It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “On the Day of Judgment, the wealth of he who does not pay its Zakat will be transformed into a bald serpent with two black spots above its eyes. It will be placed around his neck like a collar, and it will say to him, ‘I am your treasure, I am your treasure.’”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص اپنے مال کی زکوٰۃ ادا نہیں کرتا قیامت کے دن اس کا مال گنجے سانپ کی شکل میں آئے گا جس کی آنکھ کے اوپر دو سیاہ نقطے ہوں گے، وہ سانپ طوق بنا کر اس کے گلے میں لٹکا دیا جائے گا اور وہ اسے کہے گا کہ میں تیرا خزانہ ہوں میں تیرا خزانہ ہوں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs apne mal ki zakat ada nahi karta qayamat ke din uska mal ganje sanp ki shakal mein aaye ga jis ki aankh ke upar do siyah nuqtay honge, woh sanp tauq bana kar uske gale mein latka diya jaye ga aur woh use kahe ga ki mein tera khazanah hun mein tera khazanah hun.
Nafi', may Allah have mercy on him, said that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, were on a journey. One of his students dismounted from his ride to offer the Witr prayer. He (Ibn Umar) asked him, "What's the matter? Why didn't you stay mounted?" He replied, "I want to offer the Witr prayer." Sayyiduna Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, said, "Isn't the character of the Messenger of Allah a good example for you?"

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما ایک سفر میں تھے ان کا کوئی شاگرد وتر پڑھنے کے لئے اپنی سواری سے اترا تو انہوں نے اس سے پوچھا کیا بات ہے تم سوار کیوں نہیں رہے؟ اس نے کہا میں وتر پڑھنا چاہتا ہوں سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا: ”کیا اللہ کے رسول کی ذات میں تمہارے لئے اسؤہ حسنہ موجود نہیں ہے۔
Nafi rehmatullah alaih ke syedna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma aik safar mein thay un ka koi shagird witr parhne ke liye apni sawari se utra to unhon ne us se poocha kya baat hai tum sawar kyun nahi rahe? Us ne kaha mein witr parhna chahta hun syedna Umar razi Allah anhu ne farmaya: ”kya Allah ke Rasool ki zaat mein tumhare liye uswa hasna mojood nahi hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Spread peace, feed others, and maintain the bonds of brotherhood as commanded by Allah.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”سلام کو پھیلاؤ کھانا کھلاؤ اور حکم الہٰی کے مطابق بھائی بھائی بن کر رہو۔
Sayyadena Ibne Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ke Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Salam ko phelaao khana khilao aur hukm ilahi ke mutabiq bhai bhai ban kar raho."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Do not meet the traders before they reach the marketplace with their goods." And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade deceitful trading: "...".

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”بازار میں سامان پہنچنے سے پہلے تاجروں سے نہ ملا کرو نیز نبی کریم ﷺ نے دھوکے کی بیع سے منع فرمایا: ”ہے۔

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave this verdict: “The Wala (allegiance/guardianship) belongs to the one who sets the slave free.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ فیصلہ فرمایا: ”ہے کہ ولاء اسی کا حق ہے جو غلام کو آزاد کرتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye faisla farmaya: Hai ki wala isi ka haq hai jo ghulam ko azad karta hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever frees his share from a jointly owned slave, then the price of the slave shall be estimated. If he does not have wealth, then he will only be required to pay for the share that he freed.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص کسی مشترکہ غلام کو اپنے حصے کے بقدر آزاد کر دیتا ہے تو وہ غلام کی قیمت لگائی جائے گی اگر اس کے پاس مال نہ ہو تو جتنا اس نے آزاد کیا ہے اتنا ہی رہے گا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs kisi mushtareka gulam ko apne hisse ke baqadr azad kar deta hai to woh gulam ki qeemat lagayi jayegi agar uske pass maal na ho to jitna usne azad kiya hai utna hi rahega.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “An army unit was sent towards Najd. Their share of the spoils of war was twelve camels each, and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also gave us one camel each as a reward.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”نجد کی طرف ایک سریہ روانہ فرمایا: ”ان کا حصہ بارہ بارہ اونٹ بنے اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں ایک ایک اونٹ بطور انعام کے بھی عطاء فرمایا: ”۔
Saina Ibne Umar Radi Allaho Anhuma se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne farmaya: ”Najd ki taraf ek sariya rawana farmaya: ”In ka hissa barah barah unt bane aur Nabi Kareem Sallallaho Alaihi Wasallam ne humein ek ek unt ba tour inaam ke bhi ataa farmaya: ”.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The reward of prayer in congregation is twenty-seven degrees higher than the reward of praying alone."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تنہا نماز پڑھنے سے جماعت کے ساتھ نماز پڑھنے کی فضیلت ستائیں درجے زیادہ ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tanha namaz parhne se jamaat ke sath namaz parhne ki fazilat satayis darje zyada hai.”
It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Trim the mustache closely and grow the beard long."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”مونچھیں خوب اچھی طرح کتروادیا کرو اور ڈاڑھی خوب بڑھایا کرو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Moonchhen khoob achi tarah katarwadiya karo aur darhi khoob barhaya karo.
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with both of them, used to stone the Jamarat on foot after the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah and would say that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to do the same.

