It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If people knew the harm of traveling alone, no one would travel alone at night."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اگر لوگوں کو تنہا سفر کرنے کا نقصان معلوم ہو جائے تو رات کے وقت کوئی بھی تنہا سفر نہ کرے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Agar logon ko tanha safar karne ka nuksan maloom ho jaye to raat ke waqt koi bhi tanha safar na kare”.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever wants his supplications to be answered and his worries to be removed, then he should relieve the hardship of the one in distress."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص یہ چاہتا ہے کہ اس کی دعائیں قبول ہوں اور اس کی پریشانی دور ہوں اسے چاہئے کہ تنگدست کے لئے کشادگی پیدا کرے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs ye chahta hai ki uski duain qubool hon aur uski pareshani door hon use chahiye ki tangdast ke liye kushadgi paida kare".
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that I once had the opportunity to kiss the hands of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے ہاتھوں کو بوسہ دینے کا موقع ملا ہے۔
Sayidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh mujhe aik martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hathon ko bosa dene ka mauqa mila hai.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I saw the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) coming out of the room of Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pointed towards the east with his hand and said: "Fitna (tribulation) will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan emerges."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کے حجرے سے نکلے، آپ ﷺ نے اپنے ہاتھ سے مشرق کی طرف اشارہ کیا اور فرمایا: ”فتنہ یہاں سے ہو گا جہاں سے شیطان کا سینگ نکلتا ہے۔“
Sayidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki mujhe ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ke hujre se nikle, Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apne hath se mashriq ki taraf ishara kiya aur farmaya: "Fitna yahan se hoga jahan se shaitan ka sing nikalta hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) fasted for several consecutive days with one suhoor during the month of Ramadan. The people also did the same. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade them from doing so, so they said, "You are forbidding us from fasting for several consecutive days while you are fasting yourself?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "I am not like you. I am fed and given drink by Allah."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے رمضان کے مہینے میں ایک ہی سحری سے مسلسل کئی روزے رکھے، لوگوں نے بھی ایسا ہی کیا، نبی کریم ﷺ نے انہیں ایسا کرنے سے روکا تو وہ کہنے لگے کہ آپ ہمیں تو مسلسل کئی دن کا روزہ رکھنے سے منع کر رہے ہیں اور خود رکھ رہے ہیں؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”میں تمہاری طرح نہیں ہوں مجھے تو اللہ کی طرف سے کھلایاپلایا جاتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Ramzan ke mahine mein ek hi sehri se musalsal kai roze rakhe, logon ne bhi aisa hi kiya, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen aisa karne se roka to woh kahne lage ki aap hamein to musalsal kai din ka roza rakhne se mana kar rahe hain aur khud rakh rahe hain? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Main tumhari tarah nahi hun mujhe to Allah ki taraf se khilaya pilaya jata hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Holy Prophet, may peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "When the water is equal to two or three clay pots, then impurity does not penetrate it."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جب پانی دو یا تین مٹکوں کے برابر ہو تو اس میں گندگی سرایت نہیں کر تی۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jab pani do ya teen matkon ke barabar ho to us mein gandagi sirayat nahin karti."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) pointed towards the east with his hand and said: "Fitnah (tribulation) will emerge from here."

It is narrated on the authority of our leader Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to deliver the sermon while leaning against this pillar, and at that time it was a trunk of a date palm tree.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ اس ستون سے ٹیک لگا کر خطبہ دیا کرتے تھے اس وقت یہ کھجور کا تنا تھا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is sutun se tek laga kar khutba diya karte thy us waqt yeh khajur ka tana tha.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "There is no optional prayer after the break of dawn except the two Sunnah rak'ahs of Fajr."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”طلوع صبح صادق کے بعد کوئی نفل نماز نہیں ہے سوائے فجر کی دو سنتوں کے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tulu Subah Sadiq ke bad koi nafl namaz nahi hai siwae Fajar ki do sunnaton ke."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray two rak'ahs (units of prayer) at home after Maghrib (sunset prayer).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ مغرب کے بعد اپنے گھر میں دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے۔

Mawrooq Al-Ajli (may Allah have mercy on him) said that I once asked Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) "Do you pray Chast prayer?". He replied, "No". I asked, "Did Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) use to pray it?". He replied, "No". I asked "Did Sayyidina Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) use to pray it?". He replied, "No". I asked, "Did the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) use to pray it?". He replied, "I don't think so (that he would pray it).".

