The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

It is narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: When any one of you wakes up at night and then returns to his bed, he should dust off his bed with his lower garment, for he does not know what came onto his bed after he left it. Then he should say: 'O Allah, in Your name I have placed my side on the earth, and in Your name I will raise it. If You should take my soul while I sleep, then have mercy on it, and if You should return my soul to me, then protect it just as You protect Your righteous servants.'

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص رات کو بیدارہو پھر اپنے بستر پر آئے تو اسے چاہے کہ اپنے تہبند ہی سے اپنے بستر کو جھاڑ لے کیونکہ اسے معلوم نہیں کہ اس کے پیچھے کیا چیز اس کے بستر پر آگئی ہو پھر یوں کہے کہ اے اللہ میں نے آپ کے نام کی برکت سے اپنا پہلو زمین پر رکھ دیا اور آپ کے نام سے ہی اٹھاؤں گا اگر میری روح کو اپنے پاس روک لیں تو اس کی مغفرت فرمائیے اور اگر بھیج دیں تو اس کی اسی طرح حفاظت فرمائیے جیسے آپ اپنے نیک بندوں کی حفاظت فرماتے ہیں
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs raat ko bedar ho phir apne bistar par aaye to use chahie ke apne tahband hi se apne bistar ko jhaar le kyunki use maloom nahi ke uske peeche kya cheez uske bistar par aa gai ho phir yun kahe ke aye Allah maine aap ke naam ki barkat se apna pehlu zameen par rakh diya aur aap ke naam se hi uthaunga agar meri rooh ko apne pass rakh len to is ki magfirat farmaie aur agar bhej den to is ki isi tarah hifazat farmaie jaise aap apne nek bandon ki hifazat farmate hain.
It was narrated by Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If the slave girl of any of you commits fornication and her crime is proven, then flog her but do not disgrace her. Then on the third or fourth repetition of the same sin, he said: Sell her even if her price is only a rope smelling of hair.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر تم میں سے کسی کی باندی زنا کرے اور اس کا جرم ثابت ہوجائے تو اسے کوڑوں کی سزا دے لیکن اسے عار نہ دلائے پھر تیسری یا چوتھی مرتبہ یہی گناہ سرزد ہونے پر فرمایا کہ اسے بیچ دے خواہ اس کی قسمت صرف بالوں سے گندھی ہوئی ایک رسی ہی ملے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar tum mein se kisi ki bandi zina kare aur is ka jurm sabit ho jaye to use koodon ki saza de lekin use aar na dilaye phir teesri ya chauthi martaba yehi gunah sarzad hone par farmaya ki use bech de chahe is ki qismat sirf balon se gandhi hui ek rassi hi mile.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Close to the Day of Resurrection, faith will flee to Madinah, just as a snake retreats into its hole."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا قیامت کے قریب ایمان مدینہ منورہ کی طرف ایسے سمٹ آئے گا جیسے سانپ اپنے بل میں سمٹ آتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya qayamat ke qareeb imaan Madina Munawwara ki taraf aise simat aaye ga jaise saanp apne bil mein simat aata hai.
Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Observe the fast seeing the crescent moon and celebrate Eid seeing the crescent moon. If the moon is not visible to you and the sky is cloudy, then complete the count of thirty (days).

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا چاند دیکھ کر روزہ رکھا کرو، چاند دیکھ کر عید منایا کرو۔ اگر چاند نظر نہ آئے اور آسمان پر ابر چھایا ہو کیا تیس کی گنتی پوری کیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya chand dekh kar roza rakha karo, chand dekh kar eid manaya karo. Agar chand nazar na aaye aur aasman par abr chaya ho to tees ki ginti puri kya karo.
It is narrated in the previous Hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "In black seed is the cure for every disease except death."

گزشتہ سند سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کلونجی میں موت کے علاوہ ہر بیماری کی شفاء ہے۔
Guzishta sanad se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kalonji mein maut ke ilawa har bimari ki shifa hai.
It is narrated from Khwaja Hasan Basri that the Holy Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: When any one of you hears the call to prayer and there is a utensil in his hand, he should not leave it until he has finished eating from it.

خواجہ حسن بصری سے مرسلاً مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص اذان سنے اور برتن اس کے ہاتھ میں ہو تو جب تک کھانا مکمل نہ کرلے اسے نہ چھوڑے۔
Khawaja Hasan Basri se mursalan marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs azan sune aur bartan uske hath mein ho to jab tak khana mukammal na karle use na chhore.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) narrated that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "I have been commanded to fight against people until they testify that there is no god but Allah, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. And when they say this, their lives and properties become protected from me except for a right that is due, and their accountability is with Allah. When the fitnah (trial) of apostasy spread, Hazrat Umar Farooq (RA) asked Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (RA) why he was fighting against those who claimed to be prophets when he had heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) saying this. Hazrat Abu Bakr Siddique (RA) replied, 'By Allah! I will not differentiate between prayer and charity, but I will surely fight against those who differentiate between them.' So, we fought against them in their rebellion, and later we saw goodness in it."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مجھے لوگوں سے اس وقت تک قتال کا حکم دیا گیا ہے جب تک وہ لاالہ الا اللہ نہ کہہ لیں، جب وہ کلمہ کہہ لیں تو انہوں نے اپنی جان مال کو مجھ سے محفوظ کرلیا الاّ یہ کہ اس کلمہ کا کوئی حق ہو اور ان کا حساب کتاب اللہ کے ذمے ہے جب فتنہ ارتداد پھیلا تو حضرت عمر فاروق رضی اللہ عنہ نے سیدنا صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ سے عرض کیا کہ آپ ان سے کیونکر قتال کرسکتے ہیں جبکہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے؟ حضرت صدیق اکبر رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا بخدا! میں نماز اور زکوٰۃ میں فرق نہیں کروں گا اور ان دونوں کے درمیان فرق کرنے والوں سے ضرور قتال کروں گا، چنانچہ ہم نے ان کی معیت میں قتال کیا اور بعد میں ہم نے اسی میں خیروبھلائی دیکھی۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mujhe logon se us waqt tak qatal ka hukum diya gaya hai jab tak woh la ilaha illallah na keh len, jab woh kalma keh len to unhon ne apni jaan maal ko mujh se mehfooz kar liya illa ye ke is kalma ka koi haq ho aur un ka hisab kitab Allah ke zimme hai jab fitna irtidad phela to Hazrat Umar Farooq (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne Syedna Siddiq Akbar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se arz kiya ke aap in se kyun kar qatal kar sakte hain jab ke main ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai? Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne farmaya bakhuda! main namaz aur zakat mein farq nahin karoon ga aur in donon ke darmiyaan farq karne walon se zaroor qatal karoon ga, chunanche hum ne un ki maiyyat mein qatal kiya aur baad mein hum ne usi mein khair o bhalayi dekhi.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about the Zakat on donkeys. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that Allah Almighty has revealed this comprehensive verse regarding them: "Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ سے گدھوں کی زکوٰۃ کے متعلق دریافت کیا گیا تو نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے بارے میں تو یہی ایک جامع مانع آیت نازل فرما دی ہے کہ جو شخص ایک ذرہ کے برابر بھی نیک عمل سر انجام دے گا وہ اسے دیکھ لے گا اور جو شخص ایک ذرے کے برابر بھی برا عمل سر انجام دے گا وہ اسے دیکھ لے گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se gadhon ki zakat ke mutalliq daryaft kiya gaya to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah ta'ala ne un ke baare mein to yahi ek jame'a mane'a ayat nazil farma di hai ki jo shakhs ek zarah ke barabar bhi nek amal sar anjam dega woh use dekh lega aur jo shakhs ek zare ke barabar bhi bura amal sar anjam dega woh use dekh lega.
