae, Ye Keh Kar Hazrat Abu Saeed Radi Allaho Anho Ro Pade Aur Farmaya Buxuda! Hum Ne Ye Halat Dekhe Lekin Hum Khade Na Huye.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “When one of you is praying and does not remember how many rak'ahs he has prayed, then he should act upon certainty and then perform two prostrations of forgetfulness while sitting. If his prayer was odd, it will become even, and if it was even, it will humiliate Satan.”

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص نماز پڑھ رہا ہو اور اسے یاد نہ رہے کہ اس نے کتنی رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں تو اسے چاہئے کہ یقین پر بناء کرلے اور اس کے بعد بیٹھے بیٹھے سہو کے دو سجدے کرلے کیونکہ اگر اس کی نماز طاق ہوگئی تو جفت ہوجائے گی اور اگر جفت ہوئی تو شیطان کی رسوائی ہوگی۔
Hazrat Abusaeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs namaz parh raha ho aur usay yaad na rahe ki usne kitni rakaten parhi hain to usay chahiye ki yaqeen par banakar le aur uske baad baithe baithe sahu ke do sajde karle kyunki agar uski namaz taq hogayi to juft hojaigi aur agar juft hui to shaitan ki ruswai hogi.
It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "If there are three people, one of them should lead the prayer. The most deserving of them to lead is the one who has most memorized the Qur'an."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جہاں تین آدمی ہوں تو نماز کے وقت ایک امام بن جائے اور ان میں امامت کا زیادہ حقدار وہ ہے جو ان میں زیادہ قرآن جاننے والا ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne farmaya jahan teen aadmi hon to namaz ke waqt ek imam ban jaye aur un me imamat ka zyada haqdar wo hai jo un me zyada quran janne wala ho.
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The world is green and sweet. Allah will grant you authority in it to see what deeds you will do. Beware! On the Day of Judgment, every deceitful person will have a flag according to his deceit, and the greatest deceiver will be the one who is the ruler of an entire country."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا دنیا سرسبز و شاداب اور شیریں ہے، اللہ تمہیں اس میں خلافت عطاء فرما کر دیکھے گا کہ تم کیا اعمال سر انجام دیتے ہو؟ یاد رکھو! قیامت کے دن ہر دھوکے باز کا اس کے دھوکے بازی کے بقدر ایک جھنڈا ہوگا اور سب سے بڑا دھوکہ اس آدمی کا ہوگا جو پورے ملک کا عمومی حکمران ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya duniya sar sabz o shadab aur shirin hai Allah tumhein is mein khilafat ata farma kar dekhega ki tum kya amal sar anjam dete ho yaad rakho qayamat ke din har dhokhe baz ka uske dhokhe bazi ke baqadar ek jhanda hoga aur sab se bada dhoka us aadmi ka hoga jo pure mulk ka aam hukmaran ho
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the battle of Awtas, we received women as spoils of war, those women had husbands, and we did not feel good about establishing relations with them while their husbands were alive (so we asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about it), so this verse was revealed that married women are forbidden for you, except those who are your slave women, it is permissible to benefit from them.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہمیں غزوہ اوطاس کے قیدیوں میں مال غنیمت کے طور پر عورتیں ملیں، وہ عورتیں شوہروں والی تھیں، ہمیں یہ چیز اچھی محسوس نہ ہوئی کہ ان کے شوہروں کی زندگی میں ان سے تعلقات قائم کریں (چنانچہ ہم نے نبی ﷺ سے اس کے متعلق دریافت کیا) تو یہ آیت نازل ہوئی کہ شوہر والی عورتیں بھی حرام ہیں، البتہ جو تمہاری باندیاں ہیں، ان سے فائدہ اٹھانا حلال ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki hamen ghazwa autas ke qaidion mein maal ghanimat ke tor par aurten mili, wo aurten shoharon wali thi, hamen ye cheez achi mehsoos na hui ki inke shoharon ki zindagi mein inse taluqat qaim karen (chunanche hum ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se iske mutalliq daryaft kiya) to ye ayat nazil hui ki shohar wali aurten bhi haram hain, albatta jo tumhari bandiyan hain, inse faidah uthana halal hai.
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once he saw in a dream that he was writing Surah Saad. When he reached the verse of prostration, he saw that the inkpot, pen, and everything else present there fell into prostration. Upon waking up, he narrated this dream to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). After that, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) always performed the prostration of recitation in this Surah.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ انہوں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ وہ سورت ص لکھ رہے ہیں، جب آیت سجدہ پر پہنچے تو دیکھا کہ دوات، قلم اور ہر وہ چیز جو وہاں موجود تھی، سب سجدے میں گرگئے، بیدار ہو کر انہوں نے یہ خواب نبی ﷺ سے بیان کیا تو اس کے بعد نبی ﷺ ہمیشہ اس میں سجدہ تلاوت کرنے لگے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh ek martaba unhon ne khwab mein dekha keh woh Surah Saad likh rahe hain, jab ayat Sajdah par pahunche to dekha keh dawat, qalam aur har woh cheez jo wahan mojood thi, sab Sajde mein gir gaye, bedaar ho kar unhon ne ye khwab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se bayan kiya to is ke baad Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamesha is mein Sajdah tilawat karne lage.