مورق عجلی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے ایک مرتبہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا کہ کیا آپ چاشت کی نماز پڑھتے ہیں؟ انہوں نے کہا نہیں، میں نے پوچھا: سیدنا سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ پڑھتے تھے؟ فرمایا: نہیں، میں نے پوچھا سیدنا ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ پڑھتے تھے؟ فرمایا: نہیں، میں نے پوچھا: نبی کریم ﷺ پڑھتے تھے؟ فرمایا: میرا خیال نہیں (ہے کہ وہ پڑھتے ہوں گے)۔
Moaqi Ajli rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ke maine ek martaba Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se poocha ke kya aap chast ki namaz parhte hain? Unhon ne kaha nahi, maine poocha: Sayyiduna Sayyiduna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) parhte the? Farmaya: nahi, maine poocha Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) parhte the? Farmaya: nahi, maine poocha: Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) parhte the? Farmaya: mera khayal nahi (hai ke woh parhte honge).
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The example of the Quran is like a tied camel. If its owner keeps it tied, it remains under his control, but if he lets it loose, it runs away.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”قرآن کی مثال بندھے ہوئے اونٹ کی طرح ہے جسے اس کا مالک اگر باندھ کر رکھے تو وہ اس کے قابو میں رہتا ہے اور اگر کھلا چھوڑ دے تو وہ نکل جاتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Quran ki misaal bandhe huye unt ki tarah hai jise uska malik agar bandh kar rakhe to wo uske qaboo mein rehta hai aur agar khula chhor de to wo nikal jata hai.“
Dawood bin Abi Asim Thaqafi, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I asked Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, about prayer in Mina. He said: "Did you hear the name of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" I said: "Yes! I believed in him and came to the straight path." Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, said: "Then he (the Prophet) used to pray two rak'ahs in Mina."

داؤد بن ابی عاصم ثقفی رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے منٰی میں نماز کے متعلق پوچھا: تو انہوں نے فرمایا کہ کیا تم نے نبی کریم ﷺ کا نام سنا ہے؟ میں نے کہا، جی ہاں! میں ان پر ایمان لا کر راہ راست پر بھی آیا ہوں، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا: پھر وہ منیٰ میں دو رکعتیں پڑھتے تھے۔
Dawood bin Abi Asim Saqafi rehmatullah alaih kahte hain ki maine Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se mani mein namaz ke mutalliq poocha: to unhon ne farmaya ki kya tum ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka naam suna hai? Maine kaha, ji haan! Main un per imaan la kar raah rast per bhi aaya hun, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne farmaya: phir wo mani mein do rakatain parhte the.
Hafs bin Asim said that once we were traveling with Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), we offered the obligatory prayer. In the meantime, Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) noticed one of his sons offering voluntary prayers. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I have travelled and prayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and with the Rightly Guided Caliphs, but none of them ever prayed any voluntary prayers before or after the obligatory prayers. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) further said: If I were to offer voluntary prayers, I would not be able to complete my obligatory prayers (meaning he would shorten them due to travel).

حفص بن عاصم کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ ہم لوگ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے ساتھ سفر پر نکلے، ہم نے فرض نماز پڑھی، اتنی دیر میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کی نظر اپنے کسی بیٹے پر پڑی جو نوافل ادا کر رہا تھا، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کے ساتھ اور خلفاء ثلاثہ کے ساتھ سفر میں نماز پڑھی ہے لیکن یہ سب فرائض سے پہلے کوئی نماز پڑھتے تھے اور نہ بعد میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے مزید فرمایا کہ اگر میں نفل پڑھتا تو اپنی فرض نماز مکمل نہ کر لیتا (قصرکیوں کرتا؟)۔
Hafs bin Asim kahte hain ke ek martaba hum log Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ke sath safar per nikle, hum ne farz namaz parhi, itni der mein Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ki nazar apne kisi bete par pari jo nawafil ada kar raha tha, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne farmaya ke maine Nabi Kareem SallAllahu Alaihi Wasallam ke sath aur Khulafa e Salasa ke sath safar mein namaz parhi hai lekin ye sab faraiz se pehle koi namaz parhte thay aur na bad mein Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne mazeed farmaya ke agar mein nafl parhta to apni farz namaz mukammal na kar leta (Qasr kyun karta?)