Allah, the Exalted, has taken upon Himself the responsibility of one who goes out in His path, to admit him to Paradise or return him to his abode in such a condition that he has attained reward or booty.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس شخص کے متعلق اپنے ذمے یہ بات لے رکھی ہے جو اس کے راستے میں نکلے کہ اسے جنت میں داخل کرے یا اس حال میں اس کے ٹھکانے کی طرف واپس پہنچا دے کہ وہ ثواب یا مال غنیمت کو حاصل کرچکا ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya Allah Ta'ala ne is shakhs ke mutalliq apne zimme ye baat le rakhi hai jo uske raste mein nikle ke use Jannat mein dakhil kare ya us haal mein uske thikane ki taraf wapas pahuncha de ke woh sawab ya maal ghanimat ko hasil kar chuka ho.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Imam is a guarantor and the Mu'adhdhin (one who calls to prayer) is entrusted with a trust. O Allah, guide the Imams and forgive the Mu'adhdhins."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا امام ضامن ہوتا ہے اور مؤذن امانت دار اے اللہ اماموں کی رہنمائی فرما اور موذنین کی مغفرت فرما۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya imam zaman hota hai aur muazzin amanat dar hai Allah imamon ki rehnumai farma aur muazzinon ki maghfirat farma.
Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: My heart desires that I never lag behind any expedition in the path of Allah, but I do not have the means to provide them all with mounts. I wish that I could fight in the way of Allah and be martyred, then be brought back to life and fight again and be martyred, then fight again and be martyred.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا میرا دل چاہتا ہے کہ میں اللہ کے راستہ میں نکلنے والے کسی سریہ سے کبھی پیچھے نہ رہتا لیکن میں اتنی وسعت نہیں پاتا کہ ان سب کو سواری مہیا کرسکوں مجھے اس بات کی تمنا ہے کہ اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کروں اور جام شہادت نوش کرلوں، پھر زندگی عطا ہو اور جہاد میں شرکت کروں اور شہید ہوجاؤں، پھر جہاد میں شرکت کروں اور شہید ہوجاؤں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya mera dil chahta hai ke main Allah ke rasta mein nikalne wale kisi sariya se kabhi peeche na rehta lekin main itni wusat nahi pata ke un sab ko sawari muhayya kar sakun mujhe is baat ki tamanna hai ke Allah ke rasta mein jihad karoon aur jaam shahadat nosh kar loon phir zindagi ata ho aur jihad mein shirkat karoon aur shaheed ho jaon phir jihad mein shirkat karoon aur shaheed ho jaon.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): Some people asked, "O Messenger of Allah, tell us of such a deed as merits rewards equal to those of Jihad." He (the Prophet) replied, "You cannot do it." He (the Prophet) said so two or three times. They again requested, "Please tell us, we might be able." Thereupon, he said, "The example of a Mujahid in Allah's Cause is that of a person who observes fast and stands in prayer (for offering the night prayer) and remains afraid of Allah with his heart full of humility, and he does not slacken his efforts in worship, and keeps on doing it till the warrior (Mujahid) returns home (from Jihad).

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ کچھ لوگوں نے عرض کیا یارسول اللہ ﷺ ہمیں کوئی ایسا عمل بتائیے جو جہاد کے برابر ہو؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم اس کی طاقت نہیں رکھتے (دو تین مرتبہ فرمایا) لوگوں نے عرض کیا کہ آپ بتا دیجئے شاید ہم کرسکیں نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ کے راستہ میں جہاد کرنے والے کی مثال اس آدمی کی سی ہے جو دن کو روزہ، رات کو قیام اور اللہ کی آیات کے سامنے عاجز ہو اور اس نماز روزے میں کسی قسم کی کوتاہی نہ کرے، یہاں تک کہ وہ مجاہد اپنے اہل خانہ کے پاس واپس آجائے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allah Anhu se marvi hai keh kuch logon ne arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) humein koi aisa amal bataiye jo jihad ke barabar ho? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum is ki taqat nahi rakhte (do teen martaba farmaya) logon ne arz kiya keh aap bata dijiye shayad hum karsaken Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah ke raaste mein jihad karne wale ki misal is aadmi ki si hai jo din ko roza, raat ko qayam aur Allah ki ayat ke samne aajiz ho aur is namaz rozey mein kisi qisam ki kotahi na kare, yahan tak ke woh mujahid apne ahl khana ke pass wapas aajaye.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “A woman entered Hell because of a cat which she tied up and neither gave it food nor set it free to eat from the vermin of the earth.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایک عورت جہنم میں صرف ایک بلی کے وجہ سے داخل ہوگئی، جسے اس نے باندھ دیا تھا، خود اسے کھلایا پلایا اور نہ ہی اسے کھلا چھوڑا کہ وہ خود ہی زمین کے کیڑے مکوڑے کھا لیتی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ek aurat jahannam mein sirf ek billi ki wajah se dakhil hogayi, jise usne bandh diya tha, khud use khilaya pilaya aur na hi use khula chhoda ki woh khud hi zameen ke keede makore kha leti.