On the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him), it is narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: You will follow the ways of those before you, span by span and cubit by cubit, to the extent that if they were to enter the hole of a lizard, you would follow them. We said: O Messenger of Allah! Do you mean the Jews and Christians? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Who else?

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا تم پہلے لوگوں کی بالشت بالشت بھر اور گز گز بھر عادات کی پیروی کرو گے حتیٰ کہ اگر وہ کسی گوہ کے بل میں داخل ہوں گے تو تم بھی ایسا ہی کرو گے، ہم نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! اس سے مراد یہود و نصاریٰ ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا تو اور کون؟
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne farmaya tum pehle logon ki balisht balisht bhar aur gaz gaz bhar aadat ki pairvi karoge hatta ki agar woh kisi gooh ke bil mein dakhil honge to tum bhi aisa hi karoge, hum ne arz kiya Ya Rasulullah SAW is se murad Yahood o Nasara hain? Nabi SAW ne farmaya to aur kaun.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the wife of Safwan bin Mu'attal came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We were all present there and she said, "O Messenger of Allah! When I pray, my husband Safwan bin Mu'attal hits me, and when I fast, he makes me break my fast, and he himself does not pray Fajr until the sun rises." Safwan was also present there. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked him about it, so he said, "O Messenger of Allah! As for what she said that I hit her when she prays, she recites two Surahs in one Rak'ah. I forbade her from doing that." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "One Surah is sufficient for everyone. As for her saying that I make her break her fast, she observes voluntary fasts, and I am a young man, I cannot be patient." On that very day, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "No woman should observe a voluntary fast without the permission of her husband." And as for her saying that I do not pray Fajr until the sun rises, it is well known about our family that we wake up after sunrise." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "When you wake up, then offer your prayer."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ صفوان بن معطل کی بیوی نبی ﷺ کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوئی، اس وقت ہم لوگ یہیں تھے اور وہ کہنے لگی یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! جب میں نماز پڑھتی ہوں تو میرا شوہر صفوان بن معطل مجھے مارتا ہے اور جب روزہ رکھتی ہوں تو تڑوا دیتا ہے اور خود فجر کی نماز نہیں پڑھتا حتیٰ کہ سورج نکل آتا ہے، صفوان بھی وہاں موجود تھے، نبی ﷺ نے ان سے اس کے متعلق پوچھا تو وہ کہنے لگے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! اس نے جو یہ کہا کہ جب میں نماز پڑھتی ہوں تو یہ مجھے مارتا ہے تو یہ ایک رکعت میں دو سورتیں پڑھتی ہے، میں نے اسے منع کیا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ ایک سورت تمام لوگوں کے لئے بھی کافی ہوتی ہے، رہی یہ بات کہ میں اس کا روزہ ختم کروا دیتا ہوں تو یہ نفلی روزے رکھتی ہے، میں نوجوان آدمی ہوں مجھ سے صبر نہیں ہوتا، اسی دن نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی عورت اپنے شوہر کی مرضی کے بغیر نفلی روزہ نہ رکھے اور رہا اس کا یہ کہنا کہ میں فجر کی نماز نہیں پڑھتا یہاں تک کہ سورج نکل آتا ہے تو ہمارے اہل خانہ کے حوالے سے یہ بات ہر جگہ مشہور ہے کہ ہم لوگ سورج نکلنے کے بعد ہی سو کر اٹھتے ہیں، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم بیدار ہوا کرو تو نماز پڑھ لیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki aik martaba Safwan bin Muattal ki biwi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein hazir hui, iss waqt hum log yaheen thay aur wo kehnay lagi Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ! Jab main namaz parhti hun to mera shohar Safwan bin Muattal mujhe marta hai aur jab roza rakhti hun to turva deta hai aur khud fajr ki namaz nahi parhta hatta ke sooraj nikal aata hai, Safwan bhi wahan mojood thay, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unse iss ke mutalliq poocha to wo kehnay lage Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ! Iss ne jo ye kaha ki jab main namaz parhti hun to ye mujhe marta hai to ye aik rakat mein do surtain parhti hai, maine isse mana kiya Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki aik surat tamam logon ke liye bhi kafi hoti hai, rahi ye baat ki main iss ka roza khatam karva deta hun to ye nafli rozy rakhti hai, main jawan aadmi hun mujhse sabar nahi hota, isi din Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi aurat apne shohar ki marzi ke baghair nafli roza na rakhay aur raha iss ka ye kehna ki main fajr ki namaz nahi parhta yahan tak ke sooraj nikal aata hai to hamare ahl khana ke hawale se ye baat har jagah mashhoor hai ki hum log sooraj nikalne ke baad hi so kar uthte hain, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum bedar hua karo to namaz parh liya karo.