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) and Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the blessed grave of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was built with a niche.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے اور سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی قبر مبارک بغلی بنائی گئی تھی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se aur Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki qabar mubarak bagli banai gayi thi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would recite Surah Al-Kafirun and Surah Al-Ikhlas twenty or ten times in the Sunnah prayers before Fajr and the two Sunnah prayers after Maghrib.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فجر سے پہلے کی سنتوں میں اور مغرب کے بعد کی دو سنتوں میں بیسیوں یا دسیوں مرتبہ سورت کافروں اور سورت اخلاص پڑھی ہو گی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne fajar se pehle ki sunnaton mein aur maghrib ke baad ki do sunnaton mein beesiyon ya dasiyon martaba Surah Kafiroon aur Surah Ikhlas padhi ho gi.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once held a part of my body and said, "O Abdullah! Live in this world like a traveler or a passerby and count yourself among the dead."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ایک مرتبہ میرے جسم کے کسی حصے کو پکڑ کر فرمایا: ”اے عبداللہ! دنیا میں اس طرح رہو جیسے کوئی مسافر یا راہ گزر ہوتا ہے اور اپنے آپ کو مردوں میں شمار کرو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek martaba mere jism ke kisi hisse ko pakar kar farmaya: “Aye Abdullah! Duniya mein is tarah raho jaise koi musafir ya raah guzar hota hai aur apne aap ko murdon mein shumar karo.”
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the blessed era of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to drink water while standing and eat food while walking (because in the busyness of Jihad, where was the time to eat and drink properly?).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں کھڑے ہو کر پانی پی لیتے تھے اور چلتے چلتے کھانا کھا لیتے تھے (کیونکہ جہاد کی مصروفیت میں کھانے پینے کے لئے وقت کہاں؟)۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basadat mein kharay ho kar pani pee lete thay aur chalte chalte khana kha lete thay (kyunki jihad ki masrofiyat mein khane peene ke liye waqt kahan?).
Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are five matters of the unseen that no one knows except Allah. (Then he recited the verse): "Verily, the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah alone. It is He Who sends down rain, and He Who knows what is in the wombs. Nor does anyone know what it will earn tomorrow, nor does anyone know in what land he will die. Verily, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”غیب کی پانچ باتیں ایسی ہیں جنہیں اللہ کے علاوہ کوئی نہیں جانتا، (پھر یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی) بیشک قیامت کا علم اللہ ہی کے پاس ہے، وہی بارش برساتا ہے، وہی جانتا ہے کہ رحم مادر میں کیا ہے؟ کوئی شخص نہیں جانتا کہ وہ کل کیا کمائے گا اور کوئی شخص نہیں جانتا کہ وہ کس سر زمین میں مرے گا، بیشک اللہ بڑا جاننے والا نہایت باخبر ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Ghayb ki panch baatein aisi hain jinhen Allah ke ilawa koi nahi janta, (phir ye ayat tilawat farmaayi) Beshak qayamat ka ilm Allah hi ke paas hai, wohi barish barsata hai, wohi janta hai ki rehm madar mein kya hai? Koi shakhs nahi janta ki woh kal kya kamayega aur koi shakhs nahi janta ki woh kis sar zameen mein marega, beshak Allah bada janne wala nihayat bakhabar hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Silk garments are worn by the one who will have no share in the Hereafter."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ریشمی لباس وہ شخص پہنتا ہے جس کا آخرت میں کوئی حصہ نہ ہو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Reshmi libas woh shakhs pehenta hai jis ka aakhirat mein koi hissa na ho.”