Abu Razin said: "Once I saw Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) striking his forehead with his hand, and he was saying, 'O Iraqi, do you think that I would falsely attribute something to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? You gain something without difficulty, and I bear the burden of it. I testify that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When the strap of the shoe of one of you breaks, do not walk wearing the other shoe until you have fixed it. And when a dog licks the vessel of one of you, do not perform ablution with that vessel until you have washed it seven times.'"

ابورزین کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو اپنی پیشانی پر ہاتھ مارتے ہوئے دیکھا وہ کہہ رہے تھے کہ اے عراقی کیا تم یہ سمجھتے ہو کہ میں نبی کریم ﷺ کی طرف جھوٹی نسبت کرسکتا ہوں؟ تم تو بلا مشقت ایک چیز حاصل کرلو اور مجھ پر اس کا وبال ہو میں گواہی دیتا ہوں کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے جب تم میں سے کسی کی جوتی کا تسمہ ٹوٹ جائے تو وہ دوسری جوتی کو پہن کر نہ چلے یہاں تک کہ اسے ٹھیک کروا لے۔ اور جب تم میں سے کسی کے برتن میں کتا منہ مار دے تو اس برتن سے اس وقت تک وضو نہ کرے جب تک اسے سات مرتبہ دھو نہ لے۔
Abu Razin kehte hain ki aik martaba maine Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko apni peshani par hath marte hue dekha woh keh rahe the ke aye Iraqi kya tum yeh samajhte ho ki main Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki taraf jhooti nisbat kar sakta hun tum to bila mushqawat ek cheez hasil kar lo aur mujh par iska wabal ho main gawaahi deta hun ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate hue suna hai jab tum mein se kisi ki jooti ka tasma toot jaye to woh dusri jooti ko pehen kar na chale yahan tak ke use theek karwa le aur jab tum mein se kisi ke bartan mein kutta munh maar de to us bartan se us waqt tak wuzu na kare jab tak use saat martaba dho na le
Translation:
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever performs ablution on the day of Jumu'ah and does it well, then comes to the mosque for Jumu'ah prayer, sits near the Imam in silence and listens attentively to him, his sins will be forgiven until the next Jumu'ah and an additional three days. And the person who plays with pebbles during the sermon will be engaged in vain."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص جمعہ کے دن وضو کرے اور خوب اچھی طرح کرے پھر جمعہ کے لئے آئے امام کے قریب خاموش بیٹھ کر توجہ سے اس کی بات سنے تو اگلے جمعہ تک اور مزید تین دن تک اس کے گناہ معاف ہوجائیں گے اور جو شخص کنکریوں سے کھیلتا رہا وہ لغو کام میں مشغول رہا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah Razi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs jumma ke din wuzu kare aur khoob acchi tarah kare phir jumma ke liye aaye imam ke qareeb khamosh beth kar tawajjah se us ki baat sune to agle jumma tak aur mazeed teen din tak us ke gunah maaf ho jayenge aur jo shakhs kankriyon se khelta raha woh laghv kaam mein mashghul raha.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "If I were invited to a meal of just a foreleg, I would accept the invitation, and if I were invited to a meal of just a trotters, I would accept the invitation."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اگر مجھے صرف ایک دستی کی دعوت دی جائے تو میں قبول کرلوں گا اور اگر ایک پائے کی دعوت دی جائے تب بھی قبول کرلوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya agar mujhe sirf ek dasti ki dawat di jaye to main qubool kar loon ga aur agar ek paye ki dawat di jaye tab bhi qubool kar loon ga.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are Isha' and Fajr. If they knew the reward for these prayers, they would attend them even if they had to crawl. I would have ordered the Mu'adhdhin (call maker) to pronounce Iqamah (the second call to prayer) and order a man to lead the prayer, and then I would go along with some men carrying bundles of wood to (burn the houses of) those men who do not present themselves in congregation (for the Fajr and 'Isha' prayers)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا منافقین پر نماز عشاء اور نماز فجر سب سے زیادہ بھاری ہوتی ہے لیکن اگر انہیں ان دونوں نمازوں کا ثواب پتہ چل جائے تو وہ ضرور ان نمازوں میں شرکت کریں اگرچہ گھٹنوں کے بل چل کر آنا پڑے، میرا دل چاہتا ہے مؤذن کو اذان کا حکم دوں اور ایک آدمی کو حکم دوں اور وہ نماز کھڑی کر دے، پھر اپنے ساتھ کچھ لوگوں کو لے جاؤں جن کے ہمراہ لکڑی کے گٹھے ہوں اور وہ ان لوگوں کے پاس جائیں جو نماز باجماعت میں شرکت نہیں کرتے ان کے گھروں میں آگ لگا دیں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya munafiqeen par namaz isha aur namaz fajr sab se zyada bhari hoti hai lekin agar unhen in donon namazon ka sawab pata chal jaye to woh zaroor in namazon mein shirkat karen agarche ghutnon ke bal chal kar aana pade, mera dil chahta hai muazzin ko azaan ka hukum dun aur ek aadmi ko hukum dun aur woh namaz khadi kar de, phir apne sath kuch logon ko le jayen jin ke humrah lakdi ke gutthe hon aur woh un logon ke pass jayen jo namaz ba jamaat mein shirkat nahin karte un ke gharon mein aag laga den.
It was narrated from Abu Huraira that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Races should only be held with camels or horses."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا صرف اونٹ یا گھوڑے میں ریس لگائی جاسکتی ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya sirf unt ya ghore mein race lagayi ja sakti hai.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever sees me in a dream, then surely he has seen me, for Satan cannot impersonate me."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جسے خواب میں میری زیارت نصیب ہوجائے، اسے یقین کرلینا چاہئے کہ اس نے میری زیارت کی ہے کیونکہ شیطان میری شکل و صورت اختیار کرنے کی طاقت نہیں رکھتا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jise khwab mein meri ziarat naseeb ho jaye use yaqeen karlena chahie ki usne meri ziarat ki hai kyunki shaitan meri shakal o surat ikhtiyar karne ki taqat nahi rakhta.
Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “When anyone of you is fasting, if he forgets, and eats or drinks, he should complete his fast, for Allah has fed him and given him to drink.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا جب کوئی شخص روزہ رکھے اور بھولے سے کچھ کھا پی لے تو اسے اپنا روزہ پھر بھی پورا کرنا چاہئے کیونکہ اسے اللہ نے کھلایا پلایا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya jab koi shakhs roza rakhe aur bhoole se kuch kha pi le to use apna roza phir bhi poora karna chahie kyunki use Allah ne khilaya pilaya hai.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The prayer of a person is broken if a woman, a dog, or a donkey passes in front of him.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا عورت، کتا اور گدھا نمازی کے آگے سے گذرنے پر نماز ٹوٹ جاتی ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya aurat, kutta aur gadha namaazi ke aage se guzarne par namaz toot jati hai.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se marwi hai ke Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya, "Kanwari ladki se nikah ki ijazat li jaye aur shohar-daidah aurat se mashwara kiya jaye." Kisi ne arz kiya, "Ya Rasool Allah (SAW), kanwari ladki sharmati hai, to us se ijazat kaise hasil ki jaye?" Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya, "Us ki khamoshi hi us ki raza mandi ki alamat hai."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کنواری لڑکی سے نکاح کی اجازت لی جائے اور شوہردیدہ عورت سے مشورہ کیا جائے کسی نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ (کنواری لڑکی شرماتی ہے) تو اس سے اجازت کیسے حاصل کی جائے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ اس کی خاموشی ہی اس کی رضا مندی کی علامت ہے۔

Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) se marwi hai ke Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne farmaya mere samne Jannat aur jinn hum mein sab se pehle dakhil hone wale teen teen giroh pesh kiye gaye. Chunaancha Jannat mein sab se pehle dakhil hone wale teen girohon mein "Shahid" woh abd mamlook jo apne Rab ki ibadat bhi khoob kare aur apne aqa ka bhi khairkhawah rahe aur woh afif shakhs jo zyada ayal daar hone ke bawajood apni izzat nafs ki hifazat kare shamil the aur jo teen giroh sab se pehle Jahannam mein dakhil honge un mein hakmaran jo zubardasti qoum par musallat hojaaye shamil hai, naiz woh maaldar shakhs jo maal ka haq adana kare aur woh faqeer jo fakhr karta phire.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میرے سامنے جنت اور جن ہم میں سب سے پہلے داخل ہونے والے تین تین گروہ پیش کئے گئے چنانچہ جنت میں سب سے پہلے داخل ہونے والے تین گروہوں میں " شہید " وہ عبد مملوک جو اپنے رب کی عبادت بھی خوب کرے اور اپنے آقا کا بھی خیرخواہ رہے اور وہ عفیف آدمی جو زیادہ عیال دار ہونے کے باوجود اپنی عزت نفس کی حفاظت کرے " شامل تھے اور جو تین گروہ سب سے پہلے جہنم میں داخل ہوں گے ان میں حکمران جو زبردستی قوم پر مسلط ہوجائے شامل ہے نیز وہ مالدار آدمی جو مال کا حق ادانہ کرے اور وہ فقیر جو فخر کرتا پھرے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mere samne Jannat aur Jahannam mein sab se pehle dakhil hone wale teen teen giroh pesh kiye gaye chunancha Jannat mein sab se pehle dakhil hone wale teen girohon mein "Shaheed" woh Abd Mamlook jo apne Rab ki ibadat bhi khoob kare aur apne Aqa ka bhi khair khwah rahe aur woh azeez aadmi jo zyada ayal daar hone ke bawajood apni izzat nafs ki hifazat kare "shamil thay aur jo teen giroh sab se pehle Jahannam mein dakhil honge un mein Hakkam jo zabardasti qaum par musallat ho jaye shamil hai neez woh maldar aadmi jo maal ka haq ada na kare aur woh faqeer jo fakhr karta phire.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) said: "Whoever keeps a dog, except as a guard for the livestock or for hunting, two Qirats will be deducted from his reward every day.”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جو شخص شکاری کتے اور کھیت یا ریوڑ کی حفاظت کے علاوہ شوقیہ طور پر کتے پالے اس کے ثواب میں سے روزانہ ایک قیراط کے برابر کمی ہوتی رہے گی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jo shakhs shikari kutte aur khet ya rewar ki hifazat ke ilawa shauqia tor par kutte palay uske sawab mein se rozana ek qirat ke barabar kami hoti rahegi.
Anas bin Hakim (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “During the time of Ziyad or Ibn Ziyad, when I felt threatened, I came to Madinah. I met Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), and he asked me my name and lineage. When I told him, he said, ‘O young man, shall I not tell you a hadith by which Allah will benefit you?’ I said, ‘Why not, may Allah’s mercy be upon you.’ He said, ‘The first thing that a person will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment will be the obligatory prayer. Allah will say to His angels—although He knows best—‘Look at the prayer of My servant. Is it complete or deficient?’ If it is complete, it will be recorded as complete. If it is deficient, Allah will say, ‘Look, does My servant have any voluntary prayers?’ If he has voluntary prayers, Allah will say, ‘Complete the obligatory acts of My servant from his voluntary ones.’ Then, the same will be done with his other obligatory deeds.”

