The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9869
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When one of you wakes up from his sleep, he should not put his hand in his vessel until he has washed it three times, for he does not know where his hand has been during the night."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنی نیند سے بیدار ہو تو اپنا ہاتھ کسی برتن میں اس وقت تک نہ ڈالے جب تک اسے تین مرتبہ دھو نہ لے کیونکہ اسے خبر نہیں کہ رات بھر اس کا ہاتھ کہاں رہا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs apni neend se bedar ho to apna hath kisi bartan mein us waqt tak na daale jab tak use teen martaba dho na le kyunki use khabar nahi ki raat bhar us ka hath kahan raha.
Narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "In Jannah, there is a tree under the shade of which a rider can travel for a hundred years without covering the distance completely. That tree is the tree of eternity."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جنت میں ایک درخت ایسا ہے کہ سوار اس کے سائے میں ستر سال تک یا سواسال تک چل سکتا ہے وہی شجرہ خلد ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jannat mein ek darakht aisa hai keh sawar uske saaye mein sattar saal tak ya sawa saal tak chal sakta hai wahi shajra khuld hai.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Rahim (womb) is a part of Ar-Rahman (The Most Merciful). It will come on the Day of Judgement and say, 'O Lord! I was broken, I was wronged, and I was mistreated'. Allah will say, 'Are you satisfied that I join the one who joins you and I cut off the one who cuts you off?'"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا رحم رحمن کا ایک جزو ہے جو قیامت کے دن آئے گا اور عرض کرے گا کہ اے پروردگار مجھے توڑا گیا مجھ پر ظلم کیا گیا پروردگار میرے ساتھ برا سلوک کیا گیا۔ اللہ اسے جواب دے گا کیا تو اس پر بات پر راضی ہے کہ میں اسے جوڑوں گا جو تجھے جوڑے گا اور میں اسے کاٹوں گا جو تجھے کاٹے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Reham Rehman ka aik juzv hai jo qayamat ke din aye ga aur arz kare ga ke aye parvardigaar mujhe tora gaya mujh par zulm kiya gaya parvardigaar mere sath bura sulook kiya gaya Allah use jawab de ga kya tu is baat par razi hai ke main use joroon ga jo tujhe jore ga aur main use katoon ga jo tujhe kate ga.
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there are four things from the era of ignorance that my Ummah will never abandon: boasting about lineage, mourning for the dead, attributing rain to the stars, and considering illness to be contagious. A camel became mangy and infected one hundred camels with mange, so who infected the first camel with mange?

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا زمانہ جاہلیت کی چار چیزیں ایسی ہیں جنہیں میرے امتی کبھی ترک نہیں کریں گے۔ حسب نسب میں عار دلانا، میت پر نوحہ کرنا، بارش کو ستاروں سے منسوب کرنا اور بیماری کو متعدی سمجھنا، ایک اونٹ خارش زدہ ہوا اور اس نے سو اونٹوں کو خارش میں مبتلا کردیا، تو پہلے اونٹ کو خارش زدہ کس نے کیا؟
Hazrat Abu Huraira Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya zamana jahiliyat ki chaar cheezen aisi hain jinhen mere ummati kabhi tark nahin karenge. Hasb nasab mein aar dilana, mayyat par noha karna, barish ko sitaron se mansoob karna aur beemari ko muttadi samajhna, ek oont kharish zada hua aur usne sau oonton ko kharish mein مبتلا kardiya, to pehle oont ko kharish zada kis ne kiya?.
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "There is no prayer after the Iqamah except for the prescribed prayer."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اقامت ہونے کے بعد وقتی نماز کے علاوہ کوئی نماز نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya iqamat hone ke bad waqti namaz ke ilawa koi namaz nahi hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man who was a disbeliever came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and ate a lot of food. Later, he embraced Islam and then he ate very little food. This was mentioned to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A Muslim eats in one intestine (i.e., is content with a moderate amount of food), while a disbeliever eats in seven intestines (i.e., eats greedily and excessively)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی جو کافر تھا نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور بہت سا کھانا کھا گیا بعد میں اس نے اسلام قبول کرلیا تو بہت تھوڑا کھانا کھایا نبی کریم ﷺ سے اس کا تذکرہ ہوا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مسلمان ایک آنت میں کھاتا ہے اور کافر سات آنتوں میں کھاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik aadmi jo kafir tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass aya aur bahut sa khana kha gaya baad mein us ne Islam qubool kar liya to bahut thora khana khaya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se is ka tazkara hua to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Musalman ek aant mein khata hai aur kafir saat aanton mein khata hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever leaves behind children, their upbringing is my responsibility. And whoever leaves behind wealth, it belongs to his heirs."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص بچے چھوڑ کر جائے ان کی پرورش میرے ذمے ہیں اور جو شخص مال چھوڑ کر جائے وہ اس کے ورثاء کا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs bachay chhor kar jaye un ki parwarish mere zimme hain aur jo shakhs maal chhor kar jaye woh us ke warasa ka hai.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Such whispers and thoughts come to my mind that I would rather fall from the sky than utter them.” (What should I do?) The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “That is pure faith.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی بارگاہ نبوت میں حاضر ہوا اور کہنے لگا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میرے دل میں ایسے وساوس اور خیالات آتے ہیں کہ انہیں زبان پر لانے سے زیادہ مجھے آسمان سے نیچے گرجانا محبوب ہے (میں کیا کروں؟) نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا یہ تو صریح ایمان ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek aadmi bargah e nabuvvat mein hazir hua aur kahne laga Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) mere dil mein aise wasawis aur khayalaat aate hain ki unhein zubaan par laane se zyada mujhe aasman se neeche gir jana mahboob hai (mein kya karoon?) Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya yeh to sareeh emaan hai.
The previous Hadith is narrated with this second chain of narration, however, here at the end are these words "This is the work of the Lord of the Worlds." It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “Four things from the days of ignorance that people will never abandon…” Then the narrator mentioned the complete Hadith.