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent Sayyidina Abdullah bin Rawahah (may Allah be pleased with him) as a tax collector to a certain tribe, giving them the option to either accept his proposal or reject it. They responded by saying that this was fair and that the heavens and the earth were established on the principle of fulfilling promises.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے سیدنا عبداللہ بن رواحہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو خبیر بھیجا تاکہ وہاں کے رہنے والوں پر ایک اندازہ مقرر کر دیں، پھر انہیں اختیار دے دیا کہ وہ اسے قبول کر لیں یا رد کر دیں لیکن وہ لوگ کہنے لگے کہ یہی صحیح ہے اور اسی وعدے پر زمین آسمان قائم ہیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sayyidna Abdullah bin Rawaaha (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko khabeer bheja taake wahan ke rehne walon par ek andaza muqarrar kar den, phir unhen ikhtiyar de diya ki woh ise qubool kar len ya radd kar den lekin woh log kehne lage ki yahi sahi hai aur isi wada par zameen aasman qaem hain.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited the castration of horses and other quadrupeds, and Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said that this is how their physical growth occurs.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے گھوڑوں اور دیگر چوپایوں کو خصی کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے اور سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ اسی میں ان کی جسمانی نشوونما ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ghoron aur deegar chopayon ko khasi karne se mana farmaya hai aur Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki isi mein un ki jismani nashonuma hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “If people knew the harms of travelling alone, no one would travel alone at night.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اگر لوگوں کو تنہا سفر کرنے کا نقصان معلوم ہو جائے تو رات کے وقت کوئی بھی تنہا سفر نہ کرے گا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Agar logon ko tanha safar karne ka nuqsan maloom ho jaye to raat ke waqt koi bhi tanha safar na kare ga۔“
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he prayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and the three caliphs. Remember! There is no prayer after Fajr until sunrise.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اور خلفاء ثلاثہ کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی ہے، یاد رکھو! طلوع آفتاب تک نماز فجر کے بعد کوئی نماز نہیں ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) aur Khulafa e Salasa ke sath namaz parha hai, yaad rakho! Tulu e Aftab tak namaz e fajr ke baad koi namaz nahi hai.
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not intend to pray at the time of sunrise or sunset, for it rises between the two horns of Satan."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”طلوع آفتاب یا غروب آفتاب کے وقت نماز پڑھنے کا ارادہ نہ کیا کرو کیونکہ سورج شیطان کے دو سینگوں کے درمیان طلوع ہوتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tulu-e-aftab ya ghuroob-e-aftab ke waqt namaz padhne ka irada na kiya karo kyunki suraj shaitan ke do singhon ke darmiyan tulu hota hai.“.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted women to lengthen their garments by a handspan. They said, "But then our feet will become visible." The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied, "Do not increase it beyond a handspan (that much is permissible)."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے خواتین کو اس بات کی اجازت دی ہے کہ وہ ایک بالشت کپڑا اونچا کر لیا کریں انہوں نے عرض کیا کہ اس طرح تو ہمارے پاؤں نظر آنے لگیں گے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ایک بالشت پر اضافہ نہ کرنا (اتنی مقدارمعاف ہے)۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne khawateen ko is baat ki ijazat di hai ki woh ek balisht kapra uncha kar liya karen, unhon ne arz kiya ki is tarah to hamare paon nazar aane lagenge? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Ek balisht par izapha na karna (itni miqdar maaf hai)"
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The best names of yours are Abdullah and Abdur Rahman.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تمہارے بہترین نام عبداللہ اور عبدالرحمن ہیں۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Tumhare behtarin naam Abdullah aur Abdur Rahman hain.“
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The concept of contagious diseases is not correct. There is no such thing as bad luck, and there is no truth to the owl being a bad omen.” A man stood up and said: “O Messenger of Allah! If a camel with scabies is included among a hundred camels, it infects them all (and you say that diseases are not contagious?).” The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: “This is destiny; tell us who caused the first camel to get scabies?”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”بیماری متعدی ہونے کا نظریہ صحیح نہیں۔ بدشگونی کی کوئی حیثیت نہیں ہے، الو کے منحوس ہونے کی کوئی حقیقت نہیں ہے“، ایک آدمی نے کھڑے ہو کر عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! سو اونٹوں میں ایک خارش زدہ اونٹ شامل ہو کر ان سب کو خارش زدہ کر دیتا ہے (اور آپ کہتے ہیں کہ بیماری متعدی نہیں ہوتی؟)۔ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”یہی تو تقدیر ہے، یہ بتاؤ اس پہلے اونٹ کو خارش میں کس نے مبتلا کیا؟“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Bimari mutaadi hone ka nazariya sahih nahi. Badshuguni ki koi haisiyat nahi hai, ulu ke manhoos hone ki koi haqiqat nahi hai”, ek aadmi ne kharay ho kar arz kiya: Ya Rasul Allah! Sau ooton mein ek kharish zada unt shamil ho kar un sab ko kharish zada kar deta hai (aur aap kehte hain ki bimari mutaadi nahi hoti?). Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Yahi to taqdeer hai, yeh batao is pehle unt ko kharish mein kis ne mubtala kiya?”.