انس بن حکیم رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ زیاد یا ابن زیاد کے زمانے میں انہیں خطرہ لاحق ہوا تو مدینہ منورہ آگئے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملاقات ہوئی انہوں نے مجھ سے نام و نسب پوچھا میں نے انہیں بتایا، وہ کہنے لگے کہ اے نوجوان کیا میں تمہیں ایک حدیث نہ سناؤں جس سے اللہ تمہیں نفع پہنچائے؟ میں نے عرض کیا کیوں نہیں آپ پر اللہ کی رحمتیں نازل ہوں انہوں نے فرمایا کہ قیامت کے دن سب سے پہلے بندے سے جس چیز کا حساب لیا جائے گا وہ فرض نماز ہوگی پروردگار اپنے فرشتوں سے فرمائے گا " حالانکہ وہ ان سے زیادہ جانتا ہے " کہ میرے بندے کی نماز دیکھو، مکمل ہے ناقص! اگر مکمل ہوئی تو مکمل لکھ دی جائے گی اور نامکمل ہوئی تو اللہ تعالیٰ فرمائے گا دیکھو میرے بندے کے پاس نوافل بھی ہیں؟ اگر اس کے پاس نوافل ہوئے تو اللہ فرمائے گا کہ میرے بندے کے فرائض کو اس کے نوافل سے مکمل کردو، اس کے بعد دیگر فرض اعمال میں بھی اسی طرح کیا جائے گا۔
Anas bin Hakim rahmatullahi alaihi kahte hain ki Ziyad ya Ibn Ziyad ke zamane mein unhen khatra lahaq hua to Madina Munawwara aa gaye Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se mulaqat hui unhon ne mujh se naam o nasab poocha maine unhen bataya, woh kahne lage ki aye naujawan kya main tumhen ek hadees na sunaun jis se Allah tumhen nafa pahunchaye? Maine arz kiya kyun nahi aap par Allah ki rehmaten nazil hon unhon ne farmaya ki qayamat ke din sab se pehle bande se jis cheez ka hisab liya jaye ga woh farz namaz hogi Parwardigaar apne farishton se farmaye ga "halanke woh un se ziada janta hai" ki mere bande ki namaz dekho, mukammal hai naqis! Agar mukammal hui to mukammal likh di jaye gi aur namukammal hui to Allah Ta'ala farmaye ga dekho mere bande ke paas nawafil bhi hain? Agar uske paas nawafil hue to Allah farmaye ga ki mere bande ke faraiz ko uske nawafil se mukammal kardo, uske bad deegar farz amal mein bhi isi tarah kiya jaye ga.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Does not one of you fear, if he raises his head before the Imam (while bowing) and the Imam is still in prostration, that Allah may transform his face into that of a donkey?"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا وہ آدمی جو امام سے پہلے سر اٹھائے اور امام سجدہ ہی میں ہو اس بات سے نہیں ڈرتا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس کی شکل گدھے جیسی بنا دے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya woh aadmi jo Imam se pehle sar uthaye aur Imam Sajde hi mein ho us baat se nahi darta ki Allah Ta'ala uski shakal gadhe jaisi bana de.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Is it not possible for one of you to step a little forward or backward or to his right or left (while praying) so as not to inconvenience (others)?"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کیا تم میں سے کوئی شخص اتنا بھی نہیں کرسکتا کہ نماز پڑھتے وقت تھوڑا سا آگے پیچھے یا دائیں بائیں ہوجائے (تاکہ گذرنے والوں کو تکلیف نہ ہو)
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya kya tum mein se koi shakhs itna bhi nahi kar sakta ki namaz parhte waqt thoda sa aage peeche ya daayein baayein ho jaaye (taki guzarne walon ko takleef na ho).
Narrated Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): When the month of Ramadan approached, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would say: "The month of Ramadan has come to you. It is a blessed month, in which Allah has made fasting obligatory upon you. In this month, the gates of Paradise are opened, the gates of Hell are closed, and the devils are chained. In it there is a night that is better than a thousand months, and whoever is deprived of its good is indeed deprived."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ جب ماہ رمضان قریب آتا تو نبی کریم ﷺ فرماتے کہ تمہارے پاس رمضان کا مہینہ آ رہا ہے یہ مبارک مہینہ ہے اللہ نے تم پر اس کے روزے فرض کئے ہیں اس مبارک مہینے میں جنت کے دروازے کھول دئیے جاتے ہیں اور جہنم کے دروازے بند کردیئے جاتے ہیں اور شیاطین کو جکڑ دیا جاتا ہے۔ اس مہینے میں ایک رات ایسی بھی ہے جو ہزار مہینوں سے بہتر ہے جو شخص اس کی خیروبرکت سے محروم رہا وہ مکمل طور پر محروم ہی رہا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki jab mah e Ramzan qareeb aata to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) farmate ke tumhare pass Ramzan ka mahina aa raha hai ye mubarak mahina hai Allah ne tum par iske roze farz kiye hain is mubarak mahine mein jannat ke darwaze khol diye jate hain aur jahannum ke darwaze band kar diye jate hain aur shayateen ko jakar diya jata hai is mahine mein ek raat aisi bhi hai jo hazaar mahino se behtar hai jo shakhs iski khair o barkat se mehroom raha woh mukammal tor par mehroom hi raha.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "My followers are granted concession for whatever whispers in their hearts, so long as they do not act upon it or speak of it."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میری امت کو چھوٹ دی گئی ہے کہ اس کے ذہن میں جو وسوسے پیدا ہوتے ہیں ان پر کوئی مواخذہ نہ ہوگا بشرطیکہ وہ اس وسوسے پر عمل نہ کرے یا اپنی زبان سے اس کا اظہار نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya meri ummat ko chhoot di gai hai ki uske zehn mein jo waswase paida hote hain un par koi moakhaza na hoga basharte ke woh us waswase par amal na kare ya apni zaban se uska izhar na kare.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) pointed towards Yemen three times and said, "The faith of the people of Yemen is very commendable. The center of disbelief is towards the east, and arrogance and pride are found among the owners of camels."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے یمن کی طرف اپنے دست مبارک سے اشارہ کر کے تین مرتبہ فرمایا یمن والوں کا ایمان بہت عمدہ ہے کفر کا مرکز مشرق کی جانب ہے اور غروروتکبر اونٹوں کے مالکوں میں ہوتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Yemen ki taraf apne dast mubarak se ishara kar ke teen martaba farmaya Yemen walon ka imaan bahut umda hai kufr ka markaz mashriq ki jaanib hai aur ghuroor o takabbur oonton ke malikon mein hota hai.
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) has prohibited marriage in the presence of a paternal aunt, in the presence of a niece, in the presence of a maternal aunt, or in the presence of a nephew. And he said that in the presence of an elder, one should not marry a younger, and in the presence of a younger, one should not marry an elder.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے پھوپھی کی موجودگی میں اس کی بھتیجی سے یا بھتیجی کی موجودگی میں اس کی پھوپھی سے خالہ کی موجودگی میں بھانجی سے یا بھانجی کی موجودگی میں خالہ سے نکاح کرنے سے منع فرمایا ہے اور فرمایا بڑی کی موجودگی میں چھوٹی سے اور چھوٹی کی موجودگی میں بڑی سے نکاح نہ کیا جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allah Anhu se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne phoophi ki mojoodgi mein uski bhatiji se ya bhatiji ki mojoodgi mein uski phoophi se khala ki mojoodgi mein bhanji se ya bhanji ki mojoodgi mein khala se nikah karne se mana farmaya hai aur farmaya badi ki mojoodgi mein choti se aur choti ki mojoodgi mein badi se nikah na kia jaye.
It is narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was sitting among the people when a man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, what is faith?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Faith is that you believe in Allah, His angels, His books, His meeting, His messengers, and the Day of Resurrection." He asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is Islam?" He said, "Islam is that you worship Allah alone, not associating any partners with Him, establish prayer, pay the obligatory charity, and fast during the month of Ramadan." He asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is Ihsan (righteousness)?" He said, "To worship Allah as if you see Him, and if you cannot achieve this state, then know that He sees you."