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that (we used to estimate the duration of the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) standing in the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers, and our estimate was that) the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would stand in the first two rak'ahs (of Zuhr) for the duration of reciting thirty verses, and in the last two rak'ahs for half of that, while in the first two rak'ahs of 'Asr he would stand for half of that (thirty verses), and in the last two rak'ahs for half of that (fifteen verses).

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ (ہم لوگ نماز ظہر اور عصر میں نبی ﷺ کے قیام کا اندازہ لگایا کرتے تھے، چنانچہ ہمارا اندازہ یہ تھا کہ) نبی ﷺ کی پہلی دو رکعتوں میں تیس آیات کی تلاوت کے بقدر قیام فرماتے ہیں اور آخری دو رکعتوں میں اس کا نصف قیام فرماتے ہیں، جب کہ نماز عصر کی پہلی دو رکعتوں میں اس کا بھی نصف اور آخری دو رکعتوں میں اس کا بھی نصف قیام فرماتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki (hum log namaz Zuhr aur Asr mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke qayam ka andaza lagaya karte thay, chunancha hamara andaza yeh tha ki) Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki pehli do rakaton mein tees ayat ki tilawat ke baqdar qayam farmate hain aur akhri do rakaton mein iska nisf qayam farmate hain, jab keh namaz Asr ki pehli do rakaton mein iska bhi nisf aur akhri do rakaton mein iska bhi nisf qayam farmate hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was standing in the plain of Arafat, supplicating, with the back of his hands facing the earth.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ میدانِ عرفات میں کھڑے ہو کر اس طرح دعاء کر رہے تھے کہ ہتھیلیوں کی پشت زمین کی جانب رکھی تھی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) maidan e arafaat mein kharay ho kar iss tarah dua kar rahay thay ki hatheliyon ki pusht zameen ki janib rakhi thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (R.A.) that the Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited fasting on the day of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے عیدالفطر اور عیدالاضحی کے دن روزہ رکھنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Eid-ul-Fitr aur Eid-ul-Azha ke din roza rakhne se mana farmaya hai.
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade (us) from garlic and onions. We asked him, "Are these things haram (forbidden)?" He replied, "No, but the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade (us) from it."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے لہسن اور پیاز سے منع فرمایا ہے، ہم نے ان سے پوچھا کہ کیا یہ چیزیں حرام ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نہیں البتہ نبی ﷺ نے اس سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Said Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne lahsan aur piyaz se mana farmaya hai, hum ne un se pucha ki kya yeh cheezen haram hain? Unhon ne farmaya ki nahin albatta Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood in the plain of Arafat and supplicated, raising both his hands opposite his chest, below his shoulders, with the back of his palms facing the ground.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ میدانِ عرفات میں کھڑے ہو کر اس طرح دعاء کر رہے تھے کہ آپ ﷺ نے اپنے ہاتھ اپنے سینے کے سامنے اور کندھوں سے نیچے بلند کر رکھے تھے اور ہتھیلیوں کی پشت زمین کی جانب رکھی تھی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) maidan e arafaat mein kharay ho kar iss tarah dua kar rahay thay keh aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne hath apne seene ke samne aur kandhon se neeche buland kar rakhe thay aur hatheliyon ki pusht zameen ki jaanib rakhi thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Sa'eed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that we used to use the leftover provisions of Hajj as sustenance, and almost the entire year would pass while consuming it.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ حج کے بچے ہوئے سامان زاد کے طور پر استعمال کرتے تھے اور قریب قریب پورا سال اس پر گذر جاتا تھا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki hum log Hajj ke bache hue saman zaad ke tor par istemaal karte thay aur qareeb qareeb poora saal is par guzar jata tha.