گزشتہ حدیث اس دوسری سند سے مروی ہے تاہم یہاں آخر میں یہ الفاظ ہیں کہ یہ پروردگار عالم کا کام ہے۔ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا زمانہ جاہلیت کی چار چیزیں ایسی ہیں جنہیں لوگ کبھی ترک نہیں کریں گے۔۔۔۔۔ پھر راوی نے مکمل حدیث ذکر کی۔
Guzishta hadees is doosri sanad se marvi hai taham yahan akhir mein yeh alfaz hain ke yeh Parwardigaar Aalam ka kaam hai. Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya zamana jahiliyat ki chaar cheezen aisi hain jinhen log kabhi tark nahin karen ge..... Phir ravi ne mukammal hadees zikar ki.
The previous Hadith is narrated from this second chain of narration, however here at the end are these words, "This is the work of the Lord of the worlds". It is narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Four things from the days of ignorance are such that the people will never abandon them..." Then, the narrator mentioned the complete Hadith.

Abu Rafe' says: Once I saw Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) performing the prostration of recitation in Surah Inshiqaq. I asked him about it. He said: My beloved (Prophet Muhammad peace and blessings be upon him) performed prostration on this verse, so I will always prostrate upon reaching this verse until I meet the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

ابورافع کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو سورت انشقاق میں سجدہ تلاوت کرتے ہوئے دیکھا میں نے ان سے پوچھا انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میرے خلیل ﷺ نے اس آیت پر سجدہ کیا ہے اس لئے میں اس آیت پر پہنچ کر ہمیشہ سجدہ کرتا رہوں گا یہاں تک کہ نبی کریم ﷺ سے جا ملوں۔
Abu Rafi kehte hain ke ek martaba maine Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko Surah Inshiqaq mein Sajda Tilawat karte huye dekha maine unse pucha unhon ne farmaya ke mere Khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is ayat par Sajda kiya hai isliye main is ayat par pahonch kar hamesha Sajda karta rahunga yahan tak ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se ja milun.
It has been narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a villager came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to demand his camel and spoke harshly. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) intended to beat him, but the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Leave him, for the one who has a right can speak out." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them), "Buy a camel of the same age as his camel." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) searched but could not find a camel of that age; every camel was older. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then buy him an older camel, for the best of you is the one who is best in repaying a debt."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک دیہاتی شخص نبی کریم ﷺ کی خدمت میں اپنے اونٹ کا تقاضا کرنے کے لئے آیا اور اس میں سختی کی، صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسے مارنے کا ارادہ کیا لیکن نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اسے چھوڑ دو کیونکہ حقدار بات کرسکتا ہے۔ پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہ سے فرمایا اس کے اونٹ جتنی عمر کا ایک اونٹ خرید کرلے آؤ، صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہ نے تلاش کیا لیکن مطلوبہ عمر کا اونٹ نہ مل سکا ہر اونٹ اس سے بڑی عمر کا تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ پھر اسے بڑی عمر کا ہی اونٹ خرید کر دے دو، تم میں سب سے بہترین وہ ہے جو اداء قرض میں سب سے بہترین ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki ek dehati shakhs Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein apne unt ka taqaza karne ke liye aaya aur is mein sakhti ki, Sahaba Kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne use marne ka irada kiya lekin Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya use chhod do kyunki haqdaar baat kar sakta hai. Phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sahaba Kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se farmaya iske unt jitni umar ka ek unt kharid kar le aao, Sahaba Kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne talash kiya lekin matlooba umar ka unt na mil saka har unt is se badi umar ka tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki phir ise badi umar ka hi unt kharid kar de do, tum mein sab se behtarin wo hai jo adaa qarz mein sab se behtarin ho.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "It is not permissible for a Muslim to disassociate from his brother for more than three days, such that when they meet, one of them turns away and the other turns away. The better of them is the one who greets the other first." Whoever keeps from speaking with his brother for more than three days and dies in that state will enter Hell.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تین دن سے زیادہ قطع تعلقی جائز نہیں جو شخص تین سے زیادہ اپنے بھائی سے بول چال بند رکھے اور مرجائے تو وہ جہنم میں داخل ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya teen din se ziada qata taluqi jaiz nahi jo shakhs teen se ziada apne bhai se bol chaal band rakhe aur mar jaye to woh jahannam mein daakhil hoga.
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The blood of one who dies from an animal's attack is in vain (no retaliation is paid for his killing); the blood of one who falls in a well is in vain; the blood of one who dies from an abscess is in vain; and the one who finds buried treasure has to pay one-fifth (as Khums)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا جانور سے مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کنویں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کان میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya janwar se marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kuney mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kaan mein marne wale ka khoon bhi raigan hai aur woh dafina jo kisi ke hath lag jaye uss mein khums (panchwan hissa) wajib hai.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "Seventy thousand people of my Ummah will enter Paradise without accounts." 'Ukasha bin Muhsin (RA) got up, lifting his sheet (out of excitement) and said, "O Allah's Messenger! Supplicate to Allah to make me one of them." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "O Allah, make him one of them." Then another man got up and made the same request, but the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "'Ukasha has preceded you."