Narrated by Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that if a man divorces his wife by giving her three divorces and another man marries her, the doors are closed and curtains are drawn but before consummation he divorces her, will she then become lawful for the first husband? He said: "No, not until the second husband has consummated the marriage with her."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ کسی شخص نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے مسئلہ پوچھا کہ اگر کوئی آدمی اپنی بیوی کو تین طلاقیں دے دے دوسرا شخص اس عورت سے نکاح کر لے دروازے بند ہو جائیں اور پردے لٹکا دئیے جائیں لیکن دخول سے قبل ہی وہ اسے طلاق دے دے تو کیا وہ پہلے شوہر کے لئے حلال ہو جائے گی؟ فرمایا: نہیں، جب تک کہ وہ دوسرا شوہر اس کا شہد نہ چکھ لے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba kisi shakhs ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se masla poocha ki agar koi aadmi apni biwi ko teen talaq de de doosra shakhs us aurat se nikah kar le darwaze band ho jayen aur parde latka diye jayen lekin dakhool se pehle hi wo use talaq de de to kya wo pehle shohar ke liye halal ho jayegi? Farmaya: Nahi, jab tak ki wo doosra shohar us ka shahad na chakh le.
It is narrated on the authority of our master Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, used to supplicate upon entering Makkah al-Mukarramah: "O Allah, do not cause our death here, until You take us out from here."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ میں داخل ہوتے وقت یہ دعا فرماتے تھے کہ اے اللہ ہمیں یہاں موت نہ دیجئے گا یہاں تک کہ آپ ہمیں یہاں سے نکال کر لے جائیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Makkah Mukarramah mein daakhil hote waqt yeh dua farmate thay ki aye Allah hamein yahan mout na deejiye ga yahan tak ki aap hamein yahan se nikal kar le jayein.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade slapping the face.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے چہرے پر مارنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne chehre par marne se mana farmaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When the food is presented before any one of you and the prayer is established, he should not stand up for the prayer till he finishes (his food). (The narrator adds:) And Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) himself used to act accordingly."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جب تم میں سے کسی کے سامنے کھانا لا کر رکھ دیا جائے اور نماز کھڑی ہو جائے تو فارغ ہونے سے پہلے نماز کے لئے کھڑا نہ ہو، خود سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما بھی ایسے ہی کرتے تھے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Jab tum mein se kisi ke samne khana la kar rakh diya jaye aur namaz khari ho jaye to farigh hone se pehle namaz ke liye khara na ho, khud Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a bhi aise hi karte the."
Qaza'a (may Allah have mercy on him) reported that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said to me: "Come closer so I can bid you farewell in the same manner as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to bid us farewell." Then he said: "I entrust your religion, your trustworthiness, and the outcome of your deeds to Allah."

قزعہ رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھ سے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا: قریب آ جاؤ تاکہ میں تمہیں اسی طرح رخصت کروں جیسے نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں رخصت کرتے تھے پھر فرمایا کہ میں تمہارے دین و امانت اور تمہارے عمل کا انجام اللہ کے حوالے کرتا ہوں۔
Quzaa (RA) kehty hain ke mujh se Sayyidna Ibn Umar (RA) ne farmaya: Qareeb aa jao taake main tumhein isi tarah rukhsat karoon jaise Nabi Kareem (SAW) humain rukhsat karte thay phir farmaya ke main tumhare deen-o-amanat aur tumhare amal ka anjam Allah ke hawale karta hun.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had camped at Namirah Valley in Arafat. When Hajjaj Yusuf (may Allah curse him) martyred Sayyiduna Abdullah ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him), he sent a messenger to Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) to ask at what time the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would leave on that day (9th of Dhul Hijjah). He replied, "When we leave from here, it will be the same time as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) left." Hajjaj then sent a man to watch and see when Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) would depart. When Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) intended to leave, he asked, "Has the sun set?" The people replied, "No." After a while, he asked again, and the people replied, "Not yet." When the people said that the sun had set, he departed from there.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے میدان عرفات کی وادی نمرہ میں پڑاؤ کیا تھا جب حجاج یوسف نے سیدنا عبداللہ بن زبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کو شہید کر دیا تو سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس قاصد کو یہ پوچھنے کے لئے بھیجا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ اس دن (نو ذی الحجہ کو) کس وقت کوچ فرماتے تھے؟ انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ جب ہم یہاں سے کوچ کریں گے وہ وہی گھڑی ہو گی حجاج نے یہ سن کر ایک آدمی کو بھیجا، جو یہ دیکھتا رہے کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کس وقت روانہ ہوتے ہیں؟ جب سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے روانگی کا ارادہ کیا تو پوچھا کہ کیا سورج غروب ہو گیا؟ لوگوں نے جواب دیا، نہیں، تھوڑی دیر بعد انہوں نے پھر یہی پوچھا اور لوگوں نے جواب دیا ابھی نہیں جب لوگوں نے کہا کہ سورج غروب ہو گیا تو وہ وہاں سے روانہ ہو گئے۔