He then asked, "O Messenger of Allah, when will the Day of Judgment come?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "The one being asked does not know more than the one asking, but I will tell you its signs. When a slave girl gives birth to her master, it is a sign of the Hour. When the naked and barefoot become the chiefs of the people, it is a sign of the Hour. When shepherds of goats start boasting of their wealth and buildings, it is a sign of the Hour.” And five things are with Allah alone, then the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) recited this verse: "Verily, the knowledge of the Hour is with Allah alone. It is He Who sends down the rain, and He Who knows what is in the wombs. No soul knows what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul knows in what land it will die."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک دن نبی کریم ﷺ لوگوں کے پاس بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ ایک آدمی آیا اور کہنے لگا یارسول اللہ ﷺ ایمان کیا چیز ہے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا ایمان یہ ہے کہ تم اللہ پر، اس کے فرشتوں، کتابوں اس سے ملنے اس کے رسولوں اور دوبارہ جی اٹھنے پر یقین رکھو اس نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ اسلام کیا ہے؟ فرمایا اسلام یہ ہے کہ تم اللہ کی عبادت کرو اس کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراؤ فرض نماز قائم کرو فرض زکوٰۃ ادا کرو اور رمضان کے روزے رکھو اس نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ احسان کیا چیز ہے؟ فرمایا اللہ کی عبادت اس طرح کرو کہ گویا تم اللہ کو دیکھ رہے ہو اگر یہ تصور نہ کرسکو تو یہ تصور ہی کرلو کہ اللہ تمہیں دیکھ رہا ہے۔
اس سے اگلا سوال پوچھا یا رسول اللہ! قیامت کب آئے گی؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جس سے سوال پوچھا جا رہا ہے وہ پوچھنے والے سے زیادہ نہیں جانتا، البتہ میں تمہیں اس کی علامات بتائے دیتا ہوں جب لونڈی اپنے مالک کو جنم دینے لگے تو یہ قیامت کی علامت ہے جب ننگے جسم اور ننگے پاؤں رہنے والے لوگوں کے سردار (حکمران) بن جائیں تو یہ قیامت کی علامت ہے اور جب بکریوں کے چرواہے بڑی بڑی عمارتوں میں ایک دوسرے پر فخر کرنے لگیں تو یہ قیامت کی علامت ہے اور پانچ چیزیں ایسی ہیں جن کا یقینی عمل صرف اللہ ہی کے پاس ہے پھر نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ آیت تلاوت فرمائی ' بیشک اللہ ہی کے پاس قیامت کا علم ہے وہی بارش برساتا ہے اور جانتا ہے کہ ماؤں کے رحموں میں کیا ہے؟ اور کوئی شخص نہیں جانتا کہ وہ کل کیا کمائے گا؟ اور کوئی شخص نہیں جانتا کہ وہ کس علاقے میں مرے گا؟
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh aik din Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) logon ke paas baithe hue the keh aik aadmi aaya aur kehne laga Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) iman kya cheez hai? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya iman yeh hai keh tum Allah per uske firishton kitaabon us se milne uske rasulon aur dobara jee uthne per yakin rakho usne poocha Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Islam kya hai? Farmaya Islam yeh hai keh tum Allah ki ibadat karo uske saath kisi ko sharik na thahrao farz namaz qaim karo farz zakat ada karo aur Ramzan ke roze rakho usne poocha Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ehsaan kya cheez hai? Farmaya Allah ki ibadat is tarah karo keh goya tum Allah ko dekh rahe ho agar yeh tasavvur na kar sako to yeh tasavvur hi kar lo keh Allah tumhen dekh raha hai.
Iss se agla sawal poocha Ya Rasul Allah! Qayamat kab aayegi? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jis se sawal poocha ja raha hai woh poochne wale se ziada nahin janta, albatta mein tumhen iski alamat bataye deta hun jab laundi apne malik ko janam dene lage to yeh qayamat ki alamat hai jab nange jism aur nange paon rehne wale logon ke sardar (hakimran) ban jayen to yeh qayamat ki alamat hai aur jab bakrion ke charwahe badi badi imaraton mein ek doosre per fakhr karne lagein to yeh qayamat ki alamat hai aur panch cheezen aisi hain jin ka yaqeeni amal sirf Allah hi ke pass hai phir Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne yeh ayat tilawat farmai ' Beshak Allah hi ke pass qayamat ka ilm hai wohi barish barsata hai aur janta hai keh maon ke rehmon mein kya hai? Aur koi shakhs nahin janta keh woh kal kya kamaye ga? Aur koi shakhs nahin janta keh woh kis ilaqe mein marega?.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "If a man has a share in a slave and he frees his share, then if he is wealthy, it is his duty to free the rest of him. And if he is not wealthy, then the slave should work to pay the rest of his price, without being overburdened, (and after paying the rest of the price, he will be completely free)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جس شخص کی کسی غلام میں شراکت ہو اور وہ اپنے حصے کے بقدر اسے آزاد کر دے تو اگر وہ مالدار ہے تو اس کی مکمل جان خلاصی کرانا اس کی ذمہ داری ہے اور اگر وہ مالدار نہ ہو تو بقیہ قیمت کی ادائیگی کے لئے غلام سے اس طرح کوئی محنت مزدوری کروائی جائے کہ اس پر بوجھ نہ بنے (اور بقیہ قیمت کی ادائیگی کے بعد وہ مکمل آزاد ہوجائے گا)
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jis shakhs ki kisi gulam mein shirakat ho aur wo apne hisse ke baqadr use azad kar de to agar wo maldaar hai to uski mukammal jaan khalasi karana uski zimmedari hai aur agar wo maldaar nah ho to baqiya qeemat ki adaegi ke liye gulam se is tarah koi mehnat mazdoori karwai jaye ki us par bojh na bane (aur baqiya qeemat ki adaegi ke baad wo mukammal azad ho jaye ga).