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ میری امت میں سے ستر ہزار آدمی بلاحساب کتاب جنت میں داخل ہوں گے حضرت عکاشہ بن محصن رضی اللہ عنہ اپنی چادر اٹھاتے ہوئے کھڑے ہوئے اور عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ اللہ سے دعا کردیجئے کہ وہ مجھے بھی ان میں شامل فرما دے نبی کریم ﷺ نے دعا کردی اے اللہ اسے بھی ان میں شامل فرما پھر ایک اور آدمی نے کھڑے ہو کر بھی یہی عرض کیا لیکن نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا عکاشہ تم پر سبقت لے گئے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira RA se marvi hai keh maine Nabi Kareem SAW ko yeh farmate hue suna hai keh meri ummat mein se sattar hazar aadmi bila hisab kitab jannat mein dakhil honge Hazrat Ukasha bin Mohsin RA apni chadar uthate hue khare hue aur arz kiya Ya Rasulullah SAW Allah se dua kijiye keh woh mujhe bhi un mein shamil farma de Nabi Kareem SAW ne dua ki aye Allah ise bhi un mein shamil farma phir ek aur aadmi ne khare ho kar bhi yehi arz kiya lekin Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya Ukasha tum par sabqat le gaye.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Doesn't the person who raises his head before the Imam (while praying in congregation) fear that Allah may transform his head into the head of a donkey, or his image into the image of a donkey?"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا وہ آدمی جو امام سے پہلے سر اٹھائے اور امام سجدہ ہی میں ہو اس بات سے نہیں ڈرتا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کا سر یا اس کی شکل گدھے جیسی بنا دے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya wo aadmi jo imam se pehle sar uthaye aur imam sajda hi mein ho is baat se nahi darta ki Allah Ta'ala is ka sar ya is ki shakal gadhe jaisi bana de.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Do not fast until you see the new moon, and do not celebrate Eid until you see it. If it is hidden from you by clouds, then count thirty days.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تک چاند نہ دیکھ لو روزہ نہ رکھو اور جب تک چاند نہ دیکھ لو عید نہ مناؤ بلکہ چاند کو دیکھ کر روزہ رکھا کرو، چاند دیکھ کر عید منایا کرو، اگر چاند نظر نہ آئے اور آسمان پر ابر چھایا ہو تو تیس کی گنتی پوری کیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah RA se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem SAW ne farmaya jab tak chand na dekh lo roza na rakho aur jab tak chand na dekh lo Eid na manao balkeh chand ko dekh kar roza rakha karo, chand dekh kar Eid manaya karo, agar chand nazar na aaye aur asman par abbr chaya ho to tees ki ginti poori kya karo.
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said, "A man was walking, flaunting his clothes and strutting arrogantly, pleased with his hair and letting his garment hang below his ankles, when suddenly Allah caused the earth to swallow him, and he will continue to sink into it until the Day of Judgement."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک آدمی بہترین لباس زیب تن کرکے نازوتکبر کی چال چلتا ہوا جا رہا تھا اسے اپنے بالوں پر بڑا عجب محسوس ہورہا تھا اور اس نے اپنی شلوار ٹخنوں سے نیچے لٹکا رکھی تھی کہ اچانک اللہ نے اسے زمین میں دھنسا دیا اب وہ قیامت تک زمین میں دھنستا ہی رہے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ek aadmi behtareen libas zeb tan karke nazo takabbur ki chaal chalta hua ja raha tha use apne baalon par bada ajab mehsoos ho raha tha aur usne apni shalwar takhnon se neeche latka rakhi thi keh achanak Allah ne use zameen mein dhansa diya ab woh qayamat tak zameen mein dhansta hi rahe ga.
Narrated Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said: "Leave me (to myself) as long as I leave you (to yourselves). Those who were before you were ruined because of their questions and their differences with their Prophets. So, when I order you to do something, do as much of it as you can and when I forbid you to do something, then refrain from it."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں جب تک کسی مسئلے کو بیان کرنے میں تمہیں چھوڑے رکھوں اس وقت تک تم بھی مجھے چھوڑے رکھو اس لئے کہ تم سے پہلی امتیں بکثرت سوال کرنے اور اپنے انبیاء (علیہم السلام) سے اختلاف کرنے کی وجہ سے ہی ہلاک ہوئی تھیں میں تمہیں جس چیز سے روکوں اس سے رک جاؤ اور جس چیز کا حکم دوں اسے اپنی طاقت کے مطابق پورا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein jab tak kisi masle ko bayan karne mein tumhein chhore rakhon us waqt tak tum bhi mujhe chhore rakho is liye keh tum se pehli ummatain bakasrat sawal karne aur apne ambia Alaihim Assalam se ikhtilaf karne ki wajah se hi halak hui thi mein tumhein jis cheez se rokon us se ruk jao aur jis cheez ka hukum dun use apni taqat ke mutabiq poora karo.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, said: 'Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting; it is for Me and I shall reward for it.' The fast of a fasting person is a shield for him. And the smell coming from the mouth of the fasting person is better with Allah than the smell of musk."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے ہر عمل کفارہ ہے لیکن روزہ خاص میرے لئے ہے اور میں خود اس کا بدلہ دوں گا روزہ دار کی منہ کی بھبک اللہ کے نزدیک مشک کی خوشبو سے زیادہ عمدہ ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya irshad Bari Ta'ala hai har amal kaffara hai lekin roza khas mere liye hai aur mein khud iska badla dun ga rozadar ki munh ki bhuk Allah ke qareeb musk ki khushbu se zyada umdah hai.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Allah is amazed by a people who are dragged to Paradise in chains (their deeds are taking them to Hell but Allah’s Grace is taking them towards Paradise)”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ کو اس قوم پر تعجب ہوتا ہے جسے زنجیروں میں جکڑ کر جنت کی طرف لے جایا جاتا ہے (ان کے اعمال انہیں جہنم کی طرف لے جا رہے ہوتے ہیں لیکن اللہ کی نظر کرم انہیں جنت کی طرف لے جارہی ہوتی ہے)۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah ko is qaum par ta'ajjub hota hai jise zanjeeron mein jakar kar Jannat ki taraf le jaya jata hai (in ke aamal inhein Jahannum ki taraf le ja rahe hote hain lekin Allah ki nazar karam inhein Jannat ki taraf le ja rahi hoti hai).
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The poor person is not the one who is turned away with a date or two, or a morsel or two. The real poor person is the one who does not have enough for himself and who does not beg from others persistently."

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مسکین وہ نہیں ہوتا جسے ایک دو کھجوریں یا ایک دو لقمے لوٹا دیں اصل مسکین وہ ہوتا ہے جس کے پاس خود بھی مالی کشادگی نہ ہو اور دوسروں سے بھی وہ لگ لپٹ کر سوال نہ کرتا ہو۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya miskeen woh nahin hota jise ek do khajoorein ya ek do luqme luta dein asl miskeen woh hota hai jiske paas khud bhi maali kushadgi na ho aur doosron se bhi woh lag lapat kar sawal na karta ho.
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A woman entered Hell only because of a cat which she had tied up, neither did she feed it nor did she let it loose so that it could eat from the vermin of the earth.

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک عورت جہنم میں صرف ایک بلی کی وجہ سے داخل ہوگئی جسے اس نے باندھ دیا تھا خود اسے کھلایا پلایا اور نہ اسے کھلا چھوڑا کہ وہ خود ہی زمین کے کیڑے مکوڑے کھا لیتی۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ek aurat jahannam mein sirf ek billi ki wajah se dakhil hogayi jise usne bandh diya tha khud use khilaya pilaya aur na use khula chhoda ke wo khud hi zameen ke keere makore kha leti.
And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “On Friday, there is an hour in which, if a Muslim happens to be at prayer and asks Allah for something good, Allah will surely grant it to him."

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جمعہ کے دن ایک ساعت ایسی بھی آتی ہے کہ اگر وہ کسی بندہ مسلم کو اس حال میں میسر آجائے کہ وہ اللہ سے خیر کا سوال کررہاہو تو اللہ اسے وہ چیز ضرور عطاء فرما دیتا ہے۔
Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya juma ke din ek sa'at aisi bhi aati hai ke agar wo kisi banda muslim ko us hal mein muyassar aa jaye ke wo Allah se khair ka sawal kar raha ho to Allah use wo cheez zaroor ataa farma deta hai.
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "If I were to have a mountain of gold like Uhud, I would not like to die leaving behind even one dinar, except for what I would keep to repay my debts."

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر میرے پاس احد پہاڑ بھی سونے کا بن کر آجائے تو میں ایک دینار بھی چھوڑ کر مرنا پسند نہیں کروں گا سوائے اس چیز کے جو میں اپنے اوپر واجب الاداء قرض کی ادائیگی کے لئے روک لوں۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai keh nabi kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar mere pass uhud pahar bhi sone ka ban kar ajaye to main ek dinar bhi chhor kar marna pasand nahi karunga siwaye us cheez ke jo main apne upar wajib ul adaa qarz ki adaaigi ke liye rok lun.
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Adopt my name but do not adopt my Kunya (nickname)."