Sayyidana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne maidan Arafat ki wadi Namira mein padav kiya tha jab Hajjaj Yusuf ne Sayyidana Abdullah bin Zubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko shaheed kar diya to Sayyidana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ke pass qasid ko ye puchne ke liye bheja ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) is din (nau Zul Hijjah ko) kis waqt کوچ farmate thay? Unhon ne jawab diya ki jab hum yahan se کوچ karenge woh wahi ghari ho gi Hajjaj ne ye sun kar ek aadmi ko bheja, jo ye dekhta rahe ki Sayyidana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a kis waqt rawana hote hain? Jab Sayyidana Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne rawangi ka irada kiya to pucha ki kya Suraj ghurub ho gaya? Logon ne jawab diya, nahi, thori dair baad unhon ne phir yahi pucha aur logon ne jawab diya abhi nahi jab logon ne kaha ki Suraj ghurub ho gaya to woh wahan se rawana ho gaye.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would use olive oil in which flowers had been infused without heating when he assumed the state of Ihram.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ احرام باندھتے وقت زیتون کا وہ تیل استعمال فرماتے تھے جس میں پھول ڈال کر انہیں جوش نہ دیا گیا ہوتا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ehram bandhte waqt zaitoon ka woh tel istemaal farmate thay jis mein phool daal kar unhein josh nah diya gaya hota.
The narrators say that once, Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) called one of his slaves and set him free. Then, picking up a twig from the ground, he said, "I will not receive even a reward equal to this twig for freeing him. I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that the atonement for someone who slaps his slave is to set him free."

زاذان کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اپنے کسی غلام کو بلا کر اسے آزاد کر دیا اور زمین سے کوئی تنکا وغیرہ اٹھا کر فرمایا کہ مجھے اس تنکے کے برابر بھی اسے آزاد کر نے پر ثواب نہیں ملے گا، میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص اپنے غلام کو تھپڑ مارے اس کا کفارہ یہی ہے کہ اسے آزاد کر دے۔
Zaadan kahte hain ke ek martaba Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne apne kisi ghulam ko bula kar use aazaad kar diya aur zameen se koi tanka waghaira utha kar farmaya ke mujhe is tanke ke barabar bhi use aazaad karne par sawab nahi milega, main ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke jo shakhs apne ghulam ko thappar mare us ka kaffara yahi hai ke use aazaad kar de.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would never abandon these supplications in the morning and evening: "O Allah! I ask You for well-being in this world and the Hereafter." "O Allah! I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, my worldly affairs, my family and my wealth." "O Allah! Conceal my faults and keep me safe from fear." "O Allah! Protect me from the front, behind, right, left and from above, and I seek refuge in Your Magnificence from being snatched away from below me, meaning sinking into the earth."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ صبح وںشام ان دعاؤں میں سے کسی دعاء کو ترک نہ فرماتے تھے اے اللہ! میں دنیا و آخرت میں آپ سے عافیت کا سوال کرتا ہوں، اے اللہ! میں آپ سے اپنی دنیا اور دین اپنے اہل خانہ اور مال کے متعلق درگزر اور عافیت کی درخواست کرتا ہوں، اے اللہ میرے عیوب پر پردہ ڈال دیجئے اور خوف سے مجھے امن عطاء کیجئے، اے اللہ آگے پیچھے دائیں بائیں اور اوپر کی جانب سے میری حفاظت فرما اور میں آپ کی عظمت سے آپ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں کہ مجھے نیچے سے اچک لیا جائے یعنی زمین میں دھنسنے سے۔
Syedna Ibn Umar RA se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem SAW subah o sham in duaon mein se kisi dua ko tark na farmate thy. Aye Allah! mein dunya o akhirat mein aap se afiyat ka sawal karta hun. Aye Allah! mein aap se apni dunya aur deen, apne ahl e khana aur maal ke mutalliq darguzar aur afiyat ki darkhwast karta hun. Aye Allah! mere uyoob par parda daal dijiye aur khauf se mujhe aman ataa kijiye. Aye Allah! aage peeche, daayen baayen aur upar ki jaanib se meri hifazat farma aur mein aap ki azmat se aap ki panaah mein aata hun keh mujhe neeche se uchak liya jaye yani zameen mein dhasne se.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a drunkard was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) implemented the prescribed punishment on him and asked him, “What kind of wine did you drink?” He said, “Raisin and date wine.” The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Each of these two is sufficient in itself.