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a Dus Hajj Ke Baad Jamarat Ki Rami Paidal Kiya Karte The Aur Batate The Ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Bhi Isi Tarah Karte The.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) granted Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) a piece of land named Sharair as a fief. And it happened like this: the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) mounted a swift horse and made it gallop, then stopped at a place and threw his whip, and said, "Give Sayyiduna Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) the land as far as this whip went."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے سیدنا زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو زمین کا ایک قطعہ جس کا نام شریر تھا بطور جاگیر کے عطاء فرمایا: ”اور اس کی صورت یہ ہوئی کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک تیز رفتار گھوڑے پر بیٹھ کر اسے دوڑایا پھر ایک جگہ رک کر اپناکوڑا پھینکا اور فرمایا: ”جہاں تک یہ کوڑا گیا ہے وہاں تک کہ جگہ سیدنا زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو دے دو۔
Sayyidaana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sayyidaana Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko zameen ka ek qata jis ka naam Sharee'r tha bataur jaagir ke ata farmaaya: "Aur is ki surat yeh hui ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek tez raftar ghore par baith kar use daudaaya phir ek jagah ruk kar apna koda phenka aur farmaaya: "Jahan tak yeh koda gaya hai wahan tak ki jagah Sayyidaana Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko de do."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Qaza' is forbidden." Qaza' means that when a child's hair is cut, some of the hair is cut and some is left (as is the fashion these days).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”قزع سے منع فرمایا: ”ہے قزع کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ بچے کے بال کٹواتے وقت کچھ بال کٹوا لئے جائیں اور کچھ چھوڑ دیئے جائیں (جیسا کہ آج کل فیشن ہے)
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: qaza se mana farmaya hai, qaza ka matlab ye hai ki bache ke baal katwate waqt kuch baal katwa liye jayen aur kuch chor diye jayen (jaisa ki aaj kal fashion hai).
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the first charity in Islam was given by Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) and the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to him: "Keep its original with you and give its profit in charity."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ اسلام میں سب سے پہلاصدقہ وہ تھا جو سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کیا تھا اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے فرمایا: ”تھا اس کی اصل تو اپنے پاس رکھ لو اور اس کے منافع صدقہ کر دو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Islam mein sab se pehla sadqa woh tha jo Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne kiya tha aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne un se farmaya: "tha is ki asal to apne pass rakh lo aur is ke manafe sadqa kar do."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to teach us the Holy Quran. During that, if he recited a verse of prostration and prostrated, we would also prostrate along with him.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں قرآن کریم سکھاتے تھے اس دوران اگر وہ آیت سجدہ کی تلاوت فرماتے اور سجدہ کرتے تو ہم بھی ان کے ساتھ سجدہ کرتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamen Quran Kareem sikhate thy us doran agar wo ayat sajda ki tilawat farmate aur sajda karte to hum bhi un k sath sajda karte thy.
Nafi' (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to spend the night at Dhi Tuwa. When morning came, he would perform Ghusl (ritual bath) and order his companions to do the same. Then he would enter through the upper Thaniya and exit through the lower Thaniya, saying that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to do the same.