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میرے نام پر اپنا نام رکھ لیا کرو لیکن میری کنیت پر اپنی کنیت نہ رکھا کرو۔
Guzishta sanad hi se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mere naam par apna naam rakh liya karo lekin meri kunniyat par apni kunniyat na rakha karo.
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Faith (and wisdom) are Yemeni, disbelief is in the East, and tranquility is in the owners of sheep. Harshness is in the owners of camels, and the Antichrist (Dajjal) will emerge from the East, heading towards Medina. He will camp behind Uhud, and the angels will turn his face towards Syria, where he will be destroyed."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایمان (اور حکمت) یمن والوں کے ہاں بہت عمدہ ہے کفر مشرقی جانب ہے سکون و اطمینان بکریوں کے مالکوں میں ہوتا ہے جبکہ دلوں کی سختی اونٹوں کے مالکوں میں ہوتی ہے۔
مسیح دجال مشرق کی طرف سے آئے گا اور اس کی منزل مدینہ منورہ ہوگی یہاں تک کہ وہ احد کے پیچھے آکر پڑاؤ ڈالے گا پھر ملائکہ اس کا رخ شام کی طرف پھیر دیں گے اور وہیں وہ ہلاک ہوجائے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya eman (aur hikmat) Yemen walon ke han bahut umda hai kufr mashriqi janib hai sukoon o itminan bakriyon ke malikon mein hota hai jabkeh dilon ki sakhti oonton ke malikon mein hoti hai.
Massih Dajjal mashriq ki taraf se ayega aur uski manzil Madina Munawwara hogi yahan tak keh woh Ahad ke peeche aakar paradao dalega phir malaika uska rukh sham ki taraf phir denge aur wahin woh halak ho jayega.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) reported that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: "No day is more virtuous than Friday; the sun does not rise or set on a day that is more virtuous than Friday. On Friday, every living being is apprehensive, except for jinn and mankind, that perhaps today is the day of Judgment. On Friday, angels stand at every door of the mosque, recording the order of arrival of people. Just like a man who brings a camel, then a cow, then a goat, then a bird, then an egg, and when the Imam comes and sits down, they roll up their scrolls."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جمعہ کے دن سے زیادہ کسی افضل دن پر سورج طلوع یا غروب نہیں ہوتا اور جن و انس کے علاوہ ہر جاندار مخلوق جمعہ کے دن گھبراہٹ کا شکار ہوجاتی ہے (کہ کہیں آج ہی کا جمعہ وہ نہ ہو جس میں قیامت قائم ہوگی) جمعہ کے دن مسجد کے ہر دروازے پر دو فرشتے مقرر ہوتے ہیں جو درجہ بدرجہ پہلے آنے والے افراد کو لکھتے رہتے ہیں اس آدمی کی طرح جس نے اونٹ پیش کیا پھر جس نے گائے پیش کی پھر جس نے بکری پیش کی پھر جس نے پرندہ پیش کیا پھر جس نے انڈہ پیش کیا اور جب امام آکر بیٹھ جاتا ہے تو صحیفے لپیٹ دیئے جاتے ہیں۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya juma ke din se zyada kisi afzal din par suraj talu ya guroob nahi hota aur jinn o ins ke ilawa har jandar makhlooq juma ke din ghabrahat ka shikar hojatee hai (ke kahin aaj hi ka juma woh na ho jis mein qayamat qaim hogi) juma ke din masjid ke har darwaze par do firishte muqarrar hote hain jo darja badarja pehle aane wale afrad ko likhte rehte hain is aadmi ki tarah jis ne unt pesh kia phir jis ne gaaye pesh ki phir jis ne bakri pesh ki phir jis ne parinda pesh kia phir jis ne anda pesh kia aur jab imam aakar baith jata hai to sahife lapet diye jate hain.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "The Day of Judgment will not come until thirty Dajjals appear, each one claiming to be a messenger of Allah. There will be abundance of wealth, trials will be widespread, and killings will increase." When asked about the meaning of "killings", the Prophet said, "Murder, murder, murder" (three times).

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قیامت اس وقت تک قائم نہ ہوگی جب تک تیس دجال ظاہر ہوجائیں ان میں سے ہر ایک کا گمان یہ ہوگا کہ وہ اللہ کا رسول ہے مال کی خوب کثرت ہوجائے گی فتنوں کا دور دورہ ہوگا اور ہرج کی کثرت ہوگی کسی نے پوچھا ہرج سے کیا مراد ہے؟ فرمایا قتل قتل قتل (تین مرتبہ)
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qayamat us waqt tak qaem na hogi jab tak tees dajjal zahir hojain in mein se har ek ka gumaan ye hoga ki wo Allah ka rasool hai maal ki khoob kasrat hojayegi fitnon ka dor dora hoga aur harj ki kasrat hogi kisi ne poocha harj se kya murad hai farmaya qatal qatal qatal (teen martaba).
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the prayer in which Surah Fatiha is not recited is incomplete, incomplete, incomplete.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ جس نماز میں سورت فاتحہ بھی نہ پڑھی جائے وہ نامکمل ہے نامکمل ہے نامکمل ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki jis namaz mein Surah Fatiha bhi na parhi jaye woh namukammal hai namukammal hai namukammal hai.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “No man should make a proposal of marriage over the proposal of his brother, and no man should send his proposal of marriage over the proposal of his brother.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے بھاؤ پر بھاؤ نہ کرے اور کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیجے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi shakhs apne bhai ke bhaav par bhaav na kare aur koi shakhs apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bheje.
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When anyone of you supplicates, he should not say, "O Allah, forgive me if You will." Rather, he should supplicate with certainty and conviction, for no one can compel Allah.