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس ایک نشئی کو لایا گیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے اس پر حد جاری کی اور اس سے پوچھا کہ تم نے کس قسم کی شراب پی ہے؟ اس نے کہا کشمش اور کھجور کی نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”ان دونوں میں سے ہر ایک دوسرے کی کفایت کر جاتی ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah unhuma se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas ek nashai ko laya gaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is par had jari ki aur is se pucha ki tum ne kis qism ki sharaab pi hai? Is ne kaha kishmish aur khajoor ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”In donon mein se har ek dusre ki kafaayat kar jati hai.“
It is narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Ten types of people connected with alcohol have been cursed: The one who drinks it, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who squeezes (the grapes for it), the one for whom it is squeezed, the one who carries it, the one for whom it is carried, and the one who consumes its price."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”شراب پر دس طرح سے لعنت کی گئی ہے۔ نفس شراب پر، اس کے پینے والے پر، پلانے والے پر، فروخت کر نے والے پر، خریدار پر، نچوڑنے والے پر اور جس کے لئے نچوڑی گئی اٹھانے والے پر اور جس کے لئے اٹھائی گئی اور اس کی قیمت کھانے والے پر بھی لعنت کی گئی ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Sharab par das tarah se laanat ki gai hai. Nafs sharab par, is ke pine wale par, pilane wale par, farokht karne wale par, khariddar par, nichodne wale par aur jis ke liye nichodi gai uthane wale par aur jis ke liye uthai gai aur is ki qeemat khane wale par bhi laanat ki gai hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the words with which the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to swear were: "La wa Muqallibal Quloob" "No, by the One who turns the hearts!"

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ جن الفاظ سے قسم کھایا کرتے تھے وہ یہ تھے: «لا و مقلب القلوب» ”نہیں، مقلب القلوب کی قسم!۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jin alfaaz se qasam khaya karte the wo ye the: «La wa Muqallibal Quloob» ”Nahin, Muqallibal Quloob ki qasam!”.
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he divorced his wife during her menstrual period. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) about this matter. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Tell him to take his wife back and then divorce her when she is pure or when there is a hope (of pregnancy), then he can divorce her."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ انہوں نے اپنی بیوی کو ایام کی حالت میں طلاق دے دی، سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے یہ مسئلہ پوچھا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اسے کہو کہ وہ اپنی بیوی سے رجوع کر لے پھر طہر کے بعد اسے طلاق دے دے یا امید کی صورت میں ہو تب بھی طلاق دے سکتا ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki unhon ne apni biwi ko ayyam ki halat mein talaq de di, Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se ye masla poocha to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Use kaho ki wo apni biwi se ruju kar le phir tahur ke baad use talaq de de ya umeed ki soorat mein ho tab bhi talaq de sakta hai."
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “In the tribe of Thaqif, there will be one who will lead people to ruin and one who will be a liar.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”قبیلہ ثقیف میں ایک ہلاکت میں ڈالنے والا شخص اور ایک کذاب ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Qabila Saqeef mein ek halakat mein daalne wala shakhs aur ek kazzab ho ga.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The voluntary prayers of the night and the day are two rak'ahs each.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”رات اور دن کی نفل نماز دو دو رکعتیں ہیں۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Raat aur din ki nafl namaz do do rakaten hain.“
Our master Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "On the Day of Judgment, the most severe punishment will be for the image-makers. They will be told to put life into what they have created."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”قیامت کے دن سب سے زیادہ شدید عذاب مصوروں کو ہو گا ان سے کہا جائے گا کہ جنہیں تم نے بنایا تھا ان میں روح بھی پھونکو اور انہیں زندگی بھی دو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Qayamat ke din sab se ziada shadid azab musawiron ko hoga un se kaha jayega ki jinhen tum ne banaya tha un mein rooh bhi phoonk do aur unhen zindagi bhi do.“.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offered prayer keeping his riding animal in front of him, using it as a sutrah.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے اپنی سواری کو سامنے رکھ کر اسے بطور سترہ آگے کر کے نماز پڑھ لی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne apni sawari ko samne rakh kar ise ba tor sutrah aage kar ke namaz padh li.