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up to deliver a sermon before us. In it, he mentioned the betrayal of war booty, clearly explained its identification, and said, “I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing a bellowing camel upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’
I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing a bleating goat upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’
I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing a neighing horse upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’
I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing a person (slave) upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’
I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing piled up clothes upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’
I do not want to find any of you on the Day of Judgment bringing loads of gold and silver upon his neck and saying, ‘O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), help me!’ And I would say, ‘I cannot help you; I conveyed the message to you.’”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک دن نبی کریم ﷺ ہمارے سامنے خطبہ دینے کے لئے کھڑے ہوئے اور اس میں مال غنیمت میں خیانت کا تذکرہ کرتے ہوئے اس کی شناخت کو خوب واضح فرمایا اور فرمایا میں تم میں سے کسی ایسے آدمی کو نہ پاؤں جو قیامت کے دن اپنی گردن پر ایک چلاتے ہوئے اونٹ کو سوار کرا کے لے آئے اور کہے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔
میں تم میں سے کئی آدمی کو اس طرح نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن ایک بکری کو منمناتا ہوا اپنی گردن پر لے آئے اور کہے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔ میں تم میں سے کسی آدمی کو اس طرح نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن ایک گھوڑے کو ہنہناتا ہوا اپنی گردن پر لے آئے اور کہے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔ میں تم میں کسی آدمی کو اس طرح نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن ایک شخص چلاتا ہوا اپنی گردن پر لے آئے اور کہے یارسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔ میں تم میں سے کسی آدمی کو اس طرح نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن لدے ہوئے کپڑے اپنی گردن پر لے آئے اور کہے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔ میں تم میں سے کسی آدمی کو اس طرح نہ پاؤں کہ وہ قیامت کے دن سونا چاندی لاد کر اپنی گردن پر لے آئے اور کہے یا رسول اللہ ﷺ میری مدد کیجئے اور میں کہہ دوں کہ میں تمہاری کوئی مدد نہیں کرسکتا میں نے تم تک پیغام پہنچا دیا تھا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki aik din Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) hamare samne khutba dene ke liye kharay huay aur is mein maal ghanimat mein khiyanat ka tazkira karte huay is ki shanakt ko khoob wazeh farmaya aur farmaya main tum mein se kisi aise aadmi ko na paon jo qayamat ke din apni gardan par aik chillate huay unt ko sawar kara ke le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha.
Main tum mein se kai aadmi ko is tarah na paon ki woh qayamat ke din aik bakri ko mimmnata hua apni gardan par le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha. Main tum mein se kisi aadmi ko is tarah na paon ki woh qayamat ke din aik ghoray ko hinhnata hua apni gardan par le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha. Main tum mein kisi aadmi ko is tarah na paon ki woh qayamat ke din aik shakhs chillata hua apni gardan par le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha. Main tum mein se kisi aadmi ko is tarah na paon ki woh qayamat ke din laday huay kapray apni gardan par le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha. Main tum mein se kisi aadmi ko is tarah na paon ki woh qayamat ke din sone chandi laad kar apni gardan par le aaye aur kahe Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) meri madad kijiye aur main kah dun ki main tumhari koi madad nahin kar sakta main ne tum tak paigham pahuncha diya tha.
It was narrated from Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah said: "Every Prophet was given a special prayer that was answered, and every Prophet liked to have his prayer answered in this world, but I have saved my prayer to intercede for my Ummah on the Day of Resurrection. And it will reach, Allah willing, everyone who dies not having associated anything in worship with Allah."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ہر نبی کی ایک دعا ایسی ضرور رہی ہے جو قبول ہوئی ہو اور ہر نبی نے دنیا میں اپنی دعاء قبول کروا لی لیکن میں نے اپنی دعاء کو اپنی امت کی شفاعت کے لئے ذخیرہ کرلیا ہے اور ان شاء اللہ یہ شفاعت ہر اس شخص کو نصیب ہوگی جو اس حال میں مرے کہ اللہ کے ساتھ کسی کو شریک نہ ٹھہراتا ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya har nabi ki aik dua aisi zaroor rahi hai jo qubool hui ho aur har nabi ne dunya mein apni duaa qubool karwa li lekin maine apni duaa ko apni ummat ki shafaat ke liye zakhira kar liya hai aur Insha Allah yeh shafaat har us shakhs ko naseeb hogi jo is haal mein mare keh Allah ke sath kisi ko sharik na thehrata ho.
It is narrated on the authority of Hadhrat Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The example of the five daily prayers is like that of a canal flowing at the doorstep of one of you, and he bathes in it five times a day.

حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا پانچ نمازوں کی مثال اس نہر کی سی ہے جو تم میں سے کسی کے دروازے پر بہہ رہی ہو اور وہ اس میں روزانہ پانچ مرتبہ غسل کرتا ہو۔
Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya panch namazon ki misal is nahar ki si hai jo tum mein se kisi ke darwaze par beh rahi ho aur wo is mein rozana panch martaba gusl karta ho.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was never seen objecting to any food. If he liked it, he would eat it, and if he didn't, he would leave it.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو کبھی کسی کھانے میں عبیب نکالتے ہوئے نہیں دیکھا اگر تمنا ہوتی تو کھالیتے اور اگر تمنا نہ ہوتی تو سکوت فرما لیتے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah RA farmate hain keh Nabi Kareem SAW ko kabhi kisi khanay mein aib nikalte hue nahi dekha agar tamanna hoti to khalite aur agar tamanna na hoti to sukut farma lete.
Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him): Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "Allah said, 'Majesty is my cloak and greatness is my lower garment, so whoever competes with me in respect of either of them, I shall cast him into Hellfire.'"

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا ارشاد باری تعالیٰ ہے کہ کبریائی میری اوپر کی چادر ہے اور عزت میری نیچے کی چادر ہے جو دونوں میں سے کسی ایک کے بارے مجھ سے جھگڑا کرے گا میں اسے جہنم میں ڈال دوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya irshad bari tala hai ki kibriya meri upar ki chadar hai aur izzat meri niche ki chadar hai jo donon mein se kisi ek ke bare mujhse jhagda karega main use jahannam mein daal dun ga.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Before the sun rises from the west, if any person repents, his repentance will be accepted."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا مغرب سے سورج نکلنے کا واقعہ پیش آنے سے قبل جو شخص بھی توبہ کرلے اس کی توبہ قبول کرلی جائے گی۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya maghrib se suraj nikalne ka waqia pesh aane se pehle jo shakhs bhi tauba karle us ki tauba qubool karli jayegi.
Umayr ibn Ishaq (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that once, I was with Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him), and on the way, we met Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). He said, "Show me the part of your body that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kissed so that I may also have the honor of kissing it." Upon this, Imam Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) lifted his shirt and Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) kissed his navel.