It is narrated by Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that once Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) led the Zuhr prayer to his companions (رضي الله تعالى عنه). After the prayer, a man came. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) asked him what had prevented him from praying. He gave some excuse and intended to offer the prayer. The Prophet (PBUH) said, “Who will give him company in prayer out of charity?” A man then went with him and offered the prayer.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم کو نماز ظہر پڑھائی، نماز کے بعد ایک آدمی آیا، نبی ﷺ نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تمہیں نماز سے کس چیز نے روکا؟ اس نے کوئی وجہ بیان کی اور نماز کا ارادہ کرنے لگا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کون اس پر صدقہ کر کے اس کے ساتھ نماز پڑھے گا؟ اس پر ایک آدمی نے اس کے ساتھ جا کر نماز پڑھی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri raziallahu anhu se marvi hai keh aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sahaba kiram raziallahu anhum ko namaz zuhar parhayi, namaz ke baad aik aadmi aaya, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne us se poocha keh tumhen namaz se kis cheez ne roka? Us ne koi waja bayan ki aur namaz ka irada karne laga Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kaun is par sadqah kar ke is ke sath namaz parhe ga? Is par aik aadmi ne is ke sath ja kar namaz parhi.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once during the prosperous era of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), inflation increased. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) requested, "Please set the prices for us." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Allah alone is the One who sets the prices. I desire that when I depart from amongst you, none of you should have any claim against me for any injustice done to his wealth or life."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں مہنگائی بڑھ گئی تو صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا کہ آپ ہمارے لئے نرخ مقرر فرما دیجئے، نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا قیمت مقرر کرنے اور نرخ مقرر کرنے والا اللہ ہی ہے، میں چاہتا ہوں کہ جب میں تم سے جدا ہو کر جاؤں تو تم میں سے کوئی اپنے مال یا جان پر کسی ظلم کا مجھ سے مطالبہ کرنے والا نہ ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ke ek martaba Nabi SAW ke dor e basadat mein mehangai barh gai to sahaba RA ne arz kiya ke aap humare liye narhk muqarrar farma dijiye, Nabi SAW ne farmaya qeemat muqarrar karne aur narhk muqarrar karne wala Allah hi hai, mein chahta hun ke jab mein tum se juda ho kar jaun to tum mein se koi apne maal ya jaan par kisi zulm ka mujh se mutalba karne wala na ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever accompanies a funeral procession should not sit down before the bier is placed on the ground."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص جنازے کے ساتھ جائے وہ جنازہ زمین پر رکھے جانے سے پہلے خود نہ بیٹھے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya jo shakhs janaze ke sath jaye woh janaza zameen par rakhe jane se pehle khud na baithe.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade eating the meat of the sacrifice for more than three days. The people came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, but we have our wives and children too?" The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said, "You can eat it, you can store it, and do so with excellence."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے تین دن سے زیادہ قربانی کا گوشت کھانے سے منع فرمایا تھا، لوگوں نے آکر عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! ہمارے بال بچے بھی تو ہیں؟ اس پر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ تم کھا بھی سکتے ہو، ذخیرہ بھی کرسکتے ہو اور عمدگی کے ساتھ کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne teen din se ziada qurbani ka gosht khane se mana farmaya tha, logon ne aakar arz kiya Ya Rasulullah SAW! humare baal bache bhi to hain? Iss par Nabi SAW ne farmaya ki tum kha bhi sakte ho, zakhira bhi kar sakte ho aur umdagi ke sath karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When you go to an orchard and want to eat, call out to the owner of the orchard three times. If he comes, then well and good; otherwise, eat alone, but do not go beyond the limit. Similarly, when you pass by a shepherd, call out to him three times. If he comes, then well and good; otherwise, you can drink his milk, but do not go beyond the limit. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The feast lasts for three days, after that, whatever remains is charity." And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The feast lasts for three days, after that, whatever remains is charity."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب تم کسی باغ میں جاؤ اور کھانا کھانے لگو تو تین مرتبہ باغ کے مالک کو آواز دے کر بلاؤ، آجائے تو بہت اچھا، ورنہ اکیلے ہی کھالو لیکن حد سے آگے نہ بڑھو، اسی طرح جب تم کسی چرواہے کے پاس سے گذرو تو اسے تین مرتبہ آواز دے لو، اگر وہ آجائے تو بہت اچھا، ورنہ اس کا دودھ پی سکتا ہے جبکہ حد سے آگے نہ بڑھے۔ اور نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ضیافت تین دن تک ہوتی ہے، اس کے بعد جو کچھ ہوتا ہے، وہ صدقہ ہوتا ہے۔ اور نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ضیافت تین دن تک ہوتی ہے، اس کے بعد جو کچھ ہوتا ہے، وہ صدقہ ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ki Rasul (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jab tum kisi bagh mein jao aur khana khane lago to teen martaba bagh ke malik ko awaz de kar bulaao, aa jaye to bahut achcha, warna akele hi khao lekin had se aage na barho, isi tarah jab tum kisi charwahe ke pass se guzar to use teen martaba awaz de lo, agar wo aa jaye to bahut achcha, warna us ka doodh pee sakta hai jab keh had se aage na barhe. Aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ziafat teen din tak hoti hai, us ke bad jo kuchh hota hai, wo sadqah hota hai. Aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ziafat teen din tak hoti hai, us ke bad jo kuchh hota hai, wo sadqah hota hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that there is no Zakat on less than five ounces of silver, nor on less than five camels, nor on less than five wasq of dates.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ پانچ اوقیہ سے کم چاندی میں زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے، پانچ اونٹوں سے کم میں زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے اور پانچ وسق سے کم کھجور میں بھی زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai keh panch auqiya se kam chandi mein zakat nahi hai, panch oonton se kam mein zakat nahi hai aur panch wasaq se kam khajoor mein bhi zakat nahi hai.