گزشتہ سند ہی سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم میں سے کوئی شخص جب دعاء کرے تو یوں نہ کہا کرے کہ اے اللہ اگر تو چاہے تو مجھے معاف فرما دے بلکہ پختگی اور یقین کے ساتھ دعاء کرے کیونکہ اللہ پر کوئی زبردستی کرنے والا نہیں ہے۔
Guzishta sand hi se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum mein se koi shakhs jab dua kare to yun na kaha kare ke aye Allah agar tu chahe to mujhe maaf farma de balke pakki or yakin ke sath dua kare kyunki Allah per koi zabardasti karne wala nahi hai.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) asked his companions, "Do you know what backbiting is?" The companions replied, "Allah and His Messenger know best." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Backbiting is to mention something about your brother that he would dislike." Someone asked, "What if what I say about my brother is true?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "If what you say is true, you have backbitten him, but if it is not true, then you have slandered him."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے دریافت فرمایا کہ تم لوگ جانتے ہو کہ غیبت کیا ہے؟ صحابہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے عرض کیا اللہ اور اس کے رسول ﷺ ہی جانتے ہیں نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا غیبت یہ ہے کہ تم اپنے بھائی کا ذکر ایک ایسے عیب کے ساتھ کرو جو اس میں نہ ہو کسی نے پوچھا کہ یہ بتائیے اگر میرے بھائی میں وہ عیب موجود ہو جو میں اس کی غیر موجودگی میں بیان کروں تو کیا حکم ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر تمہارا بیان کیا ہوا عیب اس میں موجود ہو تو تم نے اس کی غیبت کی اور اگر تمہارا بیان کیا ہوا عیب اس میں موجود نہ ہو تو تم نے اس پر بہتان باندھا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Sahaba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se دریافت فرمایا ki tum log jante ho ki ghibat kya hai? Sahaba (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz kiya Allah aur uske Rasul (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hi jante hain. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ghibat yeh hai ki tum apne bhai ka zikar ek aise aib ke sath karo jo usme na ho. Kisi ne pucha ki yeh bataiye agar mere bhai me woh aib maujud ho jo main uski gair maujoodgi me bayan karoon to kya hukum hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar tumhara bayan kiya hua aib usme maujud ho to tumne uski ghibat ki aur agar tumhara bayan kiya hua aib usme maujud na ho to tumne us par bohtan bandha.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I do not forbid you from fasting on Friday, but I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying that do not fast on Friday unless you fast a day before it. And I do not offer prayer with shoes, but I have seen the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) offering prayer with shoes on.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ جمعہ کا روزہ رکھنے سے میں تم کو منع نہیں کرتا بلکہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جمعہ کے دن کا روزہ نہ رکھا کرو الاّ یہ کہ اس سے پہلے کا بھی روزہ رکھو اور میں جوتوں میں نماز نہیں پڑھتا بلکہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو جوتوں میں نماز پڑھتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Jumma ka roza rakhne se main tum ko mana nahi karta balki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ki Jumma ke din ka roza na rakha karo ila ye ki is se pehle ka bhi roza rakho aur main juton mein namaz nahi parhta balki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko juton mein namaz parhte huye dekha hai
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever offers the funeral prayer for a Muslim, he will get a reward equal to one Qirat. And whoever waits (with the funeral procession) till the burial is finished, he will get a reward equal to two Qirats." It was asked, "What are two Qirats?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Like two huge mountains." (Sahih al-Bukhari 1325)