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما مقام ذی طوی میں پہنچ کر رات گزارتے صبح ہونے کے بعد غسل کرتے اور ساتھیوں کو بھی غسل کا حکم دیتے اور ثنیہ علیا سے داخل ہوتے اور ثنیہ سفلی سے باہر نکلتے اور بتاتے تھے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ بھی اسی طرح کرتے تھے۔
Nafe rahmatullahi alaih kehte hain ke sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a maqam Zi Tuwa mein pahunch kar raat guzarte subah hone ke baad ghusl karte aur sathiyon ko bhi ghusl ka hukum dete aur saniya ula se dakhil hote aur saniya sufla se bahar nikalte aur batate the ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bhi isi tarah karte the.
Nafi', may Allah have mercy on him, said that Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, used to perform Raml (fast-paced walking) in the first three circuits of Tawaf, from the Black Stone to the Black Stone. He was of the view that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to do the same.

نافع رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما طواف کے پہلے چکروں میں رمل حجر اسود سے حجر اسود تک کرتے تھے۔ ان کا خیال یہ تھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ بھی اسی طرح کرتے تھے۔
Nafi rahmatullah alaih kehte hain ki sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a tawaf ke pehle chakron mein ramal Hajar Aswad se Hajar Aswad tak karte thay. Un ka khayal yah tha ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bhi isi tarah karte thay.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) designated the pasture of Naqi' for horses. Hammad says: I asked, "For his horses?". He (the teacher) replied: "No, but for the horses of the Muslims."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے گھوڑوں کی چراگاہ نقیع کو بنایا حماد کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے پوچھا اپنے گھوڑوں کی؟ تو استاد نے جواب دیا نہیں بلکہ مسلمانوں کے گھوڑوں کی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghoron ki charagah Naqee ko banaya Hamad kahte hain ki main ne poocha apne ghoron ki to ustad ne jawab diya nahin balke Musalmanon ke ghoron ki.
Imam Shabi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: "I used to visit Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, for nearly two years and during this time, I did not hear any other Hadith from him except this Hadith," and then he narrated the Hadith of cow dung.

امام شعبی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس دو سال کے قریب آتا جاتا رہا ہوں لیکن اس دوران میں نے ان سے اس کے علاوہ کوئی اور حدیث نہیں سنی پھر انہوں نے گوہ والی حدیث ذکر کی۔
Imam Shabi rehmatullah alaih kahte hain ke main Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ke pass do saal ke qareeb aata jata raha hun lekin is dauran main ne un se is ke ilawa koi aur hadees nahin suni phir unhon ne goh wali hadees zikar ki.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) organized a horse race and set a place for betting.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے گھڑ دوڑ کا مقابلہ منعقد کروایا اور ایک جگہ مقرر کر کے شرط لگائی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghor daud ka muqabla munakid karwaya aur ek jaga muqarrar kar ke shart lagai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) commanded that Sadaqah al-Fitr should be paid before going out to the Eid prayer ground.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ صدقہ فطر عیدگاہ کی طرف نکلنے سے پہلے ادا کر دیا جائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hukm diya hai ki Sadqa Fitr Eidgah ki taraf nikalne se pehle ada kar diya jaye.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is a tree whose leaves do not fall and it is like a Muslim. Tell me which tree is that?". The minds of the people went to different trees of the forest. It came to my mind that it might be a date palm tree. After a while, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) himself said: "It is the date palm tree". I mentioned this matter to Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), he said: "Your speaking on this occasion was more beloved to me than such and such a thing.".