Narrated Abu Saeed Khudri (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "While I was sleeping, I saw (in a dream) people being displayed before me, wearing shirts. Some shirts extended to their chests, and some were shorter than that. Then Umar bin Al-Khattab (RA) passed by me, wearing a shirt that was so long that it trailed on the ground." The Companions asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what did you interpret from that?" He (ﷺ) said, " (It is) Religion."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک مرتبہ میں سو رہا تھا تو میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ لوگ میرے سامنے پیش کئے جا رہے ہیں اور انہوں نے قمیصیں پہن رکھی ہیں، لیکن کسی کی قمیص چھاتی تک اور کسی کی اس سے نیچے تک ہے، جب عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ میرے پاس سے گذرے تو انہوں نے جو قمیص پہن رکھی تھی وہ زمین پر گھس رہی تھی نبی ﷺ سے صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا کہ یا رسول اللہ ﷺ پھر آپ نے اس کی کیا تعبیر لی؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا دین۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ek martaba main so raha tha to main ne khwab main dekha ki log mere samne pesh kiye ja rahe hain aur unhon ne qameesen pehn rakhi hain, lekin kisi ki qamees chhati tak aur kisi ki us se neeche tak hai, jab Umar bin Khattab Raziallahu Anhu mere pass se guzre to unhon ne jo qamees pehn rakhi thi wo zameen par ghis rahi thi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se sahaba Raziallahu Anhum ne poocha ki Ya Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) phir aap ne is ki kya tabeer li? Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya deen.
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that once someone asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah, can we perform ablution with the water of the well of Budhaa'ah?" (This well was where women would throw their dirty clothes, other foul-smelling things, and dog meat). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Water is pure, nothing can make it impure."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ کسی نے نبی ﷺ سے پوچھا کہ یا رسول اللہ ﷺ کیا ہم بیر بضاعہ کے پانی سے وضو کرسکتے ہیں؟ دراصل اس کنوئیں میں عورتوں کے گندے کپڑے، دوسری بدبو دار چیزیں اور کتوں کا گوشت پھینکا جاتا تھا نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا پانی پاک ہوتا ہے، اسے کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرسکتی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba kisi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se poocha ki ya Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kya hum bair budza ke pani se wazu kar sakte hain Darasal is kunwain mein auraton ke gande kapre dusri badbu dar cheezain aur kutton ka gosht phenka jata tha Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya pani pak hota hai ise koi cheez napaak nahin kar sakti
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying on the pulpit: "O people! I saw the Night of Qadr, but then it was made to be forgotten by me. And I saw in a dream that two bracelets of gold were put on both my hands. I found them burdensome, so I blew on them and they vanished. I interpreted it to be two liars, i.e., the one from Yemen (Aswad Ansi) and the one from Yamamah (Musaylimah the Liar)."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے میں نے نبی ﷺ کو برسر منبر یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ لوگو! میں نے شب قدر کو دیکھا لیکن پھر بھلا دی گئی، نیز میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ میرے دونوں ہاتھوں پر سونے کے دو کنگن رکھ دیئے گئے مجھے وہ بڑے گراں گذرے چنانچہ میں نے انہیں پھونک مار دی اور وہ غائب ہوگئے، میں نے اس کی تعبیر دو کذابوں سے کی یعنی یمن ولا (اسود عنسی ' اور یمامہ والا (مسیلمہ کذاب)۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko barsar mimbar ye farmate huye suna hai keh logon! maine shab e qadr ko dekha lekin phir bhula di gayi, neez maine khwab mein dekha keh mere donon hathon per sone ke do kangan rakh diye gaye mujhe wo bare gran guzare chunancha maine unhen phoonk mar di aur wo ghaib hogaye, maine is ki tabeer do kazzabon se ki yani yaman wala (aswad ansi ' aur yamama wala (musailama kazzab).
It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that some people complained about ‘Ali to the Prophet (ﷺ). The Prophet (ﷺ) stood up to address us and I heard him say: “Do not complain about ‘Ali, for by Allah, he is very strict in the cause of Allah.”
حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ کچھ لوگوں نے نبی ﷺ کے سامنے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی شکایت لگائی تو نبی ﷺ ہمارے درمیان خطبہ دینے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے اور میں نے انہیں یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ لوگو! علی سے شکوہ نہ کیا کرو، واللہ! وہ اللہ کی ذات میں یا اللہ کی راہ میں بڑا سخت آدمی ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki aik martaba kuch logon ne Nabi SAW ke samne Hazrat Ali RA ki shikayat lagai to Nabi SAW hamare darmiyan khutba dene ke liye khare hue aur maine unhen ye farmate hue suna ki logo! Ali se shikwa na kiya karo, wallahi! woh Allah ki zaat mein ya Allah ki rah mein bada sakht aadmi hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once someone asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! Can we perform ablution with the water of Bir Bada'ah?" (This well was where women's dirty clothes, other foul-smelling things, and dog meat were thrown). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Water is pure, nothing can make it impure."