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص کسی کی نماز جنازہ پڑھے اسے ایک قیراط کے برابر ثواب ملے گا اور جو شخص دفن سے فراغت ہونے تک انتظار کرتا رہا اسے دو قیراط کے برابر ثواب ملے گا اور ہر قیراط احد پہاڑ کے برابر ہوگا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs kisi ki namaz janaza parhe use ek qirat ke barabar sawab milega aur jo shakhs dafan se faraghat hone tak intezar karta raha use do qirat ke barabar sawab milega aur har qirat uhud pahar ke barabar hoga.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The truest poetry that any poet has spoken is the (poetry) of Labid: 'Remember, for everything but Allah is vain.'"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کسی شاعر نے جو سب سے زیادہ سچا شعر کہا ہے وہ یہ ہے کہ یاد رکھو! اللہ کے علاوہ ہر چیز باطل (فانی) ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kisi shayar ne jo sab se ziada sacha sher kaha hai wo ye hai keh yaad rakho Allah ke ilawa har cheez baatil fani hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Wherever the voice of the Mu'azzin (one who calls to prayer) reaches, everything wet or dry within its reach bears witness for him (on the Day of Judgement), and he is forgiven. Whoever prays in congregation, twenty-five good deeds are written for him, and his minor sins between two prayers are expiated."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مؤذن کی آواز جہاں تک پہنچتی ہے ان کی برکت سے اس کی بخشش کردی جاتی ہے کیونکہ ہر تر اور خشک چیز اس کے حق میں گواہی دیتی ہے اور نماز میں باجماعت شریک ہونے والے کے لئے پچیس نیکیاں لکھی جاتی ہیں اور دو نمازوں کے درمیانی وقفے کے لئے کفارہ بنادیا جاتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya muazzin ki awaz jahan tak pahunchti hai un ki barkat se us ki بخشش kar di jati hai kyunki har tar aur khushk cheez us ke haq mein gawahi deti hai aur namaz mein ba jamaat sharik hone wale ke liye pachchis nekiyan likhi jati hain aur do namazon ke darmiyaani waqfe ke liye kaffara bana diya jata hai.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Perform ablution after eating cooked food over the fire.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا آگ پر پکی ہوئی چیز کھانے سے وضو کیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aag par paki hui cheez khane se wuzu kiya karo.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever breaks the fast of Ramadan without an excuse or illness, fasting for a lifetime will not make up for it.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص بغیر کسی عذر کے رمضان کا ایک روزہ چھوڑ دے یا توڑ دے ساری عمر کے روزے بھی اس کے ایک روزے کا بدلہ نہیں بن سکتے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs baghair kisi uzr ke Ramzan ka ek roza chhor de ya tod de sari umar ke roze bhi us ke ek roze ka badla nahi ban sakte.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) prohibited buying and selling of fruits before they are ripe, hoarding wealth before it is divided, and praying while needing to relieve oneself.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے تقسیم سے قبل مال غنیمت اور ہر آفت سے محفوظ ہونے سے قبل پھل کی خریدوفروخت سے منع فرمایا ہے نیز کمر کسنے سے قبل نماز پڑھنے سے بھی منع فرمایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne taqseem se pehle maal ghanimat aur har aafat se mahfooz hone se pehle phal ki khareed o farokht se mana farmaya hai neez kamar kasne se pehle namaz parhne se bhi mana farmaya hai.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Gabriel continued to recommend treating neighbors with kindness so much so that I thought he would soon inherit (them).

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا حضرت جبرائیل علیہ السلام مجھے پڑوسی کے ساتھ حسن سلوک کی وصیت اتنے تسلسل کے ساتھ کرتے رہے کہ مجھے یہ خیال ہونے لگا کہ عنقریب وہ اسے وارث قرار دے دیں گے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Hazrat Jibrail alaihissalam mujhe padosi ke sath husn salook ki wasiyat itne tasalsul ke sath karte rahe keh mujhe yeh khayal hone laga keh anqareeb wo use waris qarar de denge.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that in the blessed era of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), we used to have nothing to eat except two black things: dates and water.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے دور باسعادت میں ہمارے پاس سوائے دو کالی چیزوں " کھجور اور پانی سوا کھانے کی کوئی چیز نہ ہوتی تھی۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke daur e basayat mein humare pass siwae do kali cheezon "khajoor aur pani" siwa khane ki koi cheez na hoti thi.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: “Allah said: ‘Fasting is for Me and I will reward for it.’ The smell coming from the mouth of the fasting person is better with Allah than the fragrance of musk.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے روزہ خاص میرے لئے ہے اور میں خود اس کا بدلہ دوں گا روزہ دار کے منہ کی بھبک اللہ کے نزدیک مشک کی خوشبو سے زیادہ عمدہ ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya irshad Bari Ta'ala hai roza khas mere liye hai aur mein khud iska badla dun ga rozdar ke munh ki bubak Allah ke nazdeek mushk ki khushbu se zyada umda hai.
Uthman bin Shamash narrates that once Marwan passed by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) and said, "Keep some of your hadiths (from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to yourself." After a while, he returned. We thought that he would now insult Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) (because there was some animosity between them). Marwan said, "What supplication did you hear the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reciting in the funeral prayer?" He replied, "I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, 'O Allah, You created him, You provided for him, You guided him to Islam, and You have taken his soul. You know his hidden and apparent. We have come to You as intercessors for him. So forgive him.'"