عمیر بن اسحاق رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں حضرت امام حسن رضی اللہ عنہ کے ساتھ تھا کہ راستے میں حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے ملاقات ہوگئی وہ کہنے لگے کہ مجھے دکھاؤ نبی کریم ﷺ نے تمہارے جسم کے جس حصے پر بوسہ دیا تھا میں بھی اس کی تقبیل کا شرف حاصل کروں اس پر حضرت امام حسن رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنی قمیض اٹھائی اور حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے ان کی ناف کو بوسہ دیا۔
Umayr bin Ishaq rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki ek martaba main Hazrat Imam Hassan (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ke sath tha ke raste mein Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se mulaqat hogai woh kehne lage ki mujhe dikhao Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne tumhare jism ke jis hisse par bosa diya tha main bhi uski taqbeel ka sharaf hasil karun is par Hazrat Imam Hassan (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne apni qameez uthai aur Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne unki naf ko bosa diya.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "When a dog licks any of your utensils, he should wash it seven times, and rub it with earth the first time."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کسی کے برتن میں کتا منہ مار دے تو اسے چاہئے کہ اس برتن کو سات مرتبہ دھوئے اور پہلی مرتبہ اسے مانجھے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum mein se kisi ke bartan mein kutta munh maar de to use chahie ki us bartan ko saat martaba dhoye aur pehli martaba use manjhe.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said, "When anyone of you offers prayer in a single garment, he should keep its ends on opposite sides over his shoulders."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص ایک کپڑے میں نماز پڑھے تو اسے کپڑے کے دونوں کنارے مخالف سمت سے اپنے کندھوں پر ڈال لینے چاہئیں۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya jab tum mein se koi shakhs aik kapre mein namaz parhe to usay kapre ke donon kinare mukhalif simt se apne kandhon par daal lenay chahiye.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Allah has ninety-nine Names, one hundred less one. Whoever counts them will enter Paradise. Verily, Allah is Odd (He is one, and it is an odd number) and He loves the odd number."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا اللہ تعالیٰ کے ایک سو یعنی ننانوے اسماء گرامی ہیں جو شخص ان کا احصاء کرلے وہ جنت میں داخل ہوگا، بیشک اللہ طاق ہے اور طاق عدد کو پسند کرتا ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya Allah Ta'ala ke ek sau yani ninanve Asma e Grami hain jo shakhs in ka ihsa karle woh Jannat mein dakhil hoga, beshak Allah taq hai aur taq adad ko pasand karta hai.
Narrated by Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Do not come running for prayer. Instead, come with calmness and tranquility. Whatever amount of prayer you find, pray it, and whatever you miss, complete it.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا نماز کے لئے دوڑتے ہوئے مت آیا کرو بلکہ اطمینان اور سکون کے ساتھ آیا کرو جتنی نماز مل جائے وہ پڑھ لیا کرو اور جو رہ جائے اسے مکمل کرلیا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya namaz ke liye daurte hue mat aaya karo balkeh itminan aur sukoon ke sath aaya karo jitni namaz mil jaye woh parh liya karo aur jo reh jaye usay mukammal kar liya karo.
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not accompany the funeral with fire and voices (musical instruments)."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا جنازے کے ساتھ آگ اور آوازیں (باجے) نہ لے کر جایا کرو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya janaze ke sath aag aur aawazen (baaje) na le kar jaya karo.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once in the court of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), a man mentioned another man and said: O Messenger of Allah! So-and-so slept all night and did not even offer the Fajr prayer until morning came. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Satan urinated in his ear.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ بارگاہ رسالت میں ایک آدمی نے ایک شخص کا تذکرہ کرتے ہوئے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! فلاں ساری رات سوتا رہا اور فجر کی نماز بھی نہیں پڑھی یہاں تک کہ صبح ہوگئی نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا شیطان نے اس کے کان میں پیشاب کردیا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah razi Allah anhu se marvi hai ki ek martaba bargah risalat mein ek aadmi ne ek shakhs ka tazkira karte hue arz kiya Ya Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)! Falan sari raat sota raha aur fajr ki namaz bhi nahi parhi yahan tak ki subah hogayi. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya shaitan ne us ke kaan mein peshab kar diya.
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying, "Is there anyone who can acquire one, two, three, four or five words, which are obligatory upon him by Allah and His Messenger, and keep them in the corner of his sheet, learn them and teach them to others?". I presented myself before him. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Then spread your cloth." So, I spread my cloth. The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) narrated the Hadith and said, "Attach it to your body." I attached it to my chest. Therefore, I hope that after that I never forgot any Hadith that I heard from the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے ایک مرتبہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسمل کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا کہ ہے کوئی آدمی جو اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی جانب سے فرض کیا ہو ایک کلمہ یا دو تین چار پانچ کلمات حاصل کرے انہیں اپنی چادر کے کونے میں رکھے انہیں سیکھے اور دوسروں کو سکھائے؟ میں نے اپنے آپ کو پیش کردیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا پھر اپنا کپڑا بچھاؤ چنانچہ میں نے اپنا کپڑا بچھا دیا نبی کریم ﷺ نے حدیث بیان کی اور فرمایا کہ اسے اپنے جسم کے ساتھ لگا لو میں نے اسے اپنے سینے کے ساتھ لگا لیا اسی وجہ سے میں امید رکھتا ہوں کہ اس کے بعد میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے جو حدیث بھی سنی ہے اسے کبھی نہیں بھولوں گا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh maine ek martaba Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh farmate huye suna keh hai koi aadmi jo Allah aur uske Rasul ki jaanib se farz kiya ho ek kalma ya do teen chaar panch kalmat hasil kare unhen apni chadar ke kone mein rakhe unhen seekhe aur dusron ko sikhaye? Maine apne aap ko pesh kar diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya phir apna kapra bichhao chunancha maine apna kapra bichha diya Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hadees bayaan ki aur farmaya keh ise apne jism ke sath laga lo maine ise apne seene ke sath laga liya isi wajah se main umeed rakhta hun keh iske baad maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se jo hadees bhi suni hai use kabhi nahin bhulun ga.
Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "No person should send a marriage proposal when his brother has already sent one, nor should he propose to a woman already proposed to by his brother."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا کوئی آدمی اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نہ بھیجے یا اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر اپنی بیع نہ کرے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya koi aadmi apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham na bheje ya apne bhai ki bay par apni bay na kare.