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying on the pulpit, “O people! I saw the night of Qadr but then I forgot it. However, I saw in my dream that two bracelets of gold were put on both my hands. They seemed heavy to me, so I blew on them and they vanished. I interpreted it to be about the two liars, meaning the one from Yemen (Aswad Ansi) and the one from Yamama (Musaylimah the liar).
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once some people complained to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about Ali (may Allah be pleased with him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood among us to deliver a sermon, and I heard him say, "O people! Do not complain about Ali. By Allah, he is a very strict man in the cause of Allah or in the way of Allah!"
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once someone asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah! حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ کو برسر منبر یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ لوگو! میں نے شب قدر کو دیکھا لیکن پھر بھلا دی گئی، نیز میں نے خواب میں دیکھا کہ میرے دونوں ہاتھوں پر سونے کے دو کنگن رکھ دیئے گئے، مجھے وہ بڑے گراں گذرے چنانچہ میں نے انہیں پھونک مار دی اور وہ غائب ہوگئے، میں نے اس کی تعبیر دو کذابوں سے کی یعنی یمن والا (اسود عنسی) اور یمامہ والا (مسیلمہ کذاب)

It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “There is no Zakat on dates less than five wasq (a unit of measurement), nor on silver less than five uqiyah (a unit of weight), nor on camels less than five."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا پانچ وسق سے کم کھجور میں زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے، پانچ اوقیہ سے کم چاندی میں زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے اور پانچ اونٹوں سے کم میں زکوٰۃ نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Raziallahu Anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya panch wasaq se kam khajoor mein zakat nahi hai, panch auqiya se kam chandi mein zakat nahi hai aur panch oonton se kam mein zakat nahi hai.
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I once bought a ram for sacrifice. A wolf came by chance and ate a part of its hip. I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) (whether it could be sacrificed or not). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Sacrifice it."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے قربانی کے لئے ایک مینڈھا خریدا، اتفاق سے ایک بھیڑیا آیا اور اس کے سرین کا حصہ نوچ کر کھا گیا، میں نے نبی ﷺ سے پوچھا (کہ اس کی قربانی ہوسکتی ہے یا نہیں؟) نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا تم اسی کی قربانی کرلو۔
Hazrat Abusaid Khudri RA se marvi hai ki ek martaba maine qurbani ke liye ek mendha khareeda, ittefaq se ek bheriya aaya aur uske sereia ka hissa noch kar kha gaya, maine Nabi SAW se poocha (keh uski qurbani hosakti hai ya nahin?) Nabi SAW ne farmaya tum usi ki qurbani kar lo.
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The people of the tribe of Mudar will continue to kill the servants of Allah until no one is left who worships Allah, or the Muslims will continue to kill them until they are unable to prevent them from even drinking from a vessel."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا قبیلہ مضر کے لوگ اللہ کے بندوں کو مارتے رہیں گے تاکہ اللہ کی عبادت کرنے والا کوئی نام نہ رہے، یا مسلمان انہیں مارتے رہیں گے تاکہ وہ ان سے کسی برتن کا پیندا بھی نہ روک سکیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya qabeela Muzar ke log Allah ke bandon ko maarte rahenge taake Allah ki ibadat karne wala koi naam na rahe, ya musalman unhen maarte rahenge taake wo un se kisi bartan ka painda bhi na rok saken.
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Whoever among you intends to fast continuously (for several days) eating only one pre-dawn meal (Suhoor) should do so until the next pre-dawn meal." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) said, "O Messenger of Allah! Do you fast continuously like that?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "I am not like you in this matter. I spend the night and my Lord feeds me and gives me to drink."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ ایک ہی سحری سے مسلسل کئی روزے رکھنے سے اپنے آپ کو جو شخص ایسا کرنا ہی چاہتا ہے تو وہ سحری تک ایسا کرلے، صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! آپ تو اس طرح تسلسل کے ساتھ روزے رکھتے ہیں؟ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اس معاملے میں میں تمہاری طرح نہیں ہوں، میں تو اس حال میں رات گزارتا ہوں کہ میرا رب خود ہی مجھے کھلا پلا دیتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ke unhon ne Nabi SAW ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke aik hi sehri se musalsal kai roze rakhne se apne aap ko jo shakhs aisa karna hi chahta hai to wo sehri tak aisa karle, Sahaba kiram RA ne arz kiya Ya Rasulullah SAW! Aap to is tarah tasalsul ke sath roze rakhte hain? Nabi SAW ne farmaya is mamle mein main tumhari tarah nahi hun, main to is haal mein raat guzarta hun ke mera Rab khud hi mujhe khila pila deta hai.
It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, concerning the captives of Awtaas: “No man should have intercourse with a pregnant woman until she has given birth, or with one who is not pregnant until one menstrual cycle has passed.”