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ایک درخت ہے جس کے پتے نہیں جھڑتے اور وہ مسلمان کی طرح ہوتا ہے بتاؤ وہ کون سادرخت ہے؟ لوگوں کے ذہن میں جنگل کے مختلف درختوں کی طرف گئے میرے دل میں خیال آیا کہ وہ کھجور کا درخت ہو سکتا ہے تھوڑی دیر بعد نبی کریم ﷺ نے خود ہی فرمایا: ”وہ کھجور کا درخت ہے میں نے سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ سے اس بات کا تذکر ہ کیا تو انہوں نے فرمایا: ”اس موقع پر تمہارا بولنا میرے نزدیک فلاں فلاں چیز سے بھی زیادہ پسندیدہ تھا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "aik darakht hai jiske patte nahi jhadte aur wo musalman ki tarah hota hai batao wo kaun sa darakht hai?" Logon ke zehn mein jungle ke mukhtalif darakhton ki taraf gaye mere dil mein khayal aaya ki wo khajoor ka darakht ho sakta hai thori der baad Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne khud hi farmaya: "wo khajoor ka darakht hai" Maine Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se is baat ka tazkara kiya to unhon ne farmaya: "is mauqe par tumhara bolna mere nazdeek falan falan cheez se bhi zyada pasandida tha."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made this agreement with the people of Khyber: "That you will give us half of the produce of the fruit farms." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to give his pure wives one hundred Wasqs every year from this, out of which eighty Wasqs were dates and twenty Wasqs were barley.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اہل خیبر کے ساتھ یہ معاملہ طے فرمایا: ”کہ پھل کھیتی کی جو پیداوار ہو گی اس کا نصف تم ہمیں دوگے نبی کریم ﷺ اپنے ازواج مطہرات کو اس میں سے ہر سال سو وسق دیا کرتے تھے جن میں سے اسی وسق کھجوریں اور بیس وسق جو ہوتے تھے۔
Saina Ibne Umar Raza Allahu Anhuma se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Ahle Khyber ke sath ye mamla tay farmaya: "Ke phal kheti ki jo paidawar ho gi us ka nisf tum humain do ge Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) apne azwaj mutahirat ko us mein se har sal so wasq diya karte thay jin mein se assi wasq khajoorein aur bees wasq jo hote thay."
Narrated Ibn 'Umar: My wife was disliked by 'Umar, so he ordered me to divorce her. I hesitated to divorce her, whereupon 'Umar went to the Prophet (ﷺ) and told him that. The Prophet (ﷺ) said to me:...

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے کہتے ہیں کہ میری جو بیوی تھی وہ سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو ناپسند تھی انہوں نے مجھ سے کہا کہ اسے طلاق دے دو میں نے اسے طلاق دینے میں لیت ولعل کی تو سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس آگئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے مجھ سے فرمایا:۔
Sada Ibne Umar RA se kehte hain ke meri jo biwi thi wo Sada Umar RA ko napasand thi unhon ne mujh se kaha ke use talaq de do maine use talaq dene mein lait o laal ki to Sada Umar RA Nabi Kareem SAW ke pass agaye Nabi Kareem SAW ne mujh se farmaya
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would command us to shorten the prayer and, when leading us in prayer, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would suffice with (a few verses from) Surah As-Saffat.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں مختصر نماز پڑھانے کا حکم دیتے تھے اور خود بھی نبی کریم ﷺ ہماری امامت کرتے ہوئے سورت صفات (کی چند آیات) پر اکتفاء فرماتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) humain mukhtasar namaz parhane ka hukm dete thay aur khud bhi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamari imamat karte huye Surah Safaat (ki chand ayat) par iktifa farmate thay.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to buy and sell grain by estimation. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade us from selling it in this manner, instructing us not to do so until we had taken it into our tents.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ہم لوگ اندازے سے غلے کی خریدو فروخت کر لیتے تھے تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے ہمیں اس طرح بیع کر نے سے روک دیا جب تک کہ اسے اپنے خیمے میں نہ لے جائیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur ba saadat mein hum log andazay se ghallay ki khareed o farokht kar lete thay to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne humein iss tarah bay karne se rok diya jab tak ki usay apne khaimay mein na le jayein.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he prayed Maghrib and Isha with one adhan and two iqamahs with the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in Muzdalifah.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ مزدلفہ میں مغرب اور عشاء کی نماز ایک ہی اقامت سے پڑھی ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki unhon ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath Muzdalifah mein Maghrib aur Isha ki namaz ek hi iqamat se parhi hai.
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said regarding Laylat al-Qadr: “Whoever wishes to seek it should seek it on the twenty-seventh night.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ شب قدر کے متعلق نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص اسے تلاش کرنا چاہتا ہے وہ اسے ستائیسویں رات کو تلاش کرے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Shab e Qadr ke mutalliq Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs ise talaash karna chahta hai wo ise sattaiwein raat ko talaash kare."
Uqbah ibn Khalid, may Allah have mercy on him, said: Once I came to Madinah with some people from Makkah. We wanted to put on the ihram for Hajj from Madinah. There I met Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him. I said to him, "We are some people from Makkah who have come to Madinah. We have never performed Hajj before. Can we put on the ihram for Hajj from Madinah?" He said, "Yes, what is the prohibition in it? The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, performed all his Hajj before his Farewell Hajj and we also performed Hajj."