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that people were offering the Fajr prayer in Masjid Quba, when a man came and said, "Tonight, the Quran has been revealed to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in which you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) have been ordered to face the Kaaba in prayer." Hearing this, the people turned towards the Kaaba during their prayer.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ لوگ مسجد قباء میں صبح کی نماز پڑھ رہے تھے، اسی دوران ایک شخص آیا اور کہنے لگا کہ آج رات نبی کریم ﷺ پر قرآن نازل ہوا ہے جس میں آپ ﷺ کو نماز میں خانہ کعبہ کی طرف رخ کر نے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے، یہ سنتے ہی ان لوگوں نے نماز کے دوران ہی گھوم کر خانہ کعبہ کی طرف اپنارخ کر لیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki log Masjid Quba mein subah ki namaz parh rahe the, isi dauran ek shakhs aaya aur kehne laga ki aaj raat Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) par Quran nazil hua hai jis mein aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko namaz mein khana kaba ki taraf rukh karne ka hukum diya gaya hai, ye sunte hi in logon ne namaz ke dauran hi ghoom kar khana kaba ki taraf apna rukh kar liya.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever disowns his child in this world to disgrace him, Allah will disgrace him on the Day of Judgement in the presence of all witnesses, and this is the recompense of justice.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص اپنے بچے کو دنیا میں رسوا کرنے کے لئے اپنے سے اس کے نسب کی نفی کرتا ہے، اللہ تعالیٰ قیامت کے دن اسے تمام گواہوں کی موجودگی میں رسوا کرے گا، یہ ادلے کا بدلہ ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Jo shakhs apne bacche ko duniya mein ruswa karne ke liye apne se uske nasab ki nafi karta hai, Allah Ta'ala qayamat ke din use tamam gawahon ki mojoodgi mein ruswa karega, yeh adle ka badla hai.“
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would command us to shorten the prayer and he himself, while leading us in prayer, would suffice with (a few verses of) Surah As-Saffat.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ ہمیں مختصر نماز پڑھانے کا حکم دیتے تھے اور خود بھی نبی کریم ﷺ ہماری امامت کرتے ہوئے سورت صفّٰت (کی چند آیات) پر اکتفاء فرماتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamen mukhtasar namaz parhane ka hukm dete thay aur khud bhi Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamari imamat karte huye Surah Saffat (ki chand ayat) par iktifa farmate thay.
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the blessed era of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to say that the best of people is the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him), then Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him). And Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) received three virtues, and each of these virtues is dearer to me than red camels. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married his daughter to him, and he had children from her. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered all the doors of Masjid Nabawi (Prophet’s Mosque) to be closed except his door, and on the day of the Battle of Khyber, he granted him the standard (of leadership).

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ہم لوگ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور سعادت میں یہ کہا کرتے تھے کہ لوگوں میں سب سے بہتر نبی ﷺ ہیں، پھر سیدنا ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ، پھر سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ اور سیدنا علی رضی اللہ عنہ کو تین فضیلتیں ملی ہیں اور ان میں سے ہر ایک فضیلت ایسی ہے جو مجھے سرخ اونٹوں سے زیادہ محبوب ہے، نبی کریم ﷺ نے ان سے اپنی صاحبزادی کا نکاح کیا اور ان سے ان کے یہاں اولاد ہوئی، نبی کریم ﷺ نے مسجد نبوی کے تمام دروازے بند کروا دئیے سوائے ان کے دروازے کے اور غزوہ خیبر کے دن انہیں جھنڈا عطاء فرمایا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki hum log Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur saadat mein yeh kaha karte thay ki logon mein sab se behtar Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hain, phir Sayyidna Abu Bakr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) , phir Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aur Sayyidna Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko teen faziltain mili hain aur in mein se har ek fazilat aisi hai jo mujhe surkh oonton se ziada mahboob hai, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in se apni sahibzadi ka nikah kiya aur in se in ke yahan aulad hui, Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Masjid Nabawi ke tamam darwaze band karwa diye siwaye in ke darwaze ke aur Ghazwa Khyber ke din inhen jhanda ataa farmaya.