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے غزوہ اوطاس کے قیدیوں کے متعلق فرمایا تھا کوئی شخص کسی حاملہ باندی سے مباشرت نہ کرے، تاآنکہ وضع حمل ہوجائے اور اگر وہ غیر حاملہ ہو تو ایام کے ایک دو روز گذرنے تک اس سے مباشرت نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abusaid Khudri raziallahu anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Ghazwa Utas ke qaidion ke mutalliq farmaya tha koi shakhs kisi hamil bandi se mubashrat na kare, taankih wazae hamal ho jae aur agar wo ghair hamil ho to ayaam ke ek do roz guzarne tak us se mubashrat na kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The fear and awe of people should not prevent any of you from speaking the truth, when he knows it."

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا لوگوں کی ہیبت اور رعب و دبدبہ تم میں سے کسی کو حق بات کہنے سے نہ روکے، جب کہ اسے اس کا یقین ہو۔
Hazrat Abusaeed razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya logon ki haibat aur raab o dabdaba tum mein se kisi ko haq baat kahne se na roke, jab ke use iska yaqeen ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed (R.A.) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed us about the march on the 2nd of Ramadan. We set out fasting. When we reached a place called Kadid, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to break our fasts. When morning came, some people kept the fast and some did not. When we reached the enemy, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to break our fasts, so we all broke our fasts.

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے رمضان کی دو تاریخ کو ہمیں کوچ کے حوالے سے مطلع کیا، ہم روزہ رکھ کر روانہ ہوگئے، مقامِ کدید میں پہنچ کر نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں روزہ ختم کردینے کا حکم دیا، جب صبح ہوئی تو کچھ لوگوں نے روزہ رکھ لیا اور کچھ نے نہیں رکھا اور جب دشمن کے سامنے پہنچ کر نبی ﷺ نے ہمیں روزہ ختم کردینے کا حکم دیا تو ہم سب نے روزہ ختم کرلیا۔
Hazrat Abusaid razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Ramzan ki do tareekh ko humein koche ke hawale se muttala kiya, hum roza rakh kar rawana hogaye, maqam-e-Kodeed mein pahunch kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein roza khatam kar dene ka hukum diya, jab subah hui to kuch logon ne roza rakh liya aur kuch ne nahin rakha aur jab dushman ke samne pahunch kar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein roza khatam kar dene ka hukum diya to hum sab ne roza khatam kar liya.
It is narrated by Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed us about the journey on the second of Ramadan. We left while fasting and when we reached a place called Kadid, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to break our fasts. Hazrat Abu Saeed Radi Allaho Anho se marvi hai ki Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne Ramzan ki do tareekh ko humain koch ke hawale se mutla kia, hum roza rakh kar rawana hogaye, maqam-e-Kodeed mein pahonch kar Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne humain roza khatam kar dene ka hukum diya, jab subah hui to kuch logon ne roza rakh liya aur kuch ne nahi rakha aur jab dushman ke samne pahonch kar Nabi Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne humain roza khatam kar dene ka hukum diya to hum sab ne roza khatam kar liya.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say "Samiallahu liman hamidah" (Allah hears those who praise Him), he would then say, "O our Lord! O Allah! All praise is for You alone, as much as the capacity of the heavens and the earth and whatever You wish beyond them. You alone are worthy of praise and greatness. Whatever a servant says, You are the most deserving of it, and we are all Your servants. Whatever You give to someone, no one can hold it back, and the greatness of any person of high rank is of no benefit before You."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب " سمع اللہ لمن حمدہ " کہتے تو اس کے بعد یہ فرماتے کہ اے ہمارے پروردگار! اے اللہ! تمام تعریفیں آپ ہی کے لئے ہیں، زمین و آسمان اور اس کے علاوہ جنہیں آپ چاہیں، ان کے پر کرنے کی بقدر، آپ ہی تعریف اور بزرگی کے لائق ہیں، بندے جو کہتے ہیں تو ان کا سب سے زیادہ حقدار ہے اور ہم سب آپ کے بندے ہیں، جسے آپ کچھ دے دیں اس سے وہ چیز کوئی روک نہیں سکتا اور کسی مرتبہ والے کی بزرگی آپ کے سامنے کوئی فائدہ نہیں دے سکتی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW jab "Samiallahu Liman Hamidah" kehte to uske baad yeh farmate keh aye hamare parvardigaar! Aye Allah! Tamam tarifain aap hi ke liye hain, zameen o aasman aur uske ilawa jinhen aap chahein, un ke pur karne ki baqadar, aap hi tareef aur buzurgi ke layeq hain, bande jo kehte hain to unka sab se zyada haqdaar hai aur hum sab aap ke bande hain, jise aap kuch de den us se woh cheez koi rok nahin sakta aur kisi martaba wale ki buzurgi aap ke samne koi faida nahin de sakti.
Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him): Whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Sami'Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise Him)," he would then say, "O our Lord, all praise is due to You: praise that is befitting to the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, and befitting to whatever else You will. You alone deserve all praise and majesty. You alone are worthy of praise. And we are Your servants. Whatever You grant, none can withhold, and whatever You withhold, none can grant besides You. The might of the mighty is of no avail before You.