عکر مہ بن خالدرحمتہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں مکہ مکرمہ کے کچھ لوگوں کے ساتھ مدینہ منورہ آیا ہم لوگ مدینہ منورہ سے عمرے کا احرام باندھنا چاہتے تھے وہاں میری ملاقات سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ہو گئی میں نے ان سے عرض کیا کہ ہم کچھ اہل مکہ ہیں مدینہ منورہ حاضر ہوئے ہیں اس سے پہلے ہم نے حج بالکل نہیں کیا کیا ہم مدینہ سے عمرے کا احرام باندھ سکتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: ”ہاں اس میں کون سی ممانعت ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے اپنے سارے عمرے حج سے پہلے ہی کئے تھے اور ہم نے بھی عمرے کئے ہیں۔
Aakar Maha bin Khalida rehmatullah kehte hain ke ek martaba main Makkah Mukarramah ke kuch logon ke saath Madina Munawwarah aaya hum log Madina Munawwarah se Umrah ka ahram bandhna chahte thay wahan meri mulaqat Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se ho gayi main ne un se arz kiya ke hum kuch ahle Makkah hain Madina Munawwarah hazir hue hain is se pehle hum ne Hajj bilkul nahin kiya kya hum Madina se Umrah ka ahram bandh sakte hain unhon ne farmaya haan is mein kaun si mamanat hai Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne sare umre Hajj se pehle hi kiye thay aur hum ne bhi umre kiye hain.
Ata' bin Saib (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once Muharib bin Dithar asked me, "What have you heard from Sa'eed bin Jubayr (may Allah have mercy on him) regarding what Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said about Al-Kawthar?" I said, "I heard him say that it refers to abundant goodness." Muharib said, "Glory be to Allah! The statement of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) cannot be so insignificant. I heard Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) say: When Surah Al-Kawthar was revealed, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Al-Kawthar is the name of a river in Paradise, whose water flows over pearls and rubies. Its water is whiter than milk, colder than snow, and more fragrant than musk.' Upon hearing this, Muharib said, "Then Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was right when he said, 'By Allah, it is indeed abundant goodness.'" - Musnad Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him).

عطاء بن سائب رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ مجھ سے محارب بن دثار نے کہا کہ آپ نے سعید بن جبیر رحمہ اللہ کو سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے کوثر کے متعلق کیا فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے؟ میں نے کہا کہ میں نے انہیں یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اس سے مراد خیر کثیر ہے محارب نے کہا سبحان اللہ سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ علیہ کا قول اتنا کم وزن نہیں ہو سکتا میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جب سورت کوثر نازل ہوئی تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کوثر جنت کی ایک نہر کا نام ہے جس کا پانی موتیوں اور یاقوت کی کنکر یوں پر بہتا ہے اس کا پانی شہد سے زیادہ شیریں دودھ سے زیادہ سفید، برف سے زیادہ ٹھنڈا اور مشک سے زیادہ خوشبودار ہے محارب نے یہ سن کر کہا کہ پھر تو سیدنا ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہ نے صحیح فرمایا: ”کیونکہ واللہ وہ خیر کثیر ہی تو ہے۔ آخر مسند عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہ
Ata bin Saib rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki aik martaba mujh se Muharrib bin Dathar ne kaha ki aap ne Saeed bin Jubair rehmatullah alaih ko Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke hawale se kauthar ke mutalliq kya farmate hue suna hai? Main ne kaha ki main ne unhen ye kehte hue suna hai ki is se murad khair kaseer hai. Muharrib ne kaha Subhan Allah Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) alaih ka qaul itna kam wazan nahin ho sakta. Main ne Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ko ye farmate hue suna hai ki jab Surah Kauthar nazil hui to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: 'Kauthar Jannat ki aik nahar ka naam hai jis ka pani motiyon aur yaqut ki kankariyon par behta hai, is ka pani shahad se zyada shireen, doodh se zyada safaid, barf se zyada thanda aur mushk se zyada khushbudar hai.' Muharrib ne ye sun kar kaha ki phir to Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne sahih farmaya: 'kyunki wallah woh khair kaseer hi to hai.' Aakhir Musnad Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) .