عثمان بن شماس کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ مروان کا حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے پاس سے گذر ہوا تو وہ کہنے لگا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کے حوالے سے اپنی کچھ حدیثیں سنبھال کر رکھو تھوڑی دیر بعد وہ واپس آگیا ہم لوگوں نے اپنے دل میں سوچا کہ اب یہ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی شان میں گستاخی کرے گا (کیونکہ ان کے درمیان کچھ ناراضگی تھی) مروان کہنے لگا کہ آپ نے نماز جنازہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کو کون سی دعا پڑھتے ہوئے سنا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اے اللہ آپ ہی نے اسے پیدا کیا آپ ہی نے اسے رزق دیا آپ ہی نے اسلام کی طرف اس کی رہنمائی فرمائی اور آپ ہی نے اس کی روح قبض فرمائی آپ اس کے پوشیدہ اور ظاہر سب کو جانتے ہیں ہم آپ کے پاس اس کے سفارشی بن کر آئے ہیں آپ اسے معاف فرما دیجئے۔
Usman bin Shamas kehte hain ki ek martaba Marwan ka Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke paas se guzar hua to woh kehne laga ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hawale se apni kuchh hadithen sambhal kar rakho thodi der baad woh wapas aa gaya hum logon ne apne dil mein socha ki ab yeh Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki shan mein gustakhi karega (kyunki unke darmiyaan kuchh naraazgi thi) Marwan kehne laga ki aap ne namaaz janaza mein Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko kaun si dua padhte hue suna hai? Unhon ne farmaya ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate hue suna hai ki Aye Allah aap hi ne use paida kiya aap hi ne use rizq diya aap hi ne Islam ki taraf uski rehnumai farmaai aur aap hi ne uski rooh qabz farmaai aap uske poshida aur zahir sab ko jaante hain hum aap ke paas uske sifarishi ban kar aaye hain aap use maaf farma dijiye.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the name of the respected wife of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Zainab (may Allah be pleased with her), was previously Barra. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) changed her name to "Zainab."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کی زوجہ محترمہ حضرت زینب رضی اللہ عنہ کا نام پہلے برہ تھا نبی کریم ﷺ نے بدل کر ان کا نام " زینب " رکھ دیا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki zojha mohtarma Hazrat Zainab Razi Allah Anhu ka naam pehle Barra tha Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne badal kar un ka naam "Zainab" rakh diya.
Abu Rafi' said: "Once I saw Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) performing the prostration of recitation during the recitation of Surah Inshiqaq. I asked him about it, and he said, 'My beloved friend, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah upon him), performed prostration on this verse, so I will always perform prostration when I reach this verse, until I meet the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah upon him).'"

ابورافع کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو سورت انشقاق میں سجدہ تلاوت کرتے ہوئے دیکھا میں نے ان سے پوچھا انہوں نے فرمایا کہ میرے خلیل ﷺ نے اس آیت پر سجدہ کیا ہے اس لئے میں اس آیت پر پہنچ کر ہمیشہ سجدہ کرتا رہوں گا یہاں تک کہ نبی کریم ﷺ سے جا ملوں۔
Abu Rafi kahte hain ke ek martaba maine Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu ko Surah Inshiqaq mein Sajdah Tilawat karte huye dekha maine unse pucha unhon ne farmaya ke mere khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne is ayat par Sajdah kiya hai isliye main is ayat par pahunch kar hamesha Sajdah karta rahunga yahan tak ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se ja milun.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): My beloved friend, the Prophet (ﷺ) advised me to observe three things and I will never leave them till I die: (1) To observe witr prayer before sleeping; (2) To observe the Duha prayer; and (3) To fast three days every month.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے خلیل ﷺ نے فرمایا نے تین چیزوں کی وصیت کی ہے میں نے انہیں مرتے دم تک نہ چھوڑوں گا۔ (١) سونے سے پہلے نماز وتر پڑھنے کی (٢) چاشت کی نماز کی (٣) ہر مہینے میں تین دن روزہ رکھنے کی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe mere khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya 3 cheezon ki wasiyat ki hai maine unhen marte dum tak na chhorun ga. (1) Sone se pehle namaz witr parhne ki. (2) Chast ki namaz ki. (3) Har mahine mein 3 din roza rakhne ki.
My close friend (the Prophet), peace and blessings be upon him, advised me regarding three things, and I will not leave them until I die: (1) To pray Witr before sleeping, (2) To pray Chasht, and (3) To fast three days every month.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ مجھے میرے خلیل ﷺ نے فرمایا نے تین چیزوں کی وصیت کی ہے میں نے انہیں مرتے دم تک نہ چھوڑوں گا۔ (١) سونے سے پہلے نماز وتر پڑھنے کی (٢) چاشت کی نماز کی (٣) ہر مہینے میں تین دن روزہ رکھنے کی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki mujhe mere Khalil (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ne teen cheezon ki wasiyat ki hai main ne unhen marte dum tak nah chhodon ga. (1) Sone se pehle نماز وتر padhne ki (2) Chast ki namaz ki (3) Har mahine mein teen din roza rakhne ki.
Narrated by Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever performs one Rak'ah of the Fajr prayer before the rising of the sun, he has caught the prayer, and whoever performs one Rak'ah of the Asr prayer before the setting of the sun, he has caught the prayer."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص طلوع آفتاب سے قبل فجر کی نماز کی ایک رکعت پالے اس نے وہ نماز پا لی اور جو شخص غروب آفتاب سے قبل نماز عصر کی ایک رکعت پالے اسے نے وہ نماز پا لی۔