Tamam tareefain aap hi ke liye hain, zameen o aasman aur is ke ilawa jinhen aap chahein, un ke pur karne ki baqadar, aap hi tareef aur bazurgi ke laeeq hain, bande jo kehte hain to un ka sab se zyada haqdaar hai aur hum sab aap ke bande hain, jise aap kuchh de den is se wo cheez koi rok nahin sakta aur kisi martaba wale ki bazurgi aap ke samne koi faida nahin de sakti.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: The balconies of those who love each other for the sake of Allah will shine in Paradise like a star rising in the East or the West. It will be asked, "Who are these people?" It will be said, "These are the ones who loved each other for the sake of Allah."

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ کی رضاء کے لئے ایک دوسرے سے محبت کرنے والوں کے بالاخانے جنت میں اس طرح نظر آئیں گے جیسے مشرق یا مغرب میں طلوع ہونے والا ستارہ، پوچھا جائے گا کہ یہ کون لوگ ہیں؟ تو جواب دیا جائے گا کہ یہ اللہ کی رضاء کے لئے ایک دوسرے سے محبت کرنے والے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne irshad farmaya Allah ki raza ke liye aik dusre se mohabbat karne walon ke bala khane jannat mein iss tarah nazar ayenge jaise mashriq ya maghrib mein talu hone wala sitara poocha jayega keh yeh kaun log hain to jawab diya jayega keh yeh Allah ki raza ke liye aik dusre se mohabbat karne wale hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When any one of you is praying and does not remember how many rak'ahs he has prayed, then he should act upon certainty and then perform two prostrations of forgetfulness while sitting. If his prayer was witr (odd number), it will become even, and if it was even, it will disgrace Satan.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص نماز پڑھ رہا ہو اور اسے یاد نہ رہے کہ اس نے کتنی رکعتیں پڑھی ہیں تو اسے چاہئے کہ یقین پر بناء کرلے اور اس کے بعد بیٹھے بیٹھے سہو کے دو سجدے کرلے کیونکہ اگر اس کی نماز طاق ہوگئی تو جفت ہوجائے گی اور اگر جفت ہوئی تو شیطان کی رسوائی ہوگی۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai ki Nabi SAW ne irshad farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs namaz parh raha ho aur usay yaad na rahe ki usne kitni rakaten parhi hain to usay chahiye ki yakin per bunyad kar le aur uske baad baithe baithe sahu ke do sajday kar le kyunki agar uski namaz taq ho gai to juft ho jayegi aur agar juft hui to shaitan ki ruswai hogi.
It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Do not let the awe or fear of people prevent any of you from speaking the truth if he sees it.”

حضرت ابوسعید رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا لوگوں کی ہیبت اور رعب و دبدبہ تم میں سے کسی کو حق بات کہنے سے نہ روکے، جب کہ وہ اسے خود دیکھ لے۔
Hazrat Abusaid razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya logon ki haibat aur raab o dabdaba tum mein se kisi ko haq baat kehne se na roke, jab keh woh use khud dekh le.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once, in the presence of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the topic of "musk" arose. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said that it is the best of all fragrances.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ کے سامنے " مشک " کا تذکرہ ہوا تو نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا وہ سب سے عمدہ خوشبو ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke samne "mushk" ka tazkara hua to Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya woh sab se umda khushbu hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was more modest "than a virgin in her veil" and when anything displeased the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we would recognize it from his face.

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کسی کنواری عورت سے بھی زیادہ " جو اپنے پردے میں ہو " باحیاء تھے اور جب آپ ﷺ کو کوئی چیز ناگوار محسوس ہوتی تو وہ ہم آپ ﷺ کے چہرے سے ہی پہچان لیا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kisi kunwari aurat se bhi zyada "jo apne parday mein ho" ba hayaa thay aur jab Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko koi cheez nagawar mehsoos hoti to wo hum Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke chehre se hi pehchan liya karte thay.
It was narrated from Abu Sa'eed al-Khudri that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There will not cease to be a group among my Ummah upon the truth, victorious. Those who oppose them will not harm them, until the decree of Allah comes, and they are in that state." (Sahih al-Bukhari 3641)

حضرت ابوسعید خدری رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ نے جس شخص کو بھی خلافت عطاء فرمائی، اس کے قریب دو گروہ رہے ہیں، ایک گروہ اسے خیر کا حکم دیتا اور اس کی ترغیب دیتا ہے اور دوسرا گروہ اسے شر کا حکم دیتا اور اس کی ترغیب دیتا ہے اور بچتا وہی ہے جسے اللہ بچالے۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri RA se marvi hai keh Nabi SAW ne farmaya Allah ne jis shakhs ko bhi Khilafat ata farmae, uske kareeb do gorah rahay hain, aik gorah use khair ka hukum deta aur uski targhib deta hai aur dosra gorah use shar ka hukum deta aur uski targhib deta hai aur bachta wohi hai jise Allah bacha le